I booked a room thru you guys my flight was delayed my luggage was lost for hours upon that time I had no phone charger to contact your hotel until morning they took the money out of my card and refused to refund me.

My son and I stayed here for a couple weeks. The staff is so wonderful and rooms are comfortable. On site laundry helps.

Convenient location, great and friendly staff. Jazz and Lisa were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Room has everything… fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a large desk and a walk-in shower. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable!

Cute place, clean, basic. Smelled like cows outside and they charged me extra for parking because my van went over the line by a foot. I would visit again for $110 or less.

This place is quite cute. We got the 2 bed room it comes with a seperate suite! It’s perfect! Thank you Alpine staff and Tiffany for being so wonderful!

This was an amazing experience the rooms are so nice and clean there are so many amenities it's fantastic the staff was so sweet and friendly. They have 24 coffee/ cappuccino machine in the office breakfast in the morning gonna be going back for sure.

Beautiful little homes, weather really cool, prices very in big way, depend the day, so try make reservations in advance, it's about 10 to 15 min from the same Francisco city. Beauty decoration, makes you feel at home. Nice people in there.

Amazing place. I enjoyed staying in this motel. It was very comfortable and very homey! It was chilly and just right. The view was tremendous and I would suggest a friend here. I will most likely visit this place again! Woot.

This is actually as nice place. Quiet area, the uphill arrangement of the rooms, everything was clean, … I would enjoy my stay IF there was a few things working properly. The Wi-Fi! It works for 10 mins and then it stops. Very difficult to get it working again. The heater: it’s really noisy and even when I turned it off the fan kept going. I had to unplug it to sleep. And the shower. The water gets hot every now and then while I showered. Other things to consider: nothing much nearby. You need a car to get around. Breakfast? What breakfast? Staff was really nice and I had a relaxing stay overall.

The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable but the service when we called ahead to make arrangements for late check-in we're told it was no problem and then received a call at 11 wanting us to check in immediately and being told that we were making it up about having cold in earlier. The clerk was downright rude and refused to work with us in any reasonable way.

Top alternative for an overnight stay outside of San Francisco. Rooms are clean and absolutely solid for a good night's sleep.
To get to SF, you can take the bus line 8 for 2, $5. This drive down the road (approx. 20 meters) towards SF CA 35 min.
Rückzu and especially at night then please take an Uber for $15.

Very cute little reasonable hotel. Room was absolutely spotless, couldn’t ask for a better place at this rate. Only possible complaint we could have was outlets were sparse with the exception of the back bedroom. Room had a keurig, microwave, fridge, iron etc. This place is worth your time and money! Would definitely stay here again.

I wanted to come visit my family but they're a little too much to stay over night with! Very happy to have this hotel within walking distance from them. I had a quiet night sleep after a day filled with sightseeing.

This little motor inn is hidden away from the hustle and bustle off of Geneva street. Rooms are clean and cozy, the office has a complimentary coffee machine that makes any manner of coffee wanted, and the bonus is homemade mini French pastries in the morning! Hotel staff is super nice and helpful. Will definitely be coming back again.

Cute. On the outer edges of San Francisco, and unless you're in town for the rodeo or some other event at the Cow Palace, the location is not very convenient… tho do-able. Not too far from BART (and right off the 8 bus). McLaren Park is a gem and basically across the street. As is San Bruno Mountain, the City of Brisbane, and Sunnydale. Or you could just stay in your clean, comfortable, well-managed and maintained room at the Alpine Inn… "a touch of Paris (in the Alps) " at the Cow Palace ;) Its a clean, affordable, independent (I assume) motel with breakfast in the morning (coffee and croissants… like Paris! ) and friendly staff.

They pull you in with nice deals, good service and a warm welcome, and then if there's an issue, they really don't care. Horrendously misinformed and inconsistent staff. One lady mentions one thing, another gentleman mentions another. "Can cancel here, can't cancel there. " Booked three nights for a decent price. Wanted to check out a day early due to late night noise from the next room. Concierge lady tells me no problem and they can refund me the day I'm not staying, however she can't do it at the moment. She tells me to come back in the morning before check out time and I'll be good. The room 122 is the one I stayed in. Next room over I was hearing people up all night having sex, watching loud T. V and a creaky bed is not what I consider a comfortable stay. I also told the concierge during check in to not have the cleaning crew go through my stuff, but they did it anyways. Not happy about this at all. Well I go in to give back my keys to the supervisor Mauricio whom says he can't do anything about it all. No budging, no care and no attempt to meet even half way. All he can say is "Unfortunately this, unfortunately that, unfortunately this and unfortunately that" with a nasty grin. Horrible customer service person with a snooty attitude. I do not recommend this place. All in all, not happy at all.

Our room was ready upon check-in and we were delighted: it had a fridge for our water and wine, and microwave for our popcorn! You can park your car right outside your door, and feels very safe. It's PERFECT walking distance for the Cow Palace (so you don't have to pay for parking! ) This place is a hidden gem and I can't wait to go back.

I️ would like to share my application to the staff of this wonderful jewel of San Francisco. This is a great place to stay, very comfortable and cozy. It is a good location to a proximity to any distention in the area. Everyone at the office very knowledgeable and sensitive to the guest and their needs. Rooms and property are very clean. Parking available for every room. The BEST Feature is COFFEE machine! 4 different teas are available as well. Breakfast box in the morning ready for pick with the bonus (great smiles of the front office staff)!

Breakfast was a joke. They gave us a box containing a boiled egg, yogurt, and an apple. They said they were out of a donut. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. There were 2 rooms having 1 bed each. But air conditioning was only in 1 room. The floor was wooden, no carpets. Room was very cold. The bathroom was tiny. The only good thing was proximity to SF and parking.

It used to be the "Alpine Motor Inn" They remodeled so facilities are old but it is fine. Still my family told she felt Paint smell, but I didn't feel anything. Very Friendly Front Desk Staffs, I really enjoyed small talking with them. Wi-Fi didn't work well, so they should change much better one. I felt only stress about it.

Our room was clean and had everything you might need but it smelled awful — like intense urine. I don't know why but it was really disgusting. The breakfast box wasn't good at all either. The staff was nice.

As our booking did not go through booking, we received a suite for 4 people on site. Therefore, our "room" for 2 was very spacious. Parking spaces directly in front of the house. For American conditions clean. Microwave, hair dryer, etc. There are breakfast boxes which contain fruit, pastries, yogurt and egg (same every day). There is no breakfast room. For a trip to SF price-performance (most of all on weekends) OK.

Rooms are clean and nice, have big bathrooms, plenty of outlets, mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clock, and coffee maker with coffee and tea!

Such a lovely place to stay at. I got there by accident and left well rested.

Great room at a great price. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful. 10 minute drive from the BART station. Free Parking. The walls are thin, so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. We could hear our neighbors fighting in the morning.

Family and I went on a road trip across the coast this was surprisingly the best Hotel we stayed at the rooms were amazing and its not just two beds but the second bed its in its own room breakfast was simple but filling. Staff was amazing and price was great. My wife called it a hidden Gem.

Me and three friends stayed here last summer for a festival in SF and this is by far one of the best places I've stayed at in a while! The two rooms blew me away! I will definitely be staying again when I need to stay in the bay area!

Safe and quiet place. Also the rooms were neat and clean. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Gobinda helped us with the easy check in, provided the info about the city, and the surroundings. Free parking is a plus. Don't expect too much in the breakfast though, something the hotel can do better than this. Overall Good stay at SF!

Housekeeper Delsi cleaned our rooms for our stay. She was very nice and was good with cleaning our rooms. Great receptionist's, Lords and Vanesa who would always welcome us with a smile on their faces when we would come in the lobby. Lots of FREE parking. Love this place.

This hotel is extremely cute for the price. The rooms were nice, clean, spacious, and had many amenities. The lady at the front desk was very nice, kind, and helpful. However if you do stay at this hotel, it is not in the best neighborhood, so do not under any circumstances leave your belongings in your vehicle! You will be burgled!

Great price, decent room and comfortable. The breakfast is minimal. But for someone just needing a place to sleep it's great. And no parking fees.

If I could post a short video of the room I would! We booked this room last minute on a spur of the moment trip and we were weary of the amazing deal but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was super cute, felt like a studio apartment. 2 beds and 2 rooms, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig with Starbucks coffee to brew, the bathroom was clean and looked like it had been recently updated, ceramic tile and everything. We thought it was a great place and would definitely stay there again if we take another last minute trip. I loved how close we were to the city without being IN the city. Definitely recommend it!

I stayed here for work this time last year and I found it to be so relaxing and quiet. It's a great little spot to unwind and the rooms are so nicely decorated. I felt right at home in the mini suite my work booked for me.
