Comfortable, lots of room, quiet, great food.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Room was nice, staff were friendly, and it was easy to get in/out of. Typical Hilton Garden Inn restaurant, food was good and a descent selection of drinks.

Nice clean room and comfortable beds. Was also very quiet. Friendly staff. Would recommend if you need a hotel in the area.

We spent two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn at Colorado Springs. All in all, it was a very nice stay as expected for Hilton. Room was nice and big and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water and pressure. The indoor hot tub was great after a busy day hiking in the mountains. Breakfast was good, though not complimentary and the servers were really friendly. Overall, a real nice stay and would choose this hotel again if visiting Colorado Springs.

My family stayed her for one night. Although none of us were handicapped, we got the room. The room was huge, and there was even a Keurig coffee maker in the room. I went to the pool for a bit, and the atmosphere was very good and the pool was small but still good. After that, I went to the snack shop and asked how much the Life Savers were, and the lady let me have them for free! When I went back to my room, there were kids upstairs above jumping around and I called the front office and told them and it stopped not long after. The beds were also very very comfortable. The breakfast is a bit expensive but it is cook to order. Overall, this hotel is very good for the price and I would definitely recommend coming here if you stay in Colorado Springs!

Nice hotel, clean rooms, and friendly service. Room keys quit working on day two but the app remedied that. Employees were smoking near a side entrance which wasn't pleasant to walk through but they were apologetic. We also did not have enough towels in the room for the number of people we booked which was a small inconvenience. Overall we were satisfied with our stay but a few things could have been changed that would have made it perfect.

Where do I start? We are out here from Virginia for two weeks each month and the whole staff is polite and professional. The food is always on par and the cleanliness of the rooms are great. Jonathan and David were extremely personable and helpful (among the rest of your staff), making our return inevitable. With all of the choices that we have in Colorado Springs, we enjoy the hospitality and the friendliness of the entire staff the most. Thank you and see you next month.

Update to review* I had a very productive conversation with one of the mangers who has purview over customer relations. She addressed my concerns, as voiced below, and very politely apologized for the experience. Additionally, without making an excuse, she explained some of the circumstances that led to everything happening the way it did. I was and am very impressed with the response! Similarly, I am convinced that my experience at this hotel was a freak experience or the perfect storm. Knowing the caliber of management they have at this hotel and how they conduct business, I would stay at this hotel again. _____________________________________________________________________ My worst stay at a Hilton property yet! First and foremost, the property itself is very nice. The staff at the bar, in the kitchen, and the maid staff were extremely friendly and professional. The issue I had was with the front desk staff and their handling of select other guests that were staying at the hotel. During the first two nights of my stay, there was a junior softball tournament in town and a few of the teams were also staring at the Hilton Garden Inn by the airport. From the sounds of it, I had a couple of 12-year olds in the room directly above me. Between the running back and forth, jumping off the bed, and occasional loud yelling, it was difficult to get to sleep at night or stay awake in the morning.

Clean, big rooms and a great breakfast. Great location near the airport and a friendly staff. However very thin walls and very hard bed.

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice staff and great breakfast. I will be in town again next week and will definitely be staying here again. Oh and if military ask about military rates!

Room is clean and we'll layed out. Currently renovating hotel but no disturbance inside. Pool and hot tub are nice and staff are very friendly.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. So, glad they had free airport shuttle. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are very nice, just what you expect from Hilton but the blonde front desk lady, and the older one with brown hair are rude! They should not be front desk receptionist. They look down to the guest. I always stay Hilton but never again will I here.

Pleasantly surprised! A little pricey on the food but the food was pretty good and the service was great. If you are staying at the hotel I recommend at least having dinner one night during your stay.

This is my go to place when I visit Colorado Springs for business. The hotel is clean and we'll maintained. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

If you want to stay at a nice place this is the place to go don't waste your time going to 2 and 3 Star Motels just come here and get it right the first time you won't be disappointed they have a nice hot tub or pool very nice hot breakfast coffee 24 hours a day and we actually have good creamer and natural sugar to like I said come here first don't waste your time going to the cheap places.

Thank you so much David B! He was the customer service agent at the desk that went miles out of his way to assist me. I was originally told by my company that I would be staying at this hotel. However, when I attempted to check in, I did not have any reservations. As luck would have it, David helped me contact numerous hotels in the area. Without his expedient service, I would have spent hours calling around to potential hotels. Thank you so much David!

Convenient location to Peterson AFB. Clean rooms, decent bar and grill.

Non-smoking rooms fill with the smell of cigarettes when guests in other rooms smoke. This has occurred on two separate stays at this hotel. Ash tray living is a fail, otherwise 4 stars.

This place was the Best, from the moment we stepped into the lobby to the time we left. The staff was so beautiful and amazing. We will remember our 43rd anniversary always and forever. Room very nice. Hot tub and pool wonderful. Food amazing! Thank you! The Garcia's.

Great place to stay with family and friends. Very attentative staff at front desk and breakfast staff. We will be back.

Room are well kept and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The fitness center is small and only one of the 2 treadmills was operational. This hotel is a great location if you are doing work at Peterson AFB.

This is a nice hotel and typical for Hilton Garden Inn. It is just outside the airport about a seven Mile drive. The taxi cost $13.20. It is difficult to see from the main road so trust the GPS. There are not any independent restaurants in the area but the hotel restaurant is good. The reason I gave it four stars is that the shuttle quits running at 11:00 pm and my flight arrived at 10:50; thus the taxi ride.

I was only there for a conference lasting 3 hours. Overall, the lobby was clean and nice, and definitely had a higher quality feel to it.

Exellent location! The rooms are very clean and fairly modern. The breakfasts are delicious and the morning staff is friendly. The bar's food is what you'd expect from a Hilton, very typical, but the staff is very good. 10/10 will drink and elevator again.

I think I will I was invited to your establishment by one of your guests I was talking to on an online dating website the guest unfortunaly wouldn't answer the door since I was she dropped off there I sat on the sidewalk until I was too cold I had to go inside I was freezing after sitting there for about 5 minutes the clerk at the desk probably asked me if I was a guest if I was visiting a gift he was very rude and threw me out on the street with no way home no jacket shivering. He said that he had paying guests he had to concern himself with I was sitting there dressed and very nice to Michael Kor jeans and a nice black button-up dress shirt on my computer trying to locate the ride home where is this look like a derelict sitting in your lobby is this how you run your place this is the kind of people you employ wow I think I'd rather stay at a Motel 6

There was blood all over our room. The hotel staff was not too helpful in dealing with this. Also, Pat Victor, the site GM, has yet to make things right. I will be updating this post soon. Worst stay at a Hilton.

Nice Clean rooms, no complementary breakfast, coffee in room taste like how cow hooves smell when my dog chews on them.

Last night we called the reservation number +1 (719) 576-8900 at 7:58 pm and spoke with Sonya and made a reservation for this location for one night. Confirmation # 3365693173. When we arrived at this location, we were told we did not have a reservation at this hotel. I asked if there was any way the reservation staff member could have made the reservation for the other Hilton Garden Inn in Colorado Springs. The young woman behind the desk (sure wish I had her name) called the other location (on Briargate) and told me yes, the reservation was at the Briargate location, about 30 minutes away. So we drove to that location and were once again told we did not have a reservation. At this point I called the reservation line again, got the same staff member (Sonya), and was told by her that my reservation had in fact been made for the Airport location, but she could see that it had been canceled by hotel staff. WTF? I explained all of the above to the staff at the Briargate location, but was told they were full just like the airport location was and there was nothing they could do to get us a room. Thankfully, a staff member at the Briargate location took pity on me and called around and found us a room at the Drury Inn, a completely unrelated hotel. I will leave a review on the Briargate location's page with kudos to this wonderful young man.

This is one of the nicest Hilton's I stayed at. However I recommend staying on the first floor. There is a little bit of noise from the highway when facing it and or elevated high. Food was excellent. Service was excellent.

HUGE, clean room. Staff was efficient and helpful both at check-in and replacing my busted key card. Gym has 2 treadmills and two recumbent bikes, all in good condition. Not much room to use the weights available but the free bottled water makes up for it. Breakfast staff is very good and the omelettes are as good as any diner I've been to. Lots of fresh fruit and other things to eat for breakfast as well. Close to the airport and only about 20 minutes from most restaurants.

Nice clean place. The employees at the front desk were very nice and helpful. They checked us in fast which was really great for us.

Business Trip. Very clean and quiet rooms. Spacious gym. Very close to the airport. The staff is very attentive. The chef came out to ask me how my order came out.

This hotel is very nice. The staff is extremely polite & helpful, the restaurant and bar serves very good food and drink, and the pool and fitness room is also nice. It's not walking distance to downtown but only about a $15.00 Uber ride to downtown. But the hotel is very close to the airport with free shuttle service.

I attended a software preview event at the Hilton Garden Inn on Powers and Astrozon in Colorado Springs this week. The facility was clean and inviting with a slightly upscale decor (more than what I expected). As the meeting began quite early breakfast was served. The food was pretty good, service and presentation were excellent. The only thing that could have been improved was availability of technology. There was no digital presentation equipment built into the room necessitating the use of portable (and not very good) ) equipment.

This hotel is the worst Hilton I've ever been to. I came for a business trip and ended up not getting even an hour of work done because the internet is SO bad. I don't understand how such a nice Hotel could have such poor amenities.

Great hotel, but even AMAZING service! Both Darren and Justin are hands down the exception when it comes to providing excellent customer service. I had an issue with the Hilton property located at 1810 Briargate Pkwy in Colorado Springs, so I came to this Hilton off of Aerotech Drive and the service was night and day! They totally took care of me, made me feel welcomed and so comfortable after my long flight. When I return to CO, I will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 2035 Aerotech Drive simply because of Darren and Justin's great service!

Room was nice enough for how inexpensive it was. Airport shuttle and proximity to the airport is convenient. Shuttle stops running at 11pm. Next time I'll get a better room for cheaper downtown and take an uber/cab.

Very helpful staff, clean and well maintained rooms. The dining room service for breakfast was a little off, but quick food, which is what I needed.

Decent sized rooms with what you would expect in a place to stay. They have a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast, but it is an extra cost. The rate and proximity to the things I needed made this place a good stay.

Decent, clean room, friendly staff. Workout area was smaller than I expected, but better than nothing. On-site hot tub is a plus. Wouldn't mind staying again, but if you arrive late in the evening finding parking in the lot may be difficult.

Stayed here one night, which would've been two weeks, if one of the staff members hadn't put a hold of $55 on my account without cause or explanation. Dinner (crispy salmon) was overpriced and overcooked. Staff was extremely rude.

Average hotel, food poor, they lie about breakfast cooked to order. When I arrived as hhonors gold member, they had no reservation for me, I gave them conf #, told them I had even checked in online and had chosen my room number, they said someone else had that conf # and was IN THE ROOM NUMBER I HAD BOOKED! Let's just say it all went downhill from there. Stay anywhere else in Colorado Springs of possible.

Please see my full experience of this property on TripAdvisor. Simple stated, it was an awful experience and if you do get unlucky enough to stay here DO NOT EAT at the property. Service was horrific, and then we got food poisoning from it. I am a frequent traveler and a silver HHonors member, and this was by far the worst property I have ever stayed at. There are at least 3 hotels within a block of this property, I would try them instead.

Internet was slow and unusable.

I called to inquire about special military rates for parents traveling to welcome their soldiers home from Afghanistan. I didn't expect to get one, just asked if they offered one. The woman told me "yes" then put me on hold for 10 minutes so she could confirm the rate. She came back with a rate that was actually $3 more than the published rate. When I asked about that, she said the published rate was changing at midnight to the rate she just gave me. So I asked "so you don't actually provide special rates for military families that are not DoD card holders? " (the exact way I asked the question in the first place). She answered "we do offer a special rate, it's $87. " My reply: "but that's the same as the published rate, so you don't actually. " Hers: "No, we don't. " I don't care if you don't offer a discount, nor do I expect one. But I do care if you lie and say you extend special rates when you don't, especially because your competitors (Homewood Suites and Fairfield Inn) actually do support military families with a substantial discount.

Horrible, woke up sweating two nights in a row. The owner of this hotel is more concerned with bottom dollar than customer service. My wife is sick because the AC was not working correctly. They cut corners like you would not believe. Water savers in the showers. You can not put the AC below 68 degrees and it does a horrible job even when it does work. All other Hilton chains are great except this one. They have so gone down hill. Last year I would have been singing a different tune, but now because of them my wife (who has cancer and I could not even get a break. ) We just wanted a break, battling cancer, stress, and etc. Is that to much to ask? Breakfast was horrible, fruit was left to sit out, chef on the weekend was lazy leaving everything all greasy. This place used to be good but not anymore. I encourage you not to stay here, the one on Brairgate is awesome. Embassy Suites off of Woodman is also great as for this one. BAD, so much as I had to take off work to pick my wife up and take her home bad. They are not a 3 diamond hotel by any means. I hope Hilton takes away their status because they really need it done. Even an enlisted soldier I randomly asked about it also said they have gone down in quality here. (On the AC thing you can set the temp to 60 on the brairgate Hilton Garden and Embassy Suites. ).

Basically, the manager here should be fired. What manager goes out of their way to attempt to embarass a customer when they themselves are in the wrong?! She even had the audacity to call me to apologize for her actions when I got to my room. Luckily my HHonors rep was able to get me transferred to a different property so that I didn't have to deal with her again. Everyone else was very polite. Just seemed like the manager was a bit strung out and couldn't control herself.
