I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff is friendly. The king room is very spacious and was perfectly clean. The bed was firm, not old and sinking. I liked that the kitchenette was slightly separated from the main area of the room, and it had paper towels which was great since we brought food back to the hotel to eat. I even liked the neutrogena toiletries they use, shampoo smelled great and left my hair feeling smooth. The nightstands were equipped with outlets and USB ports for easy charging. These are small details but the bathroom had an auto activating night light & an adjustable shower head for the stream — just made the place feel more home-y. One downside is that the complimentary breakfast did not have many options. However, overall great stay.

They only had one person working the front desk, and they often weren't at the desk. The building was poorly marked, making it hard to find. The room was fine, nothing special.

Staff members like Jake and general managers like Marcus make a stay away from home more relaxing. We arrived a bit too early to check in, but clear communication was key, and our room was finished while we went to lunch. We stayed at this hotel 7 nights, and each staff member was polite and helpful. Our room was clean, updated, and tended to as we wanted. Location being very centralized helped us when going to local events and eateries. Breakfast was OK for being complimentary, with only a couple gluten free options (my allergy issue), so we only ate breakfast twice there. I love the text-to-communicate with staff option, which allowed us to request items for our room by text to the hotel. I will stay here again, thank you for a great experience!

Stayed two nights here and couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay. The place has been remodeled and has a nice modern, luxurious feel to it but nothing over the top, it's humble and homey. Hot tub, bussiness center, continental bkfst etc. The best part of it all… The customer service. They care about you and they also know what they're doing. Thanks for great stay!

Stayed in room 503 everything was fine and great loved it. Then we realized we left something… The item's were not turned in by housekeeping STAFF! All we wanted was our stuff returned…

Only there for a short time while picking up a friend who had stayed overnight, but the staff was remarkably helpful and the coffee was good!

Room was spacious, spotlessly clean with microwave (in cupboard if you are hunting for it), coffee machine, safe, fan and plenty of sockets including usb. Staff were lovely and check in was quick. Small shop in reception area with snacks, laundry products and basics, coffee/teas in breakfast area during evening, free guest laundry, gym and breakfast in the morning. Parking is free but you will need to get a permit from reception. Diamond elite customers can park closer to entrance. We enjoyed our stay, my only quibble would be about breakfast. It would be nice if there could be more vegetarian hot items and if the cutlery/plates could be changed from plastic — there was so much waste at breakfast. Just something we noticed, not just at this hotel but a lot in the US. Brownie points however for having a water bottle filling point at the water fountain on first floor.

Location is good, staff is friendly. I have issues with the way the rooms are controlled. I travel a ton for work and I always stay in Hilton hotels. Because I'm away from home so much I like to be as comfortable as can be in my hotel rooms. I've never been in a room where the temperature of my room is "geo controlled". Basically you can only raise your room temp to 77. If you want it higher you have to call the front desk and have them raise it. Mind you it's December in Denver. The beds are not comfortable at all. Hard as steel. I tossed and turned all night. The TV's are timed as well which I haven't experienced anywhere else. I basically have to sleep with the TV on and many times I woke up on the night to a pitch black room because the TV timed out. Basically everything at this hotel is nice and pleasurable EXCEPT the room itself.

Nice place but not worth $250 per night and they give you a breakfast rated for a $50/night hotel. Rooms were nice but a little noise from above. Cost was the biggest issue!

Very clean. Pool and hot tub was a plus! Really good hot and cold breakfast bar. My family enjoyed it. We took our 2 year old with us. Family oriented!

Nicest Hampton ever! They seem to have rebranded themselves as a more luxury hotel. They have great breakfast choices, that changed from day to day. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Great Staff. Good pricing, nice rooms. Excellent location. I needed a room for family within an hours notice. They answered the phone and I was booked. Outstanding service.

My Denver Hampton Inn experience was very consistent with what I have come to expect from this chain. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and all of the amenities were delivered as promised. This hotel is also walking distance from many restaurants, bars, and stores. I would come again for my next evening in Denver.

Comfy room. Great location near downtown. Polite staff. Some road noise from the interstate, but was better then expected. Parking lot was full when we arrived, but we got a pass from the front desk to park next door. Pool open until midnight.

The staff was very helpful, when we arrived the front desk person was able to give us a couple of great suggestions for breakfast the next day. The rooms where very clean. I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the same area.

For one it is not even in down town Denver. It is west of I-25. Also if you don't mind parking your car on the street because they do not have enough parking or have a rental car all good. The manger said it was fine. I did not see his car out on the street. I would be willing to bet that the employees had there cars parked in the lot while there guest are parking out on street. Unless they walked to work but if they lived down town they would have to drive to work. For the price it is not worth it. There are 3 more run down hotels right next to this one and I would bet for half the money. Trying to be a 5 star hotel in the ghetto. This is a $80 hotel at best. I have stayed at $60 hotels and did not have to park my car in the street.
