This hotel gets five stars because it's right off the interstate, the bed is amazing and big. The room is large and people are friendly and they have pet friendly rooms! We are only staying one night on our way to Utah, but I would come back and stay multiple days!

Room was clean, but dated. Continental breakfast didn't have milk for cereal. Good thing there was a convience store next door.

The person that checked us in was very unfriendly. The rooms are dark, dingy, and dirty. The first thing I saw when I sat on my bed was a ant crawling acrossed it. The walls need painted. There are dead bugs in the bathroom and shower. Obviously the "cleaning" crew didn't really clean because the dead bugs were still there after they "cleaned". This hotel is obviously taking advantage of the fact that there are only three hotels in the town, but we will definitely stay at one of the other two next time! A nice and cheap hotel, nothing fancy but that's the point, the breakfast area leaves a bit to be desired, but for the money and what you get, I would go here again on a trip.

If you are looking for a Ritz Carlton, move on. But this hotel does offer most of what one needs for 2-3 days away from home: hot shower, TV, Wi-Fi, fridge in the room. It is clean, it is inexpensive, and it is conveniently located close to tourist info center, several shops and I-70. And, what was very important to me, you may bring your pet along. I recommend!

Kudos to these folks. Whiteout blizzard conditions and an I-70 road closure late at night brought us into Georgetown past 10PM. They are the only local hotel that answered their phone. They were friendly and polite on the phone, despite having a line up of people in person hoping to book a room. They had space, we were accommodated (after going to stand in line with the others. Fair is fair. ) and able to stay safe and warm with our kids while we waited out the snow. It is dated, to be sure, but that mattered not in the least. Manage expectations, be grateful they’re there and give them a chance.

PAPER thin walls and floors — the bed actually shook during the night as people walked around in the room below us. Listened to every neighbor's conversation until they stopped at 2 AM (you can actually hear what people are saying, it's that bad). Not even soap in the room, no coffee. Sheets were paper thin as well, was freezing cold all night. As we turned off the light to leave, the door jamb fell off. This is the pits, literally. AND I just learned that the hotel has charged us for the door jamb! This place is literally falling apart and they are charging us?

Rooms were of a nice size. Quite dated. Clean, but in need of maintenance — chipped paint, dents in walls. Polite, knowledgeable desk staff. However, the room was exceptionally cold. The 'heater' blew chilly air. At check in, the person in line in front of me asked for more blankets because the room was so cold. The desk person said "well, we are nearly out of extra blankets". I was warned, I guess, but stuck there due to snow storm/pass closure late on Presidents' weekend. It was certainly better than sleeping in the car. I wouldn't stay again in the winter.

Bugs in bed, not sure if 'bed bugs'. Drafty door and window, cheap TV with cheap channel offerings. Non-smoking room did not smell like it. Weird parking lot makes for long walks to rooms. Almost non existent breakfast, cold ceral and coffee. Only other choices in Georgetown we're booked. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The rooms are very small, and there is zero insulation on the doors. So the strong mountain winds become very loud and a cold breeze always works it's way in. The heater in the room is also incredibly loud and will wake you up a lot in the middle of the night. For the proximity to Loveland and the price… The rooms aren't too bad, but if you don't mind spending some extra money or driving further you might want to look elsewhere.

Location is good as far as being easy on and off the interstate. There are two gas stations and many restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is included but is all dry food. There is a machine that makes oj and Apple juice, bimut the Apple juice was not working. RM was on the first floor you were able to drive your car right up to the outside of your room to load and unload that you could not park there as it was a fire lane and an access for the rest of the hotel so we would park up front which was a short walk. There is a Dollar General store right across the street and again all the restaurants you can walk to. The room has two double beds and was clean enough for me to stay without wearing. There is ample hot water in the shower and in the sink and there is plenty of water pressure however the door knob on the bathroom was coming completely off which was a demonstration of that you're not at a five-star hotel. The heater in the room works great and you could turn it on for just fan. There is a small flat screen TV about 32 in. There is a small refrigerator. There is an alarm clock but it wasn't plugged in so we just used our phone for our wake up. There is a ceiling fan. The interstate is right behind the hotel but from where our room was we were east facing and we didn't hear not one vehicle pass by. There is a small desk in the chair for the desk and there's also a seating chair. We felt that the room had plenty of size for the three of us.

The place was nice enough, but rather rustic. Front desk guy was grouchy. The only real complaint I had was that the walls were very thin. I could very clearly hear the people next door. Apart from that, it is a decent option in Georgetown.

Beautiful Inn, very reasonable. Pet friendly and cozy rooms. Free continental breakfast and gorgeous views. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had a terrible experience here. Stayed here New Years Eve. We expected guests to be up late and accepted that. At 3:30 AM we called the front desk to have them tell the room next to us to turn their blaring TV down. We could hear talking in the room earlier in the evening, but never heard a phone ring. An hour later we called again only to be told that they had called the room next to us and she said she didn't realize it was loud and turned it down a little. But he would check. Despite never hearing a phone ring, I could hear front desk guy walking around upstairs but never heard any attempt at resolving the problem. I called a third time and he said he couldn't hear any TV. I told him to come to our room and listen and figure out who it was and resolve it. He made one more trip and did nothing. He then stopped answering the front desk phone. We got no sleep. The room was old and outdated, the sheets and walls were blood/poop stained and we could hear the words spoken on the blaring TV (an action movie mind you) all night. Really bad customer service! Worst hotel experience ever. We asked for a refund and were told no because the front desk guy never heard the TV.

The bed was great. The room had beautiful wood. The breakfast wasn't great.

The hotel itself is cute and welcoming. The front desk guy could have had a better attitude. The free breakfast offered in morning is a joke. Old muffins and pastries. The cream cheese packet I grabbed was expired. Safe to say we ate breakfast elsewhere. They have Tempur-Pedic mattresses which was weird at first but we slept good. Stayed here because we were going to Loveland Ski area, and if we needed to we would stay again especially since it's the most affordable in area. But just know, you get what you pay for.

The rooms are honestly pretty nice. It's a bit rustic in setting, but that's not a bad thing. Everything is clean, everything works, the service is exceptional and the view is expectedly good.

For the price, a good value. Bathroom was a little claustrophobic and breakfast was limited. The people were pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Quite a view too:-)

I would rather sleep on the frozen lake in speedos than pay too stay there again! Owner came onto my room without knocking. They leave the room doors wide open with all the peoples belongings in sight & nobody is around cleaning. Not worth the $$$!

Well I rated this place based on the cost of it. We didn't pay much for our room, and let's just say you get what you pay for. The rooms weren't great. They were clean. But the beds weren't all that comfortable. Ultimately I didn't sleep well for the one night we were there. Breakfast the next morning wasn't very good. Limited options. Milk wasn't very cold. Wasn't very good to be honest. Ultimately, this place was pretty inexpensive and you get what you pay for here.

I am guessing, but I believe the desk clerk sighed 27 times while checking me in. He also allowed the phone to ring 6 times before answering… "yeah, uh-huh, well you'll just have to come here and see if I still have a room left". What? Pretty sure you call ahead to reserve a room to avoid the exact scenario you just "advised" them to enter into. This place looked like where a recent episode of forensic files was filmed. Shame too, Georgetown was a pleasant little historic village. There isn't a negative word to be said about the surrounding area… just book a different hotel. No matter the cost.

Great place to stay right close to many of the things you want to see in the mountains. Comfy beds and safe and secure. Great price compared to the ski resort hotels.

Great location. Close to Rocky mountain national Park but other than that everything else was pretty much below average. Also I would like to mention that I paid less than 100 so my expectations were also low.

The rooms really need a good cleaning, paint, new bedding, new carpet. Smelled bad. The fridge did keep my water nice and cold. Would be a really cool place if the owner put some love and care back into it. Pretty view and the fire pit was cool.

Really nice for an older motel. Surprisingly clean! My king bed (room 231) had a memory foam mattress! Super comfy. Room had a small refrigerator, no microwave or coffee maker. Simple, complimentary breakfast included OJ, coffee, muffins and oatmeal from 6:30-9:30. I would stay here again. Pet friendly.

The rooms are over $100 and the rooms are very dirty. The beds are nice, but the hotel is really a Super 8 motel.

Check-in was efficient but not friendly. Rooms were adequate but very basic.

Very quiet place at night to sleep. You don't hear outside noise.

This motel apparently has a bedbug infestation. My first clue should have been the mattress encasements. My second clue was waking up to my skin crawling. Lo and behold, I found two live bedbugs walking around the sheeting. I noped out of there so fast it wasn't even funny. Noisy, outdated decor, and dirty to boot. The nightstand had never been moved and vacuumed behind it. If you get a downstairs room your upstairs neighbor will walk around loudly at all hours. Not that will matter much, as the walls are paper thin anyway and loud conversations outside your room at 11pm can be heard like you are standing next to them. But bedbugs are never acceptable. Go elsewhere.

The view was amazing, it's right in the middle of the mountains so it's a beautiful location. The room was spacious and clean, no issues at all. The breakfast was big and all the options were great, and the staff was very kind.

I'm giving this place 4 stars based on its classification. It is not a four star hotel. I believe this place has recently gone through a MAJOR rejuvenation because the outside had been freshly painted and practically everything in the room looked brand new. • the good — the tv, carpet, most of the furniture, and the bed were brand new. The room was obviouslyrecently painted and the sheets were very soft. The bed was AMAZING! It is a memory foam mattress, not a mattress topper, and makes you fall right to sleep. It was somehow both firm and soft, at the same time, in the most amazing of ways and I woke up without my hips hurting for the first time in at least a year. Also, to be just feet from the interstate, I never once was bothered by any noise either from the road or my neighbors. • the bad — the courtyard is mostly dirt with tiny tufts of grass here n there and is littered with beer bottles (it, mercifully, cleared out before 10). The air conditioner is very dated and took a long time to cool off the room. There are always people hanging out outside smoking cigarettes (although, surprisingly, I didn't see a single butt lying around on the ground) and, aside from the fact that the smell of cigarettes makes me sick to my stomach, it made me a little uncomfortable. They seemed to be unsavory characters and I was by myself and didn't get there until pretty late so it just made me nervous.

Place is dirty, smelly, inside and out. Our non smoking room reeked of smoke. Manager was nice and gave us another room. New room was better, didn't smell as bad. Carpet was old and dirty looking. There was a chair in the room that I refused to place anything on. I don't even want to imagine what the stains on it were from! The outside balconies and stairs are in serious need of power washing! Trash all over, cigarette butts everywhere, gum and other things I couldn't identify. FREE BREAKFAST… Wouldn't even consider it! We checked in after 2 pm… Dining area was a MESS! Food all over floor and tables… Food station area had crusted pancake batter, cereal, other food all over. I asked if they cleaned regularly he said yes. Came back at 3 because our room wasn't ready… Mess in dining was STILL NOT CLEANED! I should have called health department. This place needs help with cleaning! But guess you get what you pay for right? I figured over 100$ a night, overall place would be cleaner! Not even close to the pictures on the website!

The walls are too thin, and the beds were not very good.

Good place to stay. Clean rooms. However, There wasn't a hot tub or pool like I was led to believe.

It was very cool. The owner is very nice and friendly he likes to joke and make people laugh. His motel is very clean and breakfast is great. Come and give it a try. You wont regret it at all. I give this motel a four star.

The guy who answered the phone was the stupidest person Ive ever spoken to in my life. I couldnt even book the hotel because he was so damn stupid. He kept getting lost and not understanding anything I was saying this was the worst experience with a hotel and I didnt even check. What a nightmare I knew not to bother when he couldnt even make a reservation or comprehend anything I was saying. Just ridiculous! Need to hire competent people if you want a successful business dont you think?

Worst place to stay! You can't really feel your on Vacation. The place is a mess. Trash everywhere and dog poops everywhere outside the hotel. Our room smells bad, dirty floors, hair blower does not work. Breakfast is still 10 and we got up at 8am and was gonna eat breakfast but it's all GONE! No re-fills on anything. Trash all over the place and staffs are eating on the table don't even care that there is NO food to eat for their customers. Nasty place! Take note, we stayed here for a week since we can't do a refund we didn't have a choice and everyday is the same! Can't eat breakfast no matter how early you are, dog poop everywhere and trash everywhere.
