Most overrated accommodation the booking was for a disabled room, yet the room was far from, being suitable for a disabled person bed to one side of room with hardly any room to access the bed from one side and no bedside table on that side (no place for one) the bathroom was a complete joke toilet down low more suited for a child no handrails shower no disabled friendly access And the service at reception was the most disgusting and couldn't care less attitude and I certainly will NOT visit again nor recommend to anyone And lastly the advertised breakfast included in the rate charged was completely NON EXISTENT So all in all a place to stay clear of And for info comparison the following night we stayed in what would be rated if lucky a 1 star hotel we had a wonderful room excellent service and at $20 cheaper So motel 6 will no longer be on my list of places to stay when traveling.

I have stayed at Motel 6 many times in the past, without complaint. That being said, I would take away the Franchise from these people in Fort Collins, Colorado. There was absolutely nothing good to say about the cleanliness of that place. The office staff was friendly. However, the cleaning staff should all be fired immediately. As we left the next morning the housekeeping staff were goofing off outside of the rooms with horseplay, instead of cleaning. This Motel 6 was filthy. They are giving your franchise a bad name. I should had a refund for my room!

I made the reservation at the last minute, but was able to get a room easily. Although I have often stayed at Motel 6's over the years, I have on occasion looked for a motel a little more 'upscale'. To my surprise, this location had updated rooms and I loved the look. My room was great and staff was friendly. Having Waffle House next to the motel made it a great decision to choose staying here.

We love motel 6 for their pet policy and their prices, most of the time. We love this motel 6 for the location so close to the highway and also the downtown. Check in was easy, staff were helpful and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Thanks.

Everything was great! The two ladies in the evening shift were awesome. Only thing your missing is a breakfast. The only thing that bothered me was the first night I found allot of hairs on my sheets! From pubic to reg hair, thank you for the young lady who bought me cleaner sheets and helped me make my bed! Sorry I didn't get her name but the time we arrived there was an older lady with short hair and a. Young lady with black hair working the front desk! They were awesome! IAM a supervisor at a hotel here in Albuquerque and they as host did an amazing job, I would hire them at my hotel if they ever came to live in Albuquerque! Thanks ladies for the friendliness, and your hospitality!

When I checked in, the person behind the desk asked if I was a senior, and offered me an additional discount, which she did not have to do. That impressed me. We needed an additional warm blanket for the bed and more towels and the staff provided them with a smile. The rooms are small but clean and quiet. The bathrooms were very nicely updated. Unfortunately, no refrigerator or microwave. For the money, it was good.

Very accomadating to pets. They give you a treat and poop bags for each pet. You'll need you're own too, but they are amazing staff and housing is so sweet and awesome! I tipped and they made the room spotless! Price is perfect! We are staying here for two weeks. I've stayed at 500 dollar a day hotels in Denver. Supposedly 5 stars. This is 2 star but I rate it 10 if I could. Very grateful for being able to stay here and treated so well! 10 stars! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

The staff are friendly. That is the only plus. We had our room booked for a month, when we arrived at 6pm we were told it wouldn't be ready for another hour. No towels, just a floor mat and 2 wash cloths, wich didnt matter because there was NO HOT WATER! there was no fridge, no microwave, and the ice bucket looked as if used for an ashtray. Also sheriffs officers were on the premises 3 times during our 1 night stay. I will say this experience was exclusive to this motel 6, others have been great that is why I chose it. Not this motel 6!

2 night stay. Housekeeping made the bed and that was it. No fresh towels, didn't empty wastebaskets. When bringing it to front desks attention all she could do was run around and say "I can't even find the housekeeping paperwork. " She apologized, but so what? You already had my money. NEVER AGAIN will I stay here.

This Motel is plain garbage! Housekeeping staff not doing their job, driving by… all they do is sit down with their carts up doing nothing. Their manager doesn't do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend for any one of you to stay or look to work in this crappy Motel or any Motel like this one! The Marriott is way better! More of a civilized environment there and actual good workers and staff as well as good quality. This motel should either shut down or reprimand their workers to do their job they're paid for instead of being lazy fools. Also, please replace Cyndi Wood the current manager of that Motel and put somebody who actually has manager skills and makes sure their workers do their job properly. That's if you guys want to keep your Motel up and running.

I’ve stayed at Motel 6 before with no issues. This particular one could use some help! Room was mostly clean but with exceptions (what looked like boogers on the wall next to the bed, sticky floor, hairs in the shower). Weekend guests were loud, rowdy, and varying degrees of shady. As a woman alone, I was definitely uncomfortable (especially when the police arrived). Booked a smoking room (one of the few to offer it which is why I picked it) but the smoke smell was almost too much. But didn’t feel safe opening the window due to aforementioned guests and also there was no screen and the mechanism to lock it when open was broken. Tried turning on AC, but since it was connected to the other smoking rooms, it actually made it worse. Monday got much quieter and with the adjoining smokers gone, the AC got a little better. Front desk staff were friendly, but didn’t seem to know how to do things. Multiple guests stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without even being acknowledged and then when one did get help, it seemed they only got half of the agent’s attention as they tried to do multiple things at once without seeming very knowledgeable about their technology. I will definitely consider Motel 6 again, but NOT that location.

The staff and room were lovely and I really appreciate the price for doing a walk in. The only frustrating thing was that I often book a room through noon the next day and many times, I have had maids knock or even try to walk in half an hour or an ENTIRE hour before that! I was in the shower or still sleeping! Lol but it's a great hotel and everything else is wonderful, I just wish they would stop trying to come in before noon because we're all paying for a room for that duration of time.

The staff was pretty good. I love it when they call in our rooms and to make sure everything's good. But one time we went there they had to change us rooms because the room wasn't clean. But they had a joyful smile and they were calling about it and they corrected their own mistakes and got us to another room. I wish people can clean up their dog poo. The one thing I like from Motel 6 is that they give you poo bags and three treats and the customer service is really excellent good for being in a Motel 6. Their coffee is really good and they love to talk to their customers. I felt like I was at home and I thought they were family to me every time I come there they all know me. For the low price, the room was clean, plenty of parking, nice staff and good location. Police do patrol the grounds in marked cars regularly. I could smell heavy odors of pot in the evening. If you want the lowest price this place is it. If you want luxury go elsewhere.

I made a reservation and secured it with a credit card. When I arrived at the hotel around 11:45 pm on 4/05/18, they discovered they had given our room to someone else. They only had one room left and at that hour after driving 12 hours, we took it. It was shameful! The beds hadn"t been changed, so we slept in full clothing because of the dirty sheets. The bathroom door wouldn't close because the door was too wide for the opening. There were no towels, washcloths, bath mat, or soap. We checked out as soon as we awoke, still exhausted. They tried to charge us more than our original reservation, saying they were giving us a discount! After much back and forth, they ended up giving us about $10.00 off. They should have paid us to stay there! We will never return and do not recommend this particular Motel 6 to anyone!

You get what you pay for. My fiance stayed here from being on the road all night and he said he would have been warmer sleeping in the truck. The fan worked in the room, but absolutely no heat. Not good when it's 32 degrees outside! Will not be returning.

M6 Ft Collins is in a very convenient location, adjacent to the I-25 highway and the Mulberry corridor to downtown. My room was clean, comfortable and, as always, the rate was excellent. M6 service consistently exceeds my expectations, especially the call from the front desk, following my arrival, asking if my accommodations were acceptable and if there was anything I needed.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet durning the day but the weekly guests were very loud with screaming and running around on both sides and above. I would not take room 115 if you want a good nights sleep. Water temp was warm but not hot. Staff was friendly and room was clean. If I did stay there again I would ask a room away from all the weekly residents.

It's a good place to stay they have a clean and comfortable place the cable lacks a little other then that I recommend the place if you looking for place for a couple of days and it has a few restaurants right on the property and they are good places to eat. Well have a great day and God Bless.

Well when your tub won't drain you can if you feel brave enough to dig this out yourself since housekeeping slacks. Pretty gross. Then u add on the fact they had maintenance going on that could have been done while I was not occupying the room. I paid for a stay that I regret. Usually this is the motel to go to but I guess they're taking a turn for the worse.

While by far not the worst motel I've stayed at, this Motel 6 was a bit below average for the chain. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the fixtures and appliances were a bit below average, definitely in need of renovation. Maybe it was just my room, but it felt less than typical for the motel.

Our original Room 110 had sour/smoky smell even though it was a nonsmoking room. Lights above bed and bathroom fan did not work. Leftover food in microwave. We asked for a new room and night manager quickly gave us Room 103 — this one was better, newer and didn’t smell but cleanliness was poor. Microwave was filthy, furniture surfaces and door handles were grimy, bathroom sink had used q-tips behind faucet, stained towel, bed sheet covered with small lint balls/dirt specs, TV remote dirty. We had to resort to using chlorine wipes to sanitize and clean many of the surfaces in the room. This room really needs a deep cleaning. The water for shower never got hot. The outside door didn’t close easily and had to slam it to close it tightly. When we originally checked into the room, the door was unlocked and not fully closed. At one point we saw a man (who didn’t appear to work for the motel) going along the sidewalk checking the door handles of rooms, including ours. The motel grounds and grassy areas had a large amount of dog excrement everywhere. Suggest having pickup bags available on-site for guests with pets to use (we had a dog and brought our own bags). Both managers were courteous and did what they could. Taking into a account this is a budget hotel, at a bare minimum it should still be clean and with everything working.

Pros: Good Shower stalls, comfortable beds, Next door to Waffle House. Cons: Microwave only in few rooms. Better make sure your room has one b4 you book in. Decent location right next to I-25 and Wal-Mart is right down the street. Overall 3-stars due to lack of microwave.

Rooms are tiny but they're updated. Their updates are a tremendous improvement in regards to their use of small spaces They're modern looking and cosmetically they are eye catching! Whoever did their improvements were very good carpenter's/tradesman. Quality updates!

The process to check seemed utterly ridiculous and I was very uncomfortable with them taking a picture of my husband's ID and my own. I understand there may have been certain circumstances that caused that but the previous two Motel 6's I stayed did not require anything of the sort. There was also a cockroach in our hotel room. Cleanliness was good though and bed was comfy to lay my head for a night.

The bed was wonderful and we slept great. I am not a fan of hard-surface flooring but when we brought our dog I see the advantages with allowing pets. Most of the receptacles didn't work but the room was clean. No bells and whistles but fine for the price.

I often stay at Motel 6. I am usually very happy with my stays, not this tine at your Fort Collins, CO site. Terri was rude. She called me while I was on my way to CO to see if I actually needed all the rooms that I had reserved. This disturbed me. To think that we may not have rooms when I had arranged for them. After trying to straighten the mess on the phone, she was worse in person. She told us that making a reservation didn't guarantee us rooms, that it was based on availability. I had requested that our rooms be close by, but mine, for a lone woman, was in the back away from my family. She even went as far to tell my brother that, "your know, you have other options of places to stay". I'm pretty sure that, that is not the normal way that Motel 6 works. Your manager helped us out the nest morning and got my brother the ADA room that he needed and was very kind and apologetic.

Close to interstate, definitely lock doors! Shower only no tub, can clearly hear the ppl in next room. They do have smoking rooms (if u don't like pot smell make sure neighbor doesn't smoke) no fridge or microwave. Moderate cost.

Exactly what I expected. Very clean, friendly staff, good location. The Mexican restaurant by Denny's is short walk and very good. Only reason it wasn't excellent is no blow dryer in the room and a charge for Wi-Fi.

Stayed here some time ago and it was satisfactory so I booked a room for last weekend. It was not a good experience. The bed was clean and neatly made, but the room was filthy. What was supposed to be a bathtub in a handicapped room was just a flat floor. The water went out to the middle of the bathroom by the end of a shower. I sopped up water with the 2 towels I had, wringing them out several times and found out how filthy the floor was. I left the disgustingly dirty, wet towels on the shower bench and left for th he day. Upon my return, the bed was neatly made, but the filthy towels were right where I left them.

The woman working the front desk remembered me from my one night stay more than three years ago, and that's like really cool. To be fair, both ladies working the front desk were really awesome and personable so that made the 1am check in much easier to handle! The rooms looked great, beds comfy and shower roomy. I'll always stay here when passing through.

Horrible! The first night we had someone try and kick in our door 3 times and the police were called! On Monday night I went to get our room cards rekeyed for the 3rd time and I asked the kind female behind the counter if we were to be out on Tuesday morning or Wednesday and she assured me that Wednesday was our check out date! Tuesday at 12:15 I got a call saying we had 15 minutes to get our stuff and get out and I tried kindly to discuss the issue and was abruptly hung up on. My husband then called trying to pay for 3 additional nights and was treated very rudely by the desk clerk so I went down to the front desk and was treated horribly by the manager who refused to even speak to me and then said I had to be off of her property in 5 minutes! When I told her I had no way to go she rudely told me that it wasn't her problem and to be gone in 5 minutes! I proceeded to call the police! Ended up the very kind and sweet police officer and I became friends. I am not a rude person and would never try and take advantage of something I didn't pay for I was asking for additional time to get my possessions out of the room since the misunderstanding was not on my part and was on the part of the sweet night manager! I have contacted corporate and did my very best to act the way I was taught and not like trash! If they did not want the next 3 weeks worth of this oilfield money then I'll happily take it to their neighbor!

Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Staff for friendly and knowledgeable about opportunities around Fort Collins. There is excellent access to the interstate. Next door is a Waffle House that provides good meals. I always schedule a stay at this Motel 6 on my travels because of the well-maintained rooms, excellent staff, and general proximity to the interstate and other services.

Not bad if you are just sleeping there. We stayed for 3 nights and managed to survive without a refrigerator and microwave or coffee. Our son enjoyed the pool. The only complaint I have is I have worked in the hospitality industry and I know when a room has been clean and this room just had a wipe down and "clean" linens. The top bedspread was filthy and you could tell it hadn't been washed in a very very long time. All the towels had hair on them and so did the sheets. The back of our door in the bathroom had Brown and red splatter all over it with hair stuck to it. The floor had maybe been swept but there is a ton of dirt caked up in the corners. I literally cleaned the room with Clorox wipes just to feel better. I will definitely spend the extra 20-50 bucks a night just to have a clean room. What I didn't understand was how "busy" the housekeepers we're all day but the room was still nasty.

Upon checking in I was told that the first floor, non-smoking room that I had just hours before confirmed and paid for was given away. M6 employee said I would have to take a second level, smoking room or a refund. There were no other suitable rooms available in Fort Collins that night so I was stuck. After a bit of begging on my part the employee agreed to do a $15 refund per night (x 2 nights= $30) for the inconvenience. I agreed but was told to come back to the office the next day to speak with the manager and finalize. Manager also agreed to do this but when I checked out the there was a $30 credit taken off my bill and a $43 (hospitality adjustment! ) added to my bill. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to haggle so the total cost ended up being even more than the price I originally confirmed and paid for. I've been a fan of Motel 6 for a long time and have left many positive reviews online in the past but I can assure you that my business with Motel 6 has ended if this issue is not resolved. I would like for my final bill to be charged at $135.86 as agreed. Thank you. As an update, M6 removed the $43 hospitality fee and charged me the adjusted price we agreed upon. I'm a fan again.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, and we felt comfortable staying there for 2 nights. Our only real complaints were that we thought it was weird they didn't have "do not disturb" signs availiable… Nice that it's pet friendly but worried about how many people had loose dogs running around the parking lot, so it would be good if they monitored that.

Walked in and they asked for everyone ID to copy. Apparently they have a problem with transients. Before I paid my wife and two other ladies in our group went and checked the rooms. On there way to check to rooms, there was a women stone out of her mind sitting on the steps, a bunch of room doors open and a lot of parting. Needless to say we did not stay at this motel 6. Did not feel comfortable leaving our bikes unattended in the parking g lot let alone sleeping there. Do not recommend.

I have stayed at Motel 6's with poor ratings before and been happy… this one deserves its bad rating. I'm not a complainer, but the bed was filthy, covered in someone else's dog hair… I didn't have a dog with me. The pillow cases were yellow, like they'd not been cleaned after the last snorer. When I called the front desk, the lady didn't have a key to the linen room and was so afraid to leave the front desk for fear of getting in trouble there was basically nothing to be done. The floor under the bed was also filthy, dusty and dirty. Two lights didn't work in the room, and there was a spot of what looked to be blood uncleaned in the shower. The bed was so vile I ended up sleeping on a blanket I had with me on the floor. That made for a very uncomfortable night. When the housekeeper came by the next morning, she was appalled at the filthy bed, but took the comforter only to wash… and didn't have another one to put on! What about the rest of the dirty blankets and sheets? I was supposed to sleep on those. I was initially set to stay for three days… I went and checked out the next morning. I was very disappointed that they kept the full payment for the night before… a night spent on the hard floor wasn't worth the whole thing. Motel 6 Ft. Collins, you are a terrible establishment and will never get my business again.

The reception/waiting area profoundly smelled of hot urine. The hotel's milieu left one with a sketchy feeling exacerbated by poor sound insulation and incessant car alarms. Our room left us longing: cigarette burn holes in the bed covers, mold smell, and moisture. I have a hard time imagining this hotel fulfilling its franchise requirements.

All of the staff was wonderful and courteous. Extremely pet friendly atmosphere with laminate floors for easy cleanup. The only complaint I have would be the air conditioning did not work well, even after being moved to another room. But the overall experience far surpassed any problems.

The staff was amazing helpful and courteous the renovated rooms look great and feel good to be in.

I come to this motel every now and then. But this time is the worst. 1st room I walk in and u get hit with the smell of dirty linens. Dust, dirt, ctumbs all on floor. Sheet had not been changed. Asked to change rooms they did walked in desk and night stand was not wiped down looked like grease spots. Floor had hair bathroom toilet was dirty shower had hair. Changed rooms again at least the bed had clean linens. Floor and nightstand had resin residue on it. Hair on mirror dusty lamps and toilet looked like it wasn't clean.

Service was meet promt and handle well as I made the reservation that day. The newely remodeled rooms make this place a must stop if you have to spend a nice day or days. To top it all off the prices are still the best!

Couldn't get a room here because of a bogus issue with my ID. Staff was moody and nasty, had no sympathy or humanity, looked unkempt and diseased. Walked to the west to a different hotel and they let me check in without any problem. Ended up coming back to the place in the morning to meet someone and the daytime staff was pleasant and super helpful.

Slept like a baby in a big comfortable bed. I have stayed at the "big buck" motels in the past, felt like my business was more appreciated at this motel and we paid a great deal less… If you want comfort, courteous staff, and cleanliness, choose Motel 6 on your travels.

The owner was very kind and helpful. I am on crutches and they gave me a handicap room down stairs, with double bed and smoke free. Lets not forget the 24he diner 20ft away with good food for a great price. It gets four stars for being the nicest motel 6 I've been in. Remember this is motel 6 not the Hilton. If your looking for a nice clean resonably priced place to crash I recommend. See you on the next trip from SoCal.

The folks at the Fort Collins, from the visiting Manager Pearl to Crystal, Joey of Housekeeping, Maleah… all made the stay welcome and fun. They were always most helpful and friendly to chat with and share some passing time with. Great job in Fort Collins… I stayed there about 8 days as I recall. Could have been a couple more than that… the time passed well. Thanks, Tom Bodette!

Stayed here for awhile in between leases and the staff was very friendly. Crystal at the front desk was always nice and helpful! And Joey in housekeeping was very nice as well. Truly I enjoyed my stay even more because of these two. The rest of the staff was friendly and kind to me during my almost 2 week stay. Room is clean, not much to it, but it worked for me especially at the price!

This is a dog of a motel. No late check-out. No air conditioning. No fridge. No microwave. No cancellation. No movie channels. Nothing in the online description resonates as true; some other place, some other town. Young man checked me in — — he was a sport, he was pleasant. Staff interactions otherwise, they're efficient, but largely it's not about your benefit.

I'm more used to staying in hotels rather than motels, so this seemed a rather "bare-bones" experience. The staff was courteous and the room was clean. But if I was there for more than sleeping, I would have been disappointed. Also, you may want to allow a little more range of temperatures on the room's thermostat. "Warm" was not deserving of the title. Three stars.

It's a Motel 6. If you're looking for the Ritz, this ain't it. If you're looking for an affordable night's stay, this is a good choice. Beds were comfortable, pillows were the best on our 4 night trip (including some high end places), the room was clean & the front Desk was courteous & quick with the check-in.

Room wasn't ready at 5:30pm had to sit in the car and wait. Room wreaked of cigarette smoke (non smoking room). Had two pancake pillows for two people. Bed hard as a rock. Front desk girl looked like something out of dawn of the dead. It was just gross. Highly don't recommend. We didn't sleep well so the "economy" price was not worth the payoff.

Where to start? I rate this hotel a — 5! You SHOULD NOT come here! We had made reservations the day we got there thinking it was AMAZING that it was so inexpensive (There is a reason its so cheep. It is cheap) but when we got there. To start with there were many guys there that looked very shady. Every person we saw was smoking. Men can out a 2am and smoked for hours. We had gotten a smoke free room and yet It smelled like someone was currently smoking in there. The heat in the room didn't work at all. Most of the night it was either freezing or way to hot! the room never heated evenly! When you turned on the light in the bathroom a fan came on that was extremely loud and was VERY annoying! There we almost no plugs in the room and we had to unplug the TV to have enough and that still wasn't good enough. We got up and left around 7am and never looked back. When we went to the office to check out they said sorry and the manager would call us and give us a full refund. They also said that we had one of the BEST rooms!. But guess what? we NEVER got the call and NEVER got the refund. Take This advise DON'T waste your money on a worse that 2nd rate hotel! Spend a little extra to get a decent hotel room. I wouldn't give them a piece of trash all gooey, slimy, and disgusting in exchange for that room. Go somewhere that is safe and worth the money.

DO NOT GO HERE! I thought this would be a decent budget hotel to stay at for a couple of nights but I was sadly mistaken. The carpet was so dirty in my room that I didn't feel comfortable taking my shoes off. The blanket was stained and had about 5 cigarette holes burned in it. The first night I arrived and went to check in, the front desk lady (~6 Months Pregnant) was outside smoking with 4 shady looking guys and one was making out with her. My second encounter with the front desk wasn't any better. I waited around for 15 minutes for a front desk lady to come. When she finally did, I asked for some clean towels and she told me that I'm going to have to wash my own in the laundry room. This hotel is filled with shady looking characters and the rooms are disgusting. Dont come here. Spend the extra money and get a decent room.

Got a non smoking room that was full of cigarette smoke! Made reservations week's ahead of time, but didn't get the room I paid for with the fridge. Was told my room would be ready in one hour. Came back after a little over an hour, just to be told to wait 2 more hours for the room. Not what I wanted to hear after a 16 hour drive. Bathroom door didn't have a lock and didn't even close. Rooms extremely dirty and smelly.

I always stay at a Motel 6 when I travel. The one in Fort Collins has pleasant staff, the room was clean and smelled nice, and everything worked. When I arrived late, my room was already cool in spite of its being a hot day in Greeley. My neighbors were all friendly, and I felt safe.
