I've never been a fan of hotels that open directly to the outside, but the placement of said hotel is one of the best. The beach is so close, and there's just so much to do, that the direct open door make sit easy to get out and go. Pool was clean, service was good, would recommend.

This is the best place! Great workers… great pool… free coffee and clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Very reasonable and near lots of food and shopping. Close to LAX! This is going to be my go to place in Los Angeles.

Nice clean rooms, but charge you for not smoking, crackhead smoked cigarettes all night by my window. I was on the end room by stairs.

While the setting may not be the best the hotel itself is more than sufficient. It is well kept, the rooms are neat, and the staff if very friendly.

Decent for price point, though I don't know how much it costs. There's only one trash can In The room. The wooden headboards weren't cleaned. It had some fingerprints. Really the biggest drawback was circumstantial (maybe. ) a neighboring building was playing an audio "music" track really loud, nonstop for a few hours in afternoon and later at night. It sounded like an ice cream truck jingle. I'm not sure how often this alliance happened or if other rooms (not located in back) could hear–closing windows only slightly helped.

Swimming pool, gym. No breakfast but coffee, tea, hot water available at the reception.

Close to Disneyland so we had an Avengers themed room meant for kids and adults alike. The miniature Spider Man table made me chuckle.

Nice and clean, should offer breakfast for price room.

Clean and good service, only a few guests were smoking marijuana the day I stayed.

Good relationship quality-price and very convenient for the visit of Los Angeles and surrounding area.

Liked it. Got what I paid for and pool outside with a gym is perfect for summer.

The Jacuzzi rooms are the best. I rent one when I want to get away and relax or on special occasions like Valentine's day, New Year's eve etc. Set the mood with some candles, pop a bottle and it's a great spot to relax in.

Big rooms. We were able to start using it from the morning because the room was empty.

Room was great! stayed here november 2017 and can say honestly room was easy 3stars value. everything was spotless and clean. TV was amazing clear, lots of channels. Nice hot water. Great! :)

Great prices, next to freeway for easy access. Getting into the parking lot can be challenging. Rooms were average.

Great service from the staff. Room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy too! The staff did great to make us feel welcomed. We decided to stay another night last minute and they managed to accommodate us and we were very grateful. 13/10 definitely staying here next time I'm in town.

Both times I've stayed here with my girlfriend we were well accommodated by a very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not the fanciest or most modern but it is clean and room rates are at a great value. We will definitely be staying here again.

For the price, more than the availability of the room, it was a fair bargain. The room was very well kept and newer renditions, except the shower floor was the only fault. It looked like a fault. Clean bathroom, other than that, very well light, comfortable bed. I know exactly where I'm staying on my next visit. Hopefully the rest of the rooms are great.

Nice clean and cheap. It's an ok area. Just because there are loads of brown people doesn't mean it's a bad area.

The service was excellent, the rooms clean and the overall experience very enjoyable. The office even printed out a copy of our concert tickets for us, since we had forgot to.

Interior of room was wonderful despite the location being in a bad area of town. Convenient being so close to LAX as well.

Well located if you arrive/you are going to the LAX airport. Hotel clean, staff super friendly, will help you in all and very economic. Ideal for a night out.

The staff was very helpful. The bed was so comfortable. In the rooms was a micro, refrigerator, blow dryer and a Nice big flat TV with good channels. No bad smell in the room, the outside was nice and clean pretty plants Its close to the casino, the freeway and LAX but I didn't hear noise from the out side really quite at night. My boyfriend and I was really happy we choose to stay there we picked it because of the reviews and it worked out. So if u are ever in the area looking to stay close to the beach 10 min drive and don't want to spend beach house money then I recommend This place. We was happy with our stay there.

I love this place, have stayed here on many occasions, owners are great. VERY accommodating. I have never had a problem making reservations here, have always done it and have always been satisfied. Great place to stay and I would definitely recommend to all my friends. The other lady was saying they don't take reservations, so untrue, I've made reservations here on many occasions, with no problem.

I wanted to book a room they said they don't do reservations, then I called the next day they said come down to pay for reservations for next day they said they dnot do that, then they told me to come down there on the day you want the room I did so then they was booked.

Crystal Inn and Suites is the VERY best place we have ever stayed in. Apparently, family operated they are honest, so nice, accommodating, and polite. Crystal Inn is extremely clean, friendly, safe and close to LAX. My daughter forgot her expensive electric cigarette in the bedding the day we checked out and Ray (owner? manager? ) was so understanding and kind. He mailed it to us at Crystal Inn's own expense! Plus — you can order "room-service" from a nearby restaurant! Great buy! Affordably priced! We will definitely be back to stay at Crystal Inn.

Perfection! That's what describe this hotel/motel. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was always willing to help at any time needed. Also, the maids always left the room clean and with clean towels. The shower and the bed are amazing! Free parking and you can come and go without any problems. Awesome location, it's not noisy at all. I could say it was a family environment. If I ever come back to LA, this will be my hotel for sure.

My husband and I stayed in the room with a king bed and Jacuzzi. It was great for the price! VERY comfortable bed, the Jacuzzi was sooo relaxing. It was nice to get away for the weekend. Awesome HDTV! Will definitely be back soon.

Spacious rooms, very clean. The owner cares a great deal about this Inn and it shows. Room were current and up to date. (our room had crown molding instead of wallpaper trim) Nice HD TV, awesome beds with Tempur-Pedic Mattresses. The staff is the biggest asset and are always willing to help with a smile. They will go out of their way if you need something. The low price doesn't even come close to the level of service and quality that is covered here.
