Stayed here for Warped Tour 2019 and the experience was nice! Rooms were clean and quite. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay going out there.

Awesome staff. It’s not a cheap stay but they also don’t nickel and dime you. Parking is included which is huge here. Free waters daily. Little stuff but makes a big difference.

This is a beautiful place with great pillows. The bartender was very nice and check in was a breeze.

I attended a NYE party here and stayed in a room overnight. The hospitality was great, the room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it.

Hotel is nicely renovated, it is very well located in the valley close Sunnyvale and Mountain View, staff are very friendly, but the breakfast is the best. When you have a jet-lag a good breakfast is important.

I was only there for a few hours for a meeting so I didn't get to experience much of the hotel, but everything I DID see was immaculate and very comfortable. Beautiful lobby and courtyard, nice restrooms and meeting room… And it's perfect for a business that spans lunch time, because there's a nice dining room right up front with a kitchen right there so they can provide meals for your group (ours were very good).

This place is OK at best. Like some other reviewers mentioned, it's in the middle of a renovation, so while the lobby and bar look great, the rooms are only half done which gives it a weird vibe. Water pressure is really poor as well. On the plus side it was clean and it's in a fairly convenient location. Unfortunately that's not enough for me to come back (I actually have another trip to the area in a month and had already booked this place for that trip as well, but will be changing it). Other times I've been in the area I've stayed at The Plaza Suites and also the Larkspur Landing, and I prefer those.

Hilton MTV was exactly what one would want from a corporate hotel. Simple easy check in nice new enough room. Giant TV and nice bathroom. It's not going to be a mind-blowing experience but it won't disappoint.

The Good: The deluxe room I got was wonderfully dark, and actually quiet despite facing the main road. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and really treated me as a valued guest. The restaurant/bar was also top notch even among Hilton Garden Inns. Definitely recommend — once they resolve the following issues. The Bad: It's a bit dated, but they are finishing up renovations. I don't really like the hardwood floors, I think they promote noise and are just not comfortable to walk on. Bring some slippers. The first room I was put in had a saggy, squeaky bed, but they quickly and without problems moved me to a better room with a nice for bed. The Ugly: There isn't really anything that would prevent me from staying here except for the cost. This is my absolute biggest problem, and the reason I dropped a star. It is immensely overpriced for what you get. I realize other hotels in the area are expensive, but this is way too high for the quality of hotel.

Good place to stay in Palo Alto. Not sure if it's worth the price but can't say it's decent. It is really good place. The bar closes out soon by 10 pm which was the only problem we had.

Great location. Friendly staff, especially Isaiah. Four stories so some great views from the top floors. Large rooms. Fun lobby with a large bar, fireplace and restaurant area. The parking lot has ample room to park. But no Tesla chargers as of yet. Close to Castro street with all top restaurants and bars. Plenty of shopping in the area.

Rooms aren't renovated. The bed moved at night and the room had no carpet on the floor. Did I forget to mention no foam pillows? The staff is nice however which was what the stars are for. Otherwise they need a renovation.

Stayed one night, and it was the worst night in a hotel ever. We got to the hotel at check in time and they had only one king bed room on the first floor available. Sadly it was just past the lobby and elevators. We could hear the lobby music inside our room, even with the TV on. Thankfully the music went off around 10, but it came back on at 6am. We also could hear the people above us and next to us. No sound proofing of any kind. While the bathroom and the flooring had been recently redone, there was nothing nice about the room. When you walked across the floor it sounded like it hadn’t been laid down properly and was hollow underneath. The furniture needed some major upgrading, and didn’t match the new flooring or bathroom. There wasn’t enough furniture for the size of the room, making it feel empty and very loud. The TV was huge and they had a good variety of channels, sadly it was drowned out by the lobby music coming from oustide. Lastly, the bed was very uneven. My side was soft and comfortable, while my husbands was rock hard and raised higher than my side. He was forced to roll to my side, literally sleeping on top of me. The only thing this hotel has going for it is its cleanliness, beautifully redone lobby and exterior, and the price.

A good location surrounded by restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Water was very hot on demand.

Nice Silicon Valley hotel for business travel stay. Strategic location — close to 85, 237 and 101 freeways. Has been recently renovated. Staff is very friendly.

I had a great time here. A lot of people have trouble with their beds. I had good nights and liked the service. Staff is friendly and well informed.

Convenient chain hotel on El Camino. Building is an L-shape away from the road so most of the rooms are nice & quiet. All the rooms have a fridge to stash your beer in which is handy as there is a Bevmo just down the road. Handy location for highway 85. Has a gym, pool and usual amenities.

My bedding was infested with bed bugs which left me with bites all over my legs and arms. I had to discard all my belongings since could not take the risk of taking these home. The hotel manager refused to compensate and on top made baseless accusations. Given that I spent $1700 for four days stay, the treatment I received fell far below Hilton standard. Going forward, I shall be staying at Marriott Court Yard. A proper hotel with proper management.

Perfectly adequate. No issues but wasn't blown away by anything. Hotel was under construction, so would not recommend for late sleepers.

What makes this hotel outstanding is the service. The staff are very friendly and helpful; from reception (Gabriel especially) to the cleaners (Janet is amazing) to the chef and Smoli (at the bar and she makes the bar the coolest place to hangout in). The hotel is going through renovation right now and the rooms that have been done look great, especially the bathroom which had been beat up. The gyms has also been revamped and looks much more spacious. There's a laundry room for the guests and a pantry where you can shop. Each room has a fridge and a microwave. There are many restaurants around but if you decide to stay in, the restaurant at the hotel has the meanest burgers and chowder! Breakfast buffet has all the choices you need.

Construction Going on Big Time. Is all need be said. It explains why the price was knocked down to $109 plus tax. Room Clean and comfortable if you can put up with the noise that stopped @ 6 pm. Good value after that. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

Great clean rooms, great customer service. Cleaning crew is super polite and even left me a note with a mint. The outdoor lounge has a fire pit — so comfy.

Good hotel with easily accessible location and parking. However it's a little expensive. The breakfast is likely to be a disappointment for vegetarian Indians (and worse wasn't included in the tariff by default).

Standard for the chain. Everything is good quality and clean. Recently upgraded restaurant and bar area. The staff indicated they are about to start room upgrades. Great helpful staff. I stay here regularly.

Comparable to other similar hotels in silicon valley. Staff is friendly and they have a bar/restaurant area with a nice pool and patio with a fireplace. Rooms are large with a fridge and microwave.

As noted by others, rooms are spacious but VERY dated — ready for some updates. The lobby and restaurant look fresh with outdoor fireplaces at night. Staff is always very friendly and courteous.

Currently staying on the 3rd floor and the rooms are starting to look a little tired as they have not changed in the 4 or so years that I have been visiting. However they are still of a very good quality. The in room air con is highly effective. The fridge in my room whines a little but can easily be switched off. I have often stayed in this area and I keep coming back here because of the nice relaxed atmosphere. The four seasons has better rooms but the service and layout just cannot compare. This is a really great hotel with friendly staff, nice food and a good bar. The gym (recently expanded with all new equipment) and pool here are also excellent. They are slowly renovating (although I have never seen any evidence or heard construction noise) and visit after visit it just seems to be getting better and better. There is a notice in the car park that they are expanding with the construction of another 40 rooms. I hope this does not sacrifice too many parking spaces. If you are just passing through on your own then you may not immediately appreciate the relaxed atmosphere here but if you are staying a few nights and will be tired after work then you will see the benefit of this hotel, even more so if you are in a group. I recommend this.

Relaxed environment. Food is good and bar prices reasonable. Room rates a bit steep considering they haven't been updated since what seems to be the 1980s. It's still my preferred hotel in MTN view.

Great hotel very close to top tech offices in the area. The rooms are super spacious, quiet with great temperature and even mattress firmness control. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel has a good restaurant and bar but everything is a little on the expensive as everything in this area gets in peak season.

Nice 2-queen room. Friendly & helpful check-in desk staff. Somewhat difficult to enter/exit, due to narrow drive into El Camino Real.

Met some colleagues there for a few drinks after work. One of them was staying there. The two bartenders were great. One of the two ladies was a lot of fun as well. The patio is great!

The facilities seemed fairly new. The room was nice, pool wasn't crowded, and the staff was very friendly. They have a great breakfast buffet for about $15 per guest, which isn't bad for an on-hand omlet chef.

This Hilton garden inn is one of the nicest I've stayed at. The accommodations are great, the grounds beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Next time we are in mountain view we will definitely stay here again. Id most definitely recommend this if you need a place to stay in Mountain View.

A much better place to stay for each and every person may it be friends, family or couples. Staff working here are also helpfull and are ready to help 24/7.

While traveling with a group of seven middle school students to Google in Mountain View, CA we were so lucky to have booked this hotel for our stay. We could not have asked for better hotel accommodations. All of our rooms were very roomy, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were awesome. We would especially like to thank Shawncy for her gracious hospitality and professionalism. We would also like to thank Marvin in Engineering for helping our kids as well. The receptionist is very kind and gentle. Room size is big enough and very clean. Taste of omulet in breakfast is also good. Mostly, It is the good place to rest in Mountain View.

Be careful, easy to drive past.

It's pretty much a standard Hilton. If you've stayed at one before you know what to expect. There'd nothing particularly nice here. But then again nothing bad either. Completely middling.

Nice, quiet, and comfortable. The wall unit blows directly at the desk though, so it's cold to sit at the desk with the AC running.

I was there meeting my friends who were staying at the hotel. As a HHonor Gold member, I asked them if I can have something… forgot what it was. But they told me it was only for guests staying at the hotel. I was a little disappointed. Understandable, and that's why I can give a 4 stars. I just wish I didn't get disappointed as I did and I would have given them the full 5 stars as I have done for all the other Garden Inn I stayed at (except one… but that is another Garden Inn). From what I can see from sitting in the lobby with my friends, it's a pretty good Garden Inn.

The common areas are beautiful and the in house restaurant is very tasty, but fairly expensive. The high speed internet is unfortunately around 8mb/s so a middling speed in truth. The rooms are standard hotel fare, though the desks are better than average with ergonomic chairs. Bathrooms are small and unexciting, unlike the public face of the hotel.

Fantastic, friendly and personal service. I forgot some things in the room after checkout and Sam and the staff retrieved and mailed it to me!

Comfortable place and conveniently located to Google's campus. My only gripe is usually these sorts of hotels include a complimentary breakfast in some fashion, while this property does not.

Very comfortable hotel. Rooms are well. Maintained and clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. The location is superb for business travel in the valley.

Hilton Garden Inn has great breakfast and very good service. The breakfast price isn't included and is quite pricey but certainly good American breakfast fare. It's conveniently located near the 85 freeway. The room is also quite comfortable but I feel there isn't enough light in the room; although perhaps this is a feature of California hotels.

The room is very clean and ready despite the fact that I checked in early. The breakfast bar was quite good and had a good selection of your normal breakfast variety. The fitness center isn't very large but had everything I need to run and weight lift a little. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and its amenities.

I was surprised by the food selection. Great service both in the restaurant and the front desk upon check-in.

Hotel only runs for the good location but the staff is rude and blunt. Not at all impressed with the facilities and food. Being a vegan, it's hard to find in the hotel restaurant. Rather go to a couple of nice Indian restaurants in the neighborhood!

Very big room. Staff friendly and attentive without being too attentive. Food (breakfast) good. A little steep price-wise for non-business stays.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn — Mountain View. It's great that they give you a number to text if you need anything during your stay, super easy! The staff was friendly and helpful, and I want to give a big thank you to Garrett Ritter for mailing my glasses when I left them in my room. He even sent me an email to let me know that they were on their way and give me a tracking number. Thanks for your help.

Fair enough basic hotel. Expensive for what it is. Reasonably sized room, good TV channel selection, free and fast enough Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, plenty of parking. Didn't try the minuscule outdoor pool, but there is one.

The price tag is quite steep, but it's in line with what you find in the area. Rooms are big, clean and quiet — this is the main reason why this is my hotel of choice in the bay area. The food is quite mediocre unfortunately, so you likely don't want to stop there for dinner, but I have had exactly 0 issues with this hotel in many stays: interacting the minimum with staff members sometimes is nice.

Clean rooms that are updated. Amenities are adequate. Food/ dining are fine. Small work out room. Somewhat pricey even with corporate rate.
