Located when I went to visit my friends who are staying at the Coral House Hotel I thoroughly enjoyed myself! We were able to just walk steps away and sit in the sand and beach chairs that they had complementary at the hotel coral house the sun was shining and our friends had a great time I can’t wait until I too can come back and visit the Coral House Hotel on sunny South Florida Hollywood Beach.

Charming and historic building, steps from the beach and the boardwalk, walking distance from Margaritaville, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are quiet and very clean, and well equipped with essentials. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. I spent a great few days at this hotel with my family, and looking forward to many more stays in the future.

Great location. Steps to the boardwalk and ocean. Really historic building. Beware though, make sure you check in early. There is no 24 hour person @ the front desk for check in.

A little coral gem just off the beach, this place is a real find! The price was right and the owners… just priceless! Clean room, comfortable bed, brand new bathroom it looks like, fridge, oven/stove full set of dishes/glasses and pots/pans. Perfect for a week on the beach. We walked a couple blocks north on the broadwalk to the Margaritaville bandshell for some live music and people watching, we were not disappointed! Had a bite to eat and a pina colada at Ocean Ally and met some great people. Free loaner beach chairs and even boogie boards!

So I just checked in on Sunday and I cannot believe how amazing this place is and how close to the beach it is. The owners (Rich & Rosa) are so amazing and accommodating, I asked if they had a small vacuum and Rosa went and bought one for me… I was shocked. You cannot get this kind of personal service at a large resort or anywhere else for that matter.
This is truly a hidden gem and it’s very possible I may never leave. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You will n…ever get this kind of hospitality anywhere else… seriously.
Lastly, coming from San Francisco I was worried about the heat… the a/c in my unit is brand new, has a remote, and I’ve had to turn it down because I was too cold which has NEVER been an a/c problem I’ve had.
I 100% recommend this place! You will not regret it.

Soooo, the Coral House, first, the owners Rich and Rosa are wonderful. They will do anything to make your stay great! Uncle Mike is nice also. He can’t do much as he is connected to an oxygen tank but will help you just the same. Second, this is a 5-star location! 3 blocks from Margaritaville center, 1 block from the beach, and 2 blocks to the water taxi that can take you to Ft Lauderdale for a fun day. Ok, so why am I giving the Coral House 2-stars? So we arrived late and I expected something different, better. Uncle Mike welcomed us when I called him to let him know we arrived. It’s a family owned business so they don’t man the checkin desk beyond 5 typically. He gave us our key (a regular key, not electronic). We went upstairs and the hall smelled musty. Then we entered the room. Ugh, it smelled musty and kind of like cigarettes. It had a small bedroom with full size bed and when I opened the sleeper bed (old metal rusted type) it had no sheets, pillows, or blankets! Also the mattress was stained, kind of gross. But Uncle Mike set us up, he gave me the key to the linin closet (he can’t climb steps) and I made the bed. There is an AC unit in the bedroom but none in the kitchen. I tried to setup the foldout bed in the bedroom but there is just not enough space! I have barely enough space in the kitchen area set up finally. But the kitchen area was warm. I had to put the AC at 68 just to get the kitchen area cool enough to be comfortable for my kid.

Bad internet. Room 11 air condition is loud.

Is a nice quiet place. A bit outdated but cozy. There is a young room service gir thatl is very polite and attentive. I'll definitely will be coming back.

This place is a joke. Management even ore of a joke.

Location is wonderful. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The suite was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. I could even see the ocean from my bed! I have absolutely zero complaints. I took my 19 yr old son for a spur of the moment trip. Luckily they had a room. We wanted to pack very light, so I called to see what all they had available there. They had beach towels we could use during our stay, some beach gear, even a hair dryer. We took a lyft from FLL, used instacart to have some groceries delivered for breakfast, snacks and drinks, and anything/everything else was within walking distance. We didn't eat at the same place twice all week. It was a great place to stay. Also, loved the live music at the super close by amphitheater.

Great place, awesome owners and staff. Located right in the of Hollywood Beach. I will be back there again soon.

We got there early and were allowed early check in. We had reserved an "Efficiency" room, but they had a better room available and upgraded us for free. The family/workers are all kind and make this hotel feel like home. They even have beach chairs and umbrellas available for free with your stay. Basically right on the beach and beside the boardwalk. Very affordable option for staying on Hollywood beach. When we inevitably come here again, we're booking at the Coral House.

I loved that place! Such a cute, nice and cozy one. Having an atmosphere of a simple beach house. It made with love. Rooms having everything you need. At the walls is a such a funny pictures of fishes. We checked in at 4 in the morning and there was playing song of Beach Boys … it made me fall asleep like a happy baby. Just a coouple steps from an actual Hollywood beach. Calm at night.

Had my parents stay here for several days last thanksgiving (they'd do their own review but they're not tech savvy) and they absolutely loved their stay! Rich and Rosa are excellent hosts and provide everything you'll need for your stay. The parking permit was worth it's weight in gold as parking in the area can be expensive. As said in another review, this is not a 5 star hotel and neither are the prices but you will feel at home. My folks are getting older and don't move around as much these days but with as close as The Coral House is to the ocean and the Broadwalk, they got along great. And if you're a Chicago sports fan you have to visit Capone's pizza bar around the corner! Go Cubs go!

My girlfriend & I took a small staycation and spent a couple of nights at the Coral House. Room was clean and really cute! Our room (#8) even had a kitchenette, with a range and a full-size refrigerator. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a relaxing holiday, complete self catering, beach close by, clean rooms, wonderful managers. One negative point is the lack of shopping malls within walking distance, however with UBER it is not a problem.

The coral house is great! It isnt one of those corporate places that are run by robots. It is run by real people who will treat you great! The location is terrifc, I definitely recommend the Coral House! Thanks Rich!

Rich and his wife Rosa who own the hotel are 2 of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. You will not find better hospitality and cleaner rooms anywhere on the island. Great price and amazing location. I recommend the Coral House to anyone needs a great vaca!

Very Clean, Affordable and Great Location. Coral House is a member of The Superior Small Lodging Association. Family Ran and Operated. Less than 100 steps and your on 1 of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Hollywood Beach has a 3.3 mile long remodeled broadwalk featuring many little shops, restaurants, pubs and pizza parlors.

My wife and I just spent 2 weeks at the Hollywood Beach Coral House in Hollywood, FL. The location is about as close to the beach as you can get without being ocean front It is not a 5 star resort but neither is the price. We had a clean comfortable apartment with just about everything we needed in the kitchen. The fridge was the larger apartment size with plenty of freezer space. The bathroom was small but usable. The queen size bed had a very good firm mattress. The owner, Rich is Very easy to work with and made you feel welcome and at home. We appreciated having the grill outside and enjoyed meeting other guest of the Coral House while spending time on the patio. If we were to complain, it would be the parking. It’s free to park because you have a parking permit for street parking. However, sometimes you have to park around the corner if it’s a busy time of the day, but around the corner is still very close. The location was just minutes from the Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport and was just minutes away from shopping centers and restaurants. We will be staying at the Coral House again and just as soon as possible! If you are on a budget and looking for a nice place in a super Hollywood location, this is it! Oh, do go to dinner at Tony’s Pizza around the corner on the boardwalk. We had 2 outstanding dinners for about $23 and the servings were huge! Also, don’t miss the bakery at the end of the street at A1A. I gained about 8 lbs because I visited it too many times.
