The staff here was very friendly! Loved the well decorated room and mini fridge! AC worked amazing, kept us cool all day and night. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, perfect for a good nights rest no matter how long you’re here for. They even had free breakfast which was amazing to wake up to. Would stay here again!

My son and I stayed a night here to visit Six Flags Magic Mountain. It's about a 20 minute drive from the hotel to the theme park, which isn't bad at all. The area is really nice and also quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable, and also included a mini fridge and microwave. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone.

Nice and clean, slight room mix up, but not the staff's fault. Ended up in the big suite no extra charge.

Easy chicken, kind and fast personnel. Very clean room, spacious, close proximity to Six Flags Magic Mountain via Lyft. Quiet. Continental breakfast was okay.

Great experience front desk staff was friendly our room was nice and clean. It was located near everything nice 20 min away from six flags. Checking in was fast as well as checking out. Left to enjoy the day and came back to clean towels and clean sheets and a clean room over excellent.

This place is awsome had no problems checking in or out. The room was very clean and the restroom is pretty big also. It is a very quiet place so I was able to sleep in until 10am so I didnt try the breakfast. Overall this place is awsome I hve no complaints about it. Food places arent far either depending on what your in the mood for its about a 5 to 10 minute drive. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Six flags is a 20 minute drive at the most which was very convenient since my girlfriend and I have the season pass.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and both times have been great. The staff are all very nice, it's clean, beds are comfortable and it is quiet and feels safe. Kind of wish the parking lot was just a little bit bigger. We will definitely stay here again!

It is quiet, clean, and quite spacious. I was pleasantly surprised. It was adorable and good location. I would stay here again.

Was dated and the first room they gave us had a bad smell. We told them amd they let us take a nes room. Place was dated and the beds needed mor blankets ee callrd for mpre and were told they had no extras. I would stay yhers again the front desk was friendly and breKfast was great.

This hotel was clean and affordable. However parking is a nightmare because of other guests, not knowing how to properly park their own cars in the lines.

It was clean and quiet little dated but the room was big. Had a good fridge microwave. Bring your own soap and shampoo as well as your own tp cuz its worst ever.

Hey-o this place might be haunted, the lights are time sensitive but it just feels like ghosts are flippin off the lights and screwing with you. My socks got dirty on the carpet. The hot tub looks cold, we didn't check however it look like cold tub.

The rudest place I've ever been to. I had called ahead of time to find out if they had a room for the night. Yes, they say, it'll be 110.00 dollars. I get there, hand over the money, and the desk clerk tells me, we don't take cash! I'll admit, I was mad and told her, please rent us a room because we're a long way from home, my boyfriend is in 4th stage liver failure, and can't walk, not to mention how cold it was outside that night, and the desk clerk wouldn't even let my guy sit in the lobby while we wait for a ride. I don't know what you call it, but I feel that she was just a nasty, unhappy person. She had zero compassion for this very sick man. And I honestly believe that making him sit on the cold concret outside in 40 degrees push his death a bit because he died 2days later, so this place SUCKS.

Families should not come here. The breakfast was lacking since there was only waffles and cereal AND breakfast starts too early (5:30 to 9:00am). The whole place had a weird smell to it. Lastly, when paying, we had to pay an extra $150 deposit. Would not stay here again.

It was quick and easy and Clean. We only stayed for a few hours. Good hotel.

The hotel was nice enough but the bed was very hard and sounded like there was a metal drum under it. Every time I say on it there was a loud banging. Merely rolling over elicited enough cramming that I was afraid of waking people up. The morning breakfast was fairly lackluster. At the very least they need to add peanut butter, honey and another toaster. The mini muffins we're good though.

They provided a breakfast with juice, apples, and pastries, and make your own waffles. There was not a lot of room to sit and eat and the small kitchen area was dimly lit. The breakfadt was good though.

Had a great experience here. Manager was great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Quit setting. Great breakfast.

Clean rooms, great value. Just don't expect to plug in your devices. There were three outlets and only one available plug in the whole room. The owner parks his Mercedes in the handicapped space also. I will have to find elsewhere to stay, next time.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Room size is more than enough it had a microwave and a mini fridge. The hot tub was subllime. The people there are truly genuine and offer amongst the best customer service! I would defiantly recommend staying and look forward to my next visit.

Stayed here for 3 nights, went to use the bathroom and stepped in a puddle of water. The tank on the toilet had a leak. When I told them, they said they could put me in another room with two beds instead of one. Not how I wanted to spend my nights with my girlfriend. We told them we'd rather them fix our toilet. They never fixed it. But just gave us towels to put on the floor and soak up the water. The following week we tried to stat there again. Upon arriving, with reservations, we were told our room wasn't available and we would have to stay in a room with two beds instead of one again and that it would cost more because there were two beds. They also told us they overbook rooms on purpose and that they aren't responsible for it having our room anymore. The final straw, they also told us if we wanted to stay we would also have to pay an increased 250.00 deposit from 150.00 the week before! This place is a slum and the staff does not care about you or your safety.

My friend took me here to rest uninterrupted after my car crash. When departing the lady in the front went and looked at the room. She said we smoked when we didnt. She kept insisting on keeping the deposit. Ive had good experiences here before, but that time was so irritating. I legit slept the WHOLE time. We don't smoke. Looks like she just wanted to pocket our money.

It was a place to sleep. The front desk people were nice, the blankets had cigarette holes, and the front door looked like it was kicked in multiple times which added to the overall ambiance. Continental breakfast was filling and it was cheap for a vacation place so I can't complain.

It's a bit pricey but you pay for what you get. Unfortunately my quest took the towels thinking they were mine when packing up. Live and learn.

Check-in/out was smooth, front desk area smells very clean. Friendly staff, lots of parking. About 10 miles from Six Flags. If you check-in early enough they have one parking pass for a guest to use at the park. Room was also clean, but still had a run-down look and feel to it. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to crash for the night, I would recommend Travelodge.

The room was great. It was a little noisy, but that was due to other guests. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The TV was rad. A very nice hotel indeed!

My Mom, my 2 sons and I stayed here last night when I called to make reservations, I specifically told the person who took the call that we needed 2 ground level rooms because my mother can't climb stairs and they told me okay. I called before we checked in and the hotel clerk told me that our rooms were upstairs when I asked I told her that I had reserved two rooms downstairs and she said whoever took our reservations put us in two rooms upstairs even after I called twice that week I called to verify that we had two rooms downstairs and I was told yes both times I called. When we got there last night, I was very disappointed the hotel looks decent from the outside but let me tell you, as soon as we got inside the door, the whole inside of the building smelled very old and everything in there is not updated. The worst part is that when we got to our room, it stunk like smoke and it made me nauseous I'm thinking they put us in a smoking room last minute or it used to be a smoking room and the smell lurked since everything in that hotel is old and you can tell that it has never been remodeled. I had to flush the toilet a few times for it to completely flush so that tells me it still has old plumbing. We could hear everything going on in the rooms next to us and upstairs you could hear loud footsteps and someone running around.

The staff that I encountered was not very polite. I needed an extra blanket and pillow for my son's pack and play (which this hotel does not have those accommodations) and it was like pulling teeth trying to get the extra bedding. The cleanliness was much to be desired too. There were stains on the white bathtowels, rips in the wallpaper, stains (that look like blood) on the wall and filthy windows that look like they have not been cleaned in months. Their breakfast isn't what they say it is either. I think I saw two pieces of fruit, about 6 slices of white bread, two-bite cinnamon rolls that were hard as a rock and waffle making ingredients. I would not recommend a stay here… for the extra $20 you can stay elsewhere and get much better amenities and service.

I stayed at many travelodges but this one was the best so far. Our room was nice. Free Wi-Fi and good breakfast, strong coffee. The young gentlemen who was making for 3 days we stayed. Rooms were fine. Our a/c had loud noise and our TV had blue screen so my wife call the frontdesk and she did try and also offered to change our room. Wonderful staff.

Rude staff except one lady that works the night shift. The morning manager is as rude and unprofessional as they come. The breakfast if you can call it that, consist of old muffins stale cereal and waffles that taste like dirt and water. The juice is OK coffee looks like MUD SORRY, their is NO STARBUCKS COFFEE. Never parking due to construction vehicles and don't dare ask for extra towels its a crime in this place. The only positive thing I can say is the night assistant angel she's awesome!

If you need to stay on this side of the valley for a night, maybe its worth a try… but I wouldn't recommend it. Smells like cigarettes in the hallway and lounge. Rooms look ok, but everything seems a bit shady.

When I came down to the Los Angeles area, I had spent a week here before I left to Azusa in order to stay temporarily with a friend of a friend. Unfortunately, the friend of a friend would not take me in. I actually like the free breakfast at this location and was more than happy with the room that I was assigned. The staff was very nice, and I enjoyed my stay here, although it was brief. They have free Wi-Fi and that was a godsend.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. After our car breaking down they refused to refund our reservation. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service. We had a reservation when we checked in we "asked too many questions" so the very rude and disrespectful women at the front cancelled our room and kicked us out. I am out raged. Never stay here.

Horrible it stinks so bad! And the couch in our room was broken and the TV wouldn't work. Smells bad no Starbucks or workout room. I didn't want to sleep in the bed. We were going to six flags and that was fun but seriously don't stay at it you get what you pay for and this hotel or motel is pure crap.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is older, but it was fun. Loved the pool table in the lobby, very inviting and friendly. Great workout room on the floor. The Starbucks downstairs is convenient. Never saw the restaurant, Mercat, open and probably would not have gone there. We would stay here again. Very near everything needed.

Absolute worst motel experience I have ever had. I am 62 and disabled. I was lied to and disrespected The office person sounded so violent when I called to find out why breakfast was late I was fearful of retribution in the night. I checked before I booked and when I checked in, about the breakfast time (5:30am). When I called to find out why it was late I was told it got changed and if I didn't like it I could leave. I had to leave for my class before it was set up upon returning I asked the desk again what time breakfast was and was told 5:30 and she didn't know why it was not set up. When I told her how I had been treated (I think it was her husband who was so violent on the phone) she changed her story and said they changed it to 6am on weekends. If they did why was I told that I could get a 5:30 breakfast, for my weekend reservation, when I checked in and when I called before I made the reservation? Also the air-conditioning does not work and it is hot.

0 the travel lodge employees treated my mother that is 95 years old with no dignity, my mother had an accident due to the poor quality of their coffee and when we attempted to reenter the room we found we were locked out and when we inquired at the front desk we were told we had to pay an additional $100 deposit due to the accident or we could not stay, they also had possession of our belongings as we had left them in the room we booked for three days. The next day after more bad experiences we attempted to check out early and were informed that if we did we would not get a refund of the unused day of the stay. All of these experiences were unacceptable for customer relations and elderly respect.

Terrible customer service. Poor choice of hotel, spend a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere, avoid the threats, and accusations.

Loved this place! Me and my fiance stayed the night on our trip to Six Flags. Parking was a bit tight, but tolerable. Friendly service and easy check in/check out. You need a room key to actually get into the halls of the rooms, which I love because it makes you feel more safe and secure. The room was very clean. Interesting room design, but we loved it because it wasn't your typical room. It even had a sink by the bed! View from upstairs was pretty. Flat screen TV and satellite was probably another highlight because they're upgraded and not using a huge old TV with regular cable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended and please ignore some of the other people's reviews. Everyone will have their opinion, some way too picky than others. I can be picky too and if I say something nice about a place, then you know it's worth it. Will be staying here again soon.

The room was okay but parking was the worse I had to park my suburban outside and no TV service and no ice.

Worst service n place ive ever experienced.

The experience wasn't very good. First, the front desk wasn't very good. The lock of the door was bad and when we closed it it got stuck. There was half of a toilet paper. And there was 3 towels for 4 people. The view was bad we had no sunlight because we were facing a wall. The breakfast was regular but the man attending was rude and he waited until there was a line of people waiting for food to put more. The good thing were the beds.

Really this place was terrible. I was traveling and needed a hotel for the night. I should have instantly went to another hotel when the staff was rude. Then we checked in the room and it was just nasty. You could tell everything was old. Terrible stay, won't be doing this again.
