Nice hotel just off the freeway for easy access. Room was clean and the continental breakfast was pretty nice as well. Staff were nice and accommodating with our request for an infant crib/pack and play which helped with less stress worrying where the baby should sleep. Pleasant surprise overall.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast is do-able. Friendly staff and easy Checkin. Very difficult to find off the main road. Find the Burger King and follow the back roads.

Nice place. Relatively clean. It is close to the freeway, so it's a bit noisy at night. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Run of the mill hotel and a bit below typical Best Western standards in terms of modern decor, cleanliness, in-room comforts. A small amount of renovation and updating would do wonders to revitalize the hotel. Staff were courteous albeit a bit slow during check-in. I wouldn't necessarily avoid staying here again, but I also wouldn't necessarily seek it out.

Very hospital staff and nice pool as well. They even give you a complimentary set of headphones to help you sleep but I honestly didn't need them and I am a light sleeper. I stayed her over the weekend and it was an incredibly easy check-in process!

Check in at hotel at around 10pm on Tuesday we needed a room just to rest. Front desk gentlemen was so friendly, helpful, polite and caring unfortunately I forgot his name, every staff member (from the person cleaning outside, the lady at the breakfast area, housekeeping and the check out lady) were very friendly and courteous. The area even though is close to the freeway inside the room was quiet, we had a good night sleep. We definitely recommend this hotel and staff.

Wonderful place to stay. Got in a little after midnight last night. Felt safe with my babies. Graveyard front desk woman was super sweet and welcoming. Slept well and breakfast was excellent! 6/2/18 check out. Thank you Ms. Nayeli for your hard work and serving the yummy breakfast!

Very clean comfortable rooms. Check in took a while due to construction workers needing many rooms, but overall great service and friendly staff.

The room is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is great. The price is right. We would definitely come here again.

Very nice BW. Rooms were clean and staff helpful. The freeway is next door but the noise from that was not a bother. Just in case, they give you a packet of earplugs in the room. Didn't try the breakfast, but it looked real good. Coffee there was much better than what's in the room. All in all, a very good stay and we would stay again.

Very nice motel. Easy access, located next to a freeway. Traffic noise, but not real bad. They even provided complimentary ear plugs, if you thought it was too noisy.

This hotel is fine if one is in the area for business. I personally would not stay for a leisure visit — — find a quieter location. Very noisy as it is next to the freeway, but many of the hotels in this area share the same issue. The hotel is working on upgrading their soundproofing and does supply complimentary earplugs. It is fine for a short stay.

Clean hotel with newer feel. Friendly staff and great service. Breakfast is adequate with normal options including waffles and eggs. Lots of parking available and very conveniently located to surrounding restaurants and stores.

Our room and bath were exceptionally clean for our 2-night stay. We wondered if we were the first to use the room after a remodel? The answer was "no but thank you for the compliment; we have very good, well trained cleaning personnel". The breakfasts were excellent with eggs, bacon, waffles, burritos, fruit, yogurts, muffins, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, on and on… more choices than you can possibly want. The attendants constantly brought in more food as required and kept the area very clean. We now know where to stay in the Pleasanton/Livermore area. Thank you Best Western Plus, we will be back.

Very hard to get to. If you use Google map it is very confusing. Rooms were ok. People walking down the outside walkways are very loud. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is typical but good. I would go back.

Room was ok. Everything appears to be in working order, the furnishing was relatively new. The shower had good pressure but not enough hot water. The bed was good. Despite all the effort, the location of the hotel really prevents it from getting higher ratings. The proximity to the freeway will keep guests from a quiet sleep in any room at this hotel.

Hotel is centrally located — very close to restaurants, fast food, gas, freeway access. Having said this, please know its in a oddish location. You can see the building from the freeway but takes a few twists and turns to find your way to property. It sits behind a very large new gym and hear Mercedes Dealership. Once you make the drive in/out of the property it will be less confusing. Although its so close to freeway on ramp, the rooms are very quiet. Definitely can hear the car noise in the parking lot but not in the rooms.

Stayed here for a 3 weeks trip. The staff is warm and professional. The morning breakfast is a fixed menu with wholesome filling standard breakfast items.

We arrived earlier than our check in time with a baby and were allowed to check in which was very helpful. Overall the location of the hotel is excellent; the BART station is just around the corner, there are many resturants and stores within the immediate area as well. I look forward to my annaul trip up here for Raider games.

The location was close enough to the freeway to allow for easy travel, yet quiet enough that I had no trouble sleeping. The staff was very courteous and helpful as well, and the whole property was very clean and well-maintained. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to the Bay Area.

I had a positive experience at this hotel. It met my expectations, but the staff exceeded my expectations since they went out of their way to be friendly and kind. I appreciated how the hotel provides guests with earplugs since the hotel is near a busy freeway. I would return once I'm back in the area.

The room was clean. Maid service was pretty good. Close to the highway so you get some noise from the cars. Slightly then walls but pretty much not bad to stay. Also not to far from food locations or mall.

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. We were on the 3rd floor and our room looked new. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. We had breakfast every morning in the lobby which was included with the room. The hotel is by a busy highway and as a courtesy each guest had complimentary earplugs on the nightstand. The pool was nice and cleaned every morning.

Here for business. One of the best best Westerns. Probably the only one I'd choose if it was my money. Nothing fancy but clean and good breakfast.

Nice, well located hotel for the price. Right next to freeway and near BART station. Many good restaurants in the area as well. Hotel is pretty nice as well. Bed was pretty comfortable, but Wi-Fi was pretty slow. As runners, there was a running park about a mile away, which was very convenient. About 45 minute drive to city and around an hour and a half from Santa Cruz. The only issue I had was that the swimming pool was very dirty. I've stayed at this location many times over the years. Probably will stay again.

Staff was super helpful… and the manager really helped me out when I needed it. I stayed for four nights and didn't have a single problem. The beds are very comfortable, in fact, didn't wanna get out! Room is decent sized and well decorated with a great TV. The pool was great, just wish it were a lil warmer. Again though, during a very difficult time for me, which is why I was in town, the staff was very understanding and very considerate to me. For that? I am very grateful. I will be here again, I promise you that!

First time staying here and I loved it! Made a reservation and was still given an option as to which floor we preferred. Staff was super friendly, especially the girl who checked us out in the AM (wish I would've gotten her name she was really sweet! ) Super comfy room, spacey and clean. Only downside was that their vending machine wasn't working so I couldn't get some late night snacks But luckily there's so many little stores nearby.

Great room, great service, fair price. Loved our room. View of city was amazing. Beds comfortable and amenities fabulous. Would go back again in a heartbeat!

The rooms are nice, the doors to the rooms are all outside so it doesn't feel as secure as some hotels. Overall I'm happy with my stay.

Check in took a while for our group but the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast choices are pretty good and things are restocked pretty regularly. My room was clean. Road noise is pretty loud so bring earplugs.

A bit noisy from the freeway but decent room, good amenities and location.

Be aware If you are planning to stay in this hotel using your debit card or cash, call the hotel ahead of time to find out what their policy is since the front desk people just ask you for a credit card, ID and proceed to charge your card without even asking if that's the payment method you wish to use, this will help you avoid any unpleasant surprises. Overall pricey considering location (next to the freeway) They should have ear plugs and water bottles in their rooms instead of the famous complementary "breakfast".

No complaints. Front desk was very friendly and was ready with any information I needed. Room was as described and clean. Yes, it can be loud being right next to the highway, but that was expected so I wont deduct any points for that. I did not have the breakfast while there so I can't speak on that. Room was cleaned daily. Would stay there again. Good location. Only thing I would like to see different is pillow thickness. All four pillows were pretty thick and I like a thinner soft pillow. Would be nice to see 2 of each.

The rooms were very clean the continental breakfast was delicious and the staff in-service were excellent I had a great stay I recommend this place especially for the price.

Decent enough freeway motel for the price. Fairly clean, and the room was pretty quiet (not on the freeway side, though). If you book through a third party agency, DEFINITELY CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLING. I used Expedia, but of course the motel wanted a credit card when I checked in for possible incidentals. A couple of months later I just happened to notice I had been billed by both Expedia and the hotel for the one-night stay. It sounds like this may be standard procedure for them, and many customers probably don't catch it.

This place is the worst. Not comfortable nor clean! This place is just a hair above a seedy Motel 6! DO NOT STAY HERE! For the same price you could stay at a way better choice! The website pictures are not even close to what it's like. The bed was barely made and stiff. The pillows are the size of decorative sofa pillows and aren't comfortable either! The bathroom wasn't very clean and the chairs were disgusting.

The customer service at this Best Western is positively STELLAR. The manager (Tim) is professional yet intuitive and goes out of his way to ensure all your needs are met. 5stars on everything from cleanliness, rates, staff. Believe me when I say I received better service here than when I stayed at the Hilton.
