Worst place to have a relaxing moment. My room looked to be a least uncleaned within a month. Dirty bedding. Filthy face towels. Dust and hair in my ice bucket that they wouldn't exchange. No mini fridge. Or microwave set to the roms. Me and my granddaughter walked back and forth to the lounge all night. They didn't want to give me a checking out receipt. Saying it's the same as the morning one. But since I paid by credit card. I needed no to be recharged on my card if I got out in time. My room had water mildew n every corner. Dull shows on cable. Window screens ripped & bent. The $92 spent was a big lost. Unless under new management. I wont return!

The best motel I have visited in awhile. Clean, welcoming, and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Very accommodating. Excellent customer service. Thank you Susan for helping my family have an awesome stay! Will definitely be back.

This is by far the most comfortable stay I've ever had at a motel 6. The front desk lady who checked me in was professional and nice. She called me to check if everything was ok in my room and then I requested for some extra towels. The maid brought it to my room immediately. Great service and I will definitely be back.

I've stayed at many Motel 6 before and never had I felt so welcomed like I did here. From the minute I walked in The General Manager was Super Nice and made me feel very comfortable. This Motel 6 has Great Customer Service! And their rooms are nice and clean :)

A pretty ghetto hotel, but a million times better than the roadway in next door. At least this place was cleaner and the girls at the front were super amazing! I would stay again if I had to.

I was delighted with the Motel 6 San Bernardino North, CA. Starting with the easy parking and then going into the office to check in. Ericka, the delightful young lady behind the counter was probably the best I've ever met at any hotel or motel. She has a wonderful personality and it was indeed a pleasure to meet her. The room I had, number 301, was very clean and while austere, was extremely comfortable. The television was a reasonably large flat screen LG unit that was very good. The bathroom and shower was redone and excellent. The bed was comfortable and roomy. I would definitely return!

The young black woman at the front desk was terrific. I wish I knew her name to recommend her. She should be given a promotion to training other workers at every Motel 6 in hospitality, efficiency and customer service. Very friendly and hard-working. Room service was awful. No towels and not well-cleaned. But, when I called, this woman quickly delivered towels and TP with great friendliness. A shame room service is so poor. Applause to this young woman.

Horrible experience. It's like a halfway house. There are homeless people all around the property. I was worried we'd be broken into. We arrived at 2pm and would not allow us to check in early (1 hour), the person checking us in was very rude. We finally got to check in and got to the room and it smelled like smoke. There was one bath towel and a couple hand towels. There was no remote because they weren't attached, you have to ask for them. We got back at about 9pm and pulled the bedding back and THE SHEETS HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED, there was a HAIR and other stuff on both the beds. My mother took pictures, I will post them when she sends them to me. We left and found a La Quinta which was 100% better! YUCK, NEVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL 6!

Great Costumer Service! Speedy Check-In! Clean and Spacious rooms! A/C works perfectly! Very Friendly staff! The pool is well maintained! No complaints! The staff is very welcoming and assist all guests in a timely fashion with great time management skills.

The only positive about this motel is the staff. The girls behind the desk were all very kind and tried to be as helpful as they could. The hotel it's self is in a bad area of town (or so it seems). Lots of homeless people walking around the parking lot. Guests seemed to all be locals and were so loud ALL night long. Screaming, smoking cigarettes and weed on the balconies and women yelling at their kids till all hours of the night. Not to mention the walls are paper thin. If for some reason you have to stay here (I would never stay again. ) Get a room on the top floor or you'll never get any rest. I know we didn't.

First off, as others have said, Erica is a bright and wecolming presence at this Motel 6. I enjoyed every interaction with her. That said, I was underwhelmed with my room. As others have mentioned, housekeeping was non-existent, the beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms had none of the usual amenities (no microwave, mini-fridge, or coffee maker). The duvet was as thin as a sheet. Would I stay here on my next trip to San Bernardino? Not likely.

Horrible I went tp 4 different rooms that were ready and they all were filthy. Hair, blood, and dirt left in the shower, on the light switch, in the sink. The beds were disgusting. I could not belive it. It was truly the dirtiest motel I have ever seen, I truly couldn't believe it. I couldn't the phone had built up dirt. I couldn't touch anything. This was not just one room it was like that in 4 rooms. They need to care about cleaning.

I stayed a few weeks back and it was pretty clean and tidy. I had an issue with the lock on the door and a maintenance worker was passing by and he helped me get the lock fixed, his name was Marcos. Definitely a good motwl to stay at.

The property is getting better, I have stayed her a few times in the past 3 months, and it seems like if every time I stay here the customer service gets better. I had a problem with the heater in my room, they sent up a maintenance man by the name of Marco, up to the room within 15 minutes and got it fixed right away. A quick thanks to all the staff for being nice and accommodating me with my visits. Will definitely come back!

I have been staying at this particular motel 6 for the last 3yrs. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and helpful. They always have my reservation correct and make me wanna book again with them for my next trip.

First, I’ve stayed here the last couple years for a week in Feb to be near CSUSB for my annual dance show. Erica is wonderful, friendly, helpful and efficient! My stay this year, however, left me wondering if I should come back. The room was far under par. The top blanket had cigarette burn holes (the house keeping manager’s response was “Oh the girls sometimes put the ones from smoking rooms in there if they run out. Unacceptable — especially when we booked a second room for a couple dancers from out of town who had the same issue. ). The head board was detached from its base in the wall. The shower stall ceramic base seems to also have burns in it. The shower curtain had several tears and holes. The answer to this was to pin it together. The floor by the bead was disgusting — it’s laminate wood, a simple mop would have done the trick. The curtains over the window also had holes and tears — a stapler was used to fix it. The sink was completely clogged — this had to be known by housekeeping when they cleaned the room (the maintenance man was prompt and friendly and simply took the stopper out and apologized saying it was the wrong stopper for the sink). I NEVER received proper service from housekeeping. Once during my stay they took the trash. A few times they took the dirty towels, but never replaced them — not one single time. I had to go to the front desk each day.

This place is actually really nice and they amped up their game. The pool is relaxing and peaceful. I would definitely recommend and come back here to stay longer! I dont know why the reviews are so negative, you are asking too much for a motel.

One great thing for dog owners is that there is no charge for a well-behaved pet, which we have, so that helped a lot. Rooms/building are newer and convenient location, but they have not been sound proofed even though built right next to a freeway on ramp! So noisy. We were awakened in the early morning hours to the sound of garbage trucks and other residents leaving. Even though the motel seems relatively new, the grounds were really pretty dirty with lots of litter. In the room we noticed the towel racks were newer/modern but looking closer, they were pretty dusty. There is no refrigerator, microwave, not even a coffee maker nor ironing board! You have to pay for internet also. Only two pillows so had to request another and a single thin blanket. Not enough towels for two people either. Of course, no breakfast. They so obviously cut lots of corners with a similar price to other nearby motels/hotels that have more to offer. With so few amenities, the price should have been far less. It only pencils for those with an animal in tow.

Your staff is unbelievably nice, warm, courteous and helpful. The physical plant, exterior, needs some deep cleaning, such as steam cleaning or pressure washing. Then it will perfectly match your sparkling team!

Staff is pleasant and helping. Very basic amenities. Bit old facility. But can't complain with the low price paid.

I stayed at your location in Hesperia and preferred the room there! The air conditioning/heater worked better and it was a lot cleaner than the San Bernardino North location. I was given a non-smoking room that had obviously been smoked in.

Stayed here when my car broke down nearby. Very noisy, both Freeway noise and every sound outside of the room. Laminate floors made every footstep loud and people were in and out till all hours of the morning. Room seemed clean except for the floor, which I had to take a washcloth to to be able to walk bearfoot. It was like wiping the sidewalk off. They only supply bar soap, no shampoo. Bed was just ok. I wouldn't choose to stay here, but it did get us through the night.

The staff was polite and professional. However, I was very disappointed in the motel. Everything looked dirty and trash everywhere, elevator and walkways. The room did not look clean. Shower curtain was torn. The sink and toilet looked dirty and stained. There was long hair between the sheets. I would never book in a Motel 6 again.

This place has drug addicts and homeless loitering. People smoking Marijuana on the stairways. Dirty sheets this place is just horrible. Their pricing is ridiculous better go up the hill to the neighboring hotel the rodeway inn much cheaper in price and classier than this trashy one.

After being up for 23 hours and traveling for 9 hours, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. A room clearly marked No Smoking, reeking of weed, no wash cloth, and a man screaming at all hours of the night. This was my first and last experience trying a motel, especially a Motel 6.

Desk clerk was rude and unfreindly. Parking lot was filthy and hadnt been cleaned for days. I had a feeling of being vulnerable because of unsavory looking tenants. Area was terribly noisy all the time. TV needed adjustment; screen was too dark. Room prices had taken a huge increase. Motel 6 now pricing itself too high. After 20 years of staying at Motel 6 I am all done.

It was a bad experience. I checked in @4:30pm and I was told to wait because my room was not ready yet. My husband and I were in town for a concert so since the room was not ready we decided to head out to the concert. Once the concert was over we came back to the hotel. We went up to our room and at first glance we automatically decided to drive back home. The room was dirty and the bed spread had a huge stain. Then we went to the lobby to check out and asked to speak to the manager and we were told there was no manager that night. Overall a really bad experience. Front desk staff looks very unhappy and didn’t bother to apologize or try to make any other accommodation.

Nice rooms, but beds are wobbly one side of the bed frame was broken and being held on with some wood thing, NO FREE Wi-Fi HORRIBLE MUST BE PAID not too expensive for one night and can only be used on 1 device so not good either customer service personnel was very nice, friendly, and informative I also surprised how many hotels housekeepers don't really clean as they should I mean under the bed and or moving drawers to sweep, mop, vacuum should be done as well as anything else I THINK we were Surprised to find some of the things I did under these beds gross, MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE MORE INVOLVED OR HEAD HOUSEKEEPER SHOULD BE DOING HIS OR HER JOB AND MAKE SURE THE JOB IS BEING DONE I MEAN THEY ARE GETTING PAID FOR IT RIGHT? MY OPINION AT LEAST THANKS.

The customer service at the front desk was awesome! The room was nice and cool. When I was going to use the shower, there were some concerns like the towels had human hair what seemed like pubic hairs, then when I turned on the shower and the water pressure was really terrible. I had to shower with pretty much was dripping water from the shower head. When I was ready to go to sleep I moved the the bed spread and on the white sheet cover I found what seemed once again lpubic hair and other traces of hair. It was hard to sleep with peace of mind that I was laying down on clean sheets. In addition, there aren't securities in the premises specially from what I can tell this location is not in a safe area. There were homeless walking inside the premises and when I was barely falling asleep the people in the room above where fighting vigorously and yelling I woke up scared for my life and for the people fighting above. I never heard any employee or security come and check. What I was happy about my stay was that they accept pets and the A/C was always working.

You have homeless people and a tent at the street entrance. Our towels had a hair and yellow stain. The shower didn't work. Ice machine had out of order sign but worked. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Probably the nastiest place we have ever stayed. Booked with motel six due to your hotel being a trusted chain. Disgusting room! I am glad the air conditioner worked.

The only reason I stayed here was to be close to a concert I was attending in the area. I called the office at 10:23am the day of my stay to see if I could check in early. I was told it was no problem and my room was already ready to go. I showed up at noon and was told that my room would not be ready until 4pm. On a side note, the office smell like crack. Yes, I know what crack smells like. I then verified that I had earlier called the correct number, but the woman said she had just got to work at 11:30am, so I must have spoken to the person who was running the office earlier. After about 10 minutes of back and forth, I was finally given a room. The room was a complete mess. Well, everything was where it was supposed to be, but it was in terrible condition. The "comforters" were totally gross and had stains and cigarette burns on them. I was glad I would be having a few beers at the concert and hoped I'd pass out quick. I decided it should sleep in all my clothes to be safe. My buddy slept on the floor and did not want to take his chances on the bed. When I woke up, I felt like I had slept in a pile of dirty laundry. The room smelled like cigarettes and was really musty and damp. I want to say that I used to be a professional musician and I've been to hotels all over the world including third world countries. I've slept in terrible motels before and I'm not scared of a little "danger" but to charge $165 for a night at this place is highway robbery.

This must be the dirtiest room I was ever supposed to sleep in. The bed was full of stains so that we covered it with our own towels to sleep on those. We could not use the room's towels since there were tons of hair (not ours) in them. Neighborhood does not seem too safe either. I can definitely not recommend this place, sorry.

The fabric of the blanket felt pokey itchy and might have caused a little Irritation. Wi-Fi not free. No breakfast, fridge, or microwave. It feels like they think we are made of money.

Cockroaches! Lot's of bugs! Stayed here 6 months ago was the same. Was hoping they improved. But the staff and quality of this hotel has gone to the roaches. No Microwave available in the rooms or in the office. This is the ONLY motel I have seen that does not have any microwave to use as well. I guess they were all infested with their motel 6 cockroaches. Never going back. If you are looking for a better hotel there is one up the hill from this one… used to be days inn but has changed to something else now… have stayed there and recommend it. same prices basically but you get microwave in the room and a free continental breakfast in the AM.

There was bugs in the room (roaches). The bedding wasn't clean. Blood under the toilet seat. The floor and walls near the bed had dirt and thing stuck to them. I felt that the room was never cleaned. The sheets had cigarette holes in them.

Motel 6 is always my first choice for value and lower room rates. 90% of Motel 6 I have stayed at are very clean with helpful friendly staff. I am a professional driver since 1993. This location does have a noise issue as the highway is within about 200 feet. Very poor development plan on the part of the city. My room was clean and the heater easily kept the room warm. The front desk check in person was very friendly and helpful especially with info on a good place to park the straight truck I was driving.

This place is real bad rooms smell bad through the ventilations the rooms are small. Customer service is first meeting there expectations should be top priority. Motel 6. Ur receptionist "ANDREA" Has a bad attitude bad customer skills I wouldnt recommend anyone this place its real bad Motel.

This was the worst experience I have had with a hotel/motel ever. I worked in hospitality for 7 years and am a frequent traveler and even with my low expectations of this hotel it managed to fall well short. This is a transient and drug user haven and they seem to be okay with it. I was there for 3 nights and never got my room cleaned. I was required to empty my own trash and come to the front office for clean towels. I reported my room not being cleaned numerous times and they said it was because I wasn't in the room. I never knew you had to be in the room for the staff to clean it. The noise levels are out of control because most rooms have about 10 people staying in them. I wouldn't leave any valuables in the car because there is sketchy activity at all hours of the night and signs saying not responsible for stolen items. If you have an option to stay somewhere else please do yourself the favor and drive the extra 15 minutes to stay somewhere else.

DISGUSTING! I had very low expectations, but never in my wildest dreams did I think this very national chain to be so incredibly unacceptable. The bed was supposed to be a queen and our calves and feet were hanging off the bed. The cigarette smell was unbearable. The bathroom looked like a prison bathroom. We were seeing a concert at San Manuel Amphitheater, so we didn't have another choice of places to stay. We had to drink a few extra beers in order to get sleep, there were drug parties going on in the rooms next to us. This hotel should be shut down. Don't stay there!

No problems once so ever pretty clean no trouble of any kind ive been coming here couple of time for visitations. Staff fast and accurate friendly too.

Horrible experience! First of all I walked in to the room and there was a very strong odor of cigarettes which I was willing to let go considering I wanted a smoking room and I am a smoker myself. We realized there was not even a microwave nor a refrigerator, so we decided we did not want the room. Super 8 does have a microwave, refrigerator and a coffeemaker and does not charge for a second person. We did not touch the room so we called the office for a refund and they only gave us part of our money back all we did was turn on the t. V,. And sit at the table for no longer than 25 minutes! The front desk and "security" I think the guys name was Gabrielle were very rude and I will never or ever refer anyone or give this motel any more of my money.

Very nice motel and a great location. Out of the mess of LA.

Rooms were fine, no problems, but it was really loud in the mornings with the traffic outside. Road and Freeway is really close. Rooms were clean and staff was very nice. Security Guard walking around was helpful.

Stayed this last weekend and had a great experience. Just did not like being by freeway.
