This was a great place to stay when I was visiting Florida for a week earlier this summer. The location was perfect since it was such a quick walk to the beach. The staff were very polite and friendly, the rooms were clean and home-y, and that made me really like this place. The price was great too. I will definitely be back here when I visit Florida again and would recommend staying here to friends and family as well.

Hey I just wanted to share with everyone a wonderful place we found in Deerfield, Florida 925 ocean boutique hotel. This place is a 10 out of 10. Audrey and Joe are wonderful. The staff is great and it's family owned and operated. Rooms are clean and big and beautifully furnished. The beach is directly across the street a 1min. Walk beautiful beach walk way great areaPool is wonderful and great area to grill out which we did several times. Check it out totally redone and upgrade You'll love it and come back I'm sure.

This is a great place with great people, almost a family, everyone is nice and ready to help! The pool is warm and clean, the beach just a few steps away… higly recommended :)

This is a very nice hotel. The pool is very nice, clean and quiet. The rooms feel more like apartments. They have there own kitchens and are spacious. The location is perfect because it's across the street from the beach. The staff here is awesome. We love it here.

What a rip-off! I scheduled a 3 week stay for work. Work plans changed, and I had to cancel. I called 5 days ahead of time (and they still had rooms available). They charged me the full three weeks for a cancellation fee! The woman on the phone was very rude. There are an lot of better places in the area to stay at. I wouldn't stay at this one.

I lived there from July 2017 to Feb 2018. Made it through the hurricane… and quite frankly. Just an over all great experience. My place was wicked clean, The staff was friendly and professional. The cleaning lady worked harder than any one I know. And being 147 steps from the actual ocean was a privilege I will never forget. I would recommend any one that wants a week or month or any period of time on the beach with access to everything… stay here at 925 Ocean Resort! And… I left something of value when I left, and the owner called me couple days later and retuned it. A class thing to do, from a class guy. Five stars all day.

Great location 1 minute from the beach…

Expensive the owner is nice and helpful to many crack heads tho but the owner is very good.

Awesome location and best pricing for your money. This location is in the prime of Deerfield Beach Florida. 925 Ocean Resort has 24/7 security and quick response from management team. Wake up and see the ocean steps from your room. Only resort in the area that accepted my two dogs and cat. Extremely friendly staff and always willing to help.

If you want to wake up and walk to the beach or go fishing on the intercoastal this is the spot to be at. Stores, shopping, and dinning blocks away from the resort. Staff is really helpful and kind. Fishing pier is within walking distance. Nice quite and peace location. Check it out on your next vacation.

We stayed here for 3 days and had a great time. I read the other comments and it's like they are referring to a different location. The property was clean, staff was very friendly and prices are great. We mostly enjoyed the short distance to the beach, activities, restaurants and pier. We have another vacation planned in September and we'll definitely stay here again.
