Do not stay here! I had to sleep in my car the first night and pay double for another hotel the second because this room was not ready and so disgusting! I have a 4 month old who didn't even have a place to sleep because of this dump. These pictures are false advertisement. This place should be sued or shut down. I don't even know how they would pass inspection. Everyone must be smoking too much weed to think this is even close to acceptable to stay in.

This place seems understaffed. So I'm not going to go too hard on them. When I first got here. I waited about 20 minutes before someone came from the back room. He was already on the phone booking another reservation. There were several employees in the back, but I guess they didn't take care of reservations so they just would come to the desk, smile, then go back to the back office. He was very apologetic and thanked me for my patience. There’s no elevator in the hotel so if you are on the second floor, you’ll be hauling your luggage up! Make sure you pack light for this stay! Also, the only ice machine is in the lobby by the front desk. When we finally got to our room, the carpet felt sticky. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke. Wifi didn't work all that great that I just eventually turned it off. It was really just a room to sleep and shower in. Morning continental breakfast was free but very limited. Also, every time we called the front desk. No one would answer!

Upon arrival, I noticed out front of the building that some of the rooms had broken blinds in the windows and that there were quite a few windows open along with a fan in one of the windows. I thought this was very odd considering how hot it was. The girl at the counter was not initially at the desk. She was also very distracted once she arrived. I believe her children were using the computer in the entryway. We had two rooms reserved both with two queens. One for my husband, myself, and our eldest daughter and one for my other daughter and her children. One of the rooms had a very strong perfume smell. Due to my allergies, I had to give that room to my daughter and grandchildren. My daughter's A/C did not work quite right. We reported this to the man at the desk the next morning. He placed a work order to have it fixed. Additionally, one of the rooms did not have towels, and the other room only had one towel. When we returned in the evening, the A/C had completely stopped working. The poor man at the desk was very helpful even while he was having to deal with several customers showing up to check in. He looked up in a book to see if the repair order had been completed and told us that the repairman had not had a chance to work on it and provided us with a choice of 3 different rooms to move into. None of them had A/C units that appeared to work well either. We chose the one that provided the most cooling.

Not the best experience. We had two rooms, both with bad air conditioners and stains on the carpets, lamp shades, and some beds. Breakfast is also very small but at least they do offer it which is nice. I would have rated it 1 star just for dirty rooms and broken equipment but the staff was nice and helpful. They helped us with room errors made by a third party and also helped by trying to move things around in one of the rooms to fit two cotts, this being the room that was scheduled wrong by the third party that they promptly corrected. To finish, bad place but good staff.

The hotel staff attempted to be helpful. There was an odor in the room. Window needed to be opened right away. The carpet was filthy. We had to wear shoes while in the hotel at all times. The short time my son was bare foot, his feet were black. There were ants in the bathroom. Not just one or 2. An infestation. The TV did not work. The staff was called several times to the room to fix without success.

The rooms are relatively clean. The Service is friendly and fast. I stayed two nights. I didn't run into any problems hotel staff or guest wise. They even have a laundry room for any small mishaps that may occur.

Although my room was wrong for the first night I stayed, they fixed the problem the next day and gave me a later check out. The hotel is quiet, clean and has decent Wi-Fi and cable. Breakfast is your basic no meat, continental spread. Coffee is good. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Staff was friendly and location was convient. Wifi was not secure the carpets we're terribly stained and frayed at transition areas. The walls and doors were very scuffed up and scraped. The drapes were also very dirty. Thanks bathroom was clean though needs some improvements.

Staff were nice and knowledgeable of the area. Very affordable, clean & quite rooms, and good breakfast (muffins, cereal, juice, milk, coffee, oatmeal packets, toast, & waffle machine) room Edit: stayed another time just 3 days later and the first room (223) they put us in is as pictured. The second room reeked of smoke (113). The staff were still very friendly & breakfast was the same. Not sure if I'll stay there again.

Great affordable option. No frills, but everything was acceptable. Breakfast was minimal, but I always go for the waffles, which we're good. Not sure how the staff would respond to requests, but only because I had no issues. For $40/night, no complaints!

This is a good place to stay if you are visiting the area. I did hear from some of the residents that their rooms were dirty but we had a clean comfortable room. It is not the type of place where you might enjoy just lounging in the room. They do have a room where they have breakfast every morning. Sometimes it is too crowded. If you have uncooperative people it can be quite uncomfortable. Otherwise it's pretty good food.

Pretty good prices, pretty clean and comfortable, rooms are nice and seem pretty new-ish nothing is broken overall a pretty decent spot nothing super nice but nothing really.

Sammy, the manager was awesome. The room was nice, and clean. It was quiet and everyone was helpful. Traveling with a 4 year old I was concerned about noise and issues in that area but everything was perfect.

Late check in it was snowing and it would of been nice to be able to change reservations to a super 8 closer to be able to get out of the impending weather.

Nice place if you don't mind drunken/drugged out girls all over the place crying and hollering about their pimps or johns being perverts or hurting them. No one calls the cops. Guess the girls deserve to be treated that way. Other than that the place is fairly clean. Heating and cooling unit works but it's so loud and intrusive that you won't run it unless you're freezing. Key cards need to be reset constantly and if you're on the 2nd floor with no elevator then you'll get a real workout going up and down the stairs to get your key reset. All in all if you can afford $5-$12 a night more, then I suggest you spend it and get a nicer quieter place. And the Days Inn across the parking lot is the same people but more prostitutes.

Was very surprised how nice and cozy the rooms were. Payed very little but got upscale lodging. The hotels clerks were very nice and helpful.

No microwave in rooms for almost $400 a week. The refrigerator is big enough for a six pack of soda. This is just walking in the door. Hopefully breakfast is decent and the rest of the week goes ok.

WARNING! This place is a dump and the staff doesn't care. I left a five-star review for the Moab Super 8, but this place doesn't even deserve ONE star. I'm Wyndham Rewards person, too. We booked two rooms for two nights. The door keys didn't work so the clerk replaced them, explaining that those two rooms (112 & 114) ALWAYS had door key problems so they were always the last two rooms filled at the end of the day — — it was 5pm. The keys to 114 STILL didn't work so the clerk immediately moved us into 110. I neglected to ask why 110 was available when we had just been told we had the only rooms still vacant. The toilet in 112 clogged and overflowed the first time it was flushed (just urine, in case you like details). The plumber didn't sanitize the floor, just mopped it up with a towel. Speaking of towels, they were rough and we had to order more because there weren't enough. One bed in 112 had no pillows because they were left piled on the other bed WITH NO PILLOW CASES. A Desk Clerk courteously asked if we needed anything else before the shift was over because the next clerk was rude. The wakeup call the next day never happened, but the following day it did. The room keys for 110 failed and the clerk had to change them TWICE. The day we checked out, the keys to 112 failed after we came back after breakfast. The 3-table breakfast nook was dirty and unattended. The waffles were good.

Our stay was good, for the most part it was pretty clean. Had no noise complaints, and the workers were very friendly.

Was a great place to stay, getting off the road for today, I am done! Good, clean and warm room where the beds are so enticing.

My parents are staying here and it looks amazing. Really clean room, nice staff, really nice room, and it's in a good location too.

Terrible nights sleep! I rented room 201 last night, in the middle of the night some kind of machine turned on making a buzzing sound that vibrated the wall by my head. After an hour I called the front desk and they guy said he would take care of it. He didn't. So I laid in bed for a few more hours and eventually fell asleep. Our rooms smelled like food drifting from some other room. There was a bunch hair on the sheets and towels, and the internet here barely works.

Pros: Nestled in a residential area. Close to everything. Economical with newer updates. Friendly staff. Close to airport without airport noise. Free Wi-Fi. Cons: Limited breakfast items. Eating area only has three tables. No automated entry doors. Only one ice machine which is located at the end of the hallway upstairs. Business center is an outdated PC in main hallway lobby. Traffic noise apparent when windows are open. No pool. TLC is needed in the maintenance department. Overall, you get what you pay for.

This is not the very best hotel I've ever stayed in, but definitely also not the worst! It's close to the airport, but that's it. But my room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean too and the AC was working. Okay, the breakfast area could be bigger (only 3 tables), but other than that everything was good!

They charged our card before we got there and it got declined because we have a specific reservation card. Once we got there we planned to switch cards, however because of the declined card they cancelled our reservation without telling us so we showed up and we're told we couldn't get a room because they were booked. As a result we had to stay at a crappy motel.

Decent place to crash. Floor was not vacuumed and room had funky older. But in a pinch it ok I guess.

Rooms are fairly clean, not much of a breakfast. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful though.

For the price it is completely adequate. The staff are not unfriendly, however they are not overtly friendly either. We stayed 5 days and walked by the desk countless times and where only greeted 3or4 times. Small problem, there is no elevator and stairs are on either end of the building. Which would be fine if the doors where not locked and alarmed on each end. So you have to walk by the not so friendly front desk agent every time. Dragging your luggage up to dimly lit staircases was awful! The room was remodeled, and was decent. As to someone's earlier comment don't expect towels. They are apparently in short supply at this property. We arrived no towels or pillow cases. Waited several hours and had to go to the front desk to get them. It was a daily task to get clean towels, or garbage bags. Breakfast was decent for the price your paying. You get a tiny closet size breakfast room with two giant snack machines taking up most of the floor space. Expect to grab your food and take It back to your room. Your options are waffles, 2 types of muffin, 2 types of cold cereal, coffe, packet hot chocolate, 2 types of juice. The price was fairly low, so you get exactly what you would expect for the cheap price. The hotel is not in a bad area and you get a fabulous mountain view when you step outside. If you expect a lot of amenities pay the extra money and stay at the Sleep Inn that shares the parking lot. If not this is a cost effective, clean option.

It was very expensive. It was dirty. It was not in a nice area. Staff was nice.

My husband and I stayed here on our way through Colorado. We booked our room using Expedia. We got checked into our room without any problems. Once we got to our room I noticed that my card had been charged twice for two different amounts. The first charge was from Expedia. The second charge was from the hotel. I went to the front to ask them why my card was charged twice. I was told they didn't charge my card for anything, they just put a hold on it in case we were to break anything. They said the hold should be released in 5-7 business days. The room was okay. The bed was not the most comfortable bed and there was a few pieces of trash in the floor, but other than that the hotel was okay for the price. Glenda was working the front desk when we checked out. She went over the hold on my card with me again and assured me that the money would be released. Glenda was beyond helpful and extremely nice.

The room was very clean and up to date, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The location was a little remote, but that was to be expected so close to the airport. The continental breakfast was just the thing I needed to start off the day. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Location is a 5 min car ride from the main downtown area. Rooms were spacious, would have preferred to have microwave or fridge in the room. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast had very limited option and the kitchen is very small.

I would recommend this place. The place in calm and quiet area. Great for an overnight stay. Breakfast had limited options but good enough given the price.

It would be very wise to book your room at any hotel other than this one. Do not trust that the staff is going to follow through with your request. Manager not present, not responsive to phone and emails attempting to resolve the issue. This is the fifth day calling, no response. Do yourself a favor and keep shopping.

On February 8, 2016 I purchased a stay at Super 8 in Colorado Springs on February 8 for 2 days. Within 2 hours of paying for the hotel our plans changed and we were no longer able to stay there. I called Orbitz to cancel and I was advised that because I was cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice I would not be eligible for a full refund. I acknowledged that per the hotel agreement I would lose the cost of one night and be refunded the remainder. That's when the trouble began. The customer service representative stated they would need to have the refund approved by Super 8. The Super 8 representative stated she would not be able to cancel the reservation without her manager, who conveniently would not be available until February 10th the date we were to depart. On February 10th I visited the Super 8 location to speak with the Manager (Jackie) and no staff member there knew where she was or when she would return. I was advised however that she may be across the parking lot at their other location, a Days Inn. There I was met by the Assistant Manager Cecelia, Sister to Manager Jackie. Hearing my issue Assistant Manager Cecelia stated she was powerless and had no knowledge of how to locate nor contact, her sister Manager Jackie, but she stated she would relay the issue to Manager Jackie, her sister. She also promised to call me back by Monday the 15th with a resolution. I never received that call.

Lots of young, loud guests. Front desk attendant didn't know how to work the computer and we waited nearly 45 minutes to check in at 9:30 at night after driving 4 hours.

Okay But 15 mile's From Airport. So Taxi pick up No. Rent a car or taxi. $45.00 ++++ Stop at Maggie's Farm on Way.

I liked nothing about this hotel. First of all, I had called the day prior to arriving seeing if they offer early check in, considering I was driving from Arizona and was going to be here two hours early. The male clerk on the phone told me the earliest I could check in would be 3pm. I informed him I got a confirmation email stating 2pm. He informed me he just got back to work, so he doesn't know, that they probably changed the time. (Without sending me any notification? ) When I got here the next day, there was a sign behind the counter stating the time to check in. The woman was nice and went to see if our rooms were ready, the deciding factor in early check in. I had a room for three nights and one for one night. The room we had for one night had a fridge in it, so upon checking out for that room, we switched to that room for the remaining two nights. All they did was swap over the keys and send us on our way. Keys, not only did one of each set not work, they also seem to reset upon the day switching over, after being told they will be set for the remaining of our booked stay. We get to the hotel on Christmas Eve, and go figure the key doesn't work, and we happen to leave the other one at family's house. We ask for another key, and the male clerk asks if we switched rooms. Yes we did. Yesterday. Then proceeds to ask me to come down stairs to resign paperwork, because the two women on the prior shift the previous day, failed to follow what I assume would be protocol.

Everything was well placed in the rooms. Nice set ups and friendly service. The location keep us close to the action… We were only mins away from hitting powers that could take us anywhere.

Worst experience with a front desk clerk. My husband and I made reservations on November 17. The people who took our reservation were friendly, and we do not blame them for this. We were told there would be a $10 fee per pet, which we agreed to. They took our card info, and sent us a varification number to our email, which we had as proof today. We arrive today (November 28) after a long 12 hour drive, and were told the room we needed was unavailable. Now, I'm an understanding person. I know that mistakes happen. What I am upset about is how the young man at the front desk handled this situation. He mocked my husband when he said he made a reservation. His exact words were, "when did you make them, last night?! " When my husband showed him the varification email, he just told us to check across the way and they MIGHT have a room. Obviously this upset my husband. He asked if there were any rooms at all. The man said we could rent a room for the standard fee, plus $15 per pet, as well as a nonrefundable deposit of $150 PER PET! This hotel is nowhere close to being worth $400+ for one night. When I told him that made no sense, he spoke to me in a very demeaning tone. He could have possibly made a better effort at a nice response, had he not appeared to have smoked the world's largest joint on his break. Eyes so red and dialated, I'm surprised he could see straight. We can not believe this is the way we were treated, because of the company's mistake.

The room was decent and clean. However, they required a $50 dollar deposit on top of the room rate for possible room damage during our stay. When we got into the room, there were light bulbs missing from most of the light fixtures and damage to a lampshade. Needless to say, I had another reservation set up for a couple days from now and have now cancelled it.

I was originally in the Days Inn right in front of them. But it was gross there so I came to the Super 8. Even though it seems to run by the same ppl, I liked it better here. Staff seemed nicer when they were over here and it's seemed cleaner. Could have minor improvements but overall was ok.

Front desk people was nice but this place was dirty. The people in smoking rooms smoked weed and I know front desk smelled but said or did nothing.

Absolutely horrible. If you have a choice, don't stay here. It says non smoking but the smell of cigarettes and weed fills the halls, the doors do not close well, so you hear slamming all the time. The girls at the desk are all rude, and a maid walked in, ignoring the do not disturb sign. And its just not worth 50 dollars.

This was my worst experience ever in a hotel. We stayed in a suite. My 7 year old son actually found a broken meth pipe under the fold out couch. When we took it to the front desk, they only offered to change our linens. Which didn't have any on the first place. The couch itself has springs missing. The TV was so fuzzy you could hardly tell what you were watching. The jacuzzi had a broken faucet handle. The hot plate had a hole in between the burners, with old food down there. Everything was worn out. I wish I would have made the 2 1/2 hour drive home.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was awful! The ac did not work, the tile on the bathroom floor was loose with no grout, there was some kind of dried cheese or peanut butter all over the suitcase holder and the bed was as hard as a rock. We asked to speak to a manager and never heard from her. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

Shower head was broken. Shower drain half plugged. Coffee pot missing carafe. Bed was way too stiff. Air conditioner didn't work very well. But it was clean and sheets were also clean. Building looked newer. Wouldn't stay here again. Nothing special for 80 bucks.

What a Dump! No phone, no Wi-Fi, Riped up bedding, Crushed lamp shades and worse yet no elevator! Billed me for two nights when I only asked for one. It ant $51.00 a night try $75.00+ when they get done with you. Buyer Beware.
