My mother found sex toys in her room! The beds we're NOT made up but rather "messed up" the keys don't work to get into the rooms causing you to walk down to the lobby to ask for a new one. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful we felt bad knowing it wasn't her fault as she was the only one working. The rooms all need a deep clean. Time to hire more housekeepers to clean and more staff to keep things running smoothly. You should be embarrassed. I hope we get some kind of reimbursement or apology at the least.

We cancelled our reservations due to how unprofessional the staff is. I have called them on three different occasions, talked to 3 different people, and each time there was no professionalism. People were chatting it up in the background with the person I was supposed to be talking to the first time. The second time the person was laughing along with someone else in the background. And the third time I spoke with them was the cancel the reservation. The man I talked to did not even ask my name or anything. He literally just told me that if I had booked through a third party, I had to cancel through them. He said this twice, and hung up. If I could give zero stars, I would. And we didn't even stay at the hotel.

The elevator was clearly broken… but when I informed staff they argued with me claiming it was just in use… for the 15 minutes I was waiting… there are only 2 levels…

Worst stay ever owner and employee Richard with the beard completely racist people. Never been so disrespected. I checked out and tried to check back into the same room and the OWNER told my mother and I that the room needs to be clean and was like okay we will wait… But oh no that's not enough, Mr. Chong than says there is a cheaper hotel down there, my mother and I look confused and said we just want to check back into the same room he gets mad and said there is another hotel down the road that's $15 dollars cheaper. My mother finally says do you not want us here we haven't caused you any problems. Then he says I have to check goes in the back for a minute comes back and says. I think it's better if you go to the other hotel. The most racist thing ever never caused any problems there is no reason for this. If you're of African American descent I'd advise you run for the hills. I reported him to the better business bureau and the health department, going to report them to corporate asap. Very unprofessional and downright ignorant.

I will never stay at an econo lodge again because of the state of this one. The bathroom had dirty footprints everywhere even in the shower. The carpet looked liked it hadn’t been swept in months at least. One of the main reasons we stayed at this hotel was for the pool. It was closed to renovation this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website. Definitely not worth the price per night.

If you really want to find nice spot to staying with you should come over and check in here, great price, helpful coustimer service amazing two bedroom With free Wi-Fi. Deserve 5 stars! (55$ for 24 hours)

This place has two nice helpful customer service minded desk attendant. Other than that the owner was rude, house keeping was rude requesting to clean the room 2-3 hours before check out continually harassing us to clean the room until we did leave. I also signed up for the choice hotels rewards program to qualify for a free night when you stay 2 nights. Well it wasn't explained to me that it had to be 2 seperate stays and the free night cant be booked til 72 hours after your second stay. Which I was told on the 3rd morning when I went to the desk to pay, I wad told I didn't owe for since it was my free night. Well the next morning when I went to the desk to pay I was told I owe for two nights by the rude owner who refused to acknowledge the misunderstanding and was unwilling to approve the free night of which the corporate office said he could have done but chose to have money over repeat customers and positive reviews.

Enjoyed our night here. Clean rooms. Everything worked. Good breakfast. Only thing wrong was the bathroom door hinges were bent and didnt close all the way. Room 210

Absolute terrible experience at 9799 E Geddes Ave, Centennial, CO 80112 location. I reserved a room for two nights because their website listed they had an indoor pool and washers and dryers. We arrived and the pool was drained and being remodeled and unfortunately the washers were down. I spoke with a gentleman who seemed to be a manager and explained the situation. I asked if it would be okay to check out and receive a refund with no cancellation fees due to these unexpected conditions. He nicely agreed it would be no issue. I was charged 125.22 for the original two nights. Before they refunded me for the one night, they charged me an additional 62.61. Bringing my total balance to 187.83. After they did this, they refunded me $62.61. Taking my total back down to the original $125.22 for both those nights, although we only stayed one night, and was promised a refund. This was on 3/15/17. I've called their business 3 times a day for the last two days asking to speak with a manager. I was told twice out of those 6 times he was in the building and would call me back shortly. When explaining to one of the employees of the double charge, he stated he was looking at my account and only say the refund. I emailed him a copy of my statement and was told a manager would contact me shortly. After calling a 6th time, and asking if a manager is available the gentleman on the phone curtly said "No" and hung up on me.

Dirty walls, sticker on wall. Noisy light ballast. Stained sheets stained towel, blood spots on back of curtains, alarm clock not plugged in. Liked mattress. Smelled a but like someone was smoking but not overpowering. Breakfast ok, nothing great. Going to try another hotel in the same price range next time.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean, perfectly arranged. Really the only complaint I have is the bed seemed to have been broken or used for a long time by a single large person. It slapped into the middle which made sleeping on my side difficult. Small con specific to one room. Otherwise great stay so far.

Extremely likely to recommend, cleanest hotel room I've ever seen which is comforting every time, so many selections at breakfast there's something for everyone even the pickiest of eaters and the owner even picks up fresh donuts and fruit every morning before breakfast on his way to the hotel, and saved the best for last is all the employees, I could seriously write a page in every one of them but we will keep it short with how very welcome they make you feel and extremely quick they are at any problem that may arise or you may have and if you have forgotten anything down to a razor or toothpaste they have all the little whatnots that you could ever possibly forget so they really do a great job at making you feel as at home as possible. Definitely great, clean, and quiet spot for a night or an extended stay.

Very nice staff. Good amenities. Pool, microwave, fridge, breakfast. Decent sized room. Easy to access location. Unfortunately my wallet went missing from room. Not saying it was staff but that happened here. Had to go back to NM for ID and front desk made it easy to cancel last night of my stay.

Regarding general manager Matt g at the Econo Lodge Denver Tech Center I just wanted to say that living and working on the road can be incredibly stressful and it is extremely helpful when an employee like Matt is around to help with my many many questions. Unfortunately I only know they today what my travel schedule will hold and Matt is always more than happy and willing to help me out with any booking issues I have as well as answering all questions completely. He goes above and beyond every single time and clearly knows this place inside and out whenever I truly need help I always wait for him to come on shift I don't try to be high maintenance but sometimes that's just the way the cookie crumbles and thank God he's around he really should be praised for his excellent customer service skills. That's not to detract from any of the other employees here they are all great so because of those reasons I would always return and stay here when I'm in the area.

This place is very clean and quiet and it is very welcoming. Matty is an excellent manager and takes care of every visitor coming through the door! He is very friendly and makes sure your stay is comfortable and he is on top of anything you may need. I highly recommend this place.

Room smelled weird. Hot water was pretty tepid, and water pressure fluctuated quite a bit. Floor wasn't vacuumed and had debris on it. Overall a below average quality room. Should have paid the extra $20 and stayed across the street at the Extended Stay.

The man that checked us in was super friendly. My room was clean and I slept fine!

I base my review on value, so a highway motel might be 5 stars (exceeded expectations), and a luxury resort might be 3 or fewer for me when it falls short. This place was just fine, even better than I expected from other reviews. Room was huge, though the vacant space was obviously meant for another bed or sofa but only had a single single chair. Bed was a true king size, and room had a working microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom was standard. A/C kept west-facing room comfortable in the afternoon and evening. Check in was super helpful and accommodating when I was super early. Breakfast was not great, even by Quality Inn standards, but several options are nearby. Paid $75/night in DC area when comparable hotels were $50 more. Would not hesitate to return.

The hotel had a dirty smell to it on top of smoke. The elevator made concerning noises. The rooms were dirty and dusty. The non smoke smelt like smoke. The bathrooms were out dated as were the refrigerators. The Wi-Fi was very slow. The breakfast was exactly the same each day. The pool did not have lights when it got dark and the floor was very slimy and dirty. The towels and bedding were clean as far as I could tell. Each room had a refrigerator, microwave, and small coffee pot.

Check in went smoothly room is dated. Breakfast was horrible and room service didn't clean our room the whole time we stayed. We called the front desk to complain and asked them to bring clean towels, they didn't bring them till 930pm. The Pool is the only reason they deserve 1 star. We checked out a day early and made other room arrangements.

Friendly staff, nice lodging. It is clean and feels comfortable. The pool is pretty great too. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

Despite poor reviews, our stay was exceptional. Our room was very clean and check-in staff was friendly. Parking is free and Wi-Fi is included in room price. Complimentary breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. This hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and the Denver Zoo (both attractions worth visiting). If you are planning to smoke in your room (it is Colorado after all…) there are plenty of smoking rooms available. We stayed in a smoking room and it was extremely clean and well kept.

Very rundown, holes in curtains, rusted shower rod, no fire alarm, phone didnt work. Screen in window was pushed out, dead bugs in window track and worst of all stained sheets. Staff was friendly though.

Shit. The hotel smells weird, the rooms are not updated and overall not too clean. The shower creaks when you're using it. Basically the people who own it are too lazy too clean the place up. Do yourself a favor stay at one the of other hotels across the street the price is worth it.

This hotel is disgusting! I stayed no longer than an hour. There was hair in the bed and a dirty toe nail with what I hope was red nail polish! The towels smelled gross! (had to dry off with a hand towel and wash cloth) The only sink in the room took ten minutes to drain and still had tooth paste from the previous guest and some other white substance, unidentified stains on the couch, smears of something on the pillows, and it sounded like the floor of the tub was about to give way. I went down to the front desk to complain, the employee did not offer to help in any way (as if he expected the complaints) and told me I would still be charged for the room. Do not stay here!

Hair and god knows what else around the toilet. Old smoke detector disconnected and a nasty hole around it (has another smoke detector in room). Shower dirty. Sink dirty. Lobby smells like cigarette smoke. Elevator smells like someone smoked pot in it. 2nd floor has awful body odor smell. Ice machine has no cover, can look right into the ice machine where the evaporator coil is located. No change on hand for laundry.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! There is 2 dirty socks under a dresser that has big holes in the top, the desk chair is so nasty I had to put a bed spread over it so I could sit in it, the couch has big stains all over it and when the air conditioner comes on it sounds like it is going to explode! Do not stay in this hotel!
