This place is a lovely place. We have a family of 7 and all our children enjoyed the pool and pool toys they had for kids to play with … the small walk to the beach. To the gas station and all shopping u can do. The rooms were very clean… staff was friendly. Made sure we had everything we need and over all great place for couples and or families. Cant wait til next year its our family's new vacation spot. Thank u Camelot staff.

We went last year for short family vacay with our two boys ages 6 & 3. LOVE THIS PLACE! After staying there, we have decided to try and go every year for a stress free getaway. I just booked our room for this year. Vicki and the other staff members are awesome. The rooms were super clean and comfy. They are nicely decorated. The whole place is really clean and well maintained. They are always cleaning it. It was wonderful having the kitchenette, especially with two kids. We packed lunches/snacks when we went to the beach. They provided everything accept the food. Our room had beach chairs, ice chest, towels, etc. Our kids really liked swimming in the pool. Location was close to everything. We just walked everywhere. Beach is super close and is awesome. This is the place to stay in Clearwater Beach, especially if you have kids.

I am writing this review sitting with several return February renters who love this resort. We all enjoy the staff and our surroundings. Such an accommodating place that is kept very clean. The pool is the best cared for if all the mini resorts. Love this place. Great value!

Not very clean and without beach views as advertised. Stayed about 7 months back. Looking at the area and reviews for another vacation and thought I'd share my experience back then and to let folks know that you'll pay north of 150 for little quality. There are better locations for the money. Look elsewhere first.

Very rude front desk lady named Vicky. Accommodations are decent yet overpriced, however the customer service is non existent. My simple expectations requested were met with a very unprofessional attitude. There are other reviews here that mention this lady as well.

Dead roaches in the kitchen and spotted bed bugs. Not worth the price at all. Mattress was uncomfortable and bathroom was so tiny could not shave without standing in shower part way. We stayed for a week and regretted it all but we had already paid. Tried to work with Vickie at the offics but her foul attitude killed that. Not recommended at all. Also should mention that they add on charges afterwards so be careful seeing as how they are dishonest — if you stay best to watch your bank statements. My brother and me ended up paying over a thousand bucks for 7 days but when we checked out they added on 614 dollars for pet fees and we don't even have a dog. Tried to find out why but bitchy Vickie hung up on us. Had to dispute it with PNC and they informed us that this place was flagged for fraud previously. Go elsewhere for better amenities, no roaches and bedbugs, for far less money.

A self-named resort that obviously engages in deceptive advertising and price gouging. Free Wi-Fi is advertised, but you've got to go to the pool to access it — of course this is not known until you actually get to the room. You also have to pay for parking on the street although free parking is also advertised. Once you get your xeroxed welcome package, you'll also quickly find out that the air conditioner will not work if you put it below 72 degrees — this is actually a memo that you get. This place calls itself a resort but it's really just a Super 8 with a kitchen tbat Youll pay $150 a night for. Also note that there's a very unpleasant and insulting woman named Vicky who works as a housekeeper/clerk that answers the phone, so don't expect any treatment that you'd find at a reputable hotel.

My husband and I stayed there for our honeymoon almost 3yrs ago. After 2 disappointing hotel screw ups, our friend found Camelot for us. Reasonably priced. Loved the pool location. The roof top with the bbq grills, the amazing service. Loved that it was far enough away from the busiest areas, but close enough to walk to. And the beach, right across the street. Can't wait to go again one day!

Wonderful experience. Very clean. Wonderful beach is right across the street. Perfect blend of peaceful and fun. Walking distance to everything. Pet friendly. Vicki the manager is wonderful. Love it.

Very clean rooms. Amazingly friendly staff. We have enjoyed every stay at this motel and will always return when we visit Clearwater Beach.

I liked it pool was about room temp beds decent roof top cool my one issue was I saw a rat up stairs and I saw a lizard in the bathroom but at the same time we were in florida.

Very nice place to stay for a family. We were able to bring our Bulldog along with us also! The room was very nice and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I will go back again next time!
