I was there on assignment for work. The staff was accommodating and gracious. What is there not to like. The views, the amenities. I would take my wife there for a getaway.

The stay was HORRIBLE! This should not be advertised as a place to stay for people who are coming for a vacation. Since we arrived front desk told us everything needs a reservation including the pool and all other amenities, we had to beg them to please help us get a reservation at the pool since that’s the only attraction for us since we were not going to play golf, after the 3rd time they finally said we could go to the pool from 5-8pm. Nobody told us about any specific rules at the pool area and while we are in one corner minding our own business a lady comes to us yelling at us that we need to leave that we cannot use a 2 piece swimsuit that we must be from the lodge, she says “I’m going to bring the manager so they can kick you out of here” and starts taking pictures of me and my 2 friends. It was humiliating and disturbing, now this lady has pictures of us without our consent. If you take shots in a place where someone has a reasonable expectation of privacy, you are violating the right to privacy, which can get you in trouble criminally and also trigger a civil lawsuit for damages.

It was our first time golfing this course and loved it. Challenging and beautiful. We have been there for appetizers and drinks and also enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place.

This is a top notch venue to have a wedding or party at. The food has always been amazing. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. The views are spectacular. I have always had the best experience from start to finish here.

Start thinking about members instead of their wallet. Club is closed, no facilities available, yet the club is billing everyone at the full monthly rate; unlike other clubs in the immediate area who have discounted and/or pro-rated membership costs.

Love this place, fantastic food, fantastic rooms and the staff Is wonderful.

Don’t waste your time going to the Broadmoor! Flying Horse is the best country club resort in Colorado Springs, and it has 3 awesome pools, great prices and drinks and food, and only about an hour away from Denver.

It is a beautiful place, but the service time is lacking. Food orders take about a half an hour. The food is decent but nothing special.

The Lodge at Flying Horse is perfect escape without having to travel too far. It is in Colorado Springs, but far enough away and secluded enough that you feel like you've gone to a resort. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and relaxing. I ordered breakfast and it came within 30 minutes. I left my one-night stay wishing I was able to have more time there.

We had a magical time, like a fairy tale really. Upon arrival at the security gate they asked for our name and then just moments later upon driving up to the valet we were greeted by name and welcomed. At check-in, we were served right away, no wait, and warmly welcomed with a smile and with our name. We were given a map of the facilities and helpful directions and explanations to make our stay extra pleasant. The Villa was absolutely beautiful. It was very large with excellent finishes. The views were so gorgeous! We walked over to the Steakhouse Bar for a glass of wine and again were very warmly greeted. Later, after dressing for dinner we returned to the Steakhouse and again were greeted and offered a beautiful table. Spencer was so nice! Service was very good and dinner was delicious. They even offered warm towels to wash our hands after eating! We thoroughly enjoyed the evening, the outdoor fireplace and the Villa. Prior to departure we had a lovely breakfast and enjoyed a walk around the grounds. Sweet memories, thank you!

We stayed for 5 nights. The reserveing the room process was really confusing and we eventually got a room but we had thought we had reserved a room with 2 beds but we only got 1 but the staff was really nice and brought a extra fold up one for us which was a little uncomfortable. But I could live with it. The hotel food had no flavor the toast was burnt but it filed us for the day and the drinks where great. The view was of half the mountains half men playing golf. The cleaning people where extremely nice and did a good job at cleaning. It provided us with a place to sleep and food to eat so 4 stars.

Location is fantastic and overall it is a quiet hotel. Staff is very friendly and does well to try and accommodate special requests. Rooms are clean and even updated with USB outlets. Our room was a little dusty on surfaces and behind and under furniture. Bathrooms are very clean.

We attended a wedding at The Lodge at Flying Horse. The venue was amazing — — stunning mountain views, excellently up kept landscaping, inviting outdoor spaces (patios, fireplace, hanging lights, fountains, etc. ), and comfortable and clean Interiors. This was an excellent venue for hosting large groups of people, and made for the perfect summer wedding location.

This was our first vacation with our three kiddos and I can say that the Lodge at Flying Horse set a standard for all future vacations that will be hard to beat. We chose The Lodge to renew our 10 year vows and Diane Bice and Adrienne Davidson were both phenomenal and made the entire process seamless! The venue is beautiful, the staff is so friendly and accomodating and the pool is spot on for kids of all ages!

Very nice accommodations and friendly staff. The restaurant was good as well. I didn't get to play the course or use the fitness center but both looked great.

We have been members of the Club for 14 years, but finally can call Flying Horse home since we actually moved here from Serenity Park 4 weeks ago. We love that we can walk to The Club in less than 10 minutes, work out at the gym, enjoy dinner at The Tack Toom, enjoy the pool, and take endless long walks with our dog on the countless walking paths here. Our neighbors are friendly too! Love the area! Kids golf, swimming lessons, and Holidays are other things that make living here an ideal location!

This place was gorgeous. 5-star service, time and grounds. Stunning views and you get access to all the club amenities too. It's pricey but worth it. You definitely get what you pay for!

Brand new, very clean rooms. Nice beds and exceedingly quiet when we were there in mid-April. Fabulous views to the west, looking out at the mountains. Would stay there again.

We stayed here a couple of months back and were lucky enough to stay in a suite they called the Redford Suite. This place is gorgeous the grounds themselves are amazing. It is tucked back in a very nice neighborhood in Colorado Springs and had a definite wow factor when we pulled up. The room was extremely nice fireplace in the bedroom and in the foyer that was provided with the suite. There was a huge jet tub and a multiple head shower. The balcony was beautiful as well it looked out over a hole of the golf course and a beautiful view of the mountains. The foyer was huge had a huge table, big couch, sink, small refrigerator and plenty of seating! The room and the foyer were separated by a keyed entry giving a nice feel and complimenting the sheer size of this suite! I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unique experience!

We had dinner and drinks at the bar on a Friday night. Our server was friendly, the food was good, and it wasn't crowded or too loud to hear ourselves talk.

Great customer service, really clean rooms, and even though it's a little pricy it is worth it 100 percent! ALERT! if you plan on staying in the lodge THEY charge you an extra 12 bucks each day you stay for all of the extra items (pool gym etc) even if you don't use it.

What a BEAUTIFUL destination! The stay was cozy, quiet and clean! Beautiful upgrades with huge bathroom and closet space. The fireplace in both our room and the parlor put out great heat and created a beautiful ambiance. We will definitely be back for an even longer stay and dinner at The Steakhouse!

The location was beautiful. Everyone was very friendly. The accommodations were top notch. The food at the Steakhouse was some of the best we've ever had… no joke. It was amazing.

We had an Oktoberfest party that was catered with a live band. The drink and food selection was excellent and the band was really fun. Would recommend.

We booked an executive king suite at The Lodge for our wedding. We searched many hotels in the area, looking for something special and really nice for our special day. We ended up deciding on The Lodge on the condition that we could get one of the mountain view rooms advertised on the website, as opposed to a golf course view (my fiancé hates golf). We booked the mountain view executive suite. The pictures of the room and amazing mountain views looked beautiful, and we were excited for our stay. When the day arrived, we checked in, eager to relax. We got to our room, and looked out to a view of the golf course and a dry, weed covered hill. We were disappointed to say the least. We thought after booking months in advance, and stressing to them that this was for an incredibly special day (our wedding) that we would be able to get the mountain view suite. We called the front desk, and the woman working there said that the mountain view was "just a request" and that they didn't have one avaliable, even though we booked months in advance. We felt mislead, because we had confirmed multiple tiles via phone that we would be able to get the mountain views suite. We went to the front desk and explained our situation to the manager. She was very polite, but could only offer us a downgraded room on the mountain view side, which we were disappointed to discover overlooked a noisy parking lot.

After many hours of searching for the perfect place to stay for our wedding reception, we booked a corner executive suite with mountain views. I booked it online by selecting "mountain view" and then called to confirm the reservation. On the phone I confirmed with the front desk that we would have the mountain views, and let them know it was very important as it was for our wedding. I specifically didn't want to look at the golf course which is why this was so important to me. I made the reservation many months in advance of our stay. When we arrived we were given a room with a terrible view, just a patch of dried up grass and part of the golf course but not a mountain in sight. When we talked to the front desk about it, they said the best they could do for us is a smaller room which overlooks a noisy parking lot and although it does have a mountain view, it looks nothing like the views advertised on their website. The manager and staff who helped us were trying to be overly nice but it came across as very fake and like they just wanted to get us out of their hair. They did not really seem to care about our situation and dumped us off in the downgraded room without hesitation. The room we ended up with was not even worth a fraction of the price we paid and we wish we would have stayed somewhere else. To top it off, our keys weren't programmed right so we had to fuss with that too which took quite awhile because they had to replace the batteries on the lock.

It was close to all of the activities we had planned, and the rooms were very nice and neat. The service was great and so was the food.

The property and rooms were new and immaculately clean. Our room was large and overlooked the golf course. I liked the extra large shower, Rocky Mountain Tuscan decor, and comfortable bed. Two nights in a row loud people were running in the hall, shouting, and slamming doors until 11pm. This really bothered my wife. I called the front desk when it happened, and it eventually stopped each time, but the mood was tainted. When we checked out, the staff was mostly unsympathetic about the noise. Overall, it a poor value for a special anniversary trip. I could do better elswhere at upscale price.

This place is amazing. My sister had her bachelorette party here last weekend and we loved it. The place is beautiful and their balcony overlooks the mountains. So peaceful and tranquil. We booked through Travelocity and was unable to cancel one of the nights but I contacted the manager and Adrienne worked her magic and helped us out. I met her at the lodge and what a sweet woman she is. She is the best and made our stay that much better. We couldn't have chosen a better place. I can't wait to come back with my husband!

Incredible setting and accomodations. The golf course was in terrific form even early in the season. A truly luxurious experience.

We stayed at the Lodge and the rooms were beautiful. Highly upgraded and very comfortable. My husband played golf and it was a difficult course but definitely worth the time and money. The spa/pool area were amazing. Definitely coming back and will recommend staying here.

We booked a one night stay here for a special weekend getaway. It was snowing when we got there, but still a beautiful, quiet area to stay. Our room was lovely and the staff at the front desk were very nice! Room was comfortable and very clean! Bed was nice, but the pillows were too soft for me. There is a Nespresso in the room, but it was incredibly loud and made horrible coffee! It convinced me to never buy one, that's for sure! We had breakfast/brunch at the restaurant and we were not impressed. It was very expensive for how good the food was. $25/person and the food was lukewarm and nothing exceptional. Although we had a nice stay, if you're looking for somewhere high end with over-the-top amenities, I would recommend The Broadmoor.

The experience is incredible! The room is luxurious and spacious. Definitely recommend this place when you visit Colorado Springs! The in-room dining has a good selection of entrees and has restaurant quality taste.

We had drinks and some apps at the bar and it was very nice. Wait staff was very friendly and the happy hour was really reasonable! Limited selection of beers but beer and mixed drinks were cheap!

Unfortunately, I was not able to stay here due to the weather; however, Adrienne (Lodge Manager) was kind enough to offer me a refund even though I was well within their traditional 72 hr notice. If my stay will be as good as the customer service I received, I will happily spend my money to stay at this location. Thanks again, Adrienne!

My husband booked us a villa for my 30th birthday 2 months ago. I can say with out a doubt this is the most amazing place I have ever stayed. The room was unbelievable with the view of the mountains in the background truly breath taking. We have decided when we go back to Colorado this is where we will stay. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to live the high life for the week to definitely book a villa and stay at this amazing place.
