The hotel staff are nice and welcoming. The pool is not open and it is July, the hottest month of the year. There is no out door sitting area since pool is closed. Would be nice to sit outside after dark. Our room is decent in size but very dated. Feels dark and dingy. The restaurant is delicious and well worth it!

Nice place to stay. Was there for four days. Wish I could have tried the morning breakfast but I was out the door very early each day.

This was the nastiest hotel room I've ever been to. We inspected the room before we paid to stay and found the carpet ripped and dirty all over. Wouldn't want to walk barefoot in this hotel room. The worse part was the beds! The comfort was stained or it may have been dirty because when we pulled back the covers there were BUGS! The secretary was very rude. Needless to say we didn't stay here and would NOT recommend any else staying here!

There were a bunch if things wrong with this hotel. One room had a sewer like smell and it intensified when we turned on the cooler. There was ashes from a cigarette on the floor, and the floor was not vacuumed. In the second room the knobs to change the tempture and mode on the cooler were broken and the room was very cold. There was a few places where they did not do a good job sweeping. Also, in the second room there were ants in the sink area. We arrived at 3:30 pm and the rooms were not ready. Well feel the rooms should not have been rented out in this state. We would not have minded the wait if the rooms were in better condition.

Pros: Good price and hot water. Cons: Window curtain blocks the air conditioner from blowing into the room; bed bugs; hair in the shower; bathroom so small you have to squeeze past the door to get to the toilet; "free breakfast" that is a choice of several menu items in their restaurant, but does not include gratuity; alarm clock left set to go off at midnight.

Great location, centralized for access for most things. Clean rooms and clean bathrooms.

Staff was great. The free breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and thre amnenities were fantastic.

Basic. Comfy bed. Nice biscuits for breakfast. No complaints.

Was a great place to stay. Breakfast was good and there was a nice list to choose from. I hear they are closing the restaurant… Bad decision! I will find another hotel to stay at. Please keep it open!

Very clean. Staff most helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Suggest Try the cheese omelette as made to order and delicious. We had a beer before dinner and was surprised at the cost as only $2 a glass. The meal was good and you won't leave hungry.

A nice small town. Friendly people. Nice weather. Friendly service and the room was clean, not much more you could ask for.

This is a decent motel for a one night stay. A couple of things would have made my score a 4 star instead of 3 stars. There was an ironing board but no iron and the front desk couldn't get us one until the next day, the sink was clogged and the comforter was obviously dirty. Otherwise it was good including pleasant front desk staff and nice breakfast!

This place is great. The beds were the best! There is a restaurant inside where the office is. You can walk from your room to get breakfast. Not only do they offer numerous selections for your free breakfast that are all yummy, but they will make it to go. Make sure to stay over Friday for Prime Rib night because it is delicious. Staff is wonderful. Got a tip on where my mother could get a pedicure there in town. The tip was excellent. Only 4 stars because the pool has no water to swim in. Also, this place is so wonderful you will have a hard time leaving it when it is time to go.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff, and good food and menu diversity at their restaurant. As far as I'm concerned, no better stay in Delta.

Great place to stay, good price, good biscuit and gravy, like seven breakfast plate options, the desk clerk Frank was great, a very respectable place the desk clerk kept a rowdy old guy in line during breakfast, the hot waitress Tanya was strait out of a playboy pin up, the bed was comfortable, has restaurant and bar, about the only thing I would change is to put in elongated toilets, and maybe slap a bikini on the waitress! :-)

Although perhaps the most critical items in my room appeared clean (furniture surfaces, bed sheets, sink and toilet) the room certainly needs a deep cleaning throughout (floors, especially behind furnishings; dusty electrical cords; coffee maker; luggage racks). The bathroom floor didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. The room reeked of bleach so strongly it seemed to be for impressions rather than from standard cleaning products. The odor was so unpleasant (and surely toxic) I felt compelled to leave the bathroom fan on and room window open all evening after checking in. Seems kind-of incompatible with the sustainable housekeeping practices described on room signage. The property's exterior is a bit dumpy. None of the planters around the perimeter have anything growing in them. The pool was drained when I arrived, although it was being worked on when I left. The landing in the stairwell up to my room shows structural damage which is concerning.

Clean and good enough for a 3 day stay. On site restaurant was ok. Pool on small side and bathrooms small and cramped.

Clean, nice room (we got a king bed), with everything we could need for one night. Delicious breakfast! They give military discounts and the service is very friendly. The price is reasonable for a last-minute reservation.

Great room for the price. New linens, very comfortable beds. Good amenities. The breakfast at the restaurant (included) was tasty and big portions. Overall it well exceeded expectations.

Friendly staff, convenient location, clean comfortable rooms. Not fancy, all I needed was just a clean place for my kid and I to sleep for a good rate, and Days Inn was perfect for my needs. Thanks Days Inn.

My room wasn't very clean, but it was fairly comfortable. Much better than the Rodeway Inn down the street where I stayed last time.

We reside here in Delta. We eat at the restaurant all the time. Food looks like it is well put together, And tastes good also. Prices fair.

Very happy with the service we received. Rooms could use a thorough cleaning, but I wouldn't say they were dirty. Very good value for economy motel. Also you get breakfast vouchers for the restaurant. Good food.
