They refused to honor my existing reservation for the price I booked it at! AVOID!

Good stay. The man behind the desk was very nice and when the Wi-Fi didn’t work he went up and reset the router without complaint, and it worked great after this. People expect this to be q.

Website says outdoor pool. There isn't one. If you need a good supportive mattress, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, if you're just spending the night & running out the next morning this is the perfect spot for the price. Clean & all the basics — micro/frig/blow dryer/coffee maker/small comp breakfast without the cooked foods-eggs, bacon etc.

Staff was extremely helpful getting our new reservation and meeting my families needs. As well as being so pleasant and helpful, especially with our crews 7 children. All with it being a holiday week! Great price.

No elevator. A/C didn't work. Wi-Fi didn't work. Room smaller than average. Room was clean enough, and bed was fine. Fridge is large and nice. Coffee maker and microwave in room (but no iron). Staff are courteous. Breakfast is continental + waffle maker (no meats). Overall, hotel is overpriced and below Microtel standards.

It's great. The staff was friendly and I was able to check-in early. Room was clean and has no smells. There's endless food options on the same road as the hotel, but no delivery. It's as basic as you can get but up to that standard of quality to make this place a deal.

We did not have a good experience staying here this year. The heater was broke in the pool and hot tub, the Wi-Fi was not working, our bathroom had a bit of mold on the wall, the tile on the floor was cracked and the trim had a horrible patch job.

We stayed here on our road trip from Utah to Nebraska and I am glad we only had to stay one night. The woman attending the reception desk admitted it was her first day on the job and it was very apparent. I waited 30 minutes while she struggled to check another guest into their room and then it took her at least 60 minutes to reserve a room for us and get us keys. Then she charged me for the room twice! She reassured me that she refunded one of the charges but due to her incompetence up to that point I was concerned that she did it correctly and I would get my money back. Soon after we got to our room we learned that there was no hot water due to a broken water heater. I felt that the receptionist probably knew about the broken water heater when I reserved the room but she did not say anything about it. I am surprised that this happened at a Wyndham property as Wyndham is a recognized and respected brand.

Clean, reasonable price, very nice staff. I would recommend this hotel. Very pleased.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast waffle maker was sticking waffles. OJ was good. Coffee and Apple juice were good too. Make pet friendly.

Horrible customer seevice. Over charged and took forever for a refund. Uneducated people. Smells like a nursing home. Bagels were rock hard at breakfast. Great pool though.

As you can see clearly by the photos we were EXTREMELY disappointed with this hotel! Upon arrival we inspected the room in which the sheets had holes in them and when we requested that the sheets be changed when we returned very late back to the room the sheets were changed but it looked liked they got them out of the dirty laundry basket! Also someone left a used water bottle in the bathroom AND no bedding for the pull out couch! I had requested that the room be cleaned properly and extra bedding when I booked the room. We paid over $90 for this so called suite and when I asked the manager for some sort of a discount because of all the issues she said she would be in contact with me and I have never heard back! Very disgusted with this hotel that used to be very clean but is now run down and filthy!

Helpful and nice night staff. However, fix the hot tub. It was way too hot, lukewarm or broken. Way too much chlorine. Trash under the beds from previous guests. Broken tiles in the bathroom.

When we arrived, I asked the front desk if the room was ready, she stated it was, and I asked if the hot tub worked, because every hotel it seems hot tubs don't like to work, and she stated yes. Get in the room, garbage under the bed in plain view, the mirrors were hazy and smeared, the beds were thrown together not really made, and the drawers were broke. The hot tub worked for 40 minutes then broke. The staff weren't great, rooms sucked, and pool was gross. Only 2 stars cause of location.

This place has hookers doing business and if you leave the staff and worse manager will make new key card and lock you out of your own room. Trashy place rooms are patches on wall's tub too and they leave drugs dirty needles. Ask for manager return call nothing.

My two-year-old son fell out of second-story window. Staff had left the window open and the screen was faulty, it did not stay in place as it did in any of the other rooms I checked. The Manager seemed more concerned about making it seem like it was all ok so she would not get the blame, even before paramedics were done checking over my son, she kept saying that's how windows are supposed to be. I think it was only the look I gave her while she said those things that made her thing maybe she should apologize for the terrible thing that just happened. The lady at the front desk was a lot more concerned and trying to help wherever she could she apologized many times and felt very bad.

The bathtub was pluged and there was no toilet paper the microwave mad noises all night front desk didnt do anything to make things better we didnt even get a full roll of tolietpaper for the price I thought this place was gnna be alot nicer but ive stayed at way better for way cheaper this place is a big disappointment I dont recommend this place to anyone AWFUL PLACE DONT COME HERE.

Great place to stay with the family. Friendly staff and clean good sized rooms. Pool and hot tub we have always enjoyed.

Staying for month in apartment. Most of staff very friendly. Manager tends to forget day to day her promises. Got very upset after two we asked for new sheets and vacuum. No housekeeping is provided. Manager seems to like to run your life or threatens to kick you out. Since moving our pay was lost in mail. Credit card was on file. We did not complain about anything until she informed me how disappointed she was with us. When I asked to speak to owner she ruffly told me "NO" After she blamed us for being behind on paperwork. Accused us of smoking and mind you its a $200.00 fine. I do smoke in my car and I apologized for the smell. Used scentsies to help freshen she complained about that. Caution when staying here your not a guest your a puppet that she wants to control. Consyruction and hunters can smoke all over building and grounds. Pot is being done. Craziness. If not for no other place to stay we would have left for simple fact she is very disrespectful.

Stopped off on our way to Estes Park. Everything was fine except the hot tub was luke warm at best. We were somewhat prepared for something like that because the reviews sited hot tub problems alot. Otherwise everything was fine.

Really clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is just so so and the coffee is not very good Bed was very comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. .

We have stayed here twice in the past few months. Pros: Nice and convenient off and on interstate. Carlos was very courteous and helpful. Good price. Cons: Don't let them put you in room 127 as one wall backs is adjacent to the stairwell. Every time someone goes up or down the stairs the wall shakes and is quite noisy. No elevator so everyone on the second floor uses the stairs. OK breakfast. Nothing fancy.

Staff was nice but the entire building did not feel clean. Bugs and litter in hallway, stains on bedding, old food left in refigerator, dirty carpet, murky pool water and cockroach in out-of-service hot tub.

Small rooms for a decent price. Breakfast was run of the mill choices but was very sparse. The landscape needs some major work. I give 4 stars because of the warm welcome we received from Carlos.

Everything basically worked fine. The breakfast was okay, and checking in was easy. One of the lights behind the bed was constantly flickering though. In the end, you get what you paid for, and this is a good stay for people on a budget.

This place is easy on and off the highway. But managers… start with the parking lot pick up the cigarettes and clean up the trash. If we were not exhausted I would have turned around. The snow shovel and salt are still sitting in the entrance. The place needs some serious deep cleaning. Get rid of the wallpaper boarders and paint. We decided to forgo the free breakfast. The tiny pool seemed ok.

It was a very nice hotel. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, they had directTV so they had a nice selection of TV channels, breakfast was good not a big selection but was good. Good rate for the 2 queen beds we had. We were happy with our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice enough, but I wouldn't recommend staying more than a night or two. Rooms were nice as can be expected at a cheap hotel in a small town.

I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel if other options are available. We booked our room 3 months prior to our stay and were promised two queen beds for one night of our stay and one queen bed and a roll away bed for the other. We ended up getting one full sized bed for 3 people. It's dirty on top of that with no breakfast options hardly at all! Was not impressed.

First week laundry out of order, 2nd week exercise facility closed being used for storage. No regular housekeeping schedule. Hot tub out of order.

Arrived with my wife and daughter. Hotel policy information specifically stated requests for double bed would depend on availability. Instead I was told I had to fork over $20 for a room with two beds. What a shame! Food is also horrible, would recommend you stay somewhere else. Bad customer service, dirty, stinky hallways. Disgusting!

I was actually working and got called to the hotel for a call but the receptionist was very helpful and polite.

Good hotel clean decent beds. Had a issue with billing called in and they fixed issue. Will stay again.

I forgot at the hotel my ipad. Staff promised to bring it back and did not make it.

Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was not so pleasant via phone conversation, but much better in person. Took the room since all other hotels in Bluff and Fort Morgan were booked. Would have rather stayed elsewhere, but no choices left. Breakfast was sufficient Did not try out the pool area. Not pet friendly. $200 charge if un-declared dog found. Could be pet friendly, had plenty of grassy, walking area for pet owners.

Help, we got Bed Bugs! I am scared to take any of my suitcases home now. Both my boyfriend and I woke up with bites all over us. I can't believe our vacation is ruined. Even my head is itching, I wonder if I got headlice also.

Business travelers rely on internet service like horses rely on water. Today, most people require reliable and good quality internet service. When a hotel hangs a large banner on the side of the building advertising free, high speed internet, it's reasonable for guests to assume it's available. Not so here. When the wireless didn't work, hotel staff said, in so many words, tough luck. They told me to try in the lobby. I asked if they would be kind enough to reboot the modem, they declined. I asked to speak to the manager or owner, as I assumed a knowledgeable person would know how easy this is to do and walk staff through the process. Nope. "We have this problem all the time and the manager says try in the lobby. " If my toilet does not work, I supose they would also direct me to the lobby restroom. In any case, it didn't work in the lobby either and I had to go to MacDonalds. At least this chain is reliable. Microtel is not.

Myself my sister and daughter stayed here, very nice clean quite place. The folks running the place went above and beyond the call, made you fill like you were in a Bed & Breakfast. We stayed at the Best Western in Sterling the next night WHAT A MISTAKE if I had not been so tired. We would have driven the 30 miles back to Brush. To stay at the Microtel! We will stay there both days next year, during sugar beet days.
