This owner is the worst of the worst, he is intentionally trying to get white customers, doesn’t pay his contract tires, and uses racial profanities against other Black people. He is the lowest of the low. He’s racist and a liar and has proven it over and over. Pics to prove. Plus his ad uses a photo of a woman who’s shirt is bloused open and you can see the side and bottom of her breast. It’s the way she was moving and the photo just happen to catch it, but choosing to use that image sums up this guy.

STAY AWAY! The hotel and employees are trash. The rooms are dirty and forget a refund. You will never hear back from a manager.

They were supposed to issue us a partial refund for booking the suite but the hot tub not working and no one ever called us back or refunded us. Instead they charged us MORE. Never staying here again.

The Hotel is vibrant beyond comprehension and the Club is full of people just having a good time. I highly recommend this lounge.

This place is tacky as hell. They misstreat their patrons and employees, have crap service, and aren't worth your money. Go anywhere else in Denver and you'll have a better night.

The Staff was PROFESSIONAL and the room was INCREDIBLE. Only 2 things missing, my wife was looking for a hair dryer and there was no coffee maker.

Beautiful atmosphere, fantastic drinks, and gorgeous faces! Highly recommended.

Nativ has a cool sexy vibe to it that anyone can enjoy! The food is great, the cocktails are better and they have the greatest friendly staff! The rooms are to die for at this boutique hotel so I would recommend a staycation here for a weekend, you won’t be disappointed!

The hotel is going through a lot of change right now so some of the amenities we had originally expected were unavailable and the parking situation is a little dicey. But even so, it was a great experience! Clean rooms, fun atmosphere right when we walked in and the owner is an INCREDIBLE human who is willing to go the extra step for his guests. Also a really great location close to great restaurants and easy walking distance from a ton of entertainment.

The redesign is wonderful! Kristen at the front desk is great! Hopefully the bar will be open to the public till 2!

Not worth the price. Decent location in LoDo. It gets loud at night with street noise from the clubs and bars letting out. You can hear every conversation on the street. Also, the hotel seems to be trying really hard to be a destination for partying (night club, swanky bar, etc. ) but it is not upscale or luxury by any means. Just because you have a see through shower doesn't mean you can charge $300 a night. There are no closets in the room, no irons, very limited selection of beverages in the mini bar (unless you like flavored diet coke). No chair in the room. During our stay the night club was under construction (a bonus for us) but the bar was not able to sell alcohol and the beer garden was under construction. So all the amenities we were interested in where closed. Also, the lobby was under construction. Each morning, when you get off the elevator, you're welcomed by 3 guys on 20 foot ladders hanging lights. Overall, this is an average hotel wanting to be a luxury, destination hotel but falls well short.

I’m torn on how to rate. We stayed here for my bachelorette party in March and had a great time. Having the club right there was awesome. Rooms were cool and clean. But we had three rooms booked and when we checked in they only had two for us and said they had over booked. The ice machine was broken which was kind of a pain but they brought us ice to our room. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Went there for a business meeting. Convenient and friendly! Great coffee shop!

A buddy and I stopped into Nativ today for lunch after their remodel. First off, I was just blown away by how cool and modern the redesigned 1st floor interior is… As far as the food for lunch, I tried their new strawberry & walnut salad with some chicken added, and it was delicious. The strawberry vinaigrette for the salad was delicious with great flavor but not overly sweet. On top of that, our server Jesse was the coolest dude! I’ll definitely be back soon to try the rest of their new menu!

Great location, but this hotel isn't quite finished yet. The bar, club and restaurant were all under construction. The sink faucet, toilet paper holder and shower faucet weren't tight enough. We had 1 soda in the fridge, while out our friends had 3. We had no coffee maker while our friends room did. The bed was comfortable, rooms were clean and stay was sweet. Took a pic of the lobby sinks because they were cool.

We just recently stayed here in June and the ENTIRE hotel is under renovation which we were not told. We had zero amenities to use, according to the not so friendly staff we couldn't even get a "cup" for the bottle of wine we bought since there was no bar at the hotel. We even asked the front desk where we could buy a bottle of wine and the girl said "I do not know, and I do not have the time to look it up for you" ARE YOU SERIOUS! DO NOT STAY HERE. The AC was bootleg and the window had to be wide open to ventilate it which defended the purpose, no iron or anything in the room to wrinkled and the front desk response to everything was, I do not know. Very disappointing as we stayed here as a part of our honeymoon across Colorado and I expected the best from Denver.

Great location The interior design is new and modern fun. Very trendy very cool… Our room had a glass shower in the middle of the room hard to explain, Ultra cool

When we showed up a few hours early to find parking and maybe put our bags somewhere before a bball game we were in town for, Layla greeting us immediately. She was amazing. I do not use that word freely. She was welcoming, helpful, and just wonderful at her job. She helped us find parking, got us early check in to store our bags, and offered to take the bags to the room while we went to our event. She was polite and funny. Even took pics of our group in the frame downstairs. We will stay here every time we go to Denver. When we showed up later that night there was another gentle that helped us. At this point we all had a few cocktails so his name fails my memory. However — he was also wonderful fun and helpful. We had a terrible experience the night before at a Residence inn and had a sour taste because of it. But your beautiful hotel and staff turned it all around. So thank you!

The club downstairs is very nice! The atmosphere is great aswell. It just so happens my friend forgot her purse in the VIP lounge and was not allowed back in because they were closing for the night. There were still people exiting at the time we returned for her purse but the security wouldn't budge for her but did for people they knew. My friend had to cancel all her cards and replace her work ID as well as driver license. The purse was never found.

Great night club, and great hotel. All the rooms are very modern. Great location in downtown Denver, close to union Station, which has a train to and from Denver International Airport.

Had a great time stopping in to the club for drinks and a great DJ set. I really like their two-floor bar/club setup. The place can get a little cramped on a Saturday night, but that didn't stop us from having a good time.

The hotel itself is nice. Everything looks in order, and that is where it ends. The service is TERRIBLE! I tried calling the hotel before checkin to ask if there was a gym, no one answers the phone. Once I checked in a few hours later I needed an iron, nobody picks up the concierge line, room service line or guest services line from the room phone. I ended up going to the front desk and was told an iron will be sent upstairs, hours later, no iron. The next day again tried calling for some information, nobody answers the phone EVER. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I visited the biergarten and thought it was really cool. Mostly local beer and you pour it yourself and pay by the ounce. It's perfect if you're visiting Colorado and want to try ALL the beers but not spend a ton. Very impressive for a "hotel bar. " I wish they had more interesting local sours though.

Cute place. Only issue was that it smelled really weird in my room. My flight was cancelled and I needed another room for the night and I chose to move to the Kimpton so I didn’t have to deal with the weird smell again.

Wow. I've stayed at quite a few hotels, and my experience here was that of a Motel 6. Our first room had a broken heater, so they switched our room completely. We didn't have housekeeping stop by for two days. So, making our own bed, we discovered blood splattered all over the bottom sheet! It was never changed from the previous people. We addressed our concerns numerous times to hotel personnel, however, it was incredibly difficult to get our issue across or find a solution. On top of this, the toilet and sink flooded (I guess they have smaller pipes than usual), and when we addressed our initial concern about the sheets, the hotel attendant offered us drugs as compensation. I'm not even kidding! I was shocked. Will NEVER stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. The Maven was MUCH better, cheaper, and only a block away. We wish we would have just stayed there the entire time instead.

In the evening NATIV turns into a club, so I went there. There was no cover, the music and the drinks were pretty good. The overall vibe was also great.

Had a Christmas party here everything was great but the food. I don't know what kind of 5 star place servers cold prime rib, lobster tail & rack of lamb? Not going back. Please save your $$$ & don't plan an event here.

The service is excellent, Brandon the manager always takes care of us. The door staff is amazing. The security is always on point. We would like to see a little bit better talent in there. Better looking waitresses, better service from the waitresses, and definitely better DJs. Don’t really like how they keep using the same washed up Denver local DJ. The hotel came out great and the club seems to always be busy. If it wasn’t for the wait staff in the Dj I would give you guys five stars. Good job Brandon.

Lovely hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was modern and had a unique shower. Couldn't get our air to work though and the dehumidifier in the window was out of place. Location close to everything!

Spent part of my Anniversary here! Great hotel with nightclub downstairs! Would recommend this place any time.

Great location in the city and can walk just about anywhere. Staff was very friendly. Free Wi-Fi was nice. Only drawback is that finding overnight parking can be an issue.

Look, I'm all for the idea of a boutique hotel but I find this one a little disappointing. Maybe it's better to say that the value for money just wasn't there. Ultimately there's only so much that a jazzy lobby can offer over the vanilla corporate hotels. At the end of the day the hotel still has to function as a hotel and this one was average in that regard. More of a bed and breakfast. Check-in, maintenance and room service all being performed by one person on Sunday evening. Nothing wrong with that, it's just that it's not what you expect from a $330 per night hotel. I could have stayed at the Oxford for nearly half this price and I wish I had. Don't get me wrong the room is spacious, so spacious in fact that you park a minivan in here comfortably, but it was also a little lifeless, lighting sucked and there were no feather pillow options. All in all, unless you are coming here for something specific, I'd give this place a miss.

It was a lovely, trendy hotel. We stayed there primarily because of proximity to Union Station. It was a quick and easy walk to the train station in the morning. Staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. However, there was some sort of bar event happening in a lower level lounge which left us with bass until about 1am. Conversation and other couldn't be heard from our second floor room, but we could definitely hear/feel the bass. Upon check-in the front desk staff did assure us, unprompted, to let her know if any of the bar noise (first floor) was too much. Explaining that they typically only do these events over the weekend, but had extended it to Thursday this week.

NEVER STAY HERE! They do not know what the hell they are doing in terms of managing a hotel. They charged our card twice. We had to call and demand one of the charges back. I love boutique hotels and often stay in Downtown Denver — but I will NEVER go back here. It's been 2 weeks, we still have 3 charges on our credit card for a one night stay.!

Great little spot. Very unique. There is definitely no club quite like it. From the glass ceiling looking up to the 1st floor, to the intimate setting. Wish there was a bit more live music as opposed to DJs though. Would make a great venue for intimate acoustic acts.
