I was just there for a conference. The staff was the most friendly and helpful I have ever experienced! In addition to the major things it’s also the little things like the flavored water and constant cookies being available in the main lobby. The chef prepared a delicious lunch for 600+ people and that red velvet cake dessert…. 😋. My room was lovely but I think all the heat from the lower floors made my 11th floor room too warm for me and I couldn’t cool it down. Bed was super comfy. The Tap Room food and staff were top notch! Soooo friendly and the food yummy. I should hav stayed a couple extra days.

Omni had a lovely outside venue for a Wedding I attend d. With the service of a great staff with beautiful views, the next was a hit!

Seems as if the hotel was built in the 80s/90s and not updated since. Staff is excellent and friendly but building needs upgrades. Dirty bathrooms, dirty kleenex holders, etc. The pool bar is not open that often which is frustrating if you’re here to relax and have drinks by the pool. Ended up going to Walmart and buying drinks to have. The pool is very warm and nice but needs a bit of cleaning. Overall family friendly but not sure I would come here again.

The Omni is our absolute favorite place to come, even as locals. It’s our home away from home when I need to relax. The staff is so amazing and accommodating.

What you get for 174 a night at the Omni nothing. First time staying there this past weekend no room service which was fine but you have to put your trash in hallway to be picked up. Requested no clean but fresh towels unable to do that. Got doubled charged and cancelled my reservation after I paid with a gift card and credit card. Pool is set on app only time and good luck getting unable to reserve for two days yes they had times for Sunday but we were leaving. Unable to dine due to long waits and grab and go food. Rooms were small no extra accommodation or frills that I was expecting for paying that much for a room. And to top it off the front desk were rude and never offered an apology. To be honest I should have stayed at a Marriott like we normally do and we get way better service but I wanted this weekend with my daughter to be special and special it was not. I understand right now with COVID-19 some things have to change but come on if you charge those prices at least try to continue with the same standards before the pandemic. Beware go somewhere else do not stay with them.

We decided to stay at the Omni due to reviews online stating that there was excellent service and overall a wonderful place to stay. Apparently that was before the pandemic. The abuse of the pandemic is shameful, room service is not available, even though that could be done contactless so there’s absolutely no excuse for it to be unavailable. Valet was also unavailable even though at a hotel in Boulder where we had brunch they had valet for free, didn’t seem to affect them. We attempted to eat dinner in the restaurant, there were no tables available in the restaurant so we were directed to the patio by a server. After 20 minutes of waiting to be served we decided to leave and go eat somewhere where we were not ignored. I took my concerns to the front desk where I received no apology, no attempts to make it better. We were then woken up the next morning at 8:30 AM by a maid and then again at 9 AM by the same maid. I have not slept in in over two years due to our baby being born so I did not appreciate being woken up twice. We then headed down for breakfast only to discover there was no breakfast, there was a “grab and go option” however it wasn’t ready it wouldn’t be ready until an hour later. We decided to have breakfast delivered strangely DoorDash seems to deliver food but your room service does not. We then attempted to go to the pool to find out it had to be done by reservation, couldn’t get a reservation for the times we wanted, so we went with what was available.

Stayed 2 nights for a conference. Staff is phenomenal. I felt like I was treated at a 5-star hotel. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties, and would like to send EVERY one of the Hilton people I've dealt with to Omni Interlocken for customer service training. Room (Suite on 11th) is a bit dated and dark, but fresh ice was in the bucket when I walked in, and the bed was already turned down when I jumped in. Comfortable, down pillows, quite clean and spacious. Robes provided. Thanks for the nice stay, Omni.

The only complaint was one of the conference meals was sketchy at best. $40 + for a salad (On a salad plate) with tuna on the side (straight from can) with a bowl of mayo. Pretty shocking for a resort of this quality. Good thing the guest speaker was great.

My husband and I are repeaters since 2012. Since under new property owners, lots of changes not so favorable (shuttle, spa personnel, Thanksgiving day Brunch setup even though the food was fabulous, snow removal). The staff was great, very nice and cordial. Would love to see more experienced room service. We plan on coming back 2020 to see if these areas are addressed.

I only got to spend one night here but I wish I could’ve been many more the staff was incredibly friendly and it was like making a whole bunch of new friends you’ll find this place exceptionally comfortable very pleasant and just like me you’ll regret leaving it.

Such a wonderful hotel! They were so great to my daughter. She’s 3 years old and got a complementary goodie bag at the front desk during check in and then room service brought her a cookie bigger than her face and a bottle of milk! Pool feels great. Hot tub feels better. So clean and so updated. How wonderful! I recommend highly ❤️

Hotel was beautiful. Food and poolside service was great. The shuttle and recommended restaurants and attractions were enough to make me want to book again. Jake, our driver, had amazing suggestions from food to hiking trails. Our stay did not disappoint and we look forward to planning another trip here next year to explore more of what Boulder has to offer!

Beautiful place. Bar was great has 2 pool tables. Breakfast buffet was awesome! Lots of unique choices. The pool tiles were very grungy and chipped, made the pool seem dirty. That needs an upgrade but otherwise it was a nice area.

The Omni was fabulous. All of the staff was cheerful and helpful. They allowed us to have our dog and wow! It was so great. We didn’t get to visit the pool but everything was luxurious and relaxing. Great stay.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful and clean pool area with hot tub. The spa looks amazing. This place is huge. The views of the mountains are past the parking lot but definitely worth it. We will probably stay again at any Omni. The experience we had was good. The service was great and the customer service was friendly and inviting! Everyone was so friendly! Loves it!

We stayed here last year for a "stay-cation" and we had such a good time we came back this year! We are going to make it a yearly thing every summer. The pool is fantastic! You feel like your not even near Denver. They have amazing views of the mountains also. Very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location between Denver and Boulder. Highly recommend for families. They are great with kids here. All day crafts and activities, cookies and milk delivered to room at night etc.

I chose the Omni Interlocken for an extended family reunion after an extensive Internet search. The rooms were affordable and the amenities surpassed other nearby offerings. Upon arrival I was thrilled to find that everything exceeded my expectations. There were many places to gather on site and the location is perfect for easy access to Boulder, Denver and the mountains. The staff was very welcoming. Thanks for a memorable event!

Great space for meetings, seminars, workshops, and events. The management team and staff here were absolutely phenomenal at supporting my event. Carli, Don, Matt, and Garrett were on top of their game to provide phenomenal customer service during The Powerful Man Blueprint Seminar I was leading. They were always there within a couple of minutes if we had a question or request. They definitely earned my future business. Thank you!

We love the Omni experience. The staff has always been friendly, and eager to help. The pool staff, specifically, are great with young kids, and arrange poolside activities during the summer. For the price, we couldn’t imagine a more all-in-one experience. The Omni is at the top of the list for our Denver trips.

We loved our stay at the Omni Interloken. It sits up high with green all around. We were in town for our granddaughter's graduation and loved the close proximity to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having the restaurant there for breakfast dining was great. Will return again and again.

A great resort for vacation. Courteous staff, excellent pool area and we loved taking the shuttle to near-by facilities. Enjoyed drinks and food at the pool. Loved that their were daily hikes posted. Close to Denver and Boulder.

For the price it's one of the best hotels between Boulder and Denver. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent lobby and amenities, and pretty decent food (but not exceptional). I personally believe it's the best value in the area even though it's not centrally located in either Denver or Boulder. Essentially, it's a happy medium between the two location-wise so if you are visiting and considering a stay here you will need to rent a car to get around.

Nice hotel in very close proximity to a lot of local restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not use any of the spa or resort services on this visit so I cannot comment, but they looked very nice.

I had a wonderful stay last week. I had an allergic reaction during my stay and the management opened up the gift shop and delivered meds up to my room at 1am. They were wonderful! The pool was kid friendly, warm and the pool drinks were amazing. They had a scheduling conflict during a spa appt and they took care of the facial. I can't wait to stay there again.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff. Warm setting but a bit outdated. We enjoyed the very nice free pool tables in The Tap, however the food there and for room service was not that great. We had 5 entrees during our stay and they all left something to be desired. The room was average for a hotel like the Omni, but our bathroom fan didn't work at all. We extended our stay by a night but the front desk failed to coordinate with housekeeping so they tried to chase us out at checkout time despite the privacy sign. I would have rated a 2.5, but I'll bump it to 3 because we got such a great deal on the two nights ($180 for two nights on Hotwire when rack rate per night is $200+). If you just need a place to crash, won't be spending a lot of time on site, and want an upscale hotel that you can probably get for a good deal, go for the Omni Interlocken.

Such a beautiful little getaway. Despite being directly above a bustling shopping center, the hotel manages to create an oasis on the opposite side that is pure resort. With tiered patio seating, bonfires, multiple pools with stairs and curved ramps that let you stroll back easily to either the ground or first floor, and a large open sided pavilion, the hotel provides lovely spots for brunch, evening chats, cozy get-togethers or large events. The hotel itself and its grounds are kept spotlessly clean and their design is classic and beautiful. Many services on site, of which I'll have to take greater advantage when not engaged in a conference. Very pleasant, professional staff also made this a great experience. We will find reasons to return when not attending a business function.

Put it is a very quiet place has of all gym spa Bar Golf pool and many restaurant and many things beautiful view of the mountains.

Comfortable facility. Lobby furnishings need to be updated as well as the lamps in the room to accommodate phone chargers, computers, cpap machine. I was glad we had extension cords. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows and towels were better quality. I felt the meeting rooms were too small for our breakout sessions. Staff was very nice.

This review is for the Meritage restaurant. My wife and I discovered this restaurant years ago. It was our favorite date night spot for a couple of years. We love the atmosphere and the food WAS amazing. However, over the last three years the quality of the food has taken a serious dive. I really hope the management reads this, takes it to heart and changes. This place was THE BEST grown-up date place but now it's just not worth the $$ we will drive from Thornton to Estes now for what this place used to offer. So sad.

Pleasant — nice restaurant. Need better Cell phone repeater system. Otherwise good location for conferences. It was cold & snowy when I visited — but the Hotel's Golf Course looked nice. More importantly — the mountains in background is beautiful.

Room was perfect; I was lucky to get one with gorgeous view of snow covered Rockies. Staff very friendly & personable. Tap Room food very good and really reasonably priced. Overall, really great hotel!

We had read a few negative reviews but we decided to take a chance and stay here anyway. So glad we did. The room was plenty spacious with everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely will stay here again!

Big resort hotel, full service everything. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. They have big ball rooms so they host a lot of events. May want to call if that type of crowd would have an impact on your stay, didn't bother me, but I could tell a golf couple was a little flustered with a trade association hosting about 300 people was impacting their quiet enjoyment of the lobby because it was crowded. I have spent about 12 days there over the last five months and plan to return as the spring greenery shows up.

Attended a conference and was met with great service from the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating during the two day event. Their taproom had delicious food that paired well with craft meads and beers. The ribs and the biscuits are worth the price. Overall, it was an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone coming to Colorado.

The hotel staff was great, the young lady at the front desk was very nice. However, the restaurant server and manager were rude and service was horrible. The manager actually rolled her eyes at us and shook her head. We had to constantly call the waitress over because she never checked on us for drink refills. I was considering going to their 303 party but after last night NO WAY! Stay at the hotel, but for food and drinks go elsewhere!

Beautiful landscape surrounding the hotel, hotel was grand and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and wonderfully furnished. The option of room service from 2 different restaurants was great (and the 24 hour room service didn't hurt). Only 2 complaints: there are no vending machines and no on-site laundry service or laundromat.

We stayed here last week. Checked in Sunday evening and checked Wednesday morning. This stay was just overnight. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The beds and linens were above average. I like an extra soft mattress, so I am never the best judge of how comfy the bed is. On one bedside there was a small power strip on the side of the night table, but on the other, there was no plug at all. Luckily, I brought a power strip with me. The bathroom was well stocked. We did have issues with the water temperature. One day it was way too hot and others it was difficult to keep it warm enough. The lighting was good for doing my makeup. The exercise room is one of the nicer ones I've used. I loved the weight selections, the space to do my cardio kickboxing workout, and that it is opened 24 hrs. They did have a variety of workout machines, but I didn't check those out. For both stays; we ordered room service. The food arrived as ordered, hot, and with the necessary accouterments. The food was delicious, but last night both my husband and I spent a lot of time using the facilities throughout the night. I wish we had a chance to use the spa. Maybe next time.

Location is close to shopping. There was no mini fridge so we had to pay extra for one. The fridge they gave us was dirty. The hot tub was under construction and we we're not warned on the website, so that was disappointing. We left for the day, and no had cleaned our room. In two hours they had only cleaned 4 doors down and never came to our room. For the price, I felt it was a little disappointing. I would have rather gone to a Marriott.

The hotel is modern the pool is quality all year the room we touched was not as clean as I would have liked.

I was EXTREMELY Disappointed! We paid a pretty penny for our room and when we got there they tried to raise the price AFTER we had already paid online. Once we FIANLLY settled that we go up to our room. The first thing that we notice is The entire room smells like cigarettes, and there are stains on the bed. We brought drinks so we went to put them in the fridge. It was locked, so I Called Down to have someone to unlock it and they say that I have to pay extra for the fridge $10 a day. We are so exhausted at this point we just say fine (even though it’s ridiculous) We go to look at the “balcony” (the 2 feet of cement coming off of you room) and there’s a bottle full of chew spit and cigarette butts! I was not paying that price to stay in a mediocre hotel! We went down immediately to the front desk where the manager was very understanding and we went else where. They are supposed to refund us 72 hours I’ll update this post when it happens.

Top of the line. The great campus! We like the location of the Westminster or the Renaissance just slightly better, but not a big deal. Especially if you're not walking to anywhere. Still a lot of places within walking distance. This is truly a top-of-the-line Hotel. Seriously, well just a little older, just all excellent.

I had the best stay at the Omni! I had a really bad day & the customer service turned that around. I ordered room service & they sent me a note to have a better day & a free desert a hour later they called to make sure I was feeling better. Thank you to all the staff for going above & beyond and making my night. If you want to experience a top of the line service where the staff actually cares & don’t let me forget to mention the beds are amazing! ’

I was attending a holiday party in one of their ball rooms. They catered and decorated the event. The presentation and food was even better than the same event, last year. Staff was friendly and the facilities were pretty clean. I always enjoy returning to this hotel.

Extremely clean, front desk people were very polite and helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel. In addition I'd recommend a shuttle for conferences to the 1st bank arena when the world wide group convention is in Denver. It be very helpful and useful. It would be very awesome if that were an option. Other then that, I enjoyed my stay.

They're pools and hot tubs close at 11pm! I find that to be a tragedy because when we came on our honeymoon in 2015 and they were 24 hours (or we literally just shouldn't have been in the pool, oops). This is a really nice location, professional staff, and 4 star amenities. Also, we came for our 2 year anniversary in September 2017 and they upgraded us to mountain facing. I really like this place and will continue to come back for a peaceful getaway.

The staff was extremely welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were comfortable. They also have a restaurant with very good food within the building, and a separate bar. I stayed one night for a professional event, but would consider this hotel again for a future vacation.

Great service from the front desk. Rooms have spectacular views. Clean, spacious and well laid out. Greeted at my room upon check in with a bag of ice and bottled water. Meeting space was a bit dated, but functional. Staff was very helpful.

I love the Omni. We go to breakfast there and it's beautiful around there. There are are windows all the way across and fireplace, a plentiful buffet and attentive wait staff. What a nice way to have a relaxing breakfast. After breakfast go for a little walk around the place, because it's gorgeous. Hi palatial ceilings with architectural details, giant paintings and artwork, big stone floors, and then a large area that resembles a study off to one side with another giant fireplace. And that's just the inside. They have two big swimming pools Plus a waterfall that goes into a little pond. You can sit out there at night and have drinks or bar food and the bar food is really really good there. I went and stayed there once and they upgraded my room and I went downstairs to their spa and had a massage. What's not to like about this place? Even the price is reasonable compared to other places you might go with these kinds of amenities. But the best thing about it for us is that in 10 minutes we can be there and have a great breakfast and if you get there before 9 a. M. The buffet is less expensive.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. There service is horrible. We confirmed a room with a balcony, and arrive to a room with no balcony and a window that wouldn't close all the way. We were then moved to a different room. Definitely something you don't want to deal with on the first two days of your vacation. A free breakfast is not included. The rooms did not feel very luxurious. It was a more old fashioned shower/tub combo and bathrooms were very small. It does have a beautiful view. That is about the only plus. Would definitely recommend a traditional hotel room.

Stayed here in June and I must say that the staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was comfortable and it was nice to be able to relax by the pool. Since the hotel is about 1/2 way between Denver and Boulder, it was a good place to stay after our visit to Rocky Mountain Natl Park before leaving the next day for the airport. The hotel is convenient to shopping, restaurants and the freeway as well.

Came here for a staycation in celebration of my birthday. I have been impressed since we arrived. Great staff, fantastic amenities and plenty to do. Pool area was crowded but comfortable and had poolside service. Spa was amazing. Meals have been surprisingly good. We'll definitely be back!

The people who work there are great friendly and polite. The pool is clean and well kept. The tavern restaurant was pub like but the food was good, except twice they ran out of a vodka the offered me for my martini and they ran out of vanilla ice cream. Our waitress tabitha was great and we really enjoyed her she made us feel welcome.
Now for the bad the room was very out dated and needed a serious redo the bed was lumpy, and the comforter and pillows look like they had been there forever with pulls of thread. I really think for the price I payed I did not get what should have been expected.

So peaceful! Other guests seem to be very respectful when moving through corridors. The drapes are heavy enough to block out most natural light, and the a/c is whisper quiet. The beds are delightfully comfy and the linens are perfectly complimentary. Best sleep I've had in ages!

Rooms are very nice with comfortable bed. Service has been exceptional, even after there was a water glitch for a few hours (water had to be turned off). As a result of water problem, the manager offered us complementary breakfast. Workout facility was extremely nice, including a nice mix of free weights with machines. There are multiple pools and a hot tub. Since the weather was still cool out, the pool further out was a bit too cool (not sure if it is heated). The other pool closer in was nice and warm. Overall, great facility, room and service. I highly recommend it.
