I booked a room for 2 nights, and when I got there they wanted id's for everyone im my party, I was the one with I'd and having a credit card number on file to accept all responsibility. I couldn't stay and they didn't even give me my money back so I could go to a different motel and stated that I was a no show and left Me stranded with no other place to go and told me that I would have to wait till the next day to get my moneu returned. The girl was rude, in professional and not courteous in the least bit. They took my money right when I booked the room and they didn't refund the money to my card now we don't have a place to go I collect my SSI and get to were I am going.

The staff was quirky, but functional. We had a problem at first and the hotel is older and could use some upgrade. However, the manager made our stay worthwhile and even fun.

Horrible place. I had to wait till almost 6pm to get into our room. Concert started at 7 mind you. Could not shower and get ready. Housekeeping was to busy smoking and taking on the phone to worry with getting things ready. Price was for a nicer place. Photos on Expedia are not accurate. Cigarette burns stained tub. Wall paper was peeling. Light shades were busted.

We arrived at our room around midnight and it was so dirty! One bed had a ton of food crumbs in it, when we went to lay a bath towel down to sit on bed it had what looked like black grease hand prints on it where someone had wiped off on it. The room would have been fine had it actually been clean but remade beds and dirty bath towels are not something anyone wants to find when all you want to do is sleep and wash up. If you can live with that then this is the place for you otherwise I'd suggest going elsewhere!

No laundry room gym or pool open as advertised.

Reserved a king smoking. Arrived to find myself in a double that was filthy and had a swarm of flies. I offered them a choice to make good on my reservation or refund me. They chose to refund me, thus wasting all my time checking in, finding the room, entering into a fly nursery, running out, and waiting while they tried to justify the filth by saying all the rooms have flies. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Maybe someplace you wont need antibiotics afterwards. A tetanus booster be a good idea if you stay here as well. In other observations, it looks as tho some people are using it as a residence. The place is sketchy.

Stood overnight in this hotel because it was close to a event. Found a dead bed bug between the bottom and top sheet, I notified the front desk and I was told that there was nothing that could be done because a manager wasn't on ground and to call back on Monday. I notified the desk girl that I would be taking pictures and hung up the phone. Approximately 15 minutes later, two hotel staff walk into the room unannounced. They take the bug and comment that it's not a bed bug but a coachroach. Really, who wants to sleep with any bugs, I don't. When I turned in the room cards, I told the girl that I will be calling to talk to the manager on Monday and she immediately stated it wasn't a bed bug, it was a cockroach. So that makes it okay, I don't like sleeping with any bugs in my bed and if I am paying for a room, I expect it to be clean and bug free. She insisted that it was brought in from the bottom of my shoe and somehow transferred into the bed. When I disagreed with her answer and comment, she immediately threatened to charge me for the cleaning of the room, trying to say that my friend was smoking in the room. I told her my friend knew it was a non smoking room and had been outside to smoke even after midnight. This place is a poor excuse of a well ran business. I will never stay here again, this hotel rents out rooms by the weeks. And by the looks of the traffic around this place, I advise others not to even try it.

I did not stay at the Inn but I did eat at the restaurant. The food is great! As far as I know its the only place in Pueblo where you can get tempera shrimp and veggies. Servers are pleasant and helpful with the menu. I eat there often and am always very pleased with this restaurant.

The room was not ready when we checked in. Check in time was 3pm and we got there at 330pm. The room was dirty. It needed some repairs. The room was dark and dingy. It was also old. I felt dirty just being in the room. The AC was old and made a lot noise. It didn't work at all. The site says the it had a pool but the pool was not open. The atmosphere around the hotel reminded of me a place that rented rooms by the hour.

I guess you could say it was cozy but it had some flaws … Room was tiny even though we had 2 beds. Bath tub was peeling, bed sheets were ripped. Walls were also peeling. Other than that hotel was nice and cheap.

Nice clean safe Hotel the staff are kind and friendly. I like the guy in the parking lot who was constantly cleaning the parking lot that tells me they like their hotel and they take good care of it. I had several complaints that were resolved and in nice professional way so I'll not mention the complaints but for a cheap hotel in Pueblo this is the one you should come to First. Do not I repeat do not go to the value stay or Bramble tree unless you like bugs overflowing toilets and people with attitudes who don't give a damn about your health or well-being in their hotel.

After checking into our room we discovered two dead bugs which turned out to be cockaroches. While taking a shower I seen live one crawling down the wall. So after getting out of shower we started to look a little closer at the cleanliness of this hotel. It was then discovered that under the bathroom sink vanity clearly exposed to the open was approximately 8-10 dead cockroach’s. To say the least another half dozen or so were found. These all could have been cleaned up and out sight had the room got cleaned properly. This hotel is unsanitary and should not be able to operate as a business. I pray there was no guest with little babies that are in the crawling stage of life. Do not let the pictures on all the websites trying to sell you hotel rooms fool you. Especially don’t try to save a couple bucks and go with a hotel that isn’t backed by a larger hotel chain company. If you care about your family or even your own health. Do not rent a room from the Santa Fe Inn 730 North Santa Fe Ave PUEBLO CO. To add insult to the matter the lady at front desk refused to refund our money, refused to provide a mangers name, or who owned the hotel. She then tried to convince me that there was just water bugs that came out when the water was running through the pipes.

This is a decent hotel. Comfortable, cheap and clean. Don't go here for a sneak away relaxation stay — you'll be disappointed.

Rude and hateful staff. Overpriced. Lousy bed. Go elsewhere.

Staff was Excellent, but bring your own condiments, shampoo & conditioner etc, build nice friendly Staff!

The internet was very slow. I couldn't get to the internet without having to reconnect. But, besides the internet everything else was great. I give it 3 stars.

One of the most economical rooms in town. Nice staff and very accommodating. I'll stay there again if I'm passing through. Thanks again to Daniel behind the front desk and everyone else.

Great Price Clean Hospitality professional I'd recommend the are pet friendly $25.00 pet fee no returnable they saw my small dog and lowered pet fee to $10.00 Grateful.

Stayed here for a month, was absolutely great. Staff is friendly and helpful, laundry is free, HD cable. Wifi can be spotty and unfortunately there isn't any equipment in the fitness center. But there is a pool for the warmer months, and some of the rooms have an amazing view of the mountains. Will definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

I was going to check in on 9/30/17 butt after looking at the room changed my mind. The fridge was not working. The room looked nothing like the pics on there site. I used my Debit card to check in. I never stayed at the hotel butt was charged $65.34 I was told I would get my money back on my card the next day it did not happen. It is oct 4 and I am still waiting to get my money back. I will update you when I get my money.

Santa Fe Inn and Suites Pueblo was amazing. It was a quick check-in. They were able to help me with my room problems as soon as they were presented. The only problem, was that the TV remote took a bit to connect to the TV. Other than that, they were the best room I've had in a long time.

This was a great place to stay. I like that there was a coffee maker in the room and my dog enjoyed her stay there as well. We will definitely be back.

If you like prostitutes and drug users coming and going at all hours of the night, this is the hotel for you. If you want to get bit by a multitude of insects, including bedbugs, spiders and more, this is the place for you. If you dont leave room spotless, they will charge you a cleaning fee of 100 bucks. Will not stay here again.

Very helpful receptionist guided us to a superbly, newly refurbished, comfortable room. After strolling the nearby Riverwalk, the outdoor pool was refreshing. Fridge, microwave, hair dryer. Some smoke smell in area — — cigarettes or marijuana? This is Colorado after all. Pleasant, refreshing stay. No breakfast, but Taco Bell & Wendy's are close by.

Clean, quiet, adequate sized rooms, very nice staff & a seasonal pool, great location to downtown.

Paid for a non smoking room, room stunk like cigarettes and couldn't move room because they were completely booked. As soon as we walk in the carpet was filthy, sink top had dirt and parking was super tight. Staff asked for everyone's I'D while checking in I don't know why. Just bad experience and felt like I should've slept in my car instead.

I consider this hotel a home away from home. The staff is super kind (especially Dana and Melissa) and treated my husband and I and our three dogs like family. My husband and I found ourselves leaving a bad house/slumlord situation a few months back and I randomly searched the internet looking for a temporary place to stay. Luckily, I found this place. The room was newly updated and spacious and very reasonably priced, especially for pet owners. We liked this place so much, we ended up staying for 5 months and only left because of a work promotion that moved us to Trinidad. Honestly, if I could have taken this hotel and its awesome staff to Trinidad with me, I would. Much love to the Santa Fe Inn. I have a better feeling about Pueblo as a whole due to my experience here. Miss you guys! — — Suzi and Thaddeus.

I'm putting 5 stars only so you can read this. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! It's outdated and neess to be renovated bad, the bed is like a rock, like leaving toast out for a week. Carpets were filthy and greasy, wouldn't recommend going barefoot. No breakfast included. They charge $25 pet fee which is rediculous. It's located by the east side of Pueblo so it's pretty shady and nor the best part of town. I brought my own bed sheets, pillows, and towels because I didn't trust how clean there's was it was crusty and had a weird smell. Overall spend the extra money for a better place!

Nice place But The microwave was broken n I waisted time going from outlet to outlet and! No chair in my room not even a luggage rack. I like to sit outside my door n drink my coffee every morning I must have the only crap room lol n I paid for 10 1/2 hours,

Lying. Website says 65. They say 79. Didnt even try to get my business. Really, is that how you train them?

We were in town because of a family emergency and we stayed here cuz there was an event in town and there were no vacancies at the big name hotels. We were satisfied with the price and the service and our room. The staff was friendly. No problem with our room. We would stay again.

Where to start? First of all, our keys were a joke! The owner had to help us 3 times with our keys because they wouldn't unlock the door! THEN, went to go shower and the shower doesn't even turn hot AT ALL! THEN, THE SHOWER WOULDN'T TURN OFF! FINALLY, went to get in bed (because they leave the AC all night and you don't have access to heating in your room) and of COURSE there would be a blood stain on the sheets! this place was a joke!

You will regret your stay with Melissa and Gary running this Joke of a hotel, and the maintenance guy drinking all of the time. Half of the rooms have no heat, and all they care about is getting your money and then trying to find reasons to kick you out and keep it. They hire criminals and give them keys to your room. They rent to lowlifes and won't take criminal activity seriously. Too bad Daniel isn't there anymore, he was the best manager they could have had. Because he actually cared about the people and the place. They do NOT have Free breakfast! & Coffee is till 10 am only! These people are rude as hell and even monthly's only get one roll of toilet paper a week. Look sideways and Melissa will have you removed from the Property! & Gary is always lookin' sideways!

Hated it!. The staff there were rude rude. They wanted me to switch rooms simply because I had a pet… Tried to deny a refund and would not let me speak to either a manager or owner. Horrible place to stay I do not recommend staying here to anyone.

Rooms were very clean and big and updated, nicer than any of the chain hotels (Comfort Inn, etc) we stayed in during our road trip. Great price, friendly people. Would recommend.

I stayed here for 3 weeks as was looking for a more permanent place to stay. Ed was wonderful and very accommodating as he understood my position of wanting to pay for a month but was worried of no refunds. He gave me a discount and we worked it out week by week. Wonderful room, friendly staff, breakfast, free laundry, and he even let us use the gas grill outside to cook steaks on as long as we cleaned it up and put it back in the building. I have nothing but praise for this place.

Worst motel ever they also still your money there water heater sucks we waited 1whole cold day just to take a shower I hate this hotel they are lucky I even gave them a star.

I called for a reservation at 2:03 p. M, got left on hold for forty-five minutes. I was told she had two people in front of me. I heard her say she no longer had rooms to another lady. Why put me on hold, rude! I hung up and called back only to get a recording. So much for the Chili Festival, bad publicity.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I paid $800 to stay for a month. I asked the owner permission to forward our mail to the motel. He said it was fine. Now that we left he REFUSES to forward our mail to our new address. He YELLED at me saying it was MY fault and he wouldn't waste his time doing it for us. The post office will NOT accept a change of address from me because it's a business which I didn't know. Also there was horrible bed bugs, ghetto as heck, and their employees like peeking through windows. Stay far from this place. You will regret staying here.
