Nice hotel. Only stayed there for a few hours as I was delayed in the Denver airport. Very nice staff. Very clean hotel who's a good nicely.

Staff was amazing. Breakfast was great rooms were nice. Location is a plus as well as your not to far from a lot of good spots.

Great hotel and location. The two bedroom was two full size beds and wish they were queen. Asked for an early breakfast and tried to accommodate our request. Much appreciated.

I like the Spring Hill line of hotels and while this one didn't seem to have the decor I expected to find in the rooms, the cleanliness and excellent service makes me want to return! (The lobby and hallway carpeting were in the style I associate with Spring Hill, however. ) In addition to offering breakfast, a pool and hot tub, and an exercise room, this location has waking trails right out back. It's also very close to two shopping centers/outdoor malls so you have a wide selection of restaurants and shops.

Older hotel, well maintained except for some minor points like the curtains repaired with duct tape. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Weekend breakfast was extremely busy. Weekdays breakfast was a morele pleasant experience. Convenient location halfway between Denver and Boulder.

Nice hotel. Great staff. The coffee, in the rooms, and downstairs in the lobby at breakfast, was perhaps the worst I have ever had (Rainforest Blend). I cannot adequately Express how bad it was. However, we stayed a week, and this is really all I could find wrong. To reiterate: Nice accommodations, great staff and attentativeness… just the most horrible coffee.

This hotel is rather dated with rusty drains, sticky table tops, and old furniture. My bathroom light was not working when I checked into my room, which made shaving quite difficult. My TV remote was not working. The wall had peeling paint and the carpet was stained. There were other issues with this place as well, which made this stay feel more like a motel experience. I expected better upkeep of hotels with Marriott. In terms of location, there are many shops and eateries next to this hotel.

Great deal for the price. Good quality/condition furnishings and finishes around the hotel. Pool, spa and exercise room. Was a convenient drive to/from Denver. Very polite staff. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

I love the Marriott chain, and this one is good. It's a little dated, and reliable. If you upgrade to the "Mountain view", be sure to be on one of the upper floors. We were on the second floor, and our view was completely blocked by something. Good soundproofing. USA Today is available every day but no local newspaper. The breakfast is wonderful with a wide selection of protein, fruits, carbs, vegetables, etc. We recommend it.

We stay here once a year for 6 days. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is optimal for our purposes. Lots of great restaurants in the immediate area and easy access to downtown Denver without paying downtown hotel prices.

People are nice, and breakfast is good and we'll maintained. I would have given 5 stars but I have been to this location 3 separate times over the last several years and each time the cleaning service is inconsistent. No one visits the room on multi day stays or I am missing shampoo on first day etc. Other than this the rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

This hotel was overall great. I stayed in it for three nights while on a trip to compete in sports with my high school team. It is a smaller hotel, but was perfect for us. I was not a part of the booking process, but from what I understand and what I payed, it is very affordable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located very near a large shopping complex filled with an assortment of services. I had a great stay here.

I had to update to 1 Star. Customer safety and comfort are not priority at this hotel. They made no mention the hotel was under construction. Gave me a room with no safety lock and something was making an obnoxious noise. When I asked the front desk if they had another room Kristen didn't seem to understand why these items were issues. Guest safety and guest comfort, hmmm. The carpet in my room was stained and the TV's are so small it is like a computer monitor and you have to sit so far away. There are better options for the money. So much for being a Marriott Platinum member. Adding mattress is cheap, firm but you can feel the springs in the bed. In addition to the small TVs you can just tell a lot of corners were cut in this hotel at the cost of customer comfort.

Even though the hotel was going through some difficulties in regard to replacing room locks, Kara Huzl and Kirsten made our Stay one of the best ever at a Marriott! They were quick to address our concerns and met our needs quickly and politely. Breakfast was fantastic. Great hotel and staff. Nice location. Thanks for your service!

Stayed for a week over Thanksgiving holiday. Great location for access to Denver, Boulder and the airport. Easy to get on and off the highway.

I am so glad I chose this hotel! The staff is outstanding! I really want to mention The over night gal Amanda! She is a rockstar and just so welcoming and helped make my stay very comfortable. Good job Amanda keep working hard.

Stay was ok. Not a great value. Carpets were stained (getting cleaned the weekend we were there). Breakfast was above average for a hotel but Snooze, just down the road, is amazing. The pool was small and dirty. The hot tub was also being treated, so was inaccessible.

Staff was wonderful. Great room, perfect spot. Beautiful view of the mountains.

Very reasonably priced. Spacious rooms with an extra pull out bed. Very close to Boulder. Denver and all suburbs do a quick drive to ant travel destinations.

Nice spacious suite. Coffee was great. Wi-Fi was a bit slow. Hot tub was nice and hot.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is good if you like to run. There are trails all around. Some good restraunts neerby. The rooms are clean but a little outdated. Old furniture with a single small dresser drawer. The room is split into kind of a front room and bedroom. Walls are bare so it feels like an old hospital or something. Also they are supposed to be suites. All you actually get is a microwave, small fridge a paper plates with plastic utenciles. I make my own food a lot so I specifically look for suites assuming I will have a kitchen. I would not stay here again since there are much better options for the price. I would change my mind if they remodeled.

Very nice hotel at a good price. Comfortable bed and couch. Plenty of room and good location. Definitely would recommend!

Great suites. Very comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was an added treat. I loved the granola and yogurt, and my wife loved the blueberry muffins. There was enough variety that each of my children are without complaint. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Very nice stay at the SpringHill Suites in Westminster 2 weeks ago. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a higher floor room which was very pleasant. This was one of the many ways the front desk was very helpful during our stay. Rooms were upgraded and modern and the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms could have been updated a little but overall, the rooms were very nice. Breakfast was very good and changed every other day. Thank you to SpringHill Suites for making our trip to Colorado very nice.

The rooms are very modern and and nice. There are. 2 queen size beds and even a sofa bed so you could squeeze 6 people if you needed to. The shower was very modern but the shower does not have a door due to its "modern concept" so I had trouble trying not to get the water to splash onto the bathroom floor outside of the shower.

The rooms here are incredible for the price. The staff is very friendly.

Centrally located, friendly staff. I've stayed here multiple times and have always been happy with the experience.

Other than being clean this is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. If your looking for peace and quite don't come here the walls and entry door to your room must be made of paper. You can hear people and various annoying sounds from other rooms, the hallway all day and night. I was really supprised to hear people talking outside and I was on the 3rd floor. The bed in the room was a terrible excuses for a mattress it felt like sleeping on box springs. So if you don't care about your comfort this is the place to stay. The people giving this place 5 stars must have been high.

For what priceline calls a 3 star, it's the nicest one we have stayed at yet! It was very clean, and the staff was amazingly helpful! Not often you come across people that actually care about their customers. But they do! We would highly recommend this hotel.

My family always stays here when they visit. The staff is always superb and the hotel is always clean.

Check-in was simple, staff were very friendly and attentive. My suite was very clean and contemporary. Not a single complaint.

Worst customer service experience ever. You know, if you're going to take a reservation, you should be expected to keep the reservation! Not that it should matter, but as a PLATINUM ELITE MARRIOTT member, the treatment I received by the desk clerk at this hotel at 12:30 on June 16th was truly unacceptable. After a delayed flight, and driving through pouring rain and terrible road construction, when my son and I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk informed us NONCHALANTLY that they were oversold so we would spend the night at a Courtyard 8 miles away, check out in the AM and check into Westminster SpringHill Suites the next morning. He told us we would be "comped" for the night and acted as though giving us a free $129 night stay at another hotel would be sufficient to solve the problem they had created, "Case closed". I explained that my son was having a medical procedure at 10:00 the next day and we would not be able to check out on time. He didn't care, and instead of calling the new hotel to see if we could stay three nights, he rudely told us that we would have to ask when we got there. He showed absolutely no concern about our problem and the fact that we would now have to continue driving through pouring rain and even more construction. Someone from Marriott needs to figure out what is happening at this hotel since it appears that I am not the first to complain about the behavior of the person manning the front desk.

The hotel is beautiful. Very family and kid friendly. I was greeted and welcomed to the hotel by very professional front desk staff. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and very worth getting up for. The common areas are very modern, decor is nice. Location: Lot of places to eat nearby. This is my third stay here and I have exactly the same good experience as the previous two.

Visiting family in the Denver area we stayed for a total of 6 days. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast and cleaning staff were also friendly. Used the exercise facility and wonderful paths that wind out around this hotel and across to shopping area (many joggers on the path) The lobby was busy at times with traveling sport teams and their families but it made for some good conversation. Even though there is construction outside our mountain view room, the view was worth it. Overall we will stay here again.

Terrible service, nice facility but the lady behind the counter is completely rude. Worst service worst people, we got our money back before the night was even over and left.
