Terrible place. It stinks with smoke. Has burn holes through some of the sheets on the bed. Although the bed wasn't that terrible. It felt alright.

This hotel is basic. It is near a truck stop and the side door never required a key to enter so I didn't feel like I should leave anything valuable in my room unattended.

Great place, rooms are very clean and comfortable, staff goes over and beyond to accommodate you. Breakfast is great and coffee is perfect! Priced right, excellent location to many places. Thank you again!

It wasn't unsleepable, but it is really bad. I can't speak of breakfast, because I was unwilling to eat anything in that building. As for the rest, here goes: I arrived around 9pm and was surprised to learn that on a Monday, they only had one room left. A suite, of course. The manager was very nice and gave it to me at 99 dollars. It is regularly 130 dollars. There was a very nice new lady, learning her job from the slowest, most unconcerned, rude without being mean, old, crotchety woman I have ever met. As I was waiting for them to finish with the woman in front of me, 3 people already renting rooms walked up. One asked for toilet paper (REALLY!? ), the next asked for a plunger (oh, my), and the last came to complain that their television was broken. This all happened in the 10-15 minute span I was in the lobby. I knew that my night was not going to be great. The suite was located at the end of the building on the first floor, NEXT TO THE EXIT DOOR. I was constantly woke up starting at 6am from people talking and slamming that door. It probably wouldn't have been that bad if it wasn't for my door being extremely warped, letting in light and sound. The room was pretty big, and the bed was actually quite comfortable, except for the pillows which were too hard, or too soft. One consistency they shared was lumpyness. The sheet had a small blood stain on it which looked fresh but I didn't want to think about.

I stayed for 4 days with my wife and 9 month old daughter. The location was great for us. We don't like the congestion of the city. Fountain was perfect. The staff at the hotel was amazing! The manager was so sweet. The staff was very friendly and in general you feel welcomed. You can bet the next time we're in town for business we'll be making reservations here. Super 8 is always great but this one is SUPER! If you need a place to stay in Fountain Colorado then you found it. Tell them AnEye4TheShot sent ya.

Nice staff and complimentary breakfast. Policies changed and it went down hill. People don't remember the GrandFather rule in things. Don't care about smoking outside as much as paying for everything extra after one month. Don't even have all day coffee and tea anymore.

Absolutely the nicest people working here. Front desk clerk was very delightful and very informative. Highly recommend staying here.

The room 224 was clean and phone, ac, refrigerator all worked great. The breakfast could be better they had make your own waffles, toast, coffee, juice and cereal and cold stale pastry. Staff was doing a good job. A plus was they had in room smoking on 2nd floor.

Staff was super nice. I was freaking out and couldn't find a room anywhere called and she held on to the last one for me. The rooms need some tlc but other then that not that bad for $75. Thank you to the front desk lady that saved me and thank you for being do sweet and understandings.

It was okay here the room was nice the bed was good the breakfast sucked and the maid was there by 9:15 in the morning to see if she could clean the room and check out was not until 11 so I was rushed out.

This place sucks. Had a reservation for a smoking room, with a refrigerator and Wi-Fi, King size bed. Didn't get that room. The place was run down, our non smoking room smelled like smoke, so should of smoked anyway. Smelled like mold. Do not stay here.

The staff was very nice and accommodating and the bed and room was clean but, there were not any towels in the bathroom and there was a ring around the tub, and there was only one trash can for the room.

Great service, clean rooms and big parking lot, so bright lights outside parking and safe too! I like it.

Well the service was good but there was no phone for the desk in the room there's no microwave no hot water kind of wasn't as good as I thought.

Friendly, helpful and easy-going staffs plus good breakfast in the morning; pretty good service. Could be done more on cleaning part. I saw a customer was disputing with the staffs asking for a fiver Star Motel facilities, that was pretty funny.

I am hard pressed to even give this place 1 star! The worst hotel I have ever been to. My husband had called ahead and was told his name had been taken down and there would be a room waiting for us. When we got there we were told that nobody had spoken to him and there was no record of his call. They had plenty of rooms available though and we gave it a try. NOT a good idea! The room was filthy, the bedsheets had very obviously NOT been changed since the last guest left and were dirty and looked crumpled and slept in, the bathroom floor was sticky. After we had pulled back the covers and seen the sheets we left… unfortunately my husband had given them his CC number and they refused to give us a refund. We were in the room for no more than 10 minutes and they charged $ 107 for this dump! DO NOT GO THERE!

Clean plain rooms. Beds are comfortable. Reasonable rates for the area. No real good restaurants near here.

If only I had words to describe this place. Yes, you get what you pay for but for crying out loud, dirty bed sheets and pillow covers not to mention the shower and restroom in general. Avoid this place at all cost. I would've rather paid $200 for a night at a resort than here.

Your typical cheap motel, only issue I had was it cost 97 dollars for 1 night which is unreal for a motel in fountain colorado. Despite asking for a non smoking/single bed room. We recieved a smoking, 2 bed room… Do not come to the desk for a room unless you want to pay an additonal 10 bucks over what you can book it for online. Room was fine except for smoke smell. Lobby floors were really dirty. Sheets and linens all seem to be clean. The staff woman at the front desk was as nice as anyone could be, thank you for the emergency room on short notice.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was dirty and poorly maintained. Breakfast was minimally stocked and the breakfast area was hot Instead of using the air conditioner the windows were opened to try and cool the area. My AT&T phone didn't get a strong enough signal to make calls. Not super 8's fault, just so people know their cell phone might not work.

Too many issues with room getting cleaned. Was not told at check in that long term stay was every other cleaning. If we had been it would not have been an issue. It is an older facility and shows it's age. Chair has worn spots, rug needs good cleaning. First room was not ready. Desk attendant had to look for microwave. We finally talked him to letting us into another room. There were no plastic forks for breakfast. Employees are very nice and professional.

Pretty good service, especially the maid service… she fluffed my pillow every hour on the hour. Happy ending! Only trouble was that their Glory-Hole wasn't my size : (

Stayed here twice. Bed bugs. I got bit both times. First time I thought maybe mosquitos, in room 129. Then stayed again in 211 and woke out my sleep to find bites. And even seen one crawling and caught on video. They will refund but that's disgusting and I now have scars from sleeping there. Do not sleep here. Left at 2am.

For anyone wanting to travel and stay at a hotel I do not suggest going to the super 8 in fountain they are so unprofessional. I used to live there and had a problem with everyone that works there. Vicki was never at the desk she was always in her room shooting up, having people over or yelling at people over the phone during work hours she even threatens guests in public when they arent living there anymore. Tanae was always going into rooms drinking beer and smoking and having friends over behind the desk during work hours. Jessica the "manager" was running a daycare behind the desk everytime her kid ran away she would leave the desk to go chase after him and then would get locked out of the office so she had to jump over the counter. Paulia hid our mail that got delievered there we kept asking if we had any mail and she kept saying "no there is something for a pamela anderson" note that my mom's name is pamela jones and the mail even had our room number on it! The mail was important because it was my mom's social secruity card thats how we were gonna pay our room. Derome gets high all the time and hits on guests I am 15 and he told my mom "the girl you are with is hot" my mom is like uhm excuse me. Marty declines payments for our room when we had someone else trying to pay it he said it was already paid when it wasnt. There is bed bugs in the rooms and the maids dont even really clean.

Staff was extremely friendly and down-to-earth! I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Fountain Colorado. For the price you really can't beat it! Especially considering all of the other expensively priced hotels in the area if you are just looking for a good place to crash out for the weekend this is definitely the place!

After we got clean blankets, made the bed our self, and I fixed the dresser, we got like $25 off the room. A couple weeks later I was charged for a room even though I didn't have a reservation! The hotel had no record of my double charge even though I showed them the double charge from my bank statement! The people who run/manage this place are completely incompetent — I would strongly recommend you avoid!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Stayed 3 nights and never once did my room get cleaned. Rude staff and poor service. I had to take my towels back to the desk in order to get more. Manager had family hanging out in the office and dogs. When confronted about the issues, a manager offered for us to leave. Extremely unprofessionally ran establishment.

Me and my husband stayed here for a night out together. We rented the room with a jacuzzi. It was ok. I was overcharged for the room, but after talking with the manager, it was put back on my card. I'm not sure I'd pay the price for this room again, but I did have s nice night.

Worst experience! We were staying there for work, which my husband worked night shift. We were put right by the lobby. The staff was very rude except a couple of people. They would bang the tables against our wall. After their nasty breakfast… I asked them politely not to slam tables against our wall because my husband needs to sleep during the day, they seemed not to care… The rooms were not that great. The beds were hard, we had ants everywhere. There wasn't a freezer in our refrigerator… I was told by the man that works at the front desk. I shouldn't be asking for towels when I should get them from the maid. They overcharged me and ended up having to get a refund. They tried to kick my mother and father in law out when I already had their room taken care of for one more night… There is this blonde lady there that is the most rude person along with the guy that works there… The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke and pot… I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. We didn't even every finish our week out there before we moved… They charged me $70 a week for my dog… Just very unpleasant experience and would not stay there again…

Not bad. Maids are cool I stayed here for two months for work. Room was always clean and fresh sheets when I wanted witch was weekly. Good service.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was very basic with cereal, toast, juice, and waffles.

The room wasn't bad, the service was great. But there is an older lady that works there and she doesn't seem to smile much just mean mugs. Breakfast kinda sucks but im not a fan of waffles. Very clean most employees are very nice.

Not the greatest of places to stay. The toilet was clogged and the TV didn't work. The refrigerator made a loud noise all night. I stayed one night. Needed a place in a pinch that accepts pets. This place was only $5 less than the Best Western down the road. At least my truck was not broken into.

Where to start… Never again will I subject myself or anyone else to the nastiness of this joint. From the moment you approach the motel, you are greeted by a less than adequate truck stop and an adult warehouse right next door. When you walk thru the front door, the odor of cigarettes and shame hits you, letting you know you probably shouldn't stay here. While waiting for the cleaning lady to douse the room with febreeze, we noticed stains on the walls in the hallway. When we awoke from our 3 restless hours of sleep, we reeked of smoke, and continued to cough up nastiness for the rest of the day… DO NOT STAY HERE.
