$144 for one night, 44 would be too much!
Loud, dirty, plaster falls off the walls, toilet bowl loose. In the parking lot, the plaster falls on the car.

All I can say is that Pete goes out of his way to make you comfortable the head manager not so much but Pete is awesome.

Do not call this hotel if you are stuck at the airport late at night, they tried to charge $400.00 for a basic room because they knew there were a lot of desperate travelers with nowhere to stay.

Nice basic place to stay. Free parking and Wi-Fi was good. Would stay again.

So expensive for the accommodations. Place is run down.

Had a room on the second floor with two full size beds. Space between beds and other furniture was a bit cramped but the beds and pillows were very soft. The closet was fairly spacious and located in the hallway to the bathroom. The bathroom was also spacious. Overall, the room was clean and nice.

Made us pay for an extra guest at midnight when we were going to be give in 5 hours. Did not give an extra pillow or blankets. Last was sleeping and had to be woke up for check out. Felt very unsafe.

The two individuals that ran the late night window were some of the most rude and inhospitable people that I have ever encountered. The word rude does not even begin to summarize the type of people that operate this rat trap of an establishment. I would wager that there are homeless shelters with leaking roofs in April that I would much rather stay at than the infamous Ritz Inn of San Bruno, CA. Due to the lack of respect for a paying costumer WITH reservations I refused to stay there. Had I stated there I'm almost positive that I would have contracting some sort of disease.

Well starters dont book with booking companies due to owner not liking thier prices. He made us pay his price which was 85 bucks yet booking I did do week in advance was 76 total. Ants were in my bed bathroom was not clean could see maids dirty foot marks all over. There is no iorn or iorning board. Also no vcr like it says either. Windows were wide open took hours to warm up room. Pro of this place toilet will never clog has some glush to it lol.

It was nice and clean, but what makes it five stars is the following: My girlfriend's and my flight from SFO was cancelled and 400 people suddenly needed rooms near the airport to stay over night. Most of the hotels were already packed. My girlfriend and I went to the Ritz Inn and met Peter, who is the owner this motel. He was so sweet and tried to find us a room somewhere in the street. Eventually he gave us the last room in the Ritz Inn despite a pending reservation. It was already late evening and the guy who made the reservation said that he might not come at last, so Peter guessed we would need the room more than him. He ordered us a cab for the next morning and made sure we get everything we need. He was our saving hero!

Pretty okay. Room clean, bed comfy. Price okay? for SFO?

It's a nice clean motel my second time staying here and I will be back. Peter that works the front desk is very professional and has a good aura about him …

This guy is a dirty liar and a thief, I had booked 2 rooms, he only kept one available and then did a blatant con act on me to trick me into signing a payment instead of the refund I requested, as he had mucked up our booking. Avoid this place at all costs!
