Very comfortable room. Its very spacious and open. We even had a view of the fireworks show in Memorial Park for the 4th of July.

This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms were impeccable. Delana at the front desk this morning was so kind and friendly. The free breakfast was the best we have had on all of our vacation. The staff works really hard. I saw them bustling yet remaining cheerful! This was our favorite hotel in all the states we have traveled through!

Probably the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever been too! Directly off of I-25, right across the freeway from down town. They even have a shuttle that will drop you and pick you up.

Great hotel. Very clean, and in general nicer and fancier than most Holiday Inns I've been to. Breakfast had a lot of options, and the pool is open 24/7. Staff is really friendly, too. Overall really good experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was great; spacious, clean and had a great Mountain View. Close to lots of attractions. Breakfast was great as well. Stayed 4 nights / 5 days… Staff was super friendly and helpful. A special mention to Will, Mackenzie and Rachel at the front desk as well as to Steph in breakfast service-you are awesome.

Holiday Inn was a pretty decent place. The rooms were clean. The staff was professional, as well as a little standoffish.

Booked at the last minute and so there wasn't a lot of rooms left but the staff was very kind and helped me get into a room at a great price it was very clean and smelled good I would stay there again.

I would not choose this hotel as a preferred accomodation for an event (wedding at nearby venue) nor, for leisure. Subpar staff, mediocre rooms; not impressive, nothing special, overpriced.

It was so relaxing… we had such a great time working out and swimming and the breakfast was wonderful so much to choose from and the staff was so nice and very helpful it was and the rooms were so clean and comforting it was a great time we will definitely be back again.

Staff was absolutely wonderful and take care of you like royalty. If you are looking for a good FAMILY STYLE hotel in CO Springs look no further, this is your stop. The building is very well maintained and beautiful, police regularly patrol the area and the officers are extremely kind and helpful. Everything is new and damn near surgery table clean. My only concern and the fallen star was simply because too many homeless people hung around the building for my liking and it made me and a few others uncomfortable, take this with a grain of salt however I don't put a price on safety. The homeless problem is everywhere in this area and every hotel is unfortunately affected by it, However I do feel like more can be done in the way of securing the location and area. You will be safe here however and even for a romantic getaway the view of the mountain is breathtaking, also the hot tub is nicceeeee. See it for yourself, I would DEFINITELY stay again.

This is a great place to stay of you like homeless people. It is one block from the homeless shelter and one block from the blood bank. Great location!

This was one of the most accommodating hotels we have every stayed at. The staff was so friendly and worked with us with rates since we arrived and left at odd hours for our stay. It was so clean! The breakfast was great as well! We will definitely stay with them next time.

Great hotel with huge rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our grand daughter stayed with us while we were in town and the rollaway bed fit fine in the cavernous room. We all enjoyed the indoor pool and the water temperature was perfect. There was a free breakfast every morning. It was just fine. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were large and spacious. The breakfast was good and and had a lot of parking. We will defiantly be staying here again.

Customer service was top notch. Very polite and professional. The room was spotless, and well equipped. Showers we're nice. Breakfast was not bad, but the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, was the fact that they don't offer a day rate. We only needed showers for a few hours, to get kids cleaned up as the RV shower wasn't good enough, and the Park's showers didn't make the wife and kids feel safe. Ended up staying the night as we had to pay for the room.

I stayed here back in April and I love this hotel! My Hisband had just had knee surgery and I had requested a room with a Roll-In shower and they not only gave me a fantastic ADA room but a suite vs. A standard (whoever did that was awesome). It was a corner room on the second floor above the offices. I loved the room as did the husband. Will is tip top with customer service. Since April I have reccomended this hotel to many family and friends. I know many have stayed here and told me great things about the hotel as well. My interactions with Denise, the GM, were great. She was nothing but kind. *Sorry this took so long for me to post guys!

The hotel was a bit more money than I'm normally comfortable paying but it was very nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were great. The continental breakfast was standard fare. Good, centralized location but the room had quite a bit of road noise as it directly next to I-25.

It is a real bummer that I have to rate this hotel so low. The staff is AWESOME. So accommodating. Kara and Will helped us out and they were absolutely amazing. However, management is TERRIBLE. In April, we went to visit the hotel because we wanted to do a room block for our wedding. Will helped us out then, gave us all the information and told us to call Denise the following Monday to set up the block. We did so, and didn't hear back for a week and a half. Her excuse was "I was sick and no one else knows how to do my job. " (Talk about feeling confident with her job security. ) It took us MONTHS to agree to a contract because she kept changing everything, we would ask her to fix one thing and then she would add or take away something else. We argued about the shuttle service for a few days, she said it was cut off at 10pm unless we paid extra, even though we were told it would go until the end of our wedding (12am. ) We decided to hire a private driver for much cheaper. Fast forward to our wedding weekend. MULTIPLE guest were told that the shuttle wouldnt take them to the church for the rehearsal, even though it was listed in our contract. The shuttle also ran until midnight, so we spent money on a driver for nothing. That was more than worth it, however, better communication would be helpful. The biggest thing that upset me was when I booked my room for my bridesmaids, they had told me that both nights would be free because we had so many people stay.

The Holiday Inn Express on Spruce St. In Colorado Springs thanks to the staff was great, the front desk staff was super nice and very helpful, to date the Only Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in that I would recommend because of the staff. (BELIEVE ME I HAVE STAYED AT A LOT OF THEM) We happen to be there when the fallen firefighters wall dedication was happening, all the firefighters were great and had a sense of humor. The women that did breakfast would always set aside 2 coffees and muffins and a banana for me which was top notch. The owner of Holiday Inn should take lessons from this staff on how you treat customers. Don't you think Mr. Spence Wilson?

Newer hotel property that was very clean. Convenient to get to off I-25. All the staff was very polite and courteous. Good selection for the free breakfast as well. Would recommend to other travelers.

Very impressed with our stay. It was the cleanest hotel we had ever stayed at, great breakfast selection, and friendly desk service. It was also very quiet, with a beautiful view behind the parking lot. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Fantastic stay! We had the king room suite, and it was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever seen. Modern, updated hotel with professional front desk staff and an incredible indoor pool and hot tub! Great location. They offer a shuttle to downtown every twenty minutes or so, but we found that it's a cheap uber ride away from local bars and restaurants. Delicious breakfast. Arguably one of the nicest Holiday Inn's I have ever seen!

Hospitality was amazing. Check in was great and check out was even better. I had a 6am flight out so I was leaving the hotel at 4:30 am. The clerk got me hazelnut creamer and a few bananas for the road since I was missing breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable as well.

We stayed here on a whim because our hotel in Denver was up against a train. This hotel was SO nice! The rooms were extremely clean, so big, and the staff was super nice! We were next to the highway which was a tad noisy during the day (which we were usually gone), but at night it was quite so we slept fine. Also the breakfast was so good! We stay in 4 hotels during our trip to Colorado because we wanted to explore and this one by far was the best! I highly recommend it!

The hotel was great. The room has an apartment up (big living/bedroom, kitchen with the sitting bar, two sinks) which is really nice. The back slide door to the gazebo was great. The only concern that I have was the sliding door won't lock properly. Other than that it was a good stay.

Don't stay here. There's a homeless shelter close by that I'm sure has better accommodations. Seriously the hallway had insect repellent powder everywhere. That hid the dirty carpet. The air-conditioning didn't work. Bathroom was subpar. The hotel is split into 2 seperate hotels for no reason makes it confusing to find your room. The smell was odd and dank. TV was huge so they have that going for them.

Clean, well laid out room. Ample parking. Convenient location just off I-25.

Monica was incredibly courteous and helpful! She helped us find great local restaurants, tourist spots, and areas to avoid in town. It is extremely hard to find people of her sincere, genuine, hard working and loyal caliber.

Rachel, Will and Ken were absolutely amazing! I have never had customer service as amazing as this hotel. The room was also so clean. Breakfast was amazing! Thank you so much everyone!

Staff was great and very friendly. They provide a free shuttle to dropoff and pickup downtown. Only negative: the hotel is older and the rooms could use a makeover.

The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. They have a great cancellation policy: cancel before 4 pm on check in day with no fee. The hall, room, and pool were in pretty rough shape. The shower curtain rod was not secured, the carpet felt dingy under bare feet, the ceiling tiles in the pool area were many of them broken or torn. The hot breakfast was pretty good and seemed to be popular with all the guests.

Very nice hotel, room was great, not the best view but didn't spend much time in room. Breakfast is typical HI style, love the gravy! Great location to outdoor areas and downtown.

At first entry, the lobby smelled slightly mildewy. Thought maybe it was just the water feature or the humidity from the pool. The hallway back to our room smelled like burning. The carpets in the walkways and hallways was filthy. The room was dark and humid, which is strange for Colorado. The beds felt like someone had been jumping on them daily for 25 years. The "constant on fan" didn't work, so we ended up downloading a fan app for background noise. The showers… yeah. Don't plan on showering unless you are okay with having the cold water completely quit every couple of minutes… molten lava level of heat. The hair dryer started smoking almost immediately, so thank goodness Colorado is not humid, because my hair didn't get dried prior to leaving. No circulation fan in the bathroom either. Oh, and if the person above us took a shower, sounded like an air raid siren, so that was fun. Yeah. At least there weren't bugs…

Really impressed with the staff here. Super attentive and very friendly. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well appointed. This is the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Big breakfast with lots of options and decent coffee.

This holiday inn express is not in the best neighborhood but it it's self is very nice and clean with a very attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was rather good not just cereal and begals but eggs, bacon, biscuits, fruit, sausage and a cool pancake machine that my kids loved. The rooms were a good size and quiet and clean. Would I stay there again, yes.

Extremely friendly staff, always very clean and welcoming. Close to downtown and easy to access, always have free newspapers and Wi-Fi. Breakfast leaves something to be desired, and the hotel being situated next to the highway makes east-facing rooms a bit annoying. Always my first choice in the Springs!

I was pleasantly impressed by this hotel. Don't let its surroundings fool you. The staff was very friendly, its close to major attractions, and the rooms were comfy. My only complain would be no tub but that would have been a plus. I would stay again.

My wife's Mother is going through health problems her Mother is at Memorial Hospital. When told why our large extended family were in town they gave the whole family a discounted rate on our rooms. Beyond that the GM Denise Galvez contributed a LARGE box of food for us to take to the hospital. Desk clerk Will Sokolove personally offered to drive us to and from the hospital! Very clean rooms and fantastic people! Huge thumbs up to all of you folks. Thanks so much for your kindness.

Front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Room is clean and maintained. Breakfast is great for being free. Parking is easy. Neighborhood leaves a little to be desired.

The staff is so nice. The hotel and our room was is so clean. They upgraded us when we checked in into one of the best rooms and made sure it was facing the mountains (I would suggest requesting that. ) The breakfast every morning is one of the better hotel breakfasts!

Do not check out of this hotel without someone looking at your room with you. My husband and I went to Colorado Springs to stay the night so that in the morning we could go on to see our family near La Junta. We stayed 12/19/15. We got in at almost 8. We chose the hotel because the pool was open until 11 and the man up front said we could swim as late as we wanted. We went to Denny's next door for dinner we came back and went swimming. We got back to our room about 11:40. We both took showers and due to me feeling sick my husband went to the store in the lobby and bought pistachios and almonds to snack on, this was about 2 in the morning. My husband and I don't smoke or do drugs. We drink very rarely. We are what you would call 'a boring couple. ' The next night I was checking our bank and seen the hotel charged us 131.00 and a 250.00 charge. I had my husband call the hotel and the front desk was very rude. The man told my husband that we smoked in the room, that we left it absolutely nasty and at first refused to repeat the managers name. He told my husband there are pictures and that he took them himself. Today the manager talked with my husband and said the executive took pictures but it was her day off and she would not discuss it anymore. She also said that we gave our key out to someone else. This was a learning experience. We are fighting this. I will never check out of any hotel again with out some one viewing the room with me.
