Chante at the front desk is amazing. She took a terrible situation we had from The W Hotel and made it right here at Harbor Beach. Clean hotel with beautiful grounds and friendly staff.

First visit, we left after 2 days. Way to crowded, you had to pay for everything, no seats at pool, beach was disgusting. Food super expensive. And my view was of the roof. Very disappointed! hotel was nice but you get nothing for money you spend. $100 for lunch is RIDICULOUS. Kids running and screaming in halls busting up against our door.

Location, location, location! Mariott Harbor beach is the perfect beach side resort. The staff was friendly and helpful to our family's needs. The pool and beach are beautiful and have plenty of seating. In the afternoon, the lobby has free popcorn and beer tasting. Starbucks is also on property. We ate at Riva and ocean 3030 and our wait staff was attentive and the food was great! Special shout out to the manager, Tishayla. She made sure our vacation was restful and enjoyable. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful beach! Beautiful resort! Pricey extras and the beach staff was great until it rained for 15 minutes mid day and they took away our pricey umbrellas (under the guise of safety but really so they could send home the beach staff early).

Customer service desk was always pleasant and helpful! Resort was gorgeous. My housekeeper was so accommodating and nice! Really the only things lacking would be room service and breakfast sandwiches on the beach but not a dealbreaker. Got partial ocean view on 14th floor with a perfect view of ocean, pool and city combo and very nice room! Would definitely go there again!

I just got back and I had an amazing time. This resort is just what I needed and gives the feeling of being at a island resort. The food, staff, activities and the ocean view were wonderful. It’s also only a short ride from FLL Airport. I will definitely be back.

We’ve had an amazing experience here for my daughters 21st birthday! All the staff is super friendly & accommodating. We have one more day & are not wanting to go back home to Cleveland Ohio with all the snow & cold temperatures. Thank you for hosting us❤️

The hotel is beautiful and big rooms. The pool was fabulous and the server Edward was excellent and very attentive.

This was a great escape for some friends and I. I am very particular about where I stay as cleanliness is a priority for me. It was a great comfort walking into the lobby, then to our room to find everything in excellent conditions. The staff have been amazing all around including beach services and poolside services. The food has been equally rated and the variety is perfect for keeping our options open all weekend. This resort was the best, relaxing experience for us to refresh ourselves from our very busy lives. Thank you for an amazing trip!

This place is amazing! Everything about it is so good I can’t get back there soon enough. A very clean and gorgeous property. From the indoor bar and restaurant to the pool and outdoor bars, fire pits and games oh and the outstanding beach service. I mean, it just doesn’t get any better. Do yourself a favor and book this place! I can’t wait to go again!

We stayed here before leaving for Paris. The hotel is very nice right on the beach. The amenities here are great. The room was lovely. It was winter when we stayed here but still lots to do. They had outdoor activities like large games on the patio. Very family friendly. Hope to stay again here one day.

This was an absolutely amazing property. Expensive but worth the splurge! Every staff person I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful! They must treat the staff incredible because they are all so happy! I wish I had noted some more names but my last meal at 3030 with Rosa as our server was outstanding. Hate to leave but will definitely be back. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this resort!

My wife and I had back surgery 4 and 6 weeks ago. Wanted a little staycation
We usually go to the Hilton, but I chose the Marriot. The bed was so firm (hard) we could not sleep. I ordered a pot of coffee from room service which gave 2.5 cups of coffee. I called room service they said we will make an adjustment. They sent up enough for (2) Half cups of coffee. REALLY! When did a pot of coffee become 3 cups? The property is great, but I will stick with the Hilton from now on.

Checked in the first day my room wasn’t ready which was suppose to be a king bed for two so instead I was giving to double queen beds but they were small like a full size. Had a very uncomfortable night because two adults had to try and sleep in one small bed because the other bed had blood looking stains on the comforter, gross! We were giving horrible service at the bar. I came back five days later, awesome service at check in only to find out my room still isn’t ready AGAIN, had to get the same beds again, totally disappointed. Another customer offered to switch with me because she had a king size but I said no because she had paid for hers same as I did. We gets to the room and the door didn’t close shut unless you pushed it or let it slam hard and disturb the other guests. The air didn’t cool off no matter how low you put the thermostat. Went sat by the pool, ordered a drink that I waited 30 minutes before I got it, I had to walk over to the guy that took my order standing under a tree talking on his phone and ask did he forget about my drink. Asked did they have a shuttle to the airport they said no but when we checked out at 4:30am the hotel van was taking a man to the airport, I asked the valet guy was that the shuttle going to the airport he said that the gentleman made arrangements, but I wasn’t offered that opportunity to do the same. Just know that Marriott is no where I would ever stay again.

Stayed here for the first time for only one night and will definitely go back again. Rooms were very clean. Loved the pool area and the service that was provided by the employees. The private beach area was clean and not crowded. This is a very nice getaway if you live in the Miami area and want a nice little vacation without having to drive for hours.

I live local and was there for a conference. Patty your front desk agent was outstanding, professional, and demonstrates what Marriott is all about. She went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. She is a tremendous asset to your establishment. I am a GM for Marriott … kudos to Patty. The rest of the team were pleasant and hotel very neat and clean. Thank you all, Hope.

Great friendly, casual to elegant resort! Fantastic beach that attendants will set up umbrellas for you. (They need to clean the chairs from sand once in awhile) The pool is gorgeous and heated, very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Rooms are nice sized and modern, most importantly clean! There's a few dining options from mid priced to well, gourmet. Expect high prices, but there are plenty of dining options close by to fit any budget! Really enjoyed our stay but regrettably didn't get a chance to try the spa. Maybe next time! Great family resort but big enough to be a romantic getaway as well!

Such a wonderful resort! I had a great time on my solo trip, and will definitely return. My only complaint is the prices for food and drink are very high. There’s no reason cocktails should cost $15 at a poolside bar, and the food was bar food but at double the cost of what you’d normally pay at any other bar. However, they did have happy hour from 5-7 which was nice. My room was clean and spacious, though I didn’t have a great view, but that’s to be expected when you book third party. I’ll still be back — the staff at the beach bar were fantastic!

To say we were disappointed in this Marriott location is an understatement. We travel and stay at Marriotts often and this was our worst experience to date. We stayed for 4th of July and the hotel was WAY too crowded and unable to accommodate for the crowd. How do you charge guests a $30 fee and advertise it as the fee includes two beach chairs with one umbrella and not have nearly enough to accommodate people. We walked down to the beach at 11am and after flagging down multiple employees and over 30 minutes we were still unable to get our stuff. I have two young children under the age of 4 so it was important to me to choose a hotel that had these amenities. Forget getting near the pool area, they claim to not allow people to save unoccupied seats for more than an hour but we watched dozens sit all day. My husband even walked up to attempt to pay for a reserved area seating and was rudely told “nothing is left… you should of booked ahead”. For starters, that’s not a way to speak to a guest and again we watched those areas stay empty for the day. Later that evening we walked over to the 4th of July bbq we were told about upon booking (half the reason we booked here) and again at check in only to find out it required reservations and was booked to capacity. Please explain to me how you do not inform your guests that advance booking is required? You check us in, tell us about the bbq, give us pricing for adults and children but do not ask or tell us to book it.

This was a very nice location with very nice amenities, however literally every single option or item has a fairly hefty charge associated with it. Because of the location, there are few shops directly within walking distance, so you are forced to partake in the expense. The pool is incredibly nice and the hotel employees are fantastic. The restaurants within the resort are also pretty awesome and we will be visiting those again should we choose to stay at this Marriott property in the future. As compared to other properties, this one is certainly impressive, though it is starting to show its age in some ways — though this was not a big deal to us.

I will first start by saying the resort and the room itself was a 5 star. I loved our room and the grounds. The quality of food and service was not good at all. We called for in room dining and they directed us to 3030 when we called 3030 they directed it back to room service. I called down to the main desk and voiced my complaint and they weren't very empathic. Then my husband walked downstairs to check out the menu and the bartender at 3030 was huffing because he had to go to the back to check out what sorbet it was. The service was not great. All we wanted was a dessert but decided not to get anything due to not having a wide range. We also ate from sea level and again the food was overpriced for what we got and it seems like they did not care about the quality of the food. Honestly maybe it was just a fluke but how much you pay to stay you would expect. Need to work on customer service.

Attended a work / professional event over the course of a few days. Staff were friendly, food had great variety, and the event spaces were very comfortable. Not far from the airport, guest rooms are tiled throughout (not the greatest for comfort to me), amenities are plentiful, and location to the beach is great.

The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special. The beach staff Chase and Fabian made sure that our friend’s 50th birthday was extra special. In addition to bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable they were extremely knowledgeable about the area, were very helpful planning which restaurants and nightlife spots to hit. It’s this extra attention to detail and the staff’s exceptional customer service that makes this hotel a five-star all the way.

I always stay in this hotel and always have amazing time. I was suppose to stay one night in this location but on the day of arrival I had family emergency even though I did mobile check in already, the management was able to help me out by going out of there way. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to people who really enjoy amazing service and location.

Excellent property! Very courteous and helpful staff. The resort is upper scale so expect to pay little extra in few things like parking etc. But we really had such a good time! It is right on their private beach front unlike many other hotels in Ft. Lauderdale that have connecting bridge passing over a road. Try to avoid rush seasons like Christmas or Spring break if you can.

Yes Lala… We're going only for the Passover brunch. Somewhat disappointed when I received the 89 invoice. $0 per person. Buffet well, service at the table whatever can ordinary, not enough staff, I would say that the property leaves to be desired… plastic chair or white wood very room the doors Windows very room. Etc Stationment with valet very good servive. It's up to you to discover.

Absolutely fabulous place to go with the entire family. We have the best time everytime we stay here. Staff was amazing. We can't wait to go back next year! 5 star service from the minute you walk through the doors, you are treated like royalty. All day entertainment for entire family, private beach, kids club, swimming pool is amazing. Beach volleyball, DJ, hair braiding, henna tattoos, bingo, tons of outdoor games, tennis, basketball, amazing fitness center the list is endless! Make sure you book in advance or you will have a hard time getting a room. Make sure you wake up by 6 am to put your towels down or you won't have chairs. The cabanas are amazing too.

The hotel is really nice. Rooms were spacious and clean, though the bathroom door was a shared sliding door with a closet. So if you went in the bathroom you slid the door closed and now the closet was open. Also did not leave much privacy being a sliding been style door. Staff were very friendly. Love the private beach. Walk past the hotel pool and right onto the beach. They have a bin with beach toys for the kids. You can parasail, rent wave runners, play volleyball and a few other things. Poolside service was quick.

We came here for a conference and while the building was a little dated, the rooms were large and impressive. The staff was friendly and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. The beach is wide and manicured, the pool is big and there are 2 hot tubs. Some nights they play a family friendly movie projected by the pool so you can swim while you watch it.

Very, very nice place to stay. We really enjoyed it. We were there for a conference. The meeting rooms were comfortable as far as temperature, seating and level of sound for the presenters. Rooms were comfortable with adequate space, acceptable bedding and mattresses as well as relatively nice and clean bathrooms. The continental breakfast was good but the buffet at the restaurant was delicious! Lunch and dinner at the restaurant by the pool was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend it! The Starbucks and other boutique on the way to the meeting room worked out great. Big bonus points for having the pittsburgh steelers on the main tvs on sunday. That was great! :-) ) ). The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, helpful and genuinely pleasant. Thank you all for a wonderful and very enjoyable stay. We really did not want to go home!

The location is not ideal since it's not on the main strip. However, the beach is right outside your window and the beautiful breeze too. I loved the tranquility of the hotel and people are extremely helpful and accommodating. I wish they had like a shuttle bus to take you to certain places instead of ubering everywhere. Anyway, had a great time.

Wonderful hotel, there is a nice free breakfast served on the 12 floor. Beds were decent. I was disappointed with the towels provided for the shower, I wash my car with softer towels. I did notice some water pressure problems when showering in the morning but the hotel was booked full and I was on the top floor. Although the water shouldn't cut out 5 times in a 10 minute shower. Would stay again.

One of my favorite resorts EVER! We had been going to this resort every year to every other year for quite some time because my husband attended a conference taking place there. We hadn't gone in a few years and were so excited to be going back. We spent a week at the resort, which is absolutely gorgeous. In the time we were gone, they updated the entire place and made some wonderful smart modifications all which serve the guests very well. The Spa is absolutely wonderful and I had 3 different services during my stay. I remembered Sandy who did my pedicure from years past and she recognized me as well. She does great work. My facial and Moroccan Oil Scalp Treatment were both equally relaxing and well done. The Spa facilities are top notch and very comfortable. The premises are in immaculate condition, the beach is wonderful (if you like that kind of thing) and the pool is perfect. They even put flags on the lounge chairs so if you want to order something while sunning beside the pool, you put up the flag and a waiter knows to come see you. Beats being asked, if you want to order, all the time. The food at the pool comes from the resort's Sea Level Restaurant and doesn't disappoint. We were excited to go there for lunch when we arrived and we had dinner there as well. We also enjoyed room service. The Concierge recommended very good restaurants. Love this place!

Not worth the price. Rooms was filthy, comforter cover had poop stain on it, that came off right away and I threw it on the maids cart. My wife saw it and wanted to move hotels right away. We stayed with points, so there is no way I would have paid $400 per night for this room. Then when you add the $30 resort fee and $29 self-park fee you are looking at nearly $500 a night? The lobby and beach area are nice, there is a cool deck with games and sofa sitting areas, but I can’t get past the filthiness of the room. Dust and hairs and stains everywhere. The only bright spot was concierge, wish I would have gotten her name, she deserved a raise. She was very helpful.

This place is right on the beach with incredible views. The pool area is great with an extensive updated outdoor bathroom, locker, and shower area. There are nice bathrooms throughout the hotel which speaks volumes. They also have basketball courts, an herb garden, and some of the best banquet food! Plus, the beach offers so much more.

Great chain quality. We met him over 20 years ago. It looks excellent still. I remember seeing the cruise ships entering Fort Lauderdele Port. I salute the brave ladies.

I had the worst experience here for a week stay and do not recommend this place to anyone. 1) The rooms are not clean. I was afraid to put my 9month old down on the floor in the room. Dirt, filth, scummy fingerprints. They do not clean the rooms daily. They act like they do but they don’t. It’s pretty appalling at the level. 2) we have ate at the hotel in different restaurants and at the pool. Riva was by far the worst. My food was inedible and so was my husbands. 3) pool service was fine and the people were nice but we ordered two mojitos and it was sugar water. They forgot to put the booze in it. 4) front staff is beyond rude and condescending. We needed an room extra key and my husband was the only name on the account. Despite giving her my ID with the same last name, same mailing address, I have the same credit card, I could verify every detail on the account she refused. She was rude. It’s okay for me to sign and charge to my room with my husband being the only name but I can’t get in my room. They will take every penny from you but if you need something they are not accommodating. Go somewhere else. Do not stay here. In addition to your room price you pay an extra 60 bucks a day for a resort fee and parking. Not worth it. We will never be back and do not recommend.

Never better choice than staying at a Marriott and if it is the Fort Lauderdale, you don't want to leave there. I love the Marriott chain!

Visited the restaurant and bar at the hotel — great food quality and dining. Wine selection was good at reasonable prices. View of the ocean and pools added a great ambiance as well.

The resort was fantastic. The rooms were nice and had a great view. The only issue was that our room seemed to be situated next to the laundry, which we heard all night long. Still, it was a nice place.

A very upscale resort with all the amenities you can imagine. Incredible restaurants that offer exquisite cuisine. Probably the most beautiful pool in South Florida. Unparalleled views of the ocean. If you want top of the line service and atmosphere this is the place to visit in South Florida.

Staff is great. Super nice. Came from a red eye flight with kids. Fortunately our room was ready for check-in. Thank goodness. The hospitality at Marriott is why I'd come back. The nice thing about this resort is the water activities and the drop in for the kids. Will update more soon…

It was the nicest resort we have stayed at in all of Florida. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and well cared for as were the rooms. The best part was the pool and the Sea Level bar. The drinks and food were amazing. I couldn't say enough great thing about the bartenders Ashlee, Deena, Junior, and Kieth. They made out trip a awesome experience. We will definitely be going back.

Very nice hotel in general with all the Marriott services, it's a bit out of the way and the beaches are not the best but the pool and that sector are excellent, the prices of all the services are paid and they are quite high.

Front desk staff of spa are rude and not willing to help (Pierre). Not polite or courteous, both on phone and in person I called several times because there was traffic and they were rude on phone and then in person when I paid. The massage therapist, Linda, was lovely and the staff once inside were helpful and accommodating. The resort is beautiful and I would love to come back since everyone outside was so friendly. Had lunch outside and the bartenders were amazing, Keith and Brittney, very efficient and polite.

The service from staff is extraordinary. They made me feel welcome, at home and taken care of. The facilities are fantastic for events. We had a professional event and it was very successful. They took care of every detail.

This is a very nice resort with a great idea front location and good proximity to shopping and restaurants. Nice pool and outdoor bar and grill as well. We really enjoy it here and would definitely come back. We already have come back — this is our second time here.

The beach is awesome. Amenities included, chairs, umbrella. Non motorized equipment like kayaks or paddle boards. Pool is clean. Only downfall, room had sugar ants. The towels didn't seem to be very clean. They were washed, but had stains. People were helpful and nice. Had a great family weekend.

They had a self parking option which was nice. The hotel/bar/pool area was beautiful. Very modern and clean. The hotel room it's self was a bit small but again very modern and clean. The staff was all very friendly. They had a private beach which was nice. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Very nice, recently renovated and well kept resort. Resort fee is annoying, but it at least includes 2 drinks and a non motorized sport. Pool is very large, beds are quite comfortable, renovated rooms are clean (glad they removed the carpet) and will lit. Most rooms have a very nice view as well. Update: Unfortunately, I need to update my review after using the pool on this trip. I've visited this resort many times in the past, where the pool was a very fun experience. However, you will now hear constant announcements of needing to close umbrellas (usually due to a slight drizzle incoming), and blind policy enforcement. It may have only been the one manager's bad day, but very quickly, the pool cleared out when everyone was told to stop having fun and to just sit there "or get out out of the pool". The rest of the resort and beach areas remained enjoyable.

We had a great time at this resort, but boy one staff member made this trip incredible! Grace, Assistant Director of Services was so helpful. We stayed here for 6 days 7 nights. Our family had a great time, the kids loved everything… from the pool to the beach. When we left, we were sad to go… when we arrived at home we realized we did not have our dirty laundry bag! and we had no idea where we had left it. We called the hotel right away and the first few people that picked up were not much help at the front desk, until I finally reached Brian. Brian was kind enough to connect me with Grace, who did everything she could to find our bag. Especially after I told her that my daughters very special blanky was in that bag. After 24 hours of searching and looking… Grace never gave up and she found our bag! Grace was helpful when no one else cared. I'm so thankful for Brian for taking the time to take our info and share it with Grace, and for Grace for being kind and understanding… Thank you! We had over a week of brand new clothes in that bag! You are amazing Grace, and we appreciate all that you did. On a side note, my daughter was sick for one night… she had a bad sore throat… the next day someone knocked on our door and had soup and crackers for her at no charge! I'm not even sure how they knew we had a rough night… this hotel took great care of us!

This hotel is great! The staff was very helpful and the check in process was very quick. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, nice size bathroom and a beautiful view! The room also had a nice size TV and desk space. The room service was quick and they offer a great breakfast selection. I would definitely go back!

We had a really incredible experience here recently. I had asked for an upgrade to a suite as I was traveling with my family and celebrating my sons b-day. The manager was able to accommodate our request and keep the uncharge to a minimum. They also sent up a nice gift tray with snacks and a movie pass to use for a pay-per-view movie to acknowledge my sons bday. This is one of the only hotels directly on the beach in Fort Lauderdale and it is gorgeous as is the pool area. Oversized bean bag game, connect four and life size chest game add to the fun for kids. Happy hour at pool bar is a great deal, otherwise drinks are pricey but that's to be expected at a resort like this. Overall a great place.

Beautiful resort. The staff was amazing, especially Dan our valet and Luis. They made us feel like family. A big thanks to Pamela the concierge who surprised us on our 13th anniversary with champagne and beautiful chocolate covered strawberries. The only negative was the loud renovations, but hey its gotta happen sometime.

The building was under renovation so it was loud and messy. My room smelled musty and the mini fridge didn't work properly. My friend got a beer at one of the restaurants. It was $7 served in a 6 oz. Plastic cup! It was domestic, btw. I would have given 1 star, but the staff was great and the fitness center was better than some full service gyms.

Beautiful oceanfront hotel! Everything was lovely. Clean rooms, welcoming staff, large pool with waterfall and steps from the ocean! We loved watching the sunrise from lounge chairs under a tiki umbrella in the mournful, and ending the night by a warm fire while listening to the waves crashing on the beach. Many activities such as bored games, ping pong, oversized corn hole, movies for the kids, salon and spa, gift shops, gym and my favorite amenity, an on-site Starbucks! Only two negative points from my group; out room was a bit small for four people. It had two full sized beds but not much seating or room to move about. Also, it was difficult to find parking in the parking garage. Some parts were under construction leaving very few free spots and many were too small to squeeze our car into. We will definitely stay here again, but will probably upgrade to a larger room and splurge on the valet parking!

A very solid 4 stars. The amenities are top notch and the breath of the hotel is huge. One of Ft. Lauderdale's few hotels with direct beach access (no crossing streets). Rooms are typical of a Marriott. This is one of the best hotels I've been to for families. There is a great toddler water playground with water spouts and lots of toys that is fenced off so parents can helicopter hover a 100ft instead of 10.

It was very nice and the entertainment was spectacular.

Great location but over priced. The beds are way to small and the furniture was outdated and beat up. No vents in the bathroom made it hard to shower and get ready. Most staff was nice and accommdating. Water sports are overpriced as well. Not enough bang for your buck in total!

The rain was harder coming down than the water pressure in the shower. It was hard to rinse the shampoo out of hair. The Internet was very slow. At one point my iPad timed out while I waited for a response. Locale and view were nice.

Was recently here for a wedding. BEAUTIFUL hotel lobby, the whole lobby smells like a spa, beautiful outdoor space, plenty of patio and literally right on the beach! 3 stars for the price you pay vs the service you receive. Also, they charge up the nose for everything. My shower was broken and it took 1 hr for someone to come up… I didn't expect instant but when you need to shower for dinner it's frustrating to be waiting around in your hotel room for maintainence to come… Well actually what I expected was to not have a broken shower in a fairly expensive hotel. Also expect to pay way too much for food at / near the hotel. There is a place called 'The Market' down the street that belongs to another hotel called 'The Bahia Mar' that has reasonable quickie deli style breakfast/ lunches/ salads. Overall I enjoyed my experience but would probably just go to a cheaper hotel next time and receive the same level of service.

Wrapping up a stay here. In a nutshell a hotel is a hotel and you pay based on location. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean. But there are some things that would make think twice about coming back. A big one would be that I probably wouldn't return due to the shower head. As crazy as it sounds I know if my wife and daughters were here with me they would have a hard time getting the soap out of their hair because the water pressure is so poor. I know, sounds petty, but if I have to deal with at home I don't want to deal with on vacation, especially for what I am paying for this room. Another thing is the prices. Why do resorts feel the need to whack you for everything. Starbucks, twice the price as normal. Shrimp on the dinner menu $6.00 ea, Breakfast buffet $28.00… Seriously Also, why is it that the more you pay for a hotel room the less you get for free. Wifi $12.95 a day, Water $3.95 a bottle. But I guess in the end, if people continue to pay it, they will charge it. Cell reception here is non existent. As I type this in my room on my $12.95 internet access I have one bar of 3G on my Verizon phone. And that has been pretty consistent at the convention center and the restaurants that we have gone to. And finally a tip. Uber is here, but they are not as abundant as other areas. Cars can take 10-15 minutes to get to the hotel. So just a heads up from a planning perspective.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The food was great and the service was also great. The hotel is a little old but still nice. The pool and beach are amazing as well. You can rent a seadoo and have lots of fun there.

The location, food and service was all great and at a reasonable price! However, we found that if your room is located near the water, be prepared to have no phone service and limited to no wireless! Very frustrating… you need to go to the lobby or outside to get service. Free wireless in the lobby. Don't take a cab to get downtown, just walk! Otherwise, I would highly recommend going here and trying their restaurant — 3030.

I love this hotel. I have stayed here multiple times however for the price they need to change all their double beds to queen sized beds. Most of the upscale hotels on this strip offer queens and that is the only reason I have been choosing them over this hotel. I hope that they will read this review and consider changing.

The hotel is great. The staff provided exceptional service, which came in handy when celebrating for a special occasion. They made it perfect.

This hotel was excellent, great customer service, immaculate clean in our villa, all the amenities you need from washer, dryer, to dishes, utensils, paper towels, just everything. All you need is your tooth brush. Our view was to die for, beautiful view for the boat parade. Bed very comfortable, clean everything. The minute we arrived they took care of us like we were royalty, really. You will love this place. Everything is in walking distance which is great. Again I will return for another spoiled vacation. Can't wait! Five star and beyond. Reception staff friendly and helpful, good attitude, arrived early and was in the room 15 min later, wonderful. Staff were friendly and just a wonderful first time experience.

I have been to hotel for both business and family trips over the past 9 years. By far the best property with the best staff!

The hotel is very nice and classy on the beach. The front desk staff were excellent. Bianca assisted us in check in and was she was very professional and knowledge. I stay over 60 nights a year and have been to this one before. I would come back again.

This has to be the most overrated hotel in the area. When one pays upwards of $350/night for a room, there are certain expectations that need to be met. However, my experience was mediocre at best. The rooms are very dated and are in need of a renovation. The bathrooms are too small and have down right grungy bathtubs. Moreover, I could not get the room to cool down regardless of how I manipulated the thermostat. The staff was notified, however, nothing was done to address the problem. Far better hotels for the price — The Atlantic, W, etc.

Hotel was great! Staff did a wonderful job getting us checked-in and making sure we had everything we needed. They even sent my wife and I an anniversary package to our room at no charge. I didn't even ask for it, just told them we were there to celebrate. Having the Private Beach with activities to do was a huge plus. Beach wasn't too crowded and was quiet. The pool was beautiful, large, and had plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurants on site are good, but service was slow. Other than that I definitely recommend this resort to anyone.

Pleasantly Surprised! I arrived on Memorial Day and was shocked I had entered a spring break atomosphere. I hated it! The next day everything returned to normal and the resort was not packed! (yay). The staff was extremely helpful. Shout out to Grace who sent me 4 cupcakes, on the house, for my birthday and shout out to Richard (not Richardo, who need to brush up on his people skills) at the restaurant for excellent service. I was not impressed with the desk staff at the spa. I also thought the spa was overpriced. The rooms were average but with a beach view that didn't matter. I was rarely in my room. The food was excellent. The concierge was helpful. Staff in general was helpful and upbeat and welcomed me. I had an ocean front room at a reasonable price. I was supposed to stay in South Beach and was diverted here. It was pleasantly a great time.

Had a security problem and initially wished the first manager would have handled it better. *** Follow up to the above — upon review of this situation by another manager at the resort they rectified the entire situation! Taking the matter seriously they were both accommodating and polite.

The Hotel was nice, along with the staff. I had to Valet due to the size of my truck. The valet said this was the only option. When I returned to my vehicle approx. 30 mins later to retrieve some valuables I found that my vehicle was not only unlocked but the drivers door wasnt even closed, just pushed too. And now I seem to be missing a pair of Costa del Mar sunglasses. Wasnt positive that the glasses were in the truck but now that I have looked everywhere, I am thinking the valet might have been shoping through my so convenient unlock truck.

Amazing staff, front desk is very helpful. The scene is amazing, best service and fast Wi-Fi. I would totally come here again :).

Very unhappy to know that personal items left in my room while down at the pool were stolen from my room. For the amount of money charged and paid to the Marriott for the weekend and to know that my things were not safe is unacceptable. Notified them that they have a very untrustworthy staff. The necklace stolen is not a replaceable item as it was my mother's sterling silver cross and chain and she deceased and to know further they cannot do anything about it but ask questions of their staff is sad. I am sure who did it will not step up to the place and accept responsibility.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary — staff went over the top to be nice and make it truly a wonderful visit. the bar at 30/30 is fantastic — irwin/diana/jason/jen. Thank you! this was a great and in our opinion typical marriott event. thank you.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very attentive and quick to supply our needs. The front desk manager was amazing in helping us correct our room reservation. Beautiful beach access and gorgeous sunrises.

We had a great convention — Florida oracle Applications Users group Meeting on July 24-25'2014 at this Harbor Beach Marriott Resort and SPA. The way they organized the meeting was amazing — Credit goes from the top person like Karen Chastain-She is a True Leader-she is suited for this General Manager role in the Hospitality industry-Highly compassionate, truthful, no phony or anything or no lip service. She means what she says. Cannot say more words. Beach is so beautiful — you should talk to people like Carmen or Reggie to get those rooms-very responsible, nice and accountable- They can provide refrigerator if you ask — very nice they deliver it to the room. Event Manager Reggie Nisbett did an outstanding job. He deserves the credit-he is always running to help and get things going. Great Go-getter. Even while leaving my colleagues ask something, he goes and calls immediately. He answers the phone spontaneously! :) Restaurant in the hotel — RIVA is awesome. People who work in the restaurant make a difference as well — To mention or really worth mentioning are — Alan Kasperek, Desiree, Teresa and Rosa. — Awesome people! :) They have a FedEx Inside the hotel where we can do business related or printing boarding pass and what not — Denise. Cavallo is a great manager and highly responsible to work and help out during this function. Ricky or Ricardo — PSAV person was good as well as Frank — very nice PSAV guys.

View from our room (oceanview) obstructed by a wall that hides the left view. Hotel overbooked and aucund another available room, small and faded. Balcony small for two person when ln is four. This is my first and last time in this hotel.

This hotel is full of contradictions. The good: great location, beautiful beach, lovely pool area, plentiful beach towels, excellent salads (and service) at Sea Level Restaurant, availability of late check-out, pleasant front desk and beach staff, gratis lemonade and chocolate chip cookies poolside The bad: $27/day parking, getting drenched returning to room from the Sea Level Restaurant (no umbrellas provided for guests), the loud pounding on doors/profanity in wee hours of the morning (twice), coming back to our room near midnight to find it had not been cleaned, being unable to print boarding passes in the Business Center due to computer glitch (tried twice), concierge who did not want to be bothered printing boarding passes.

Very dated hotel. The amenities are great but the rest of the hotel is very dated. The parking garage is very tight and hard to navigate safely. The staff was friendly and we had no issues. Be sure to be ready to spend some money if you plan on eating at the hotel or to do anything at the hotel. The hotel shop is almost 3x the cost of the Walgreens only a block away. A bottle of water will cost you $6. Bring up Yelp and you will fine some great places to eat that will not rip you off.
