The staff was great, rooms were very nice and clean, had a view of the canal, the kitchen was equipped with pots, dishes silverware and coffee pot, pool and grounds were very well kept and the ac was very cold which we like at night. The only thing I can say is the walls are NOT SOUNDPROOF, we could hear EVERYTHING! But besides of that it was a great stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel offers great views from the front to the back including a private dock. Staff and owners are very friendly and kind. The hotel room is clean and supplied with everything you need. I was happy to see a cook tip with pans, dishes and more. Bring your coffee and enjoy the views. I have read other reviews about how the hotel is outdated but this hotel I am pleased and satisfied with my stay and will definitely return. Remember this is Florida and you have to appreciate the history of these hotels/motels.

Rooms have everything you need.
Kitchenette, nice pool area and sitting area out back you can see dolphin or catch a glimpse at a manatee.
Comfy beds, good rates, close to John's Pass at Maderia, Sloppy Joe's. Many restaurants, shops and bars walking distance or short drive — with Thomas Wilson.

Rooms are spacious with great views of the back bay n font views of the city life. Beds are comfortable n A/C ice cold. Kitchen has two burner electric stove that made it easy to cook for the family.
Owners have taken the time to update the hotels' appearance n have become environment friendly saving energy with towels are upon request.
The past five 5yrs the owners have made me feel like family everytime I have stayed. Always a stress free vacation.

Decent prices very clean & breathtaking view near to everything worth spending $$$ for a getaway with my family I loves every bit of it.

This was our favorite place to stay, the rooms were always clean, the prices were affordable. Not the case anymore, the new owners raised the prices, the rooms are dirty. We have patronized this motel for many years. Such a shame they sold out to greedy people. In the past the rates were around $89 per night and boat slips were $20. Now the rates are at best $125 and boat slips $45 per night. What a shame! You won’t last long with those prices!

The staff was great and the room was clean. The only negative was the a/c wasn't working very well. When I told them about it, they did see about fixing it asap. I would go back…

Walking into such a fresh, clean room after a long work day was the BEST feeling. They had the AC turned down, perfectly folded towels and origami TP roses. The ladies who clean/run this place do a incredible job. I was so impressed I got such a lovely room at such a great price. 10/10 going to book again for my next work trip to this area. Have stayed here before. If you want a great place to experience old Florida charm. I highly recommend this place. You have a super place to dock your boat. This is our go to place when we visit the Bay area. The trolley makes it easy to travel anywhere without the hassles of beach parking. So for a laid back no stress pool side or very short walk to view the sunset.

This place was amazing! Went for our anniversary and had the best time. The bed was so big and comfortable, everything was super clean, friendly staff. Will come back for sure!

I am a local who stayed in room 108 from Sunday to Monday. I just wanted to contact you in regards to the staff and hotel. The staff (Tammy) was very professional, friendly, time efficient. The room was very clean, comfortable and close to the pool. The pool area was clean and there was not a lot of noise, I went to relax and to swim. The rates are well priced for the location, property, rooms etc. Thank you for having a great hotel with a great location. Keep up the great work!

Loved my stay. King Suite Room full kitchen patio uptop and picnic tables out back overlooking the water. Squeaky bedframe but super comfortable bed. Was extremely pleased with the room, I was expecting less since the price was cheap. Will be staying again in the near future.

The staff is extremely friendly, however, I have plenty of complaints. In regards to the cleanliness of the room that we stayed in was quite ridiculous. The bathroom wasn’t completely cleaned, such as the tub. The floor was not swept again before we came in. The A/C seems to have not been cleaned out at all after so long. The A/C not only was a mess but it was falling apart. The cover almost fell off, as my mother was trying to figure out why so much gunk was blowing out of it and she barley touch the vents. This is not a healthy room at all, especially around the time of year when we were staying. Other than that, it’s very quaint, and it works, conveniently located across he beach and down my Johns Pass. Not very comfortable, and it wasn’t worth the price even if it was Spring Break. Especially if a health risk is involved in the situation. Not sure if it’s just this room, or something happened while we were gone and other guests caused the issue since guests must smoke outside, something of anything could’ve happened, And it’s not very helpful because there is no 24/7 service desk.

This is a very nice older hotel. It is well maintained, and having a kitchen is so handy. The staff is very helpful and provided everything we needed. Very comfortable bed.

Fantastic little inn, with a fairly cheap marina (if you have a boat). In treasure island, so really close to many great restaurants. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Nice reasonable place until January then it gets a little pricey like the rest of the places down here. Great staff comfy beds enjoyed our stay very much.

I enjoyed my stay here. The accommodations we're pretty okay. It could probably use a renovation and some repairs to some of the interiors. Mainly small things like a missing window blind openy closey thing and small stuff like that. The bed I was in was super comfy and overall it was a very calm, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere. It's just across the street from the beach and the canal out back is perfect to just sit around and stare at. The staff was super great as well. They were very helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet but across from the beach and in the hotel zone. Small hotel with a pool in front and marina in back. All rooms have mini kitchens and there are grills outside available for guests use. My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant experience and the rates are reasonable!

Loved it! The ladies at the desk where so sweet and accommodating which I appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable and had a small kitchenette that was stock with all the utensils and plates and pots and pans that we're needed if you wanted to cook in your room. The pool was well maintained and clean. I will definitely be returning for our families next vacation and I will be recommending Bayside to everyone.

The staff here is wonderful. The hotel itself is adorable and feels like old Florida. It's in an awesome location with the beach across the street and a canal behind. Definitely not luxurious, but awesome for the price and comfortable besides.

I really enjoy to stay at this little beautiful hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and rhe price is great. I always get there a little late but they leave the room key in a lock box where you can unlock it with a code given to you. Great quality with an affordable price.

Great! Right across the street from the beach, price was very reasonable. More expensive on Friday & Saturday but that's to be expected. Room was clean, all staffing was very nice & helpful! In walking distance of many restaurants & stores, about a 12 minute walk from John's Pass. Overall had a very pleasant stay!

Spent a week at Bayside Inn and Marina. Rooms are clean and have been updated. Staff is friendly and helpful. We brought our boat. There is no place to store the boat trailer on hotel property. Stored the trailer at Johns pass marina for $70. Docks are nice. 3 of the 7 nights we were awakened in the middle of the night by hotel customers yelling, screaming, and generally intoxicated. The last evening we called 911 fearing domestic dispute was turning violent on the first floor. The hotel met our needs. Unfortunately, the lack of after hours staffing and security on the premises will prevent us from returning.

This hotel is nice… for 1985. They are not on the beach as the photos would lead you to believe. They beds were uncomfortable, the hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. On the upside the staff was polite. This hotel is significantly over priced given the value of the accommodations.

We booked several rooms here for our wedding and had the time of our life. Tammy was more than helpful at the desk and Terri was the best room attendant ever! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Although the parking was a bit scarce, Bayside Inn and Marina had very clean rooms, excellent customer service, and friendly staff. In all, an excellent place to stay, especially considering the price, and that the beach is only thirty seconds walk away!

I stayed here on a whim during spring break and was fortunate to discover top-notch customer service. The front desk attendants were more than happy to meet my needs and welcome me, late check in and all. I can't wait to visit the St. Pete area again and stay at Bayside. Oh, and the bed is comfortable too.

Older motel, but well maintained. Large, clean room, helpful and courteous staff, good location, will stay there again.

Nice room outdated batroom stayed 05/27/12 they girl at front desk lets ur litlle daughter run around and swim by her self and doesnt watch her saw this for 2 day she only 5 I would think and around a pool bed are nice and no parking thrid time we went also a issue seems to be run by teenagers and no manger on duty.
