The hotel is small but the staff is very accommodating. The room was quaint but very comfortable. You can't beat being able to walk right out to the beach. Parking is challenging. We were only here for two nights but have already discussed coming back.

This place has beautiful beach access! They offer beach chair and umbrella rental for reasonable price. We stayed in a 2nd floor king suite. Very nice a spacious with high ceilings. Was almost like being in an apartment with the bedroom seperated from the living room/ kitchen area. Very pleased with our stay here. Great place!

Amazing place to get some sun and relax! The location is perfect. You literally step off the hotel concrete onto fine, white sand. Plenty of local restaurants in walking distance as well as a yummy coffee shop. Staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The hotel rooms are pretty and clean. We stayed 4 nights and wanted more!

Very nice and clean. The beach is directly behind the hotel which is very convenient. However, it's very loud, walls are paper thin and we were woken up all night long. Also, check in isn't until 3pm, so if u get there in the morning they will not let you park on the property until after 12. So we had to go pay for parking and use the public beach until they would give us a sticker. Most hotels will let you park there all day and use their facility until the 3pm check in. So that was extremely inconvenient. The person named Carey at the desk has horrible customer service, not very friendly at all, kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk. All of the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

Celebrated a bday out at the Beach. Hotel Sol is right on the water, room was ckean, good location. Only minor complaint is that the large outdoor tables now seem to be reserved for the guest rooms closest to the water. Not a huge deal, but having to move in to a smaller table while the larger ones outside were unused with reserved signs on them was A little irksome.

Very clean and nice rooms. Best of all, it's just steps from the sea.

Absolutely stunning room and view. Beach Was lovely staff was great. The toilet did not work in the morning, had to call maintenance, who was not available until after 9 AM. They did come immediately once I reached them. It was embarrassing otherwise they would’ve gotten five stars.

We found this little hotel a years back and now its our vacation spot. 4 years running. Love the beach access, the very clean rooms, the staff is amazing. It may cost a tiny bit more but you get what you pay for in this case. It is close to everything so that made the stay even better… food, shopping you name it its with in walking distance. I just want to say thank you to the staff there, not often do you find such amazing people that are helpful and friendly … especially when you stay for 2 weeks! Great Place!

Great bang for your buck. We just stayed over for 3 days, paid just a bit extra for the beach front rooms on the ground floor. We stepped out every day right on to the beach and the palm trees right outside our room added to the charm. Please note, this is a low key stay, if you are looking for fancy, you'll have to look else where, but our little room was recently renovated, clean, and had a bungulow feel to it. Beach chairs, hammock and a grill were provided, the garden pool was perfect, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Waking up with the sound of the waves is always priceless. Highly recommend for any budget traveler.

Location, location, location! This beachfront hotel is delightful. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly, the pool is large, heated, and spacious. The highlight is the beautiful beach directly in front of the property. What a terrific place! We will be back.

Beach out back. Nice clean pool. Staff, respectful and accommodating. Linens so clean, you'll turn white. Will miss it.

Newly remodeled beautiful rooms. They are, as others have mentioned, rather small; but very clean and everything has just been redone. Nice pool and lovely beach. Friendly helpful staff. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.

Very cute place! The pool and outside sitting areas are gorgeous. The room was small but very clean, the bedding was the cleanest I have ever seen at a hotel! You could tell the sheets and comforters were freshly laundered, and had a very clean smell to them! We did have a tiny ant problem near the coffee pot and had to buy plates forks ect, but over all awesome!

The location is wonderful the check in is fast and the pool the beach and the cleanliness every morning are great 5 stars.

Right on the beech good rates. Nice pool. Palm trees and other Landscaping makes it look like you're in the islands. Workers were busy rehabbing rooms we had a newly rehabbed room that was nice. Beach chairs beach towels grilling facilities available.

Great place! We really enjoyed it! The room was so clean, smelled great, and had a great shower and kitchenette area (no stove). Courtyard is so cute, pool is in the middle of it, and it's just a walk out the back door to hammocks and chairs on the beach. It's a little weird there at the moment though, but I think it's because they are doing some renovations. We definitely plan on coming back again.

We were hit by hurricane Irma and had no power so we decided to stay at Hotel Sol, for their internet and power. I was so pleasantly surprised, the hotel is just adorable, the rooms are new and clean and the beach and view are amazing. The people there were so helpful and friendly. I think we may be back for a little getaway!

Very relaxing beach front hotel. I only gave it four stars because when some bad storms came through it flooded the interior courtyard and exits of some of the rooms. But the kids enjoyed playing in the water. Otherwise, a beautiful vantage point for sunsets, the availability of gas grills, and accessibility of beach makes it a definite return location. Already booked for next spring!

I have stayed four times at this hotel, and it is a wonderful place. The rooms are clean, bright and fresh. The courtyard has beautiful foliage, and the pool area is perfect. There are many places to sit outside and visit or eat, in the courtyard, in a covered area between the pool and the beach, and on the edge of the beach. Numerous gas grills are available for free guest use (be sure to stop by the office to borrow tongs or a flipper). Our room was available before check-in time, and staff allowed us to check in early. The value is excellent, as well, for a hotel right on the beach. A couple of small changes would make this an even better place to stay: a larger, better-working refrigerator in the junior king suite; a dishrag and dishtowel in the kitchenette; plates, cups, and utensils in the kitchenette; and more dependable Wi-Fi.

A hidden gem! I loved it here. The pool can get a little crowded at times but then you can walk right out to the peaceful not to crowded beach and take a swim! The rooms were very clean. The room we got had a private balcony that was heavenly. Will be back!

Rooms were very clean. The courtyard is a very pleasant place to sit, and they have direct access to the beach. They are also close to local places to eat. Great place that I would love to stay at again.

Stayed here on my honeymoon with my recently wedded wife and we absolutely loved it. The room was perfect and kept very clean. It provided a cozy romantic atmosphere that we both agreed we can't wait to come back to. The welcome desk staff aren't the nicest, but considering we interacted with them twice at most it had no affect on our amazing trip! We can't wait to return!

This breaks my heart to tell you about these little critters. Because this hotel is one of the most charming and hospitable places I have encountered. Every office person (4 of them) that I worked with was nice. However, they could tell me the life cycle of a termite and why their hotel was plagued with the critters. We stayed three nights, the first on the first floor by the pool (where the termites were not in site), and the next two nights on the second floor, ocean view room (where the termites covered the bathroom tub and crawled on the shower curtains ~ YUCK! ) The rooms are large, newly updated and smartly decorated. The beds are amazing! Mattresses firm, yet welcoming ~ all white décor on the bed. The swimming pool feels like home because they have a supply of pool toys (children and adult) for your use. You can rent a beach umbrella and chair (the ones you can put in the water) for $10 each for your entire stay, regardless of length of stay ~ a must do! Hammocks and picnic tables are just outside on the beautiful white sand beach. They even have 4 gas grills for guest to use, which I witnessed being used by guest all 3 nights we were there ~ smelled great! The sunsets are AMAZING and magical! Our last night there we took a stroll (just past the pier) to the Hilton and ate at their restaurant. Great food! We witnessed a wedding just before sunset, then walked the beach to Hotel ISIS. It was magical!

Service was 5 star. Smaller hotel so not much of a crowed. Rooms were smaller even for the two bed, but we're clean. We are planning to go back. Stayed for 4 days. Only solid complaint was the parking but not much they can do on that.

The rooms are small but clean and highly functional for Beach going. They have a diy yourself set up with grills, lounge chairs and a beach front that is ready for guests. For those that want to get to the beach and do what they want, definitely recommend.

Good, clean rooms, great location, right on the beach. Have stayed here twice and loved it both times.

For those of u who can relate… It reminded me alot of that show Melrose Place… It was so cozy and our room was very nicely decorated. Wish we could have stayed longer. … I grew up down there on Madeira and St Pete beach so being there made me miss it even more! They need to fix their vending machine though!

Very quiet and quaint, we had a beachfront room steps away from the sand. The walls are paper thin, however, and you can definitely hear your neighbors. The rooms are very small but clean and the beds are comfy. Had a great and relaxing stay. There is a courtyard decorated with tropical plants and a nice swimming pool. Can't beat being right on the gulf.

Rooms were nice and clean and I love the location right on the beach. Water pressure in the shower was kind of low. Being right on the water was nice.

Great room and location. My suite had a huge patio which was very nice. I was disappointed that no utensils or plates were included with the hotel room, especially since we had a microwave and a full sized fridge. One complaint I have is that after coming back to my room from the pool I found that my room door was wide open. I walked in and found d the maintance guy in the bedroom changing a filter leaving all of my electronics wide open for anyone to come in and grab them. After going down to the pool and finishing up there, I came back up to my room to find that my door was wide open again with the room service lady in the bathroom leaving my belongings left unattended yet again. Maybe Hotel Isis should invest in automatically closing doors?

Great place, I have stayed there often. They just put in new mattress.

Nice hotel, decent value for the money.

This hotel is amazing. There is a private beach area in the back just steps away from any room. The pool is marvelous and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The housekeeping staff is excellent. There is no restaurant or bar on the premises, but there's plenty to eat in the nearby neighborhoods. Bring a blender and some drink mixes and you can make icy beverages with the hotel ice in your room and just walk down to their private beach. Like other reviewers said, the beach is not crowded and there are plenty of lounge chairs for hotel guests. You can also rent folding chairs from the front office for $10 for the duration of your stay. There are grills in the beach area for guests as well, but we did not use this amenity, so I'm not sure how that works. Parking in the main lot can be a little hectic, but there is an overflow lot directly across the street next to a cross walk. The overflow lot is not paved but parking was very easy when we stayed. The beds are comfortable, if just a bit firm. The rooms are all tile, which is understandable as tile is much easier to clean for a beach environment. This is not the cheapest place to stay in the area, but it's well worth the extra. It really isn't all that much to begin with though. We only have a couple of very minor complaints. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and, just like most hotel soaps, the bar of soap dries out your skin a bit too much.

This place is in need of the hotel guy from the travel channel. The tile floor was so cracked when we called they just said "ya we haven't been able to get to it yet" so we put tape on the floor so noone would cut their feet, the lamp wasn't secure and with the bulb touching the cloth was a fire hazzard, the cabinets were off their hooks, towels looked very dark and dirty. There were no elevators and only 2 carts for the entire hotel. The parking is horrible and no guest parking is available. It is a cluster checking in but even worse when trying to check out. The front lobby has tons of boxes and looks very disorganized. The pool probably would not pass inspection and was in desperate need of chlorine.

The beach was lovely for a morning walk. It is a nice place to stay after hours of traveling.

Was great for the price! Rooms were small but my husband, my two kids and myself were cozy there. We had a courtyard room facing the pool which was great for my 9 year old son, we could see him right from the room. Unfortunately there is major construction going on next door and it was right outside my window. It was very loud and hard for my 11 month to nap. The lights from the courtyard shined right into my window all night which was unfortunate. Room was pretty clean, the bed skirts were pretty stained and fan and a. C. Vent were dusty. Overall we were happy with our stay and would book there again. We were steps from the beach and it wasn't a bit crowded. Great place!

A great surprise didn't expect the comfort n well maintain place. Staff was awesome n we had a great experience 04/22-28/28-2015.

Second 2 night stay this month. Rooms for the first stay were great! However last week we were in room 120. Room was directly on the Gulf. The view was beautiful. There was one king bedroom and a pullout queen. The pull out was not fit for a DOG! Needless to say we did not stay the second night! Very very disappointed.

Isis? Someone needs to seriously consider a name change. Hotel Hezbolah? 74 Virgins? Shiite Shanty? Achmed the suicide bomber (Dunham) said this place was THE BOMB.

Loved this hotel. Great location perfect for beach lovers. Room was stunning (we stayed in ocean front king suite) everything was perfect until you stretched out on the bed. Was so disappointed that the bed was so hard. Even my husband couldnt sleep and he can sleep anywhere. Other than that beautiful room and the staff is very helpful :) Fix that and we will be back many times a year.

Everything clean, rooms look like new or are very well maintained. Good passage to the beach. To the rest and relaxation it is here super.

Loved the community but we did not enjoy the hotel. Kids in pool close to midnight yelling and front desk wouldn't do anything. Doors do not lock automatically unless you know the trick. Which they only told us after we requested maintenance. Mattress was old and had major dips in center. Then at 930 this morning went to get their free coffee but there was none. Front desk said they hadn't had time (by 930am? ) then told me "feel free to make it. " Then the shower, barely drains and ladies, if your hair is not super short, it'll take a very long time to get your hair wet and then the shampoo out. Water pressure is terribly low.

I am booked to stay at this hotel one week from today, all of the reviews of the hotel look absolutly fabulous, however my experience with the front desk manager today (carrie) was a nightmare! I am getting married while on vacation and confirmed with the hotel at the time that we booked our rooms that my small wedding of 14 TOTAL would be no problem. They gladyly booked the rooms and stated that as long as we were not having a reception on the beach or a big party that our small wedding would be fine. Unfortunatly while dealing with the rudest front desk manager this morning 1 week before we arrive she states in fact that we cannot get married on their beach unless we rent out the entire hotel! She said there are only three total people who work at the hotel, no one would have told us we could get married there and WOULD NOT give me the owners name to try to get this situation resloved. We leave in one week and will be married in less than two. Thank you Carrie for contributing to my small care free, stress free wedding (thats sarcasm).

This hotel is AMAZING! Very Relaxing, and the owners were welcoming and sweet. It's close to great restaurants, and a great fishing pier. The rooms were very clean and the price was great :).

My best friend and I went here for several days to visit my daughter and her family. They live in Tampa. We absolutely loved it! Will definately be here year after year. Grounds are immaculate and everything was in tip top shape! Very nicely decorated, modern and clean! The pool was extremely clean and beautiful! Staff was also very nice and accomodating.
