Great beach side condo! very quiet and clean.

Very disappointed We got the insurance just in case something were to happen as my mother was sick and we were trying to get to seeing her sister once last time but I canceled insurance too soon and now can’t get my almost 900.00 back… my mother passed away and the insurance people aren’t helping at all… don’t ever ever cancel insurance until like 24 hours before you are scheduled to go! Insurance is a dang JOKE! Very very disappointed and upset!

Great place and view but no fresh towels or extra TP provided wash and buy yourself.

It was nice, clean. Parking was weird. No washer/dryers. Close to beach. Decent pool. We liked it okay. I would use it again.

Someone took our room key from the lock box after hours. Still not sure wh at happened. We were placed in different rooms for the evening to accommodate our group, they comped us a night and got us our original room, cleaned the next day!

Nice location right in the beach, but not too crowded of an area. Can't really beat that.

A little noisy, can't see sunset from balcony because of building design.

It was pretty good in general no complaints from me.

Kept $25.00 for a "fully refundable" room. When you click on the site it states "Fully refundable" click on terms it states "fully refundable 4 weeks in advance" When I wrote to them stating we cancelled prior to 4 weeks in advance they stated read the Fine Print which was 3 pages down on the online form stating they "may keep a service fee in the event of an cancelation" and that they were going to keep it. The most outrageous part of all of this is, it said "no advance payments, pay at time of arrival" yet also took 30% immediately. AVOID them at all costs they are ripe off artists!

Very disappointed. My husband, mother and I stayed at the Caprice Resort last September. After two nights of a planned 5 night stay we were evacuated due to the impending Hurricane. The management guaranteed that I would be reimbursed for the days that I had paid for. Of course I understand that they bear no responsibility for the hurricane but the least they could do is return my numerous phone calls I've made over the past 6 months regarding my reimbursement. I booked the reservation through Expedia and even bought the insurance. Expedia finally informed me this morning that the Caprice Resort refuses to reimburse me for the 4 nights that I paid for and was not able stay even though they told me at the time that I would be fully reimbursed for the 4 nights.

One of the best well-kept vacation spots on St Pete Beach they really take pride in their property and, accommodating their guests.

The staff here is so friendly and the food and drink is over the top. The room has an excellent view of the ocean and pool. We will definitely be interested in returning again.

We stayed in the Caprice Resort for a week from the 5 May 17. The apartment block is very well situated, right on the beach with great views and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The pool area is well maintained with good facilities. The BBQ and deck is a lovely place to watch the sunset. It seems that a lot of the guests holiday there regularly and therefore know each other well making for a convivial atmosphere Just be aware that the apartments are privately owned and maintained to different standards. Some have been updated and modernised but the one that we stayed in was tired and old and this cannot be detected from the internet pictures. All seem to be charged at the same price however so be careful to enquire with the management company as to what you are getting.

We had such a great time. You literally can't get closer to the ocean! Such a beautiful place with some extremely helpful and friendly staff. Anyone that complains about this place is just one of those people that complains about everything!

We were here over a long weekend for a wedding and wanted a condo instead of just a hotel room. This place definitely delivered. The views were wonderful looking out towards the beach and gulf and the unit was very clean and well stocked. There really is nothing negative I can find about this location.

Our room was nicely updated and quite comfortable. The staff is AMAZING and very responsive. The location is topnotch and beautiful. The one issue we had was that the pool area was extremely loud all day long and could be heard in our room as if we were outside. That was a major downfall if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. Book a higher floor! All in all, a lovely little place.

The rooms and the building are a bit tired, but the location is good. If you are expecting luxury you will be disappointed. If you are expecting a dump, you will be positively surprised. A solid, if uninspired, rental.

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff and great location… will be back.

On our third day of seven and it has been great. Clean, on the beach, and most of what you need for a stay.

Very exclusive. Lacking in the hospitality department. Good views of the water and sunset. A lot of privacy. Overall pretty good.
