Spacious oceanfront room with balcony at a reasonable price. Eddy at the Front desk is amazing. Quick check in. The amenities were good. Fast free Wi-Fi and free parking. Nice touches — — towels folded into swans. Would definitely stay again.

When I saw the excellent rating this hotel has, I expected more than what it was when I arrived. First, the they only had two oceanfront rooms left only on the second floor even though I booked last week and requested a higher floor. The first room had a strange smell, so the front desk was able to switch me to other room. This room couldn't sit on the couch and see the ocean because there were palm trees blocking the view. We couldn't hear the waves because the a/c unit is the kind that sticks out of the wall like a window unit and is so loud. And we were right in front of the pool, so when we sat on the balcony, we had no privacy. The room was old. The bathroom was small and had cracking in the wall around the the top of the shower insert. My daughter and I kept feeling itchy while standing on the carpet and today my two year old is covered in bug bites which are small red dots in clusters of threes throughout her body. I'm a nurse and it looks like bed bug bites. While in the pool, I could smell a strong smell of urine. Also, around the pool, on the stairs going to the beach, and while out on the balcony, I could smell urine. Also, my daughter accidentally turned on the heater because she was playing with the ac unit sticking out of the wall; it started smoking while I was in the bathroom and the fire alarm went off. It's also a small building with not a lot of floors. The bed was comfortable while only sleeping on my back.

Nice staff, rooms and rates are ok. Pool and hot tub are very clean. It's an nice hotel for the price… Especially being able to walk right to the beach. Our family had a great time going from the beach to the heated pool and hot tub.

Bed is unbelievably comfortable. AC was positioned to blow directly against dresser with no constant fan mode. Staff was helpful and kind. Everything worked great. Could have been Continental breakfast offering.

On our way to WDW and had an extra day to spend at the beach. Decided to stay here as the price was right and located right on the beach. Clean rooms. Great pool area and beach access. A bin full of sand toys/beach gear for free use to hotel patrons. Nice kitchenette in the room we stayed in. We didn’t do any cooking but used the fridge. Beds were comfy. Balcony view was incredible and you could hear the gentle waves all evening as we went to sleep.

I greatly enjoyed staying here. Our room had a balcony with a beach view and it was extremely affordable without compromising quality. The room was clean and modern and the pool was well maintained. We were here during shoulder season so it was relatively quiet and I loved it.

You have vista and greets, direct to the sea all excellent although the attention of the receptionist is not very pleasant. There is No breakfast.

A little expensive for the service.

We decided to stay here during a very busy time and had some issues with our credit card but they were very accommodating and still held our room for us. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My kids had a great time as well. Great location. I actually saw how they clean the rooms, very thorough. We will be staying here again.

Great great great place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great view of the ocean. Great bang for your buck. Its a smaller place so it's not as crowded as any other bigger places, which I loved. Nice size room. The balcony was good size. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower/bath got the job done. I would highly recommend and I will b returning.

Good option if you want the beach without the bustle of Daytona or if you are passing to Miami. Right to the edge of the sea and with direct access to the beach through the pool area (a bit careless), almost all the rooms have great views and a balcony. It is a functional hotel, and little more. Have coffee and water free all day at the reception, which was appreciated, though unfortunately does not include breakfast. Yes it has parking and good Wi-Fi. Curiosity: in this area the cars are for the sands of the beach as if it were a road. Beware! ;-)

We just rented 4 rooms last week! Three out of the four rooms were clean with great views. One of the rooms had bed bug shells under the mattress! Once the staff was notified they argued with us saying that was not bed bug shells YES… IT WAS! We demanded our money back and had to go find a new hotel that had 4 room available. The hotel staff was not friendly and they did NOT apologize!

Great ocean view room, and really nice staff. Cant get any closer access to the beach than the back door across the pool deck. Only negative is the elevator noise all night long, and poor weather stripping around the doors, making no sound barrier to the children running the halls. Overall id stay here again for the price and location ;) see ya next year Daytona shores ;)

Nice location and view from our room. It could be a little cleaner In the corners. The pool area is good but again a little cleaner. Air worked great. Beds clean and comfortable. Bathroom good.

Stayed with my family for a week and had a great time. The staff is super nice, the housekeepers do a great job at cleaning. The pool is warm, and the easy access to the beach was through the pool. We had a blast! I'd like breakfast included though, that's my only complaint. Other than that a great, nice and clean place to stay in!

We were located in the top floor. We had a phenomenal view. The carpet wasn't clean and the Wi-Fi didn't work. It was a busy weekend though, so I would come again.

Great staff. I got there before 3 pm and I have a 6 year old so I talk to them to see if I can get my room earlier. Well let me tell you, they told me I can use the facility right away they didnt garanty a room but an hour later they call my cell and I have my room before 3pm and from there on they are just great ppl. Going back again and again. Keep doing the good job.

We were pleasantly surprised at the great customer service here. The view was amazing, the pool and beach were very easy to get access. The front desk employees were happy to help with directions. Will definitely be back to stay.

Beautiful view if you get Ocean view room! At the time of booking make sure you confirm that your room will be facing the ocean or u will be dissapointed!

This hotel apparently has a crime issue. I was questioned by the local police for just sitting in my car. Questioned by the front desk lady on whether I was a guest when I asked for the location of the computer/printer. Minorities will likely be profiled here no matter how affluent you appear. Someone will be watching you! My room (610) smelled like cigarettes and musk, and had a semi-cool AC… Also be prepared to wait as there's only one elevator. Spend the extra $ and go somewhere else.

Priceline display false advertisement on their web page, stated balcony with ocean view and ended up trying to sleep next to the elevator. Service rep kept stating what the contract stated and the only resolve that I pay more for their screw up. The front desk obese old lady was rude and unhelpful. I will never use Priceline again and never stay at this hotel. Thanks for the BS night.

The outside of the hotel was nice looking but the inside seemed very run down. The carpets throughout the halls and our room was stained and frayed in places. The walls were dingy with dirt and needed to be cleaned. The elevator reeked of cigarette smoke like someone had just smoked in it. When we booked it said we would have a balcony with an ocean view but our view was actually of the parking lot and the hotel next doors roof. The air conditioner in our room was broken and didnt blow any cold air no matter what temperature it was set on. The one positive note was the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

5*****+++++ Loved the property for the price. Loved the staff and their willingness to help! They would hold an ocean view room for us late with no extra charge and though we were stressed due to family matters they kept us smiling and surprised us with dinner. We could not ask for better service! … Hint*stay on the 4th floor Or above on the Ocean side! It's quiet except for the crashing of the waves on the shore. What a way to relax :-)
