This was my first trip to Willows, CA, and I was glad to see that there was a Best Western in town. The motel is exquisitely clean and comfortable; the price was good, and the employees are professional but friendly. I like that they serve an excellent breakfast at 6 AM! I will definitely stay here again whenever I am in this area.

Great dog friendly hotel, with Starbucks next door and a great Mexican restaurant across the street. Just 10 miles South of the hotel there the Sacramento wetlands preserve where for $6 you can take your dog on a great walk among the wildlife.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff were super-freindly.

Though Willows isn't much of a "destination", this BW is great if you need a spot to stop over for a night on the road. It is really convenient and the staff, as always at BW locations, is wonderful. The pool was really comfortable, the kids had a great time swimming and the room was comfortable and safe.

The blacktop outside our room and those on either side had dried vomit disgusting. Checked in at 6:53 by a poorly groomed male who quoted the room rate less the taxes. The printer was low on ink and the receipt did not show the tax amount of 13.80. We left next morning via quick check out. We were unaware of the true amount till we checked our bank acct the next day. When I called the desk from our next stay, the tax was explained. My complaint is the check in desk clerk did not review the area that did not print. Poor business practice. We have always stayed at Best Western. We will not stay at "BW" again.

I have to say the breakfast, pool and rooms are great but what stands out for me was the Amazing Staff! Starting with Rosa that went above and beyond for me; from the Front Desk; to Housekeeping and Maintenance I couldn’t of asked for a nicer crew to stay with. Thank You guys for Making my not to easy situation into a better one!

Great hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was hot and had a large assortment of foods to choose from.

Newly renovated edifice and new locks mean no more getting locked out because you out the key card too close to your mobile phone. Plumbing is haunted but other than that totally reasonable accommodations.

Room was clean and fairly spacious, had two queen beds. Bathroom was a bit too large for my liking. Bed comfort was okay. AC works great.

Greeted by a friendly front desk staff, very helpful with information for a good home cooked meal. Room very comfortable, good bed for a restful sleep and comfy pillows. Great value!

Room seemed clean enough at first but then we found a pair of dirty underwear in the bathroom. Also they don't wash the pillowcases, they reeked of trashy perfume and I couldn't use them. You'd think for $114 a night they could at least make sure the remnants of the last occupant were cleared out and run a load of laundry.

It was 116 dollars total with tax and pet and two people. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very nice. There where options for most diets. We would stay here again.

The room was immaculate. Smelled clean and fresh, which was great for my daughter who has to use oxygen. We were too late getting around for breakfast and the sweet lady who checked us out got water, fruit and muffins to take with us. Thank you so much.

Very Clean and furnitures are up to date. Every night stand and table lamp has power outlet for charging computer/smartphone. Close to highway 5 entry but no traffic noise was heard. Staff are very friendly with well prepared breakfast. The best BW I have experienced.

Great experience staying at Best Western in Willows Ca. A few nights ago. Room was quiet, comfortable, everything in good working order, clean. Breakfast was good and available a little earlier than 6:30 which I appreciated since I am an early morning driver. Thanks to all who put effort in making the experience a great one.

This was a quick stop just to get some sleep. This property is very clean. Quick check in as well as out. Internet works great. They offer breakfast but we were already on our way so did not try. Right off the Fwy. Safe location.

Really nice staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. Very close to Walmart, fast food, and Thunderhill raceway.

Comfortable bed, eggs and bacon were great in the morning, friendly staff. A little road noise, but that did not prevent a great night of sleep.

I will NEVER stay at this Hotel again! Let me give those who do a heads up, We were charged $50 for 3 "Damaged" towels. I was Never notified of this charge, just found it on my statement! I would like to know their procedure of keeping the towel count straight! How did they for sure know it was from my room? Have no idea how showering and drying off would damage a towel! Charges that were never explained at time of check in! Guests beware!

Desk staff are excellent. Very good motel, clean, quiet rooms with fresh decor and amenities. Breakfast was good with variety.

This motel had pleasant rooms and most of the amenities we look for: parking outside the room clean comfortable beds washbasin outside bathroom micro and fridge very quiet.

Goos service and nice staff. The room has a microwave and fridge. It was clean and spaceous.

Great night's sleep. Fantastic location for a short walk to Starbucks.

I was traveling from Orange County ca to Oregon and decided this was about half way. I'm so glad I did because I loved this hotel. Convenient, right off the freeway, and lots of food options nearby. The staff was very helpful.

Guest Services from Patrice at Best Western Willows Inn in northern California were top notch, superb! From motorcycle parking to FAX support and information about continental breakfast were "Above and Beyond. " Thank you very much Patrice.

Nice hotel, AC works great, yummy breakfast and the staff was so nice and helpful, especially Patrice, working the front desk and taking care of the property. She has such a great attitude, works so hard and goes above and beyond :)

Great place to stay, would stay again. Only thing was 2 shampoo's and no conditioner. Easy freeway access.

Nice place and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and never lacking in food items. Security seemed good but there was access to rooms by way of a staircase. We would stay here again.

Room was alright. Beds weren't very comfortable but I suppose that's what you get at a best western? AC unit worked well, no problems there. Tv was fine. Bathroom was satisfactory. Breakfast is probably why this is getting only three stars and not four. Pretty limited in their selection.

Pet friendly, but no convenient grassy area for dogs. Towels very thin. Comfy bed and pillows, clean room except for the coffee pot which still had a used pod in it.

We just needed a place to sleep in the middle of nowhere on an emergency trip. For that, this was tolerably OK. The room itself was attractive and clean enough. The bathroom was sweet with cheerful yellow decor and a pleasant shower. And for how close the hotel is to I-5, there was fairly low road noise. but. What are they thinking with those bathroom fans?!?! They literally have the loudest fans I have ever encountered in any bathroom setting. You could hear it when anyone in a nearby room entered their bathroom! And I do mean "entered" their bathroom because there were also motion-sensor switches that automatically turned these on. This might be a good idea in some settings, but it was extra-annoying here because if you walked into the bathroom in the middle of the night, you woke up everyone else in your room (and probably other rooms, too). This will forever be the "airplane fan hotel" in my mind. Also, the guy on the front desk was off-putting. I wouldn't quite call him "surly, " but almost. I would never want to talk with him. Certainly not the right temperament for the job.
