LUCKY FOR US all Loveland hotels were booked so we stayed in the guest room above the garages and it was wonderful! We had our own kitchen, living room, TV and deck. There are 2 rooms with queen beds that are firm but soft and very nice! Loved the privacy and the home cooked breakfast! WAY BETTER THAN A HOTEL!

We just returned home from a lovely two-night stay. We'd traveled to Ft Collins for a family wedding and had decided to stay in the area for a few more days, and are so glad we stumbled over the Inn! Beautiful, welcoming, very comfortable room. Breakfast was phenomenal, including tenderloin steak medallions and a green chile (egg) pie. We relaxed both evenings on the side porch over the lovely grounds and water features. There's not much else in Berthoud, but it's a short drive to Loveland or Longmont for restaurants, etc. Hit the spot!

Fantastic night! love the atmosphere the bed was very comfortable, had all the hot water I needed to relax, there's a great big deck and out door area to enjoy with a waterfall and some old trees from 1800s, front area has parking and the Gas station and market place are close by The BEST BREAKFAST (3COURSE) THERES A COMMUNITY TV! GO HAVE FUN THANKS MARK.

This place is amazing! We stayed here for a weekend while my husband attended an event in town. The inn is right off of Main Street, so it's very easy to get around. We stayed in the Egyptian room, which is an open floor room downstairs. It has a whirlpool tub with an extendable shower head, which we greatly enjoyed. The room clearly had quite a bit of thought put into it, as there are many Egyptian-themed touches around the room. Breakfast is served as a group event every morning. The food is beyond delicious, and we were absolutely floored by the quality. There's a nice garden that can be accessed through the breakfast room, and we enjoyed tea on the patio before breakfast. The gardens are well kept, and when we went (June) there were many varieties of flowers. The house appears well maintained. Mark is what really makes this place shine though — — he's friendly and welcoming, almost as if you're family. Even though we within an hour from here, we're likely to make a trip here again, as we loved being here!

Very cute bed and breakfast! My wife and I stayed in the Egyptian room which was beautifully decorated. The walls are painted to resemble the inside of a pyramid and the room had many items to homage ancient Egypt.

Stayed here for 4 nights during the 6th Annual Hops and Harley festival in Fickel Park. Everything from excellent directions, a warm welcome and a speedy checkout was wonderful. This beautiful 1888 Inn offers 7 uniquely themed and intricately decorated rooms adding to the charm of this Victorian masterpiece. I stayed in the Asian room overlooking the beautiful garden and fountains, and enjoyed the best breakfasts I have ever had. Prepared by Innkeeper Mark and his extremely accommodating staff, every possible attention to detail was served with the freshest and finest ingredients. Even personal dietary restrictions were graciously attended to. All guests with our group were completely satisfied and many already have plans to return next year. I highly recommend staying at this memorable Inn.

We had the pleasure of staying at Berthoud Inn 3 nights. Mark is an awesome host and chef. We have stayed at B&B for 35 plus yrs and never had breakfasts as Mark prepared; better than any resort or fine hotel. The ground are immaculate with beauty of flowers and water fountains and pond. The rooms are beautiful too. We will be back!

Historic home. Large rooms furnished with period furniture. Wallpaper by its self is interesting. Each room is different. Breakfast was a feast. Owner has 31 years experience in restaurant business in Denver.

Just stayed here over the weekend with my husband. What an adorable, clean, and cozy place! Mark was great — he cooked up the best breakfasts we've ever had (no joke! ). It was awesome to come back to this place after our adventures during the day. We will be returning and bringing friends. This place is a gem.

This is my 3rd bed and breakfast iv stayed in this year. And this was by far the best breakfast iv had out of the 3! A 3 course breakfast that will blow your mind!

My stay at the Inn was fantastic! The property is beautiful and well kept with a porch and comfy seating to enjoy the various fountains, waterfalls, and floral gardens. The squirrels provide some extra entertainment as they chase each other around. The breakfasts are unbelievable. French cut pork chops with glaze, sauteed mushrooms, cheesy home fries, scrambled eggs, raisin toast with hot pepper jam, fresh fruit and cream, and finally a cherry twist pastry with ice cream. That is just one meal! I will definitely make this my stay of choice whenever I am in Berthoud.

The place is excellent! Service, accommodations and friendly service. Can't wait to return.

We really, really enjoyed our stay here. The house is gorgeous, we stayed in the French room with the round bed, which was fun. I loved the homemade soaps, made locally. But the best thing was the food. I don't know if Mark has a culinary background, but breakfast was a masterpiece both mornings we were there — just amazing. And then, after we returned home, my husband discovered he was missing a shirt and couldn't figure out where he left it, since we'd stayed at a few places. A few days later it came in the mail with note from Mark. Very thoughtful of him to send it back. This is a great place to stay if you want to spend time in the mountains. Why stay in a regular hotel when you can get a gourmet breakfast and such a beautiful house?

The Berthoud Inn, is a very well kept B&B. The whole place is in great repair, and it is landscaped beautifully. My wife and I have stayed here twice, once for our wedding (which was also here) 5 years ago, and this past weekend. All the rooms are uniquely decorated from each other. Mark is a very hospitable inn keeper, and you will start your morning off with a unique freshly cooked breakfast.

A true b&b for those interested. The owners definitely put their heart into making this an experience. The rooms were gorgeous each with a different theme. I went as a gift from my girlfriends so I don't know the pricing and I didn't see all the rooms. The room I stayed in was an Egyptian theme which was very elaborate and fun. I'd go again.

My husband and I stayed here for a night and greatly enjoyed our stay. Each room has a different theme: Oriental, Egyptian, French, Art Deco, Country, Frontier, and Tropical. Which I thought was a super fun idea! Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was an amazing four courses. I have a few dietary restrictions and Mark was so kind as to ask if we had any the night before breakfast and he made food accommodations in the morning. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast as it is comfortable, clean, and a wonderful experience.
