Beautiful view close to the beach.

I'm deaf with a small service dog and I came up from NY. I had wanted a room higher up with a better Ocean view. The manager surprised me by letting me stay in a wonderful 1 bedroom suite. It had 2 balconies. A kitchen, 2 closets, nice kitchen, beautiful bathroom, Living room, 1 bedroom, and 2 t. V. S. It was so big and nice that I felt very lucky to get that room. The huge beach is private and quiet. Saw some interesting birds out there. Then there's a pool to relax at. In the morning I will get breakfast at the free buffet here. It felt very welcoming when I checked in and they gave the guests free chocolate chip 🍪. There were also free dog bones for your pets very nicely wrapped like little gifts. I really love the room I was given and was very impressed. I can't thank the manager enough for such super customer service. The beach and ocean views from my room are fabulous. Definitely want to come back here again.

Rooms need updated its like the original furniture from. The 70s… bed is hard to sleep in pillows terrible. Great staff at front desk breakfast was great. Sm. Pool. 30 dollars to rent beach chairs for 800 a night should be nice rugs smell also. And if your at the pool got to go back inside second floor to use bathroom. Kitchens nice and place dont need to be painted just furniture and rugs makes this a miserable experience worst couch I ever sat on really bad.

Everything has been really nice! The breakfast cook is AWESOME he's friendly, cooks a good breakfast and gives out great chocolate chip cookies!

We just got here and everyone has been amazing so far! the air I our room wasnt working too great and they sent someone immediately and he was amazing and fixed it in 5 mins and even brought extra fans. 5 mins after he left the front desk called to make sure everything was ok. We love it here so far!

Great place! Our family of four (5yo and 3yo) have vacationed here three October’s in. Row now. The pool is always clean and the beach is so close. Breakfast in the morning and great customer service is a plus!

This Residence Inn has been wonderful! The views are amazing, the service is friendly and we are really enjoying ourselves. While at breakfast this morning the staff gave my children sand buckets and fresh baked cookies to take back to the room. The cleaning staff has also done a great job on our room.

Great Residence Inn right on Treasure Island Beach is right at your back door and also the rooms are very comfortable every room has a view of the ocean. They offer a breakfast for you downstairs every morning and a social hour every Monday night. I would highly recommend it for anybody looking for a good hotel.

A surprise on Treasure Island. Looks pretty plain from the street. The lobby is not well marked when you arrive — it's on the second floor in the front. Parking is very nice — you can find under roof spaces often. The beach and pool are right outside the back door! We had a suite with a king bedroom. It was very spacious and clean. It is pet friendly but there is a one time charge of $100+tax to bring Fido along. (Still cheaper than the kennel). The staff were VERY helpful — from front desk to housekeeping. The breakfasts were tasty with several options; don't be surprised if you are handed a little treat for later when you leave the dining room. They host happy hour events most weeknights but we never had a chance to attend any. It's not a brand new building but it's current in all the amenities offered. I debated on whether to rate them a 4 or 5-star. On the day we left, my car battery died. One of the staff brought his car up and gave me a jump start — 5th star well earned.

This is a great property with a beautiful view. They keep the hotel, inside and out, clean and nice looking. The beach access is right by the pool area that also has a bar open a few hours on the weekend, if I remember right. All of the employees I spoke with were nice, friendly and eager to assist with whatever. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. From what I could tell every room has a balcony and an ocean view. We also enjoyed the free breakfast one of the mornings we were there. The only negative comment I have is the elevators are on the small side and pretty slow when you press the button to retrieve them. This Residence Inn is a fantastic property.

Hotel is a bit older, but the staff are great. I love the proximity to the ocean and that you can walk from the pool to the ocean with no issues. Rooms are super clean and our king studio was well updated. Breakfast was surprisingly good also. I've eaten a lot of free hotel breakfasts and this one, while much the same, was fresher and more well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Had a wonderful time it was very close to the beach. You could literally walk downstairs go past the pool walk on the dock, and you are literally on the beach. The people (employees) were very very friendly And very loving the breakfast bar was so awesome. I am in the mist right now of making another reservation for the weekend. 10 thumbs up for this property. Love it.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to bring our entire furry family! No weight limit on the dogs here, just a $100 pet fee, total. The girls loved it. We had a minor issue with a noisy toilet, but Terrance & Tom took care of us so quickly, everything was great! They provided friendly, professional service that made up for the minor inconvenience. The hotel is lucky to have these two on staff.

Service is wonderful. Ample parking. Right on the beach. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful view. Hotel bar only serves beer and wine.

Great stay. Our family had a two bedroom suite. The pool was excellent, grounds very well maintained. The hot tub was hot, clean and powerful jets. The beach was excellent. The town is working on beach replenishment. So fun.

Always one of our go-tos for quick getaways. Great free breakfast, super clean, friendly staff and great views/balconies. Close to Johns Pass for shopping and food and close enough for a quick trip driving or trolley to Clearwater. Totally recommend!

Right on the beach, this hotel has beautiful rooms and they cleverly angled the building so most rooms have some sort of water view. There is a pool and hot tub, lots of parking, and not far from Johns Pass Tourist Village. Breakfast is included and a delightful walking path along the beach takes you down in front of all the hotels to the main boulevard.

We stay here whenever we come into town. It's a nice hotel right on the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful views. The rooms are very nice. High ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. There is a pool, fitness center and a very nice breakfast. Bedding is comfortable and plush. Quiet hotel. We will return and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We are currently staying here and live the location. We love the top floor with the high ceilings and full kitchen! The views are incredible and love the walking trails along the beach. The beach is wide and beautiful and lots of room to spread out. Great breakfast buffet too! I like we are walking distance to John R. Pass with lots of places to eat, shop and activities. We will be back! Wish you took larger dogs so we could come back for at least couple of weeks next year with our dog.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at this resort. This hotel was clean, accessible and right on the beach. We enjoyed the local restaurants nearby. There is plenty of shopping, entertainment and casual beach walking to be done here.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is best I've ever had at a hotel. Erica the GM runs a great staff and one staff person in particular, Alvin made the experience rememberable. He works the kitchen for the amazing breakfast they serve everyday but he also went above and beyond to make our stay great. He made fresh chocolate chip cookies for our 5 year old son each day and brought fresh strawberries for my wife. The rooms are modern and clean, the house keeping is professional and on point. The pool is always stocked with towels and the beach in front of the hotel is always pristine and beautiful.

Still one of my favorite hotels on the West coast. Staff is incredible and goes above and beyond to help. Rooms are comfy for one night or a week. Happy hour at the bar is always a great deal and the complimentary breakfast buffet makes it an even better deal. The area has a lot to offer as bike and walking trails line the beach and will lead you to various bars and restaurants. Beaches are gorgeous and offer plenty of room to stretch out or recharge the batteries. Heated pool with poolside snack and drink bar. If that’s not enough, Johns Pass just down the street offers just about anything you’re looking for from water sports to restaurants and shops. And — they’re pet friendly!

We checked in after a long day on the road. Evan was fantastic. Very caring. Went out of his way to make sure we had a room that we were happy with.

My family has enjoyed many years of staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Treasure Island, FL. This year was by far the BEST! Every staff member was friendly and over-the-top accommodating. The 24 of us enjoyed many of the amenities offered: complimentary breakfast, luxurious accommodations, exercise room, pool, beach access, the gathering room, happy hour at their modest but family friendly bar area, conference room, coffee bar… we even had a space to set up the corn hole game by the hot tub. We had a great family reunion and we owe a lot of it to the Resident Inn by Marriott and their terrific staff. Thank You!

The 2 bedroom suites are HUGE with a nice side balcony providing beach views. The staff was friendly and attentive and the location is pretty convenient to St Pete's beach to the south and other beaches to the north. John's Pass was a block away. If it rains and you're in the second building, do plan to get soaked since the halls are exposed on that building. The pool area is nice (if a bit small) and the beach is right there though it's a bit of a walk to the water line. I'd definitely stay at this Marriott location again.

I stay at Marriott's and usually do not write reviews. Because of the staff I just had to. First Perfect location. This team is A+. EACH and EVERY person we came in contact with during our stay (no matter where and what time of day) was exceptional. Every staff person appeared GENUINELY happy and helpful. Suites were spacious; nice breakfast; pool; hot tub and short walk to the beach Thank you for making our girls trip something special!

Fantastic hotel with stunning views, right on the beachfront, only have to walk through a gate and you're there. Staff are friendly and approachable and always try and resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Rooms are clean and spacious and are equipped well with cable TV and all amenities that you could need. Pool area is always clean and is big enough for the amount of guests that the hotel accomodates for. Had a brilliant two week stay and would be hard to find any flaws, would absolutely recommend and would also stay again.

My second time staying at this hotel and all in all I can say that it is a amazing place to stay at, its staff are very attentive and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The apartments are also relatively big which can be useful for families, but also keeps the charm of the hotel as well. The surrounding area is beautiful, it's got a public supermarket close by which is useful and cosy coast restaurants to dine at. 100% child friendly, the pool entertains them as well as the "over the bridge" beach (literally) which again is stunning. The pool bar is also a nice addition to the hotel! In conclusion I'd defiantly love to stay here again as it's situated in a phenomenal part of Florida, and the sunsets are to die for — something we don't get back in England! Thanks you Marriott!

Our first time in Florida for our family of 5 and our extended family totaling 21 of us and this place was perfect. As other reviewers have said, service and hospitality is top notch. Everyone is friendly and accommodating to everything we needed. Every employee we encountered was so nice and wish I could mention them all here but the names I remember were Marc and Brian. Also the young man that is working on his degree in hotel management, he was awesome. Breakfast staff, front desk, and also the cleaning ladies, all were great. Hot breakfast in the morning was such a plus. The kids especially loved the waffles. The pool is small but it suits its purpose and when they have a bartender there, is even more fun. The walk to the beach is easy and we had some great days out there in the warm water. The rooms were large, clean, and had everything we needed. Within walking to distance to all the fun water activities at John's Pass. I really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to going back again.

Staying here for 2 weeks during a move, with my dog. I have to say thus place is fantastic, some of the best hardworking staff with excellent customer service that I've ever seen. Everything is maintained perfectly and even the elevators are clean, which for a hotel on the beach is not easy. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable and everyone here is so accommodating. The beach is nice and wide in this spot and there's even a soft serve ice cream and shake shack right outside the doors. Great place for vacation with kids and pets.

Disclaimer: I didn't stay here, a friend did and we met them at the hotel, however, from what I saw I was very impressed. The rooms were modern and set up nicely. The breakfast that comes with your room was plentiful and had many options. I feel my only complaint would be elevator locations and accessibility. My friends waited quite a long time to be able to access an elevator that wasn't full when trying to bring their luggage cart down. They had to go across the hotel.

Masterclass! I travel frequently on business and leisure and this experience was one of the best ever. My wife and I had a quick one day trip for her birthday. Christina Moore, Manager, greeted us warmly, upgraded our room (which was an amazing ocean view suite), and a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate the birthday. The room was clean and the facility was well maintained. Excellence in customer service and accommodations from the people to the pillows! Will be back and will recommend to anyone that is heading to the gulf coast of Florida.

We were guests of the guests who stayed. The staff were all extremely helpful to our family or Mothers day. The room had 2 beautiful patios and a large living area with kitchen. We were able to enjoy lunch together and utilize all the kitchenware.

This hotel is in a great location on Treasure Island beach. The hotel is very clean, updated and elegant. The staff was superb. There is a nice pool and hot tub deck with easy access to the beach. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the rooms. The breakfast was well appreciated and attended.

As close to heaven as you can get on this Earth. When I read the reviews and the description of this hotel I thought it was too good to be true. Right on the beach, gorgeous facility, close to everything, pool, fitness center, and so on, all at a very reasonable price. But it's all true. The hotel is exactly as it appears in the pix. The staff members are professional and friendly. The daily free breakfast really makes it easy to enjoy the beach without running around looking for food and the fact that it is a "residence" in the sense of having kitchens in the units means you can pretty much never leave the hotel and why would you want to? The beach is phenomenal. I saw dolphins one morning early and one swam up to me to say hi. This was my second stay and I can't say enough good things about this property. My favorite staff members were Jazzy, who checked me in, and Jimmie, the night security guy, who was constantly cleaning and doing little odd jobs at 5 a. M. (I wake up early). He was always cheerful and pleasant and a very hard worker. I couldn't believe how energetically he was cleaning the elevator in the middle of the night when all I wanted was a cup of coffee. Jazzy lived up to her name by being very bright, friendly, efficient and fun to interact with. She is one of those people in the hotel industry who just get it.

The general manager was very rude to us when we requested a late check out. We stayed in a very expensive two bedroom suite and were told that since we were checking out on Monday of Labor Day weekend, it was likely that it would not be sold out and therefor not be a problem at all to request late check out. When we requested it in the morning, the manager said it was not possible. I asked her if the two bedrooms were sold out, she said they were not, in fact the hotel was barely booked, but because of her system it was not possible to accommodate U. S. And could only offer an hour extra, or charge us an additional $60 if we wanted later than that. I think when a customer is paying top dollar for a room, it's the manager's job to be flexible in her system. This was a poor managerial decision since the hotel will likely be mostly vacant until the next big holiday. And it was not a burden since the two bedrooms were all available that evening.
