Very comfy and beautiful.

Very nice & clean room. Beautiful view (hill with snow & colorfull plants) front of the room. The location is really close to the shutlle bus.

Very nice room. Not much over 1/2 mile to silver queen gondola to ride to top of Aspen Mountain. It’s an older lodge but seems to have been well kept The staff members were so nice and helpful. Great Breakfast. Easy walk to everything, I would definitely stay again!

They are dog friendly! Cozy & walkable. Considering how affordable it is, it's still very updated, clean, high quality bedding & towels. We've stayed at the Ritz & St. Regis in town but were still happy at Molly Gibson, especially for the trips when we need to bring our German Shepherd. We stayed in the Molly King & the room was a very decent size. We would stay here again.

Stayed here with a large party for a destination wedding. The staff were all wonderful, helpful and courteous The hotel has a lot of local history which was very interesting. The outside property is very nice and the pool well kept. The inside rooms roomy and clean and all different. The stairs and patio in the back rooms area are in dire need of repair, dangerous. Complimentary breakfast every day very good! Close to walk into town. Horrible parking, no elevators or wheelchair accessibility All of Aspen has a 10 pm noise ordinance. Everything closes early. We had many room issues, plumbing. Air conditioning saggy mattresses but all was dealt with and rooms changed in a quick efficient manner. We enjoyed our stay but for $ spent would like outside safety issues fixed.

Excellent option for a long weekend in Aspen, especially if you have a young child and/or pet. The location is perfect. It's a short walk to the main parts of downtown Aspen and immediately next to public transportation options like a bike rental station and shuttle stop. They provided a very nice pack n' play for our daughter to sleep in and had no problem with our husky staying in the room with us. Rooms were clean and relatively updated. Parking space is limited at the hotel but they do provide a parking pass for street parking so it was a non-issue. The heated pool and multiple hot tubs were also very well kept. If you are staying for an extended amount of time the smaller room size and lack of mini fridge could become a little annoying but it didn't bother us over 3 days. The only negative experience was breakfast. Breakfast was included with the room but it had limited options and most items were gone well before the stated 10:00am end time.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. Front desk was extremely helpful regarding available activities and sights in the area.

The staff completely exceeded expectations. Each staff member we met went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I feel terrible for not remembering the gentleman's name, but he was actually jogging the streets to help us find parking when we had to move our vehicle. A totally unexpected and much appreciated gesture. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to everything… shopping, food, parks… all within walking distance. We didn't use the pool, but the hot tub was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. To the staff — thanks for going out of your way for us.

My wife and I stayed at Molly Gibson Saturday night and enjoyed our stay. The staff were super accommodating, and on Saturdays in the summer they offer a BBQ on the lawn for guests. Great location for walking to most Aspen attractions.

Excellent Customer service! I have stayed here 5 times and it’s been wonderful every time. It is very conveniently located and the staff is amazing. Very clean and beautiful rooms. Ruben helped me book my room for this year and he was great, he went above and beyond to make sure my birthday weekend would be wonderful.

Location is amazing a d the service is the best I've ever had and I travel a lot. Like I go to places all the time and stay at hotels. Like all the time I'm traveling and staying at hotels and rating them at how good they are but this one is the best!

Molly Gibson has a great vibe to it. The breakfast was good, the pool is super warm and the jacuzzis were on point. The rooms are great and located right next to downtown. This is an all around great place to stay!

Great hotel, great location. You can walk to basically everything. The hotel itself is nothing special, but for the price it's a great choice in Aspen. Two hot tubs and a pool plus free breakfast.

We stayed here in late May for two nights. The courtyard room was very average and had a horrible musty smell and we couldn't wait to leave! That was the big stink on this review and it reminded me of a old persons house. Breakfast is served across the street at their other hotel "Aspen Hotel" that had a great hot breakfast. (Bacon, Potatoes, Omelettes, etc). The front desk guy was alot of help pointing us to local cosine.

Amazing place… I just love staying here… rooms were huge and clean. The service is excellent. There is a park right next to it and a mountain view is classic. Plus there are couple of trail walks very close to it which you can literally walk to with great views. It's a great place to relax… not to forget the Jaccuzi and the hot tub… One of the best things. The breakfast is delicious and is an actual breakfast not just coffee and fruits. The place cheaper than other bites around and is classy. Plus staff is very helpful Thanks to Shonna for helping us out with our day plan with a detailed information of Aspen.

Located at a very scenic place. The rooms are really good with a very nice view. The breakfast was awesome. The only issue I found was that the bathroom door had no lock with a gap and a huge mirror placed right across.

The room was very comfortable and warm, as well as the heated outside pool and jacuzzi. Free Bus rides conveniently make a stop right outside the hotel, and the view of the mountains was incredible. The human service was great, gicong helpful points and overall great service. However during the night it gets uncomfortably hot, and when we called the overnight staff, located in Denver, were not very helpful. Overall great experience.

Very honely and comfortable, the breakfast and happy hour were very good. First night was a little rough since our ac was not working, but it was fixed by the next night. Close to downtown Aspen, very awesome hot tub too!

My wife and I stayed here for our 2 year wedding anniversary. When we arrived in our room, we were greeted by a bouquet of roses, rose petals on the bed, wine and chocolates and a Happy Anniversary card signed by the staff. It was a great way to kick off our first day in Aspen. We had a fire place in our room that we used every night. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The complementary breakfast was great and just enough to get us moving each morning. Loved this place and plan on staying here again next time. Great experience!

Great little hotel in Aspen that won't make you good broke. The rooms are pretty, the shower is wonderful — they have shower heads that cover your whole body in the spray and then some. Very nice. The breakfast is pretty bad, haha. I've never taken a bite out of a piece of bacon and not finished it before. They have a wonderfully warm pool and a few hot tubs.

Location is very good, staff nice, room could be more sound proof very creaky floors can hear every step the neighbor takes. Had a roomful of fourteen Indians that took over the lobby when we were waiting to check in. They were in complete disregard of others, we were waiting for them taking forever asking irrelevant meandering tourist office type of questions. Chaos made my head big. The reception could have helped us by asking them to step aside after obtaining their room assignment, instead of making us wait such a long long time. Lots of Dukkha! Felt like I was back in India, the land of little regards.

Stayed in one of the suites with a fireplace and hot tub. Great location, great outdoor spaces. Dated bathroom, dusty. Had to cross main street to get breakfast that was poorly stocked. Ran out of something everyday… like coffee… twice. But it was great to walk to wherever in Aspen and come home to a fireplace and private balcony.

Don't know how the place is, got trapped in Denver and couldn't make it up in time to check in because of weather and traffic accidents on I-70. Tried to see if they would let me reserve another day or maybe get a credit towards another day and was flat out denied. I understand that it's their policy to have no cancelations, but at least try and give some kind of help for taking $120 of my money.

We booked this hotel because of the fact that they have an airport shuttle, and the price was a little lower than others in the area. When we landed in Aspen we called and were told they were sending cabs due to the shuttle not running in off season. Cameron the gentleman at the desk was very nice, and communicated well however we waited at the airport for over 45 minutes with no updates. We were the only people in the airport. He told us ten minutes, and it turned into almost thirty minutes. He did end up putting a bottle of wine in our room because he could tell we were frustrated. The hotel is okay, kinda run down but overall decent, but i️ don’t think I️ would book here again after this transportation dilemma.

Just stayed there for a 2 day business trip. Location is fantastic, the rooms are adequate with a throwback vintage feel. Free breakfast in the am is solid as well as a jacuzzi session after a long day. If you don't need polish, the Molly Gibson is a great option!

If you want to overpay for poor service and disrespect this is the place! We paid $420 for one day and went to a wedding that Saturday night — and were rudely awakened at 8am Sunday morning by their staff blowing leaves right outside our window! To make matters worse when I brought this to the attention of the manager she did not make any effort or apology, she just said "we always have our staff out there at 8am". I then called the general manager and have not received even a return call. BE WARE — Don't be mistreated!

Hotel is kind of dated and rustic. Truly does not look like photos, although with some upgrades this place would be nice and cozy. I suppose it's a good bang for your buck, and extremely convenient as its close too everything.

Great location within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. There's nothing incredibly special about the room, but I was in the cheapest room available and it was definitely adequate. The staff I spoke with were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, well-run, great location. Our room was in the newer part of the hotel, comfortable and affordable.

The layout of the lodge is a little odd, but the rooms are fantastic for the price point. The room I stayed in was a cozy little room with a queen bed. It was nice and quiet the entire night. Nothing interrupted my sleep. If you stay here, be sure to check out the jacuzzi tubs or the pool!

The room was clean and the free breakfast in the morning was very good for a buffet.

Was pretty ok, good location. Nice happy hour with different drinks and snacks. Left a pair of ski goggles there and staff never got back to me which was the only negative. Ah well.

Probably the most comfortable hotel stay. The beds had a pillow top and the pillows didn't deflat as soon as you put your head on it. The shower head was an actual shower head, that gave off nice pressure unlike other hotels with two settings "not enough" or "blast of the tiles". Though renovations were going on, we were given the option to swim at the hotel across the street — we had a pool jacuzzi so we stayed in our room. All the hotel staff were super nice and helpful. Its not a fancy place, but it was a perfect place for us. My one and only complaint is the fact the rooms have no black out curtains. Though Aspen isn't exactly a bright town, it still let in enough light that I didn't exactly love (i like my room DARK).

My husband and I stayed here from January 8th — 16th and it was absolutely amazing! We loved the entire staff, especially Elaina! You can't beat the location and amenities included at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet every morning and happy hour every night was phenomenal! Such amazing food! We cannot wait to come back! Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Stayed with my husband for our 10th wedding anniversary. We stayed in a room with a fireplace and jetted tub, and it was amazing! Great quality for a great price! The staff was friendly and wonderful as well.

Stayed in a suite with wood burning fireplace and jacuzzi in the room. It is awesome. Wood is supplied for the fireplace, staff has been amazingly helpful and courteous. Includes a free breakfast (eggs, bacon, etc) not just a continental. Would deffinitely stay again.

Staff was nice and could answer questions about the area. Had rental bikes that were free, were a little worn out… room was OK, smelled odd, almost musty. Told front desk about it and and all they said was is they'd let maintenance know. They did give a free bottle of wine for birthday, that was pretty thoughtful! Stay also came with free breakfast which was thankfully a step well above bagels or cereal. Gave 3 stars for the worn out bikes and strange smell in the room.

My husband and I stayed here from 11th-18th October simply beautiful we throughly enjoyed it from the start from a great location through to the friendly and efficient reception right through to the people who do the breakfast and the cleaning staff,
A special mention to Ryan, Ella and Joey who made us feel welcome but also the entire staff on reception who really do a fantastic job and are eceptional, we highly recommend staying at this comfortable and extremely friendly place we loved staying there.

I stayed here overnight and it was a good option with reasonable pricing. Close to downtown and they offered a complimentary BBQ and drinks in the evening. Nice complimentary breakfast as well. Definitely not for someone looking for luxury… but a great home base is skiing, biking, passing through town, or just looking for a comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Friendly staff. Very neat and cozy rooms! I enjoyed renting out a little yellow bike from here and riding around town! *Cling *Cling.

We originally booked at the Hotel Aspen, but it was closed during the time we were planning on staying, so our reservation was moved over to the Molly Gibson Lodge. I called the lodge after realizing they were over-charging us, and the woman I spoke wasn't very nice (i. E. Made me feel bad that "the difference would only be about $30"). However, she processed the refund. We had a nice stay — — our room was nice and the continental breakfast was great. I received an email asking how our stay was, and I responded with the description above. I later got another email saying that they apologize for the inconvenience and they ended up giving us another discount. I really appreciate that they read my email and took measures to make things right. Thank you!

The room had an open fire place and stepped out onto the heated pool and Jacuzzi. Felt a bit like an upscale motel. The bathroom was very dated not all that clean. Lots of amenities and comfortable on the whole.

Great location, very close to downtown. Very nice, clean rooms and great food during happy hour. Very friendly stuff!

Favorite place to stay in aspen. Multiple hot tubs, nice rooms, and free breakfast and aprés ski. Bus stops in front of the hotel to get you to the slopes. Can't beat it.

Stayed here last year, and again this year, and love it! The rooms are perfectly clean. Has a lovely fireplace in our room. Great breakfast. And the staff is very nice. It is convenient to walk downtown. Great coffee in the lobby, fresh all day. When I visit Aspen this is where I will stay.

Just been watching dumb and dumber, so I decided to look for Mary swansen.

This lodge is convenient. If you are a hard core skier and want easy access to the free bus (across the street) to the quartet of nearby slopes, this hotel is good. You can get home from the slopes quickly and enjoy free breakfast, free parking, free Happy Hour and free Wifi. Rooms are small and not super nice, but not bad either. You can walk into town or to Aspen Highlands. However if you desire a posh experience with a trendy restaurant in the complex or need someone at the front desk at 6AM or 11PM, this place is not for you. Front desk is not open 24 hours. If you need directions on how to get to airport at 5AM, you are out of luck.

The service is literally FANTASTIC. I'm here in the Fall so the price point might be lower, but it's a great value. The north building has a great courtyard and there are multiple hottubs on the property. We met the owner and his golden doodle, so sweet.

The room was clean and very spacious as was the bathroom. Included breakfast is alright, but it seems as if they are always out of something that is usually easily provided after asking for it (I think they might be under staffed for breakfast). The apres ski is nice and a great way to meet some of the other patrons and review the different mountains and their condition, and also to get suggests on restaurants.

It was the first time staying at the Molly Gibson and it was amazing. Staff is very nice. The rooms are pristine and it is basically a block away from all the restaurants in Aspen. We will definitely go back.
