The General Manager was extremely responsive and effective at addressing a concern I had. We were welcomed warmly as we first checked in, the rooms are clean and crisp, and the housekeeping staff are exceptionally friendly and effective. I have stayed at numerous Hilton properties for work, and a few for vacation, and this is among the very best. I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again.

I stayed here one night in Mid May 2018, while returning home from a motorcycle trip to Key West. Nice hotel, good location, and pleasant staff, but that is not the main reason for this review. After I got home my wife noticed a shirt she had bought me was missing, and I knew I probably left it at the Hampton/Ormond Beach. This was over a week later and I was sure the shirt was gone. I called the hotel and talked to Marisol, who is the Director of Sales at this hotel. Fortunately, I had a picture I could send her and she took my contact info and told me she would have housekeeping check and she would get back to me. Within 24 hours she called me and told me they found my shirt! She made the arrangements to have it shipped back, provided a tracking number for me, and checked back with me via email to make sure the shirt arrived. Yes, I paid for the shipping, but Marisol and company did all the legwork. A really nice bunch of people work here and I want to thank you all for your efforts. It's much appreciated, and the next time I'm in town, I'll stay here for sure.

Paul and Paula were very accommodating and friendly, most amazing customer service! Best hotel experience I've ever had. Rooms and property were sparkling clean. Convenient amenities. I'll never stay anywhere else! Thank you for such a pleasant and positive stay!

The hotel is well located ind easy to find. Nearby are just a few of the usual fast food chains. The rooms are large. We had one with 2 huge beds, there would be room for 4 people without any problems. The rooms are not the latest, but if you stay here you are not looking for a longer stay, but rather passing through. Free Wlan is included. Breakfast is manageable, but everyone should find something. The coffee is good. All in all, a good hotel with friendly staff.

Staff is awesome! Rooms are updated and clean. I love staying here, it is close to everything and I sleep so good in the comfortable beds. I will stay here again.

Nice Hampton Inn right off the interstate in Ormond Beach. Not very close to the beach but for the price was definitely well worth it as a pit stop for the evening. Clean room, firm beds, decent spread for breakfast in the morning. Would definitely choose to stay here again. They were also very helpful and helping us get all of our stuff to our room when we stopped in very late in the evening.

We had mixed experiences with our stay. We had a great welcome greeting. The room was nice and clean. It was lacking in drawers. The breakfast in the morning was very good and Tina worked hard to assure guests were happy with theirs. The front desk people were pleasant and helpful. Our first morning a foul odor permeated the room for about 30 minutes. When we reported this we were told maintenance would look into this. The foul odor wou repeat itself twice daily while we were in the room. When maintenance looked into it they did so while are do not disturb sign was up. The problem wasn't fixed and we were furious. Overall a good experience but some serious problems.

Bed was pretty good but I have slept on newer ones. The tub had a wave in the bottom of it making you a little unstable. Front desk very nice Breakfast was very good.

We stayed here over Christmas. After coming back to the room after the first day we noticed we were missing stuff from our room. Housekeeping had been in the room and we were missing a watch charger. We attempted to notify the front desk but they refused to help. The manager that was on duty the next day didn’t take us seriously and lied about looking into it. We tried several times to talk to the General manager but they wouldn’t talk to us. The assistant manager told us not to file a police report. When we called the police the manager that was on duty refused to cooperate and look at the video from the hallway. Our room was right next to a door with a camera but they refused to see who went into the room. They also wouldn’t give the name of the housekeeper to the police and just told him it was a new employee. The assistant manager has no people skills and does not help when there are problems. We tried numerous times to talk to them to get the situation taken care of so other customers would go through the same problems but they just blew us off. Horrible customer service and stealing from their customers. Don’t stay here, there are many more hotels in the area that are much nicer.

My husband and I stayed for one night at this Hampton Inn. It was clean and comfortable. On the next day when we arrived at home I realized that my husband's shirts were left hanging in the closet of the hotel room. We immediately called the hotel. In no time I was told that the shirts were found and they were preparing them to be shipped to our house. Within four days I received the shirts neatly folded in a box. I did not expect such great service. I will use this Hampton Inn every time I travel to South Carolina and will highly recommend it.

Rooms are beautiful. Very nice staff. Wonderful breakfast.

I stayed there while on a business trip. Rooms were nice and comfy. One reason I marked the hotel down is the housekeeping decided to fold my work clothes that I laid on the desk just inside the room. They also reorganized my toiletries at the bathroom sink. Personal space? Oh and the fire alarm went off twice in one night. Another guest said this has happened few times already. I hope they get an alarm system technician out to ensure the safety of the guests.

Spent 3 weeks here for work and all the staff are wonderful! The rooms are clean and nice. The amenities are great. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great room for a family of 4. Great breakfast. Quick drive to port Canaveral.

It's well kept. I didn't like the fact that they had no vending machines on any floor and they charge $2.50 at the counter area for a 20oz bottle.

Beautiful, clean, amazing staff! Ready for Hurricane Irma! My son is ready too in a clean fluffy Hampton bed.

Great Hilton brand start from what I've come to expect from Hampton Inns. Just a one night stop. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean, what else do you need?

Nice place to stay. Fairly new. The breakfast tends to run out of things quite often and the main courses are cold. The front desk staff is a little rude and act as if you are an inconvenience when you ask for something. On a good note the housekeeping staff is wonderful!

BEWARE: Looks can be deceiving. We stayed 3 nights here this month in room 102 and my mom and I both broke out all over, we believe it was BED BUGS but now my mom thinks it was FLEAS because she is still getting bit as of right now! See pics attached. Also we found a bone in the room and dog treats in the chair and under the bed. I know they allow pets but Gretchen said she cleaned the room per the note she left us but Gretchen was not thorough enough. The room looked super clean I can't believe this still happened to us. We called corporate and they said they would get back to us yesterday and they never did. I would NEVER STAY here ever again. Update: Corporate emailed us, they never called us back and told us there were no bed bugs so that means they were fleas. Never stay in a PET ROOM people. They don't know what these pets have and what they left behind when they allow them in your future hotel room and they do not clean the rooms good enough. Pros: Hotel staff was never rude or mean. The workout room is great, pool area is nice. But like any of this matters at this point? We had to wash all of our clothes and spend all this money on these products for this. Completely ridiculous! We travel to the beach a lot and have stayed in COMFORT INN's, QUALITY INN's and even one time a MOTEL 6 and NEVER got bed bugs or Fleas. I thought the Hampton Inn would be better but it's not.

Great location. Right off I95. Easy parking. Check-in was smooth and quick. Room was perfect. Very clean and we had ordered a cot which was waiting for us when we entered the room. Lobby was clean and we'll organized. Staff was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. All in all it was the perfect stay.

Absolutely fantastic. I appreciated the very late check-in assistance and the complimentary bathroom supplies.

While the lobby and common areas seemed updated and modernized, the rooms were more out of date. Also the elevator was very shaky when approaching the fourth floor.

The hotel was clean. The only down side was the elevator. It was iffy most of the time. It sounded like it was going to go out, which is not something you want to think in a elevator.

The staff is incredibly friendly. The morning breakfast is delicious, and the location is perfect for our jaunts into Daytona Beach. The location, right off of I-95 is perfect. Great place to stay, and it wasn't too expensive either.

Room was super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Jay helped us get an extra night even though they were pretty busy. Breakfast was good.

Property may be fine but read your fine print!. We had an event that was cancelled for the weekend. Tried to cancel the room on line Wed night for a Friday check in and saw that there was a 72 hour cancellation policy and please contact the hotel. Called the next morning and while they were nice, I was told by the front desk, sales director and corporate customer service there was nothing they could do and I would be charged for both nights. I thought one night would have been reasonable but they will not work with you at all.

Now we ospedamos here for the next course.
