Stayed for 4 days. Really enjoyed very clean cabins and service. Great food and staff. Close to park entrance.

The photos are very deceiving. Very small. You do not have your own cabin, they are back to back. You have half a cabin and someone has the other side. The restaurant needs young workers like the cafe. They were overwhelmed. Did not recommend eating there, even though the food was not that bad. Would be better if they made cabins like Fox Island. Even though joined slightly bigger and felt like home and more sound proof. Workers in the check in desk were not helpful. Rude. Overwhelmed. BackCountry Adventure and shuttle was great. Overall Cabin rating 3 star for me. 5 star for excursions and cafe! 2 star for restaurant due to service.

Great accommodations! the staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was great. I would definitely use them again.

Every night around 8pm, for between 1-1/2 — 2 hours, buses are power washed on the property. We were not even right next to where this was going on, but it was extremely loud in our cabin. The manager even came and listened and agreed, but said he couldn't do anything because that is the way the owner wanted it. If you are outside at the gazebo or fire pit area, you can not even hold a conversation when this is going on. It's absolutely deafening. I suggested that this be done off site because after a long day of hiking, and at $300/night, this is not what guests want to listen to for hours. It really tainted our whole stay there. Here are more positive and negatives, but until they fix the nightly power washing situation, I would not recommend staying there at all. Positive

• Sketchy Wi-Fi, but hey… it's Wi-Fi and you're in the middle of the wilderness so you have to be glad about any connection at all! Negative
• Broken shower head attachment
• No where to put soap etc in shower (had to use floor)
• Small sink and nowhere to put anything
• Phones in rooms, but they don’t work
• Bed is against wall so you have to climb over the other person. We managed to move it.

We had a great stay here, the staff was amazing and accommodating. The food was great too! We highly recommend these cabins and will be back!

Bathrooms small, wanted a place for 4 people to sleep, poor maintenance of the room. Never wiped off mirror or sink, dirt and leaves not swept up. We requested a broom, told that was a faint the rules. EXPENSIVE for the quality.

Just had two lunches as we went in and out of Denali National Park at the Prey restaurant. Love the slogan — Eat or Be Eaten. Very creative menu. I had the Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts and BBQ Carrots. Others reported the bison burger and fish and chips to be excellent.

Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. I am quite the avid camper and hiker and for the amount of money that I paid for this and the little benefits I received was too poor to describe. I would have rather slept at the bottom of the Nenana River. Electrical and water went out the first night, so that was perfect after coming back from a rafting trip. The breakfast costs $20 a person, and almost as standard as any normal hotel except you pay twice as much. The only thing I'm grateful for is the fact that I could check out at 11:00 and leave as fast as possible. Let's just say the pictures are not what you see.

Very nice, cute & clean hot tub is a must. Breakfast is not included with the expensive room. A buffet style breakfast is offered for 20$ a plate, ate breakfast down the road instead. Other then that loved it!

The food was fantastic, the service was great. It's not the Marriott, but it was a great place to stay.

Very well maintained and clean cabin. But it makes squeeky noises whenever someone walks inside.

Clean and neat cabin has bathroom and toilet in it. Very romantic too. Just a bit closed to neighbors.

Great place to stay! All cabins are in the woods. Restaurant is on the campus and provides a convenient location to eat if you are hiking long hours. Lovely breakfast platter! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They let me borrow their bear spray and helped me find a nice trail based on my requirements. They also have free shuttles to the park.

Secluded location and friendly staff. The hot tub was amazing to soak in after a long day of hiking.

Beautiful, pleasently surprised, close to park, very cozy, restaurant on premises, quiet, comfortable, but beds where a little soft.

Accommodations are nice. We had a seating area. Entire resort area is well organized.

Stayed here with wife. Great location, good view, but Wi-Fi is not free and these are probably the worst beds that we have ever slept in. We had back pain after waking up on day two! The walls are paper thin and we could hear people camping about thirty feet from our cabin talking during the night. The shower head was at around my shoulder height, I'm 6'0", but not a huge deal. The heater has basically two settings off and well-done. We would not stay here again and after chatting with others we were not the only guests there who reached this conclusion! Still, the views were nice, location is great, and no one was mugged, so it could have been worse.

I won't recommend it. Poor hospitality. I stayed here for 3 nights and had to move to a different cabin each night because they were totally booked and couldn't give me same cabin. I guess it was possible for them to do same cabin but they didn't try. Cabins are ok. For some reason, the heating system in our cabin wasn't effective. Also, some cabins are little far from parking. The staff is rude. The restaurant has very limited options. The place is little far from the Denali park-10+ miles. There is no shop, restaurant etc nearby. It has "Zero" activities or events. I would rather suggest places on the other side of Park which are more happening. Near to McKinley princess, chalet square would be ideal otherwise Grizzly resort might be ok too. I attended ranger talk in chalet square and had to drive around that area everyday for food, gas etc.

Nice place but pretty basic. Hot tubs were just warm.

Stayed three nights. Cabin with 2 double beds. Cabin clean and very basic. No frills. Noisy heater, one little bar of soap. Teensy bathroom & shower. Very pricey — — $263/nite. No free breakfast. On site restaurant, Prey, is pretty good but expensive. Breakfast is $18/person or $12 for the all-carbohydrate continental. 10 miles to the Gulch where all the action is; 2 miles to Denali Natl Park. Most of the staff was pretty pleasant.

Convenient near the park entrance. Nothing too flash but all you need for a quick visit.

Just ok. The standard cabin is tiny. Barely room to put your luggage in the floor. It was super hot too and the fan was little help because putting it on high made it questionable whether it would fall off the ceiling and, regardless, it was too loud to sleep. All in all, overpriced for what it is.

Right off highway, not bad but have stayed in better. Service in resturant was amazing.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in July. The cabins are quaint and pretty well maintained. I think the prices may be a bit unreasonable for the place, but I didn't really compare too many prices because of how late we booked. The restaurant on premises is quite good, but not cheap. Expect to spend upwards of $15/person without drinks. This brings me to the tap water. Though potable of course, something was weird about it. Luckily Denali national park visitor information has a water bottle fill up that is filtered and good. I would recommend buying breakfast things on the way in for your stay because the breakfast buffet is $18/person ($12 for Continental). I am not sure why the restaurant doesn't give more of a discount to guests of the cabins. Overall the cabin was decent, the location was good and the people were friendly, but the food was a bit pricey.

The cabins are nice, they have a free shuttle to/from the Denali National Park, the Alaska Railroad Depot and Glitter Gulch. If you need to use the shuttle outside of their set hours, they charge $15 per person. The Prey eatery is not that great. They screwed up or order of packed lunches.

SUCH cool cabins! Plenty warm. Supposed to be hot tubs, but they weren't working while we were there. The BEST part of the place is the staff, hands down! The breakfast was ridiculously expensive and the cabins were over priced.

Great cabin, the restaurant was okay. Their water had too much softener in it, but overall it was a good stay.

Loved it here. Cabins were clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again.

Do the Denali Backcountry Adventure while you are there! Best way to see Denali.

Stayed here from August 29 to September 1st in the 2 bed cabin. Kind of tight for four adults but better than a tent. Hot tubs were adequate, staff was helpful. Auroras were out each of the nights!

Coming from CA, having no idea how a actual log cabin would be, I was naturally disappointed with its size. It was minuscule.! Also, basic facilities to an Californian like me. A hair dryer… Had to be brought from the front office. It was sparsely decorated, no floor coverings… Just bare, cold, wood. The bathroom rivaled airplane bathrooms. Distance from the national park… Barely 15 minutes driving… Food places… 20 minutes driving.

The cabin is nice, it has a very rustic look and feel. There is a shuttle that can take you into town, but be careful to know the schedule. The one downside is the noise and shaky-ness of the cabin. The walkways around the cabin are wood planked and when other guests roll their luggage along them, the noise is LOUD and in our cabin you could feel the vibrations. The cabins are also right next to a small municipal airport so there are regular fly bys. The on site restaurant (Prey) was pretty good, although $18 for continental style breakfast seems like a little much.

Among all the places we stayed this was the least expensive, and got great rooms. Their back country adventure was great. Our guide was awesome! We got to see the peaks and the big 4! Thanks!

Cosy wooden cottages with a rustic décor. Ideal starting point for excursions. The Restaurant offers everything what the heart desires, even a Burger or Fish and Chips and in the middle of the Wilderness. For the relaxation a Hot Tub is wonderful after a busy day.

A great little cabin close to Denali Park. The front desk staff could be a bit more dialed and attentive to the guest, vs. The staff when they walk in. The rooms are adorable and clean. The bathrooms are the size of an RV, but really you're not in the rooms so the size isn't a big deal. The tap water taste funky, but that's because they aren't used a lot. SO if you want to fill up bottles do it from the restaurant as they use water more and the filters are better.

Rooms need better lighting.

Away from main entrance, shuttle service is not that great. Cabins are ok.

I recently made reservations for a cabin with this company for a family trip to Denali. However, something came up out of my control and as a result I had to cancel my trip. When I called them to request a refund, they informed me that they would only refund 50% of the total charge to my credit card. They told me that there were no exceptions despite the fact that my trip was originally scheduled for the end of May and factors out of my control. I have never encounter a more bogus cancellation policy in all of my life. I have now loss over $100 because of something I could not control. This company is nothing but a bunch of people trying to scam tourists… except they robbed a fellow Alaskan this time.

Rustic cabins with small showers. However, couldn't ask for nicer people and you aren't here to stay in your cabin. Restaurant has good food, tourism pricing but is very convenient.

We was in Denali Cabins us very liked their cabins.

Nastiest place we have ever stayed. Torn linoleum in bathroom. Broken laminate around sink. Water damage in several places on the walls. Room was 56 degrees when we arrived (60 degrees outside) and took 3 hours to heat up.

We stayed in Denali Cabins for 2 nights and also did Denali back-country tour with them. 1. Cabins — We had the singles cabin. It was small and when they single they mean single not double (for two persons). The bathrooms were very tight but very clean and the products given were good quality. 2. Restaurant — They have a small expensive restaurant on site with limited choices and expensive prices. Good thing its close to many other choices in the area. 3. Denali Back country tour — It was great. We went in bus early in the morning and we provided snacks, lunch and sufficient amount of restroom breaks. Driver was very skilled and drove us through recent rock/ mud slides effortlessly. So, big thumbs up for him. Also, due to rain we couldn't do the whole trip and the corporate refunded us the difference. All in all it was a memorable experiences at this place sans small cabins.
