The worst place to stay. The smell of the corridors is unbearable. The cleanliness of the rooms is very bad even if you pay for it to be done daily. Curtains and carpets are very dirty. They charge too much for a pet even though do not have an assigned area to walk them, nor a bags dispenser. The administrator does not solve anything and gives a very unkind treatment. Not recommendable.

We booked a room through priceline and got a great last minute deal, but apparently when we tried to check in at 3 in the morning they told us they were trying to call us because it was overbooked but our number wasn't up to date. They didn't call us at all and still charged us for the night. They told us to call priceline and had a very nasty attitude towards us. She didn't even open the door or bother to look at us we had to call for her to talk to us and tell us the situation no apologies no nothing. Its still however showing up online as if they have rooms available. Horrible service. I wish I can do no stars but what are you gonna do.

The service was awesome. The receptionist Maria was very nice and helpful! She provided excellent customer service and deserves to be recognized. My stay was awesome and would recommend others to stay at this hotel. Keep up the good work!

They we'rent overly nice. The queen size bed is more like a double. Other then that it's a nice place.

Great place. Clean, kitchenett, cheap 100 buc a night. Plus breakfast. Surrounded by all kind of eateries within walking distance.

Room was comfortable but they only had rooms with double beds so either my husband and I didn't share a bed or were really cramped.

Really good rate, clean rooms and full kitchen in the room. A really good spot if your in the town for work.

If I can give it a — 1 I would … It was simply repulsive, we stayed there one night on Thursday and had to leave Friday morning. It is very filthy and gross and overpriced. Someone should call the health department Yuk!

Great location within Tracy… with quick access to stores and shopping. The perfect hotel for business travelers especially staying for long periods of time. Awesome hotel Staff who always aim to please! I can’t say enough great things about this hotel and support team.

The staff at Extended is great. They were very responsive any time we had a request or problem. They kept things clean and organized A word to the wise, they sellout frequently so make sure to book a reservation as soon as you decide to stay here.

I love this property! The management and staff make you feel right at home. Great location near freeways, shopping, dinning. Clean rooms, safe parking. Pet friendly. You won't be disappointed!

No amenities what so ever… I have a kitchen I can't use, because there are no pots and pans or plates. I asked the front desk and they said they did not have any. I went to Winco and BOUGHT a coffee maker for my room… Wasn't planning on eating out of the microwave this weekend… Not happy.

Checked in Christmas eve, opened door to first room to unmade beds. Went back to lobby to get another room, went into that room pulled back comforter and seen hairs on both beds sheets. Went back down to lobby asked for clean sheets so I could change personally… she brought them up to us. She "personally"checked them and handed them to me. I removed the hairy sheets and observed piss stains on the mattress protectors. I discarded those, flipped the mattress over and when I unfolded the sheets the lady gave me noticed they were covered in some sort of stain. Disgusting. I e-mailed the corporate office and have not received any response. I took their survey, still no response. Last picture is a coverplate where the fire sprinkler used to be.

Good location next to 205 freeway, WinCo and Starbucks.

Never in 5 days did we get towels replaced or bedding fixed. Asked 2 times… Beds were ok. Pillows all different. Carpet all stained up. Shower head sprayed water towards ceiling, no exhaust fan in bathroom… But plenty of food places near by.

Fine place to stay, too crowded the day we visited, short staffed. Forms desk people were decent though can sure do better to appease a customer, whose room is not ready at 3:00 PM. Breakfast is basic but should be expected given the price.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was terrible. The carpet was stained and filthy. The room smelled horrible. Asked room desk for air freshener but it didn't help much. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

I was not happy to get our room, with a small kitchen, and open the drawers and cupboards and have no cutlery or cups or plates. I shouldn't have to pay a fee to be able to use items such as these! We had just flown in, went straight from the airport to go grocery shopping, and was very disappointed to not have utensils. The beds are really small doubles. Woke up to find a dead cockroach on the floor in the bathroom. The only nice thing is that this hotel on Tracy is close to lots of shops.

No swimming pool ice machine room service vending machines and the breakfast was a granola bar one of the the staff members was really rude for the price I paid I expected better services.

So far so very good, most helpful, clean, polite people & mostly quite! Upstairs is harder to avoid tho especially if it's all men! Should probably put male workers into a section all together & keep them on the lower floors! They tend to forget where they are & how to walk when tired after working hard all day long, not their faults I know this just bad habits!

Clean rooms. Great grab & go breakfast. Try to avoid first floor. Can hear footsteps. Easy location next to a bar and a short distance to a 24hr grocery store, foodmax. Leticia was great with my late night check in for a business trip. She will accommodate anything you might need.

Very roomy for elderly. Unlike other places with No Bathroom for the Disabled, Coffee pot, tiny Rafregater, or even an AC unit that works… Thank you for your support.

Very very nice place to stay very friendly staff especially leticia she was very nice and made my stay comfortable by making sure I had everything I needed and very nice working at night she was happy about her job this is what makes people come back I definatly recomend staying here.

The Wi-Fi was bad and the only way to upgrade is to sign in and itll connect you to that option page once. If you exit it, then you lost your chance to upgrade it.

The room was overall uncomfortable, being out in Tracy on a business trip which required an overwhelming amount of physical labor, was only far less pleasant when my strained and aching body had to fall onto an awkward, and sturdy bed every night for a week. The living space was a decent size. And the kitchen came with what'd you'd expect, (microwave, refrigerator, sink, ect), so that was commendable, however into the second night of my stay I came across a cockroach. I killed the insect and made my way to the front desk where I discreetly asked her if she could address the problem. She verbally agreed to have the walls of my room sprayed, knowing this, I went to work at ease. Upon my return at about 4-5pm I found a hardly legible note on the counter that simply read, "checked for bugs, didn't find any. " While it's all nice and dandy that they "checked" I did not require a "check" as I had seen the vile thing for myself. If you do intend to stay just make sure you don't bring any unwanted guests home with you.

The room was clean but the front counter person was gone early this morning. I lost my key and was stuck outside the whole hotel. Because nobody could let me in.

Price was very good and more importantly the room I stayed in was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, All the rave reviews about this particular hotel are spot on, I Highly recommend This hotel, I'm actually writing this review from the hotel right now lol.

The breakfast is coffee, granola bars, and fruit. Housekeeping seems nonexistent, and might cost 10$. They have kitchenettes with two low powered electric burners, a sink, and a full sized fridge. They say they supply dishware, but they have no bowls available (3 days now) No ice machine. It's in a great location, however, and that's what is the saving grace of this place for me. The staff has been wonderful.

I went there to visit a friend who was staying there. I thought the kitchen area was nice. Great to be able to cook like you were at home.

Very nice room close to all restaurants and storms. Hotel is very quiet and pet friendly. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

Don't know which sucks more, the employee who took my info or the so-called "manager". A joke all the way around. There is no customer service in this establishment. This doesn't even deserve one star, but it's set up that way, you have to tap a star to begin writing.

The room are clean. And good place to stay. Lots of store around.

Horrible Customer Service. My wife and I showed up to the extended stay in Tracy, Ca. They knew we had a pet and put us on the third floor. We unpacked, got ready for work and left. We get a phone call about our dog. She says there is a $150 deposit and we need to ne on the first floor that no pets are to be on the top floors. We explained we are at work and as soon as we finish we will be there to handle the issue. A few hours later we showed up. I immediately went to the front and told her I can put a card on file, but will not pay the deposit until my boss gets here. He paid for it and can take care of it. She continued her belittling of us and how it is our fault? I called corporate and she then wanted to kick us out. This manager has no common sence and is extremely rude. Do not spend your money.

Awesome so far! I'm there currently for 5 to 6 months for a job and everyone there has made us comfy. The rooms are clean, coffee is good. Convenient location to the freeway and eating places. Plus the Lil mall and a few shopping centers. One being Ulta, Marshalls and Petsmart. I will update this when I check out.

Great rooms, great staff; no amenities. For a great price, I stayed in a room with a range, a sink, a full refrigerator and freezer, a desk, table, easy chair, and a spacious closet and bathroom. The staff was exceptionally friendly, greeting me each morning by name, and were quick with check ins and outs. Due to some piece of equipment not working, after each check in, the next day I would find a piece of paper slid under the door saying if I didn't sign this and take it to the front desk, my room might not be guaranteed. That was a very minor nuisance, but a nuisance nonetheless. I stayed here for an extended time on business, and this happened each week. Eventually I started just tossing it in the trash, and no one ever kicked me out on the steet :). Know what to expect. The reasonable price tag means you have to get less somewhere, and it's not your room they skimp on. Instead, they have a very meagre "grab and go" breakfast with granola bars, apples, and muffins. Plus coffee and hot chocolate. There's no sauna, pool, workout room, lounge, etc, no hand lotion or conditioner, and you have to ask for the shampoo. It's better just to bring all your own toiletries. Oh. And maid service is weekly, unless you pay for more. Fine by me. Clean rooms, overall a great stay. After trying seven hotels in the area, this is the one I suck with for three months of work away from home. Sure, a pool, biscuits and gravy, and an exercise bike would have been nice. But not necessary.

My mother and I stayed at the Extended Stay America Hotel Stockton — Tracy last night and were very pleased with both of our rooms. My mother needed a room with handicap access and I needed to be in a room close by and Vanessa made it happen on very short notice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property is quiet and well kept. We didn't try the coffee in the morning so I can't comment other than to say it smelled really good. I would recommend the hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed at four different Extended Stay America hotels since the beginning of 2013, and the staff at this location has been particularly accommodating. Jenna who works the front desk has been very helpful and gave us a complete rundown of the restaurant choices in the area with some great suggestions as well. The staff truly knows how to make you feel at home when you're away from home, with great rates to boot! I would highly recommend staying at this property if you want great service at a reasonable price.

I will never stay here again, rooms spelled awful ran out of toilet paper, no maid service, little out dated TV for what I paid, I coulve stayed at a nicer place. No coffee, no hair dryer.
