Amenities were good. Security was pretty good since the area is not in such a great place crime wise, so you weren't bothered by drug dealers when you left your room.

It is a very quiet place to get to the Travajo and rest is Chingon.

Nice enough hotel. Proximity is ok though I don't know if I'd feel comfortable venturing out anytime past dark. Could be my own worries but the area kind of felt run down. Hotel was clean and a good value.

Rooms are nice. Very comfortable. Breakfast is lacking just cold cereal bagels. Etc.

I liked it but the only thong I walked in 209 and my bear was sitting up staring at me.

The front desk was very friendly and was accommodating of our ~2am arrival time. Rooms are large and clean. The beds are not the comfiest but they are manageable. The breakfast offers oatmeal, OJ, fresh waffles, bread, bagels, and a several other breakfast items. It is also right near the downtown Daytona Beach area.

All interior entrances. Sink and tub had good water flow (both volume and pressure) and drained well. Good hotel for the money. I was there Fri. & Sat. Nights, 1/12 & 13.

Clean newer motel at a good price. New sheets and towels. Great shower head. Fridge, micro, hair dryer, iron and board, coffee maker. Not a walkable neighborhood.

The super 8 on ridgeview blvd is a nice looking place but they have no respect for customer service or the customer theirselves, we stayed there just last nite and next door there were teenagers making all kinds of noise up until the early morning hours and we tried to get the night person to do something about it but no luck he didn't do squat. So we will never be going back to Daytona beach again.

Nice, safe & clean hotel BUT make sure the air condition is turned on in the room when you first get the room. The air was turned off, but I was so tired after being with family in the hospital I didn't bother to change rooms thinking surely it was cool down. At 11:00pm it was 88. By 1:00am it was 81by the wall thermostat. I finally fell asleep but in the morning it was only 76. I had it set for 68. I should have changed rooms but as late as at was, I didn't bother. Some rooms will cool faster, but this one didn't. The Indian manager informed me they don't keep the a/c on the rooms all the time, which I informed him that he shouldn't charge full price ($75 + tax) that late then rent out a hot room for the night. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel and my second time staying there.

Was very impressed with cleanliness. Was ready to risk not getting the cleanest hotel as we only stayed a few nights. Only thing bad was we went to do one load of laundry in the coin operated washer and dryer on the first floor, and washer would not start. Night manager told us it just doesn't work sometimes, and recommended a clean and safe Laundromat. Very happy overall.

Mike Patel is the rudest and crooked general manager ever. This guy is running a scam we're is over charging people for room rates of 150.50 on the accounts and making it seem like it's a hold, it's processed out of your account if you don't pay attention to the transaction. He is very rude to women as well and will never ever do business with Super 8 ever again. Also he likes to cancel your reservations to as well if he can't charge your card when he wants to on the day of your reservation. This will be taking to the next level. Check your bank statements for all of those who purchased a room here.

We enjoyed our stay here which was 15 minutes from the beach. The front desk staff was pleasant and gave us tips about what to do. Maintenance staff was excellent. The room was very clean and smelled okay and the internet worked. Breakfast was the only downside. The coffee wasn't good, and rhey offwred very limited choices of food. They do have a great waffle maker so we were happy with that. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price and will stay there again.

The first guy that we encountered Shaun was very pleasant at check in. We got into the elevator and the scent of marijuana was so strong my husband and I both had to hold our breath while going to the next floor so that we would not inhale the stench. We went into the room and got our stuff settled and condensed to laying down when the people next door started fighting and cussing so loud that we were scared they may shoot through our walls. We went down to the front desk (there was opened beer in the elevator which the clerk didn't care about either) to report it to the night clerk named Brad who was by far the worst clerk I have ever encountered in any hotel we have ever visited. (My husband and I come to Daytona beach at least 2 times per month. ) He was very aggressive that we even interrupted him and he told is that we could not be moved based off of being "disturbed" by another guest being loud or smoking pot. I say stay home if you can't get a different hotel than this one or go to another town, because the guest services here are horrid enough to ruin the best vacation. ***Update it's 4am and our neighbors are still partying! We have officially been up all night!

We saw a good movie. We were comfortable. And the price of concessions was too high as usual.

The service is good the rooms are nice… the only reasons it is not getting a 5 star is I do not like the way the floor is going to the rooms I almost fell every time I walked on it and the smoking section on the 2nd floor doesn't stay unlocked all night I stay up late so I would have to go all the way down stair and away from the door to smoke then go back up to my room I wish they had the smoking section door like they do the front door at night.

HORRIBLE experience! First off, was advised by locals that Robinson street and the corner by the hotel is HUGE for prostitution! Also, marijuana smell consumes the hallways! Doors slam at ALL hours of the night! The managers wife is extremely rude when you request more towels to dry off with! The covers consume of a sheet and a comforter that is thinner than a sheet so you either freeze or burn up at night because you cannot set the air at a desired temperature according to your covers! Would NEVER recommend this place to stay especially since there are a lot more pleasant hotels in Daytona that would grant you the service desired for your money spent!

Very clean and no problem with Internet or TV. Only a short drive from downtown Daytona.

The service was not very good. The manager (Mike) was very rude and nasty. I will never stay there not will I refer anyone. Take your money elsewhere. TheY will appreciate you more.

Nice, clean, SECURE hotel. We do alot of traveling around the state of florida. One of the better hotels we have stayed in. Will stay again.

I work there and I think it is a very nice hotel. A place where you can feel comfortable.

We checked in on 4/25/14 at 700 atlantic ave. We ask for ocenfront. We paid full price turned out to be 100.00, We got to room 337. It was not ocenfront. We went back to front desk and he stated, You can see the ocean and that is what we call oceanfront,. We did not argue with him. We are very disappointed with super 8 and will not return. Love this super 8 we stay hear every year for bike week! no complaints what so ever.
