Omg… this place is the worst! Super trashy and the staff suck. Will never go back.

Worst experience of my life! The manager Kim Roberts is the most unprofessional rude and hateful person I have ever met in my life! The hotel is disgusting and they upcharged me almost 400 dollars! Would not recommend this place to a gutter rat! Less than a mile up the road is a holiday inn express with beautiful rooms, friendly staff and they are cheaper! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

To say my experince at this hotel was horrible is an understatement. Not only did they have bedbugs after searching multiple rooms to find one that didn't due to no hotels but dirty motels for up to 15 miles away. The first room not only had bedbugs but dirty linens and although the desk clerk stated bedbugs was a year ago and furniture was replaced the box spring was as old as dirt and never replaced. I dealt with housekeeping just walking in room then being completely rude and having to report her. The manager not wanting to discount room as well as now being overcharged $60. $35 being for supposed stolen pillows which why on earth would I want to risk bringing bedbugs home im baffled reported from the same housekeeper who I reported to front desk. After calling multiple times one with being hung up on. Im disputing charges with my bank and warning everybody of the BEDBUG infestations, unprofessional manner, & disgusting conditions. Corporate was no help as well as just referring me back to the hotel GM who wouldnt even give me a discount for the entire horrible experience after being on hold and waiting an hour. If I couls give them zero stars I they would get it.

I was in room 223 n one of my beds had blood stain comforter. They quickly removed it. N gave me a 24 dollar discount.

Pet friendly. However smoke free room smelled heavily of smoke.

Everyone is very nice and breakfast is included. Just keep in mind that its a budget price point and you get what you pay for. Keep your expectation reasonable. Oh! My brother had that room next to us and the show head hit him in the head when he turned it on. I lmaf.

It was a very warm atmosphere I found the service to be excellent I had a great vacation with my husband who is now gone 2 years ago and we stay there for a few days it was just awesome.

Modest, budget friendly hotel. Rooms were clean and contained all the typical amenities. A few nice touches as well, next to the bed was a small 4 port per strip for easy plug in of phones, laptops, etc, no need to pull out the nightstand to get at an outlet. The mini fridge actually had a freezer which acted like a freezer and the fridge portion kept everything nice and cold. AC worked well and the room was fairly quiet. The property was well maintained and clean, but definitely showed signs of aging. The pool also was clean, deck was in good shape and chairs were comfortable. Pool temp was on the warm side. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was quick. The property location is great for visitors, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, all within near walking distance. About 25 minutes from the local springs for amazing outdoor recreation. When we come back to the area, we would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were courteous, the breakfast was a great value, the room was clean, and the location was ideal for us. We also loved the multiple outlets on the nightstand. However, the AC in our room wasn't working very well, and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. The lights outside our room were pretty bright, and we had to get creative with hanging the curtains to block the light better. None of us slept very well. We would stay here again if we had to, but we will probably stay at a different hotel in the area when it's available.

The Quality Inn has the amenities, cleanness and hotel maintenance of years ago when hotels cared about the little things that keep guests coming back. Very clean, updated and maintained. The continental breakfast is satisfactory and the staff is pleasant. This is a Pet Friendly place but you wouldn't know it as very clean and quiet. The outdoor pool is very well maintained. I would visit the Quality Inn again and highly recommend it to others.

Not the cleanest. But its tolerable for one night. We were driving to Disney and this was where we spent the night for 1 night in route to Orlando. Not bad, just dont have high expectations. It's no Marriot.

Great service and great amenities, with a free breakfast. Only issue I had was that light from street light came in between the wall and the curtain. Could've been just our room, but I'd ask for a room on the side opposite the street just to be sure. Bottom floor may be better as well.

All employees were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had all basic amenities (refrigerator, microwave, television. ) Good water flow, comfortable beds. The bathroom was somewhat small but not actually a hindrance.

Excellent bed, clean room, friendly emploees, low price, and a nice breakfast to stary the day. What more could you want? Oh and the pool looked nice even tbough we did not have time to use it.

Price okay but expired and started sweets in the vending machine.

The bathroom that we touched was not clean TAS towels were yellow instead of white.

We ended up there trying to get from Florida to Atlanta before Hurricane Irma struck. We were on fumes and couldn't find any gas, so we pulled in there. The staff was so nice — there was a line of people trying to check in, but the desk clerk was calling those who had reserved rooms to see if they were going to actually get there. As rooms came open, they were rented to those in line. We had our two dogs with us, but they were welcome. The room was clean and dry, we had a refrigerator and microwave, and there was a hot breakfast in the mornings. We felt so lucky to have ended up right where we did. After three nights, we were able to find gas to get home. I'd recommend the place to anyone traveling; even with the worst of circumstances, the staff and the facilities were wonderful.

Very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Clean. I would vacuum the bathroom vent once in a while. It was dusty and cob webby. Really thick. Nice breakfast.

Seriously the best place for the money, considering the location. I have stayed there 3 times, twice to go the springs, and once due to a work emergency. I was treated with a lot of care and respect. The manager drove somewhere to get a cable, so I could get faster internet for work. The staff and manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Great coffee, great waffles, fresh fruits.

It's a bed and a toilet. For this price if you really expect more, you will be let down. You get what you pay for, and for the price it did exactly what I needed it to do. Rooms were clean, smelt like a run of the mill room. The tub didn't fill up, like another said it did while taking a shower. Courteous employees. Free breakfast. No bugs.

The man at the front desk and a lady at breakfast were extraordinarily friendly. The breakfast was also very good, with hot and cold options. The room was clean and well stocked. For the price, no complaints at all. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice rooms. The beds are alright. Only complaint is the fridge and microwave are a bit small but it's a hotel.

The only redeeming quality about this place was the kind lady who checked us in. We only stayed here because we were traveling down to Florida and got too tired to make the entire journey. We requested a late check out because we arrived at 3am and were told that's not an option. When we opened the door to our assigned room, we were greeted with the unmistakable stench of animal urine so potent that we walked right back out and requested a different room. Upon entering the second room we decided that that it also smelled bad but it was at least tolerable and we were too tired to attempt multiple room changes. We stumbled into bed and discovered that the mattress was lumpy and it sort of just rolled us into its center. It was impossible to sleep on that mattress and it was exaggerated by the bright light that beamed in from around the edges of the curtains and the noises outside. In the morning I started the shower and realized that the shower head was in poor condition spraying water in all directions and the lever didn't completely divert all of the water to the shower which made for very poor water pressure. The tub quickly filled with water and began to overflow onto the floor because the drain was plugged with God only knows what. I exited the shower and as I continued my morning getting ready rituals, my husband waited for the tub to drain so that he could take a shower.

Big King bed. AC works great. TV works okay. Kind of grimy, but not so dirty I'd complain. Wi-Fi works good.

The staff was very nice! My mom and I were on our way to Miami, FL from Texas and I'm glad we stopped here. The beds were super comfy and the price was just right in my opinion. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I had a personal situation arise and was unable to stay in Alachua. I ended up heading further south to spend time with family due to the above personal situation. All in all, I was in the room for less than an hour, never used the bed, used one towel, and drank a single soda. I explained the situation to the front desk who wanted to give me a refund, but their manager said no. This was on a popular Gator football game night too, and still during post hurricane season, so it's unlikely my room sat empty, it was probably filled within an hour or two. To top it off, there was an incident with a rude and belligerent women there that delayed me getting the room, she was so rude they had called the cops. There was another incident with fire trucks and ambulance when I had to leave. I wasn't rude and didn't complain about the extra wait or the incidents and I probably spent more time waiting than I did in my room. Very poor choice on management's part.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and in a large space. Hotel outdoor corridors could use a facelift… seem dingy.

This the second year in a row that we've stayed here for a Florida Gators game, if you book early enough, you can get a decent price, but when I was checking in for my reservation, they were charging someone else $209 plus tax for one night, in my opinion the room isn't worth that much and I know it's just because the homecoming game is tomorrow, but that's ridiculous. The rooms are clean, however the Wi-Fi is trash. It took me a good 15 minutes of typing in the exact password they wrote down for us and it all of a sudden worked after telling me it was incorrect every previous attempt. Even after connecting, the connection is ridiculous. It will stay connected for up to 3 minutes and then just disconnect and you'll have to type the password in again. Haven't used the pool or the breakfast, however the hotel is pet friendly which I think is nice, even though I don't have any pets with me. Overall, if they improved the Internet I would give a solid 4.5 stars. There's always room for improvement such as extra towels or wash cloths, a trashcan in the bathroom, etc.

Stayed here waiting for electric at home after Irma. Room clean and staff great. Even with food supplies limitations breakfast was good. For the money, a great place.

My elderly mother escaped Irma and is staying here with others who also escaped Hurricane Irma. Michael, the manager is wonderful. He walked the halls all night during the power outage when the hurricane hit with his flash light making sure everyone was safe. He got 2 hrs. Sleep. Other guests there talked about the poise and care that this man displayed under such pressure. They said he deserved a medal!

Absolutely wonderful staff. We came here out running hurricane Irma. This place has been non stop ppl doing the same. I have watched the staff put in double shift, deal with despite (some nasty) ppl and all the time working to be helpful and accommodating with smiles on the faces. The manager is awesome. Would definitely love to come back and stay just to enjoy the huge pool and friendly staff.

A great stopover between Atlanta and south Florida. Nice clean room and good breakfast. The pool and garden looked amazing!. We weren't in the area long enough to look around but I would definitely come here again.

Very pleasant stay. Overall experience was great. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. Pool was nice and relaxing. Was in the area for a livestock judging camp for 4h youth, book 3 rooms had no problems. Great stay will stay here again if in the area for anything in the future.

I highly recommend this place. The staff went over and beyond. We needed a room for two nights but only had one but they pulled thru and we got a another night. Very pet friendly great yard for pups to potty and walk. Rooms were great and clean. Thanks again!

It's an ok place to stay. The staff was accomodating in switching our room (the first room smelled of mold).

They were helpful at correcting our issues but we have had a number of problems since arriving. It is just not as good as other places we have stayed.

After a screw up on my debit card charge the manager credited my account half of my hotel bill, after they overcharged me to begin with. I thank her for that, the rooms were clean and it was a decent stay but I wouldn't use my debit or credit card here again.

This hotel was average and could use lots of updating! The carpets in the room were pretty gross as well.

As far as quality inns go definitely one of the better ones (I've been to a lot of these travelling for debate). Front desk is incredibly nice but sometimes the maids forget little things like fresh towels. If you get a good deal there is no reason not to stay here. Also the barbeque across the street is delicious.

Uncomfortable but gets the job done. Room service is nice. Front desk was rude.

Why, was quiet, all some deluxe breakfast. Family of 5 was a big saving.

Is not a bad place to stay. Best price around the area, room are clean and decent for 65 $. I could give 4 stars but is there between 3 and 4 stars.

It was a decent room. The beds were comfy, the shower had good water pressure, the TV was a mounted flat-screen, and the ac worked well. There is a publix and some restaurants within a 2 mile radius. The only negative things were that the Wi-Fi signal was week and breakfast was mediocre. Honestly a typical, average hotel. You're not going to be blown away by the quality, but you're not going to be disappointed about your stay either.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in by far. The customer service at the front desk was awful. The receptionist by the name of Jade was like it was the customer fault why she had to work nights. I will never stay her again or recommend. I actually canceled my second night and went down the street to a Best Western hotel.
