The place is a dump! Do not stay here! Rooms are terrible! Staff is terrible! I would not let my dog stay here. They will not give you your money back so don't sign anything!

The guy at the frontdesk was friendly, but you don´t want to stay in these rooms. Everything especially the incredible horrible shower is in need of renovation.

A decent place to spend the night near the airport. Small, but clean and tidy.

No window in Entry in alley! Sort of clean, old, good Wi-Fi, near airport. Low price… you get what you pay for.

It was clean and quaint. Very dated building but updates have been made. Easy access from airport.

I booked this room last minute, late night. It was not a bad deal for what I received. The room is clean, cozy and homey. Perfect for a person traveling by themself. The bathroom is small but does it’s job. My only complaint was the a/c unit. I’m a light sleeper and it kept waking me up. I would stay here again.

This is a nasty bit of a place. I checked in and was offered the room with the best A/C, the most quiet room and Wi-Fi. The room was extremely humid and very cold. Everything feels damp. The mini-fridge decided to release water on the floor for no apparent reason. The room is small, oddly shaped, a single ceiling light but no bedside light. Inconvenient electrical outlets and light switches, a very tiny television set on the wrong ratios allowing me to see about two thirds of the picture. There was a cable remote but no TV remote to correct the settings which the owner claims was stolen. Took a fall while following the front desk guy and got scraped up nicely. This is the first hotel that required me to pay a $50 pet fee for my ESA. Spoke to the owner and expect a refund for the pet fee in the morning. He did a refund this morning.   This is an old building. Weather sealing the place is not a high priority nor is sound proofing. It is in a very noisy location close to the airport. No phones in the room. Bathroom not air-conditioned and the window doesn't close. This place is an insult to the motel/hotel community.

The staff in general super. Except one a general manager who lies about rates and blames it on thee owner.

It was small, clean and cool. Just had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. Otherwise, it was good.

Very deplorable very uncomfortable beds are very hard rooms are very disgusting floor peeling mold in the bathroom and the shower room has some type of bug crawling around on the walls looks can be very deceiving 0 star the workers that work the front desk they are very nice.

Still there a one service best staff in the nation.

Affordably priced, and great hospitality. In the process of refurbishing the rooms. Easy access to main roads.

Bathroom door was hanging by its bottom hinge. Air conditioning kept room luke warm at best. There was a door to the room next to us that did not fit in its frame, so either room could see into one another. Friendly attendant, but this did not make up for the conditions in the room.

The room was full of ants. Didnt even end up staying there. The lady was very polite and refunded me.

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel/motel. Don't get me wrong, the manager is the nicest guy and it makes me feel a little bad to complain, but our room was awful. The bed was broken with a massive divot in the center, the AC was essentially useless in the heat of the day, one of the towels definitely hadn't been washed, the room was dirty in general, there were cracks in the wall that went directly to the outside, and we found a roach on the wall. I didn't sleep a wink. I wouldn't stay here again even if you paid me to.

This is a real nice, smaller, clean & inviting place. I've stayed at top of the list + bottom of the list places and I would 100% without a doubt stay here again! Sat outside in the patio area because it was beautiful out at night. A warm, clean serene setting with a nice water fountain to admire. Rooms are small, clean and definitely comforting. Chocolates on the bed, nice variety of soap & vending items in the room. 2 thumbs up.

I give the hotel a five because it is close to the airport. It is in a great location very convenient to get where you need to go. The rooms are clean, no bugs. Their not the best rooms I have been in, but, the staff hospitality blew me away. I definitely recommend if you are in the Ft. Lauderdale area you stay at the Haven Hotel.
