Nice place. Clean! Breakfast definitely needs help. One person working so hard. Felt bad for her. Charging $2.00 for water is ridiculous. Would of loved a mini fridge.

I was here and posted a message to see if anyone cared about my concerns while still checked in. They didnt. I have checked out since then and still no word. I had to fix our toilet and the TV didnt work and the breakfast was terrible. Room 217. Im a Hilton honors member and went down for a bottle of water the other day and the snobby lady at the desk said, didnt you get one at checkin? God forbid you people treat us with any kind of special honors. What a joke.

WARNING! I have been a diamond member with Hilton for almost 15 years. Pretty much live half of my life in these properties. Somehow I accidentally bought a duplicate room in this property while traveling there one night. Hilton has always been very high in customer service, and the corporate office was gracious enough to refund one of those rooms due to my rare mistake. HOWEVER, the GM Mark just emailed me to tell me he was not given ample notice to book the room, so he will not be refunding my error. The occupancy this time of year that night is so low, a rainy weeknight during the very quiet and vacant off-season, and in no way did he miss out on an opportunity to book that room. This is not my long-term impression of the Hilton brand or it’s typical hospitality. I definitely recommend staying at any other property than this in the area as there are several. Should you need anything or have any issue or complication, this is NOT the property to assist you.

I’ve stayed here a few times. The rooms are very clean and the location is within walking distance to beach and shops.

I’m a Diamond member and stay at Hilton properties over 70 nights a year, I stayed here for three nights and when I asked for a bottled water, Little Hitler said I already had my one free water per stay, extras are $2 each, he said those are the rules. I never argue about prices but these little pissy things really bother me. Never stay here again because of this prick.

Stayed here for two days and really enjoyed it. First time staying at this particular hotel. The large front porch with rocking chairs was wonderful. The best part of our stay were the roosters running about and I was sad to see that the Hampton Inn is trying to remove them from the area.
If they are successful in getting rid of them, we will definitely not be staying here again. They caused no issues during our time and were mostly upfront or across the street. They add so much to the area and it will very sad to not see them the next time we visit.

One of my most unfun weekends, desk staff did not seem to enjoy their jobs. Our confirmed pricing did not seem to be in the computer or they didn’t bother to look too hard spirit The bad was the harness rock I’ve ever slept on the drain in the sink drained very slowly. And we were not the first guests to the toilet Dispenser to fall out of the wall. Should’ve stayed at the Marriott.

Loved this hotel! It was perfect for going to the beach (just a couple blocks away) and walking to the bars/restaurants on Flagler at night! Their breakfast in the AM was always delicious and their afternoon cookies in the lobby were really good too. Free coffee available 24/7. The whole place was really clean, and the outdoor patio was a great place to relax!

I'm a local and spent the night with family in town and we all loved every minute! From Ruby (Front Desk Extraordinare), to the beautiful room overlooking the Courtyard, the pool and of course the delish breakfast (homemade waffles! ), and GM Allie and the staff making sure my guests had everything they needed, we all gave it 5 Stars!

My recent stay at this hotel proved to be very unpleasant due to bed bug infestation on the first floor. I arrived on 7/05/2018 to join my brother who arrived the previous day. I am allergic to bug bites and became very uncomfortable the next day with bites in patterns of 3 on my hands and forearms indicating the bugs were most likely in the pillows. I went to the front desk requesting another room and was told they were full. They sent a maintenance man back to the room with me and I quizzed him along the way regarding his knowledge of bedbug erradication he did not know anything. He changed pillows and cases on the bed I slept on. I had more bites the next day and spent a miserable sleepless night. The following day I Once again approached the front desk and was able to move to a bug free room on the 3rd floor. I was told this situation was reported and the proper steps would be taken in compliance with health department regulations. Paying hundreds of dollars for a hotel with bedbugs.

Really nice place right on the Main Street in town. Free parking, pretty good free breakfast, professional staff were fantastic. Great dining within walking distance. Looking forward to spending a lot of time here whenever possible.

This was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels my family has ever stayed in. The continental breakfast was delicious! The front desk staff was nothing but helpful and friendly! I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in New Symrna Beach!

Easy Walking distance to the beach. Sits in among restaurant and shops. Park your car and don't move it again. Great hot breakfast. Clean and nice size rooms. The only reason it didn't get a 5 was our AC was not working properly and we couldn't get the room below 78 degrees and the maintenance person didn't come to work until noon. This was tough for a 1 night stay.

The room was nicely organized and comfertable. Service was great as well as the location. Lovely hotel in all.

Staff, especially Ruby, have a customer focus. They go above and beyond to take care of their guests. Rooms are very well kept and clean. Parking lot is well kept. High recommend.

An absolutely amazing hotel located on a lowkey and wonderfully lively street. Amazing food joints all around and awesome breakfasts. I cannot recommend this spot enough.

It was a pretty good hotel. Rooms were kind of humid and the hottub had weird stuff in it one of the days we were there. Very close to the beach and very close to the shopping area which was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

This rating I give because the staff at this location lied to me continuously about truck and trailer accommodations. My wife and I to drove from New Jersey to enjoy the area of New Smyrna and to attend the Daytona bike week. I booked the room November of 2017 and made several calls at that location questioning the truck and trailer parking. Each time a staff member insured me there was plenty of room in the overflow lot. The overflow lot is a public parking lot that all visitors use. Upon our arrival the lot was already full. It’s unleveled, dirt and I would have to maneuver around some large trees. The surrounding streets are tight and no where to pull over to offload without creating a traffic problem. These things the staff would know, should know. This is a unfamiliar area for us. The manager Andrew Paul was unapologetic and defended his staff. A female staff member at the time was very flippant and told my wife she parks there all the time. So we cancelled the reservation and got back on the highway to find lodging. This location is not truck and trailer friendly. And the staff members are blatant liars. If we had driven a smart car only it may have been a pleasant experience.

I am thoroughly disappointed in this hotel. Was assured it had a refrigerator. Guess what. None. After complainingTHREE times we got one the NEXT day. Doesn't work good for a diabetic with insulin on hand. Bedside clock had no light at night. The next day Caleb said it was unplugged and running on batteries. Now its 3:05 pm and the room isn't cleaned yet. YIKES! Obviously needs a new manager.

I had a pretty decent time at the hotel. Our room wasn't ready when we came in at 3pm which was no big deal. We went out, did a rehearsal for a wedding ceremony and returned and our room was ready. Some of the other people in our group's room wasn't ready. From their explanation, there was a shortage of housekeepers suffering from a cold, which was fine. Things happen. However I could tell our room was rushed in it's cleaning. There was visible dust on some parts of the bathroom and pieces of gum on the towels. It was pretty gross to be showering and have that on you. The people were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good, though when I went to get tea in the evening the water wasn't hot and we had to microwave the water. So all in all, it was an average experience. I understand it must have been hectic and I'm pretty easy-going, but I do have to give it an average rating.

We really did enjoy our stay here. It's really close to the beach, all of the shops on Flagler, and tons of restaurants and bars. The room was very comfortable and the staff were all extremely friendly. The only thing is that there is no mini fridge in the rooms. It's not a deal breaker but it really would have rounded out the experience. We would stay again, especially for the price.

Right on the main strip! walk to the beach. Comfortable, clean rooms, ac/heat work well. And fast! Quiet too. Parking is available. Free buffet breakfast. Gym is well appointed. You can ask for a minifridge if needed. Front desk staff have great suggestions for activities. Near many restaurants/shops within walking distance. I am a repeat customer and will be back soon!

The hotel was clean with a very nice staff. Amenities included a gym with full free weight selection and a clean private pool. Complimentary breakfast served from 6 to 10 everyday and included Continental style selections along with more substantial selections like waffles and breakfast meats.

We stayed at the Hampton in New Smyrna Beach in Nov. And found it to be very clean and accommodating. The staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was great. I inadvertently left a robe in our room and called the next day and left message for housekeeping. The next day Eva from housekeeping called to let me know she had my robe and offered to send it to me. I got the robe in 2 days and was thrilled since it was my favorite!

Nice place, great breakfast, 2 issues — internet connection is horrible, I couldn't make a call or receive calls until I walked out of the building to the street. Since there were many groups of people here for 3 different weddings at breakfast this was a topic each morning between guests greeting each other. The other issue no ventilation or vent fans in the bathroom rooms. That would really help. If it weren't for these two issues I would have given a 5 star rating.

But you were so warm and accommodating when helping me with my fathers stay! You took ownership and nailed it! If you keep that up you'll be running your own hotel in no time. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite acceptable… clean and everything works. They have done a great job of blending in to the neighborhood. I would gladly stay here again.

Somewhat disappointing stay. TV in the room didn't work at all. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. ROOM DOOR DIDNT LATCH PROPERLY! Had to yank on it to get it to latch. Also, bathroom fan didn't seem to work. 2 days and a pair of shorts wouldn't dry. Had to go use the dryer. Maintenance issues aside, the room was nice, well cleaned, comfy, etc. Breakfast was tasty and had nice variety. Hotel was well appointed.

Nice location, not far from the beach. Fun spots within walking distance on Flagler. Room smelled funny, chemically or something. And you have to put your room key in a device to get the electric in the room to work. Which was kind of weird but I guess cost and environmentally friendly.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. The staff is attentive. However the halls and elevator were hot and muggy. You have to put a room key in a slot to keep the lights on which is an annoying nuisance. I would like to see that be removed. Close to the beach with some nice restaurants nearby.

Had a fantastic stay the hotel was first class and staff were excellent what a beautiful place to visit. A stunning little town with a fantastic beach, great food served in the little Italian on the Main Street.

Nice one night stay. Wish I had more time to eat more of the good-looking breakfast. Keeping the back entrance to the parking lot open would be an added plus.

I was hesitant at staying at this Hampton since the design of the property seemed a bit uncharacteristic of the franchise. But it is the same service and room quality I like and expect. The pool is sized just fine and is comparable to most hotel pools in Daytona and Smyrna. I love the location to beach and restaurants I will be back. New Smyrna is the best beach town in Florida.

I have enjoyed myself quite a bit, the service is excellent and the places around it are amazing. I would recommend anyone staying in new Smyrna to stay here.

Great location, right in the heart of downtown NSB. Room was new and very clean. Free breakfast was decent and there were plenty of tables and couches to sit at, including a nice outdoor area. Great stay!

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice and spacious. The location is perfectly situation on Flagler, about 1/4 mile from beach and in the middle of great restaurants. The downside is that this is the only Hampton that doesn't have a fridge or microwave in the rooms. The desk clerks are nice enough to allow you to keep things in their fridge and use their microwave, but they really need to bite the bullet and put them in the rooms.

Nice place. The staff were friendly and helpful. Seems fairly new and in good condition. Breakfast area was nice, but the food offering was a bit week. I found myself without any eggs, either scrambled or hard boiled. I would recommend it overall.

This Hampton is a green design. They use Daikin AC equipment instead of those regular noisy AC that sound let freight trains. So the rooms are super quiet exactly what you need ehen you go on a vacation :-). Love this place.

What took NSB so long to get a quality hotel? The Hampton Inn NSB is by far the best hotel in NSB. Great location and walking distance to the beach. The staff is great as is the breakfast. We have been several times now and will be returning often. T. Stephens :).
