We had a wonderful time here. Very classy hotel with great personable and helpful staff. The pool and whirlpool is great. Everything is so clean. The restaurant could be nicer though. You are basically eating dinner in the lobby. (Great food though)

I normally don't leave reviews because I'm not that girl. But I love this hotel. It was my first time in California and the wonderful girl at the desk upgraded my room. I could see a beautiful view of the city and it was an amazing first impression. She was a sweetheart and made sure everything was okay. I had a great first time in California and will stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel. You pay a lot of money and when your about to go to bed you find stains all over your sheets. We called down and they brought up new sheets with more stains. They just came up and dropped them off. No offer to help.

Nice and clean place with a great restaurant on site — Whispers. Optimal for comfort but definitely not luxury stay.

Great location! Walkable to many shops and restaurants. The newly renovated room are clean and comfortable. The staff from the front desk to the servers at the restaurant are very accommodating and pleasant. We really enjoyed our time and would love to come back!

Great location and excellent facilities. Would have given it 5 stars, but a couple folks at the front desk where a little rude and unattenttive. Some were friendly and nice like the gentleman tending the bar that evening, but a couple of people at the front desk could use a slight refresher course in customer service. Parking is pretty outrageous, $70 a night. There is a lot a couple blocks away on Jesse St that was half that if you don't have too much luggage to drag around.

Welcoming and professional staff, and free bag check is a nice gesture. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Could easily pass for a higher rating hotel. Only gripe I had with it is we arrived early, and was wondering if the room was free and we could check in. They told us the room was available, but early check in would cost $50. A little annoying that they want to charge when the room is already prepped, but otherwise a great place.

The hotel was average, but staff was friendly and helpful. I was between 3-4 stars, and the hotel bar and staff was really pushing me to 4. Place is clean, except for one issue. We pulled out the pull out couch for my kids to go to sleep, only to find that the mattress was damp and smelled of urine. Ugh. They did bring us up two rolling beds to use instead which was helpful, but then they occupied a good portion of the room for the duration of the stay, on top of not being able to use the couch. Expected the suite we had to be a bit larger, but it worked. TV was intermittant… sometimes we would get all channels, and sometimes they said "no signal". There is a convenient Starbucks in the lobby, hotel bar is small but nice, food is average.

Our stay here was great. The rooms were very nice. Flat screen TVs, 2 queen size beds, great view. Would definitely stay here again. The downstairs bar and lobby areas were very nice as well. I was especially impressed with the outdoor seating and firepit.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Marriott Hotel. It's in a great location, walking distance from the beach, AT & T Stadium, as well as other various places. The hotel itself is pretty good too. I stayed here for business so I didn't really take part in all the amenities the hotel offers but like I said overall my stay was very nice and I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! Lots of construction around it right now. It makes it difficult to get a ride and get in and out. I booked a single King and got 2 Queens. Not a big deal, but not what I booked. All in all good stay, clean hotel, and awesome experience and location. Looking forward to coming back.

This hotel was not at all what I expected from a bay area hotel… The king suite was great! The room had a huge sitting area with a large wet bar and a surprisingly spacious fridge. The shower was another high point with a normal shower head and a removable wand… A really pleasant change from the typical Cali hotsl shower where I feel like I have to run around to catch the water. The lobby bar and inner courtyard we're also quite comfortable and a good place to have a drink with some friends. Overall a great stay!

We stayed here one night. I booked a room online while standing at the desk because the staff said no rooms were available (front desk told me to do it). I booked a double queen online but when I checked in they said none were available and gave me a room with what was suppose to be a pull out sofa. We got to the room and the sofa had been nailed so that it didn't come out anymore. I went down and told them whT happened. They offered to change us rooms or discount our room. They were very nice and took care of things really quick. The front desk staff was extremely helpful the next day also. Great place to stay plus it was clean and really nice.

So, I’m all for “green” and trendy — but these rooms are a bit too much. They’ve seemed to reinvent the light switch, where they’re all push buttons in weird places and the lights turn themselves off after about 10 minutes. The shower water temp doesn’t have an H or C on it, just the number 100. When you move the knob to 100, it’s cold. When you move it the other way, it’s warm. Where is hot? Bed was fine, which I guess is the important part, and they still have coffee makers.

Very nicely decorated, conveniently located full service Courtyard in downtown San Francisco. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful personnel. Close to SF Giants baseball, Embarcadero, freeway to Bay Bridge. Contemporary styling, seating in common areas, fire pit on lobby patio. Decently stocked marketplace for snacks, with microwave oven for heating. Bar, restaurant, and coffee shop on site. Lovely, spacious rooms, with contemporary, comfortable furnishings. Pricey, yet it's downtown San Francisco… Valet parking only, and while the valets were consummate professionals, courteous & helpful, the rates exceed what I pay at similarly styled New York City properties. It is what it is…

Very good location close to places of interea.

Great value for the quality of service, the central location, and the quality of the rooms. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and check-in is very quick. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and the location is hard to beat. The breakfast was great for the price (~$20) but this has been closed for renovations I believe for quite some time. The hotel restaurant is good with helpful staff and a good beer selection on tap. Pro tip: if you sit at the one table near the window in the bar area, you might get lucky and be able to see the filming of a cooking show in the building across the alley! Very cool.

Very good location. The rooms have been remodeled recently. Are typical of the marriott. I would stay here again.

Room feels big. It's quiet and clean. The location downtown is nice. I've never had many requirements for a hotel so overall this is everything I could ask for — helps that I'm here on business so am not paying out of pocket.

They recently renovated every room and now they are NICE. They're also pretty big. Fun decor, comfy bed, nice touches like USB ports along with wall outlets next to the bed. The shower is big, nice, and clean. You can get a fair amount of street noise, trucks backing up, etc. But you're in the middle of downtown San Francisco so you have to kind of expect it. The staff are friendly. It was pouring rain when I was there and they had umbrellas to borrow which I appreciated. I will definitely stay here again.

All is well in this hotel… Only thing is very bad it is, there is no longer breakfast. That bad.

Best area hotel, not your regular courtyard property. Well done, renovated, super well managed, rooms good size for downtown US city. Good lobby chill out space. Good pricing for that city. Location 10 minutes to virtually anything you need.

Certainly not the place to come to if you are on a tight budget. Parking is $64 a night. The room was very nice. We got one of the newly renovated ones. Very modern and clean.

The hotel felt great. It was clean and well designed. I loved my room and it was very comfortable/quiet. I don't really have a single complaint but the location was amazing. Loved my stay here. Would definitely stay here again if in town on business.

I went for a conference. It's close to public transportation stations. It is clean and has good service. I definitely want to go back!

Great place with friednly staff. The rooms are extremely Spacey and incredibly clean. There were some issues with the elevators but they were promptly fixed. Star bucks on the first floor is a nice touch. Overall great experience.

The room had just been renovated and was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. I appreciated the power saving measuresof having to insert the key for the power in the room to turn on. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially since we were not leaving the city until very late.

Courteous staff, rooms OK if you don't mind 90's decorations. Clean and tidy. I didn't use either restaurant, gym or other services so can't say.

I would like to know this beautiful hotel… and Diafrutar… Since Sebe is very nice… elegant and tidy… Especially the serbicio of the people who Travajan… Merry Christmas and Big Bendesiones…

Good large room. Bed very comfortable. Great location. Service was a bit iffy — we were told to check in post 4pm, but our booking confirmation said 3pm. Had to ask for help with our bags as we were given a trolley to use ourselves. Breakfast was paid for but we were told not available — had to request a refund, but they did put it through.

It is a cosy hotel with very large, comfortable and bright rooms. Very clean and good service. It has a bar, Starbucks coffee shop, gym, swimming pool and a expectacular terrace.

Ed an amazing hotel: The rooms are very spacious, the beds huge, with all the facilities, swimming pool, gym, good kitchen… It is in a perfect place for sightseeing around the city.

Ordinarily I would give high marks for cleanliness, amenities etc however my present stay was made a bit uncomfortable by… 1. First day was a water shutoff for 5 hours during the day. 2. Second day — heavy jack hammering noises as construction was ongoing throughout various rooms in the hotel.
The hotel is a bit overpriced. $27 for a mediocre breakfast (undercooked omelet, toast and coffee). $5 bottles of water in the room and $18 paper view movies. The biggest shocker of all was the $72 per day parking charge for the Chevy Tahoe. Parking charges at this hotel were more than my daily car rental rate.
This was a business conference trip so it was important for me to have peace and quiet not plagued by constant jack hammering noises.

My stay was relaxing and comfortable. I recommend it

Beautiful hotel! We rented one of the cheaper rooms (all we could afford on our budget) but when we arrived we were upgraded for free to one of the newly remodeled rooms! When we walked in we were immediately in love with the room. Absolutely beautiful and very clean! We did have a bit of trouble figuring out the lights lol but we got it eventually. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Really nice lobby. Nicest of any courtyard I've been to. Rooms are pretty standard courtyard though. Friendly staff. Only complaint was my shower in the evening before dinner was a little cold. Morning shower was fine though.

The internet is very good. The rooms are very comfortable but do not allow more than 2 people per room. It is expensive and does not include breakfast. The parking is also expensive but has an excellent location.

Beautiful hotel. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have nice bathrooms. Not the most spacious but good enough. The mini fridge barely keeps things cold. The restaurant serves good quality food for dinner, and the breakfasts are awesome. Great lobby to chill with a beautiful outdoor fireplace. Awesome location.

After a long day at work I just wanted to unwind and take a hot shower. However, I came back to a hotel with no power. Not only was it out, but it was out for OVER 5 HOURS. I couldn't recharge my mobile devices, watch TV, use lights, or connect to the internet. I paid over $300 per night to stay in a hotel without power? I can stay at a motel 6 for less than 100 a night and still be given power. This outage was not mentioned to anyone or myself before booking or upon arrival even though the event seemed planned. The next day I was informed that the water to the entire hotel would be shut off. That was the nail in the coffin for me. I will not be staying here ever again and I will likely advise others to do the same.

Comfortable, but just not worth the exorbitant price. Newly renovated rooms are throwback to 90's… glossy black furniture with white, silver and pinkish-red accents and design. Modern electric switches simply a pain in the (neck) as they turn off the LED lights after just a few minutes unless room key is continually placed in a particular slot! Of course, this wasn't explained to us either at check-in! Brand new refrigerator was broken. Unadvertised additional price of parking is $62/day + tax.

Located in downtown San Francisco, it's a great hotel with a unique ambience. I particularly liked the location cos it was close to where I needed to be during the period of my stay in the city. Facilities and the room I stayed for 3 weeks was nice. Polite and friendly staff, I'd definitely visit again when I'm in town.

Awesome location! Lots of restaurants nearby. Also the room was great. There was a great view of the city. The restaurant food was also delicous.

We recently rented several rooms as part of a wedding party weekend and were very pleased with our choice. We were in a newly renovated 2 room suite and the finishes were thoroughly modern and an unexpected surprise. The location was perfectly located downtown, walkable to many sites and close to major transit. The staff was also very flexible and accommodating with all of the wedding events we had planned.

The hotel was RECENTLY renovated. Excellent room! Very modern and lots of space. We had a shower and two queens. I enjoyed the indoor pool and hot spa daily. There was also a large HDTV flat screen in our room. The sink was IN the bathroom area. I would recommend this to others and I would come to stay again. Also, I enjoyed the free high speed Internet as well as the MANY USB outlet charging stations within my room.

A hotel very nice and well located. The rooms are huge and has free Wi-Fi. The valet parking can be a bit slow.

This place served its purpose BUT… they seemed to forget we were 3 people… had to call for enough towels, etc… each day. And when staff did bring The necessary items, they included items we had not asked for yet still shorted us on wash cloths! Ha ha ha … still scratching my head over this. The housekeeping neglected to leave spare TP roll or fill the empty tissue box. The location was fine, expect street noises, the little coffee shop has limited hours but the fron…t desk has access to certain drinks 24/7. Room was one of the remodeled ones and was beautifully appointed. The bathroom was ultra modern designed with black stripes in different directions… sort of made me feel imprisoned, so close to Alcatraz! We survived and would stay again with no fears… just felt the service could be much better. And the Breakfast buffet could be less expensive… I don't need a huge breakfast.

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and upon learning that, their phone operator Norlita sent to my room a birthday card and a complimentary fancy designed slice of cheesecake with matching cake candle.
You can never go wrong with there steak and their seared salmon. The size of their room is descent enough to move around and there are enough shelves to put your stuffs.
I would give an A+ to their buffet breakfast and the Jasmin staffs as well as their front desk crews who are very attentive, respectful and helpful. Great Job! Highly recommended!

Was very Allègre. I really liked but the fourth celebration looked very good.

From start to finish, a nice stay. Great, central location, well maintained rooms and all the basic amenities you'd need — a bar, restaurant to boot. The reception staff was very helpful and had great suggestions for area dining. The price was quite good for the location. The one downside — if your renting a car, parking is $60, which I consider pretty steep!

Had an excellent stay this past weekend. The room was ready when we got there, clean, and right next to the room our traveling companions were in. As an added bonus, our hotel room was upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi tub. Just what we needed after a cold night in the San Francisco Giants stadium. We would definitely book here again!

Good location, but way too overpriced. The rooms are small. The is no breakfast included. No parking either, valet parking is available at a significantly high price. I would not stay there again.

My experience was great. The service and location were spot on. The room and conference room (where I spent most my time) felt just a tad dated. But for the price it's hard to beat.

One of the ladies at the front desk offered my two children and my two nephews some toys from the treasure chest. Valet allowing us to move car seats from one car to another were very patient. We also were able to seat 14 of us at a table in the lobby even as our kids ran around the lobby, outside and upstairs. So the staff has been very patient as our cousins were full of energy playing with each other.

Good but makes canzada to make appointment.
