I can appreciate the small size of this resort with onsite, friendly staff. It's great for families and located across the street from the ocean. :)

Great, accommodating staff, don't hesitate to ask for anything, they really give 100percent service, and very pleasant. Beach is right across the street. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. This was my third year there, and plan to keep going, every year.

Great "old school" resort in the heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Next door to The Ritz-Carlton. Manager, Carlos, very helpful and the entire staff made staying there an absolute pleasure.

We loved it it was clean very friendly staff all. Our needs were. Met. Resort is in perfect location to beach restaurants and bus routes Will return next year!

Horrible no staff after 10 and cancels the reservation. Really a horrible establisment. Cant belive the way the handled everything. I Will never book again.

I love this little gem. We come back every year so stay with family. Really love the old florida feel. They keep it very clean the staff is so accommodating and friendly. I would recommend more than any fancy hotel in the area!

Great place and people I do feel like house keeping should at least check on you to see if you need anything because I had to go to the office several times for things. Security guy there is so nice!

In my opinion the place was okay because rooms weren't really in the best but there was a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in my room and so I think it was good because I got to spend time with my family.

Great location with amazing views of the beach. A variety of restaurants and shops are within a short walk, staff is wonderful!

The place is poorly maintained. We had safety issues on the first night as the Windows wouldn't lock. I have sent a friend there last year to check it out & they told me its still a dump and they would NEVER buy timeshare there.

It's really nice place nice for family and kids right across from the beach and walking distance to several restaurants and happy hours.

Large rooms great views, close to restaurants and shopping. Beach just across the street! Lovely pool and staff friendly.

My reservation was messed up and they went out of their way to make me happy. Will definitely be back. If you reserve online call and confirm all info. Hotel was clean and you can't beat the location. Awesome pick.

We were here on the weekend of 03/24/17 and had a great experience. The manager and staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the furniture is very dated but everything was clean. Full kitchen with big fridge, dishwasher, small stove and oven. Everything you need is there, pots, coffee machine, blender, dishes, utensils, wine bottle opener, etc. The room is separate from the kitchen/living/dinning room area. 2 bathrooms. They have 2 big propane gas BBQ grills and they provide the propane. They are steps from the ocean and have an awesome pool. Definitely staying there again this summer.

He venido a este Resort por 4 Años consecutivos y desgraciadamente este será el último. Tenía muy buena opinión pero esta última vez fue terrible, para empezar vengo con 3 niños pequeños SIEMPRE!, en este viaje me mandaron para el 3 piso y con ELEVADOR ROTO", ese fue el primer infortunio, el cuarto era un Asco, la cocina y el lavaplatos estabas llenos de óxido, el Baño estaba sucio con pelos incluidos, la alfombra del cuarto no se las pudiera describir perfectamente Hasta quemaduras de cigarro tenía, pasando a la piscina ya esta en muy mal estado y no mantienen para nada la limpiesa. Quitando todos estos problemas desidi quedarme por lo niños, ellos no se detallan en naca de esas cosas. Cuando fui a pedir toallas el primer día no hubo problema, el segundo día casi tengo que rogar por las toallas y el tercer Día la muchacha que había fue capaz de decirme que cuando las toallas estuvieran mojadas que las pusiera a secar en una silla, solo me podían dar toallas secas una sola a vez al día, (Recordando que tengo 3 Pequeños). Realmente la pase muy Mal, será la última vez que venga y lo lamento porque desde que mis hijos nacieron venía cada año, era ya como una pequeña tradición. mensaje para el dueño (en caso que alguna vez lo lea) el olor a cigarro en su hotel es completamente asqueroso, las paredes, los sofás, las ropas de cama, la piscina ni hablar.

Location is great. Full kitchen is great. Included pool is great. Bathroom is gross. Place is pretty dated and grungy overall. Not like other resorts I've been too at all. Luckily it's a cheap timeshare.

The one bedroom is just a studio with a murphy bed you pull down. Not enough parking.

Room is decent but the kitchen leaves much to be desired but doable.

Exelent location. Sra Norma nice actitud front deck. Good team. Wi-Fi. Coffe. Free.

This is a time share resort that does NOT try to sell you because they are all owned. However there are a few units that you can buy if you inquire at the front desk. We have owned a week here in June for years. We never plan on selling. My three daughters love coming here because it is on the heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach and that says it all.

Great location right across from the beach. Rooms are a bit dated and humid but otherwise comfortable. Full kitchen with everything you need. Bed was a Murphy bed, but we knew that coming in, it was very easy to open and close. Laundry facilities available. Would have been nice to have a table or other surface to put our suitcase on. Lighting was a big dark. From our room we couldn't really keep the blinds open without everyone seeing in. Was really glad to have a broom in the room to sweep up all the sand we tracked in from the beach. Overall worth what we paid, would probably come back again.

Great staff. We have been coming here for 8 years. Right on the beach perfect for the price in Fort Lauderdale.

Just returned today from a girl's trip to Ft. Lauderdale. I have nothing but praise for this motel. The staff, location, security, price, cleanliness, and more, was PERFECT! I never thought I'd say that about South Florida. Honestly. I will return and I will recommend this to anyone visiting the area. I hate to say this but I'm surprised they don't charge more. It's a hidden gem.

Nothing spectacular here except location. It's fairly old and not very well maintained, but it's comfortable and the service is very good.
