The people here are super nice. We got the king suite and it had BUNK BEDS for the kids! They absolutely loved it! Super dog and family friendly. Highly recommended.

Hotel and rooms are clean quiet and comfortable. Staff is friendly and professional. Area is a little sketchy.

Hotel was well maintained and staff was great. I was a bit surprised that no trailer parking was available in place such as Limon. However, street parking was close by.

Misleading advertising. Billed as pet friendly but denied my colleague his room because he brought a pet cat. Management most ineffectual. Seems to be a chain-wide epidemic from my personal experiences with Holiday Inn Express & Suites.

Hates cats and does not consider them a pet even though they advertise they are pet friendly. How awful to arrive and be told that your cat is not considered a pet and then have to leave to find another hotel.

Clean and comfortable room with a fantastic breakfast. Great stay worth the money.

Toilet stopped up and no one to fix it. Water was only warm in the evening and no warm water in the morning. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

The room was very clean and the service was great. I would recommend it to anybody.

The stay was a brief overnight in the middle of a road trip. The room was clean and all amenities were readily available. Nothing grand but that's not unexpected.

The hotel is in a handy location. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was large and clean. The included breakfast options were varied and delicious. Overall a nice hotel. The cost of the room was fair for what I got. The only complaint I have is the taxes and fees were rediculous, more than 20%!

Nice place with a full set of amenities. They had a bit of a plumbing issue with the shower and sink when we were there. But everything else was great.

The room was ok. When we walked in the room was horribly hot. The staff was keeping the room was too hot. They did not provide conditioner and when we asked for some they told us we were not in a premium room so they didn't provide it in our room type. The breakfast was good but the staff had a hard time keeping up with the food demand. Customers were constantly asking for items to be refilled. The check in staff was very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful rooms. Wonderful breakfast. All employees from the nice housekeeping lady, the attendant at breakfast and guest services were amazing, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Small town feel with wonderful customer service.

Nothing special about this hotel. It wasn't bad by any means. I have no complaints. It's perfect for overnights. The rooms and facilities were all good.

Says pets allowed on the doors all around the hotel, but online says no pets. But they do alow some pets but not all. Over charged me for the room, and charged a cleaning fee of $485. Never going to this place again. And they were doing construction in the next room banging and making all kinds of noise. Not a pleasant crew working there either. Manager I talked to in the morning was really rude and unprofessional.

Clean rooms and friendly service. They are busy. They have free breakfast and a heated pool.

My husband and I have been Priority Club members for many years. We are well traveled and have always enjoyed our experiences with IHG hotels. We stayed at this hotel on 6/10/15 and were treated horribly by Tammy, an employee at the front desk. She was rude and condescending to my husband in front of a new employee and other guests. We have never been treated so badly in our ling history with IHG hotels. She literally threatened to check us out of the hotel because of a pet fee deposit dispute. They were unclear of an exact amount and opted to charge us the max of $50 for a hypoallergenic small dog instead of lowering it within reason. The worst customer service we've ever had.
