Way overpriced and outdated but very clean and quiet.

Decent size room, but it needs serious renovation. The rooms have an odd smell as well as the sheets and pillow. It best to find a different hotel. Its outdated.

Over priced, run down and dirty.

Good location and bedding. Nice owners. However hotel itself needs serious renovating. Two-star standing. Noisy A/C old everything: bathroom and room. Pricey by our standards but could be due to location. Was tolerable for one night.

Been great, very friendly staff, attentive, very spacious and comfortable room, just steps from the Hollywood boardwalk. Think I'll make this my regular place to stay whenever in south Florida.

Really no stars to be honest… Maybe the one star is for location. The bathroom is scornful… the kitchennette too. And the entire place smells awful… the curtains dont cover the windows so ppl passing can see u on the bed. The towels are hard and old. The sheets stained. The soap extra small.

If I could give this place no stars I so would! We checked into this place because it was so close to the beach. When we got to the room and opened the door we were instantly hit with the stench of mildew and piss! The room was huge and f***** FILTHY, I mean FILTHY! The little table in the kitchen was not cleaned and had food crumbs and what looked like crusty pizza sauce on it, The dust was insane, The tub was BLACK with dirt, The lamp was covered in dust as was the cable box and old box TV, The bedding looks like it has been unwashed in months, No phone in the rooms, There is a little wall AC in each room that does basically nothing and is on between 78-80 degrees at all times the AC is to small for the size rooms so it's very hot. Aside from the location, This place has nothing going for it, It is run down and filthy. We ended up leaving and did not get refunded but we just could not stay here it was just to disgusting. Do yourself a favor and pick another location and it's fine to ASK TO SEE THE ROOM PRIOR TO TAKING IT! I learned that from this experience. Hopes this saves someone from the horrible experience we had.

Very affordable, beautiful spacious rooms, nice pool, friendly service, and just a stone's throw from the beach. It doesn't get much better than Pousada Suites.

Entirely amazed by the large room size along with kitchen and living area. What also was nice that it offered a better price than any other hotel in the area. We stayed for 3 days and didn't had any issue, the mornings were always nice because we would just walk to the beach and have a breakfast.

Convenient location right on the boardwalk. Next to hundreds of restaurants and bars. The rooms are huge like an apartment, the Wi-Fi worked great. I loved the sundeck and pool they offered. I would go back anytime. Thank you making my stay pleasant.

Stayed at this place for the first time it was a great place and the rooms are HUGE the people that run it are very friendly. This place feels like your out little apartment and is fully stocked with everything g you could possibly need. Was not the cleanest but was not dirty location can't be beat steps to Beach and the price was AMAZING. Would definitely stay again! this helps someone.

This was one of the worst hotels we've stayed at. We needed to make a last minute reservation for one night, and it was $200 for the room. Upon arriving, we knew we had been scammed. The room's in-window AC unit was covered in black mold, and the room smelled like mildew. The bed was hard, and not inviting. We asked to cancel our reservation and there was no way that the owners would let us. They said that no matter what they were going to charge our card that we used to make the reservation. We have kids with serious allergic reactions, and there was no way we were staying in that room. Instead, we ended up on the floor at a friend's house. So, we paid for a room we didn't, and couldn't even use. After they checked us in, they immediately left. It was as if they were waiting for us to show up so they could lock us into paying for a disgusting room. The worst experience at a hotel ever.

I travel a lot. However this get's the top spot as the worst place I have ever payed money for. We were given a room that had absolutely no hot water. They said it would be fixed by the time we checked out. What a laugh. You had to go up on an upper lever to get Wi-Fi. The owners, if you could call them that, looked like squatters. I do not think they understood English, or pretended they did not what you were saying. It is a dump. PLEASE do not stay here. You have been warned.

Great place was very clean, I was very impressed with how clean it was. That being said the decor is a bit outdated. I really enjoyed. Would stay here again.

Great price off Miami Beach! We stay there 3-4 times a year. Very nice owners. We have never had a complaint at all. Owners took care of any request we had.

Let me introduce myself just saying… THIS PLACE SUCKSSSS! dont waste your money in this crappy motel, the owners are the worst people on earth, awfull service, the rooms reallyyyyyy disgustings, I stayed with some friends that they rented the room and the owner charged me 15 extra box just for sleeping in the couch, and when I gave them the money I only had 14 $ and they cried so much about the missing dollar that I felt sorry for them bc I didnt give them the dollar LOL that happens when u r a cheap owner. I cant describe how bad that motel is, ohhhhh I almost forgot in the middle of the night there was this couple having sex, but LOUUUUUDD like I counldt sleep untill they finish, I bet the whole motel I mean the 3 guests that were hosted there heard all that yelling. The other insident I had was… I had these friends that they had a room and they were about to leave, but they payed an extra night and they wanted us to have their room bc they were leaving and they already payed it right? well the Indian owner (that probably is related to Deepak Chopra) says NO, and I aksed why? … if our friends payed for the room? … well he said bc the room was for those customers, that if we wanted a room we had to pay for it… what abouut that? SUCKS right? the smell really bad, the tows really wrinkled… so avoid to spend your money and DONT GOOO! Id rather sleep in my car :)
