Staying here now n won't be back the lady charges me 33 dollars for tax for 3 nights. Supposed to be 59 a night for 3 nights she charges me 210 dollars for a dirty crappy room holes in sheets burn marks in comforter. And she says it's a fancy room lol stayed here last November with my daughter and it was cheaper with 2 people. Had to ask for a receipt she didn't want to give me one. Would not recommend this place at all the bed is on wood and it's all dirty.

Beds hard as a rock box spring are sheet of plywood and they jacked me on lundry fee and never did what they said they would do in the whole town Kissimmee is filled with Hobbits.

Well it's a quick place to stop over and cheap but don't expect anything other then a room and bed.

It is the second time that I stay here and the room does not olia to cigarette excellent.

Other than sleeping on a brick it wasnt a bad place. A little noisy from traffic.

I used to be bno.
But for a while here it's up to you to wait for the fourth XQ not cleaned and CDO do leave incomplete things.
And with such bad service they still charge $65.00

Location good price not so good for what they offer but it is better than nothing.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life. Dirty and nasty, noisy from the highway that is literally 40' away from the rooms. They give you two bath towels (dirty) and two wash clothes. Two small bars of soap with no shampoo. Room smelled like urine, TV reception was horrible, and the sheets and pillows were of the worst quality. Toilet was dirty and looked as if it had not been cleaned from last tenant. Shady people walking around the area. Never again.

Awful experience, this place should not be open for humans to use, smells like a dump, not friendly people at the front desk and over priced, don't go there.

Very clean, good beds and excellent service.

Didn't like it at all. The room had a musty stale smell… The bathroom had hair all over the toilet. The tub was nasty. The wall where the towel rack hang was nasty. The entire room needs a make_ over! … I was desperate after riding all night… next time I'll just sleep in my car!

When I read the review's, I said it can't be that bad in that location. I was wrong. I complained that the room smelled of water and mold the mgmt spray it with an air freshener. An upgrade is truly needed at this location. Service is below grading.

Way over priced. Rooms smelled like cigarettes with hundreds of burn marks all over tub. Mattress was so soft it provided no support at all. Bad bad.

Awful it smells badly and there is a lot of drug addicts just renting rooms some even getting high with door open. Not safe for anyone. Pool mostly dirty. Everything smells like smoke. Its a nightmare.

I love flamingo Inn the water park is great the cabana and bar are fair priced.

It is cheap ideal for a traveler who does not spend much time in the room this well, try to be clean but being a hotel and with years of experience is a smell to guarded.

Noooo no no no… this hotel is like one of those scary movies hotels… rooms dirty and stinky… I couldn't even sleep cause of the freaking cigarette smell and my room was "non smokers"

Do not stay here this hotel is dirty they dont clean them at all they have bed bugs the indian guy walks around hotel all day long watching if you have any visitors, the lobby stinks like curry and they like to double charge people they took my cc number and was manuely entering it in there system they sre thiefs the wife trus to be nice while husband double charges your card, save your self your money and a headache because these rooms arw disgusting and so is management.

Warning No no no and no if I could give this hotel a negative 100 stars I would it looks like they rent the rooms by the hour to hookers the lobby smells like curry it was dirty that should have been my first sign but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to the room there was trash bags full of trash hanging outside the rooms we walk into a non smoking room that smelt like some had just smoked a carton of cigarettes the bath tub had roaches and looked liked someone just showered in it prior to our arrival the floors were so dirty I didn't even want to walk in with shoes on I would never let my kids sleep in such a filthy hole on top of all that the front desk lady was the rudest of the rudest she got real nasty with us and was so disrespectful because we did not want to stay there and wanted a refund back which we did not get this place was disgusting and I've stayed at plenary hotels of all kinds please please stay away you will thank me! Oh and if u see a good review it was probably their own staff I never review anything but I made it a point to take the time out of the day for this disgusting place.

Clean, double door fridge, recent microwave oven, 38" wide screen TV with HBO channels, great lighting, very confortable bed and pillows, split style bathroom (recently restored). All these for a reasonable price! Highly recommended!

While I was first going to the room there were bugs everywhere! When we went in the room it smelled HORRIBLE! Scratched walls with a bunch of little holes. The bathtub was SOOO dirty! My cousin which stayed in the room next to us had cockroaches in here bathtub. At night we couldn't go to sleep. Not only cause of those noises ppl are talking about. But because every second some bugs fly onto your face. And before I went to sleep, I checked everywhere on the dirty and wet bed for bugs and found like five cockroaches. And I was very worried for bed bugs. When we were leaving I moved VERY quick because the place looked so sketchy and I thought I was gonna get raped.

Making thia review while still here… We booked a non-smoking room a few weeks ago. When we came they told us our room was non-smoker, but it reeks of cigarette smoke! Also that first night (yesterday) a cockroach ran across my bed sheets. This morning two Hispanic ladies were screaming at each other in the room next to ours around 5am. I knocked on the wall to quite them but it didn't work. Another guess and I knocked on their door. They quietted after that but didn't answer the door. I asked the next day (this morning) to switch rooms but they said they were booked. So we are toughing out another two night in that room… we leave in two days. Get what you pay for!

This place is not pet friendly. My dog weighs 45 pounds. The guy told me that in order for me to rent a room here with a pet my that must be the size of a Chihuahua or smaller, are you seriously kidding me right now?! I even offered to pay a bigger pet deposit, not my dog will destroy anything because she's six years old and behaves better than most children. It's OK though, because I wouldn't want to stay here anyways after reading their other reviews.

DISGUSTING — DONT EVEN STOP THERE! The worst room I've ever stepped foot in (then quickly turned right around a demanded a refund) bodily fluids over TV! If I could give this place zero stars I would! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! I wouldn't let my neighbours dog stay in the room! avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid!

The carpet was damp & wet, mold everywhere, bathroom tub dripped all night, A/C was noisy, too close to street so you got street noise; to close to railroad track so you got awaken in the middle of the night several times. Could hear some kind of night-club noise until 3:00 am. For two people they gave us one towel & one hand towel. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Only provided a sheet and bedspread for warmth. Would not stay there again.

Horrible place to stay. Will never come here again.

It is in the ghetto, the hotel has drug dealers staying, hookers, and every STD known in those rooms. I drive by there often to get to other places. Avoid it. And all hotels in that area.

Gross and when I got to my room they assigned me room service hadn't come through and had to watch them clean it poorly. Nothing was wiped properly. So dusty afraid to touch anything. Very cheap and displays it. And most of all super ghetto.
