Hampton Inn is my favorite place to stay anywhere!

Absolutely everything! from the customer service at check in to the clean and extremely comfortable rooms it's what I needed and I'm thankful.

Nice location and great rates. Very friendly staff.

Friendly staff, very clean, they also gave us a upgrade & gave a funeral rate.

I had a great time except when the room service came in and I was having sexual relations with my lady partner other than that it was a great time the continental breakfast was fabulous thanks.

The rooms are amazing got breakfast jumped in the pool went to the gym I enjoyed every moment of my stay. If you go you'll love room 201

The hotel overall was good, however there were a few things I had issues with. I stayed on a monday night but yet there were some rather loud people outside. The bed was a little too hard for my taste, but otherwise things were great.

Lovely hotel. Perhaps a little old but fantastic service. Hector on front desk was brilliant. He was like an encyelopedia of local knowledge and gave us really helpful pointers on where to go, what to see and good restaurants in San Francisco and Pittsburg area. Thank you Hector. Very lovely lady serving breakfast also. She was very welcoming and kept everything well stocked. Well done Hampton Inn, Pittsburg, CA.

The room was very nice and clean! Service was good and breakfast was yummy. The only thing was the pool was over chlorinated but not even mad it!

I’m giving this place a 2 because of their credit card policy. They charge your card $50 a day for incidentals and the amount of your stay. They credit back the money if you don’t have any additional charges that could take several days. This is the first Hampton I have experienced this type of policy. Nice way to rack up interest on our money.

We enjoyed our stay there is very nice clean customer service was great the rooms were beautiful and the beds are very nice they give delicious water and snacks close to everything around stores restaurants she's very kind and friendly service.

Visited a family member staying at the hotel. Hotel is beautiful but the hot tub jets didn't work. Still recommend staying.

Customer and room service… excellent… a little steep when it comes to prices and deals… but does come with intercontinental breakfast…! Dubbz.

The staff person on duty when I checked in went above and beyond. Rooms and hotel personel went above and beyond to make the whole stay as comfortable as possible.

Attending a meeting in the area and bank cards wouldn't work. Front desk person very nice and patiently waited for me to split room cost. My only challenge was working the heater. You know each hotel has a different system. No microwave in the room.

The accommodation were excellent, but the cleaning staff kept pushing us to get out. Made for an uncomfortable morning since they started at 9:30. Checkout wasn't until 12.

The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I didn't have the best of stays here but that was due to circumstances beyond their control. That behind said, the location of hotel didn't seem like the nicest which was shocking to me since it shared a street with a school. I can't stress enough how welcoming the staff are once you make it into the hotel.

Staff was super helpful, rooms were nice and clean. Gas station and restaurants nearby as well as the Starbucks right across the street. Easy access to the interstate and the parking lot was secured at night.

Just as the rated, it is three star hotels. But honestly the staff here is really friendly, the services are impressive and they are more than happy to provide help when I need the guidance of eating in this small city. The biggest issue I experienced during my stay was the noise… I even can hear the guys next to my room talking in evenings, some rude guests open and close door loudly in midnight, all in all, it was too difficult to fall sleep here since I always sleep lightly.

The hot tub is horrible, didn't work right and dirty.

I stay here every time I come to Pittsburg. They are hospitable, clean, and welcoming. They service the rooms promptly every morning. The complimentary breakfast is okay, not great but it does the trick.

The sites was spacious and the breakfast was tasty. On the negative side, the floors were thin enough that the upstairs neighbor's footsteps and conversation were loud enough to wake me up at 2am. Some of the food, finish, and decor were a bit amateur as well.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast! The employee's professional and friendly. Very impressed with this hotel I fully recommend it.

Rooms are clean & comfortable. Continental breakfast is sufficient and about what I would expect from a Hampton Inn. Surrounding area is unremarkable — not unexpected, given that it is an industrial/residental exurb of San Francisco. Hotel itself is about a 3.4-3.5, location is 2.7. Average rating value about 3.2-3.3, but they don't allow partial stars.

Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Room was well equipped and looked quite fresh and up to date. The hotel did provide breakfast in the lobby/dining area but featured no restaurant or even a bar unfortunately. Ultimately my stay was very comfortable and I would return to the hotel if I was in the area again. Maybe look at adding a bar to serve light meals and drinks.

Some of linen was dirty. Complimentary coffee provided. Was in Tuscany room. NO A/c in the Tuscany room. Workers were nice.

We found a really nice hotel to stay at when we venture out here to California. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they make sure your stay is above and beyond. Rooms are perfect. Spacious and excellent cleaning staff. The hotel building grounds are very well kept. The pool is nice and clean and has tables, chairs and longer chairs for your comfort. I highly recommend the Hampton to anyone. You wouldn't ever be sorry!. I have been here for 12 days now Andi have observed the high quality and the comfort you would have here. They have a work out room, washers and dryers and a wonderful breakfast from 6 — 10 every morning with many items to choose from. They have fresh coffee available at all times so you can always grab a cup. It is located in Pittsburg which is a very nice clean town and has stores like Wal-Mart and places to go grab a bite to eat. No drama in this town which adds to the perfect stay my son son and I are experiencing at the Hampton.

Very visual appealing not the best location but felt very safe. Walked to the gas station at night with no troubles. Nice breakfast with very cozy rooms. Definitely worth the couple extra bucks compared to the cheaper places around town.

It is a very nice place to stay, especially considering the area it is located. I would definitely recommend my family to stay here when visiting, as I am only here because my house a/c busted and it is 110 outside. They have a pretty good selection for breakfast. The swimming pool was really warm (probably from the sun) abd wad very nice and quiet. Overall I would say it is one of the nicest places in Pittsburg.

I left something in the room called the next day and the lady on the phone just looks in a book and any says its not there. I ask if there is an actual lost and found she says no then where are all the items stored? At your home rude.

We used their conference room for a sales training seminar. The room was a little small but very clean. The staff was very helpful and we went over our time by a few minutes and received no grief from them. Would definitely use this room again for our next meeting.

Nice location, interesting view. Staff is alright, breakfast is nice, and parking wasnt terrible. No problems with noise, rooms are in good order, and I slept well in the bed.

I always stay here because the beds are super comfortable and they have the best breakfast out of any Hampton Inn that I have stayed at.

After I had settled into my hotel room, the person at the front desk set up a second couple in my room and gave them the key to my room is well. Let's just say they did not end well.

Courteous personnel, clean rooms, and convenient location.

Very clean rooms. Nice room service. Free breakfast is great along with free small meals at night. They also provide a small goodie bag for breakfast everyday. Great place.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, and great overall experience. Location is solid, being close to a few restaurants (Jack In The Box, Starbucks both next door), Chevron gas station, and freeway access. Best place to stay if you're in the Antioch/Pittsburgh area BY FAR!

Stay away from this hotel. My vehicle was broken into and heard of others that had the same thing happen to them. Also, they overbilled me for 10 days and held my money until they contacted the appropriate person to pay them. Im still waiting for my money to be returned to me. The General Manager German Jimenez doesn't deserve the position that he holds. Doesn't understand customer service nor does he know how to train his staff. Very poor management.

Stayed here for 16 days a month ago for work. The experience was great: the staff was friendly and helpful, the weight room had lots to do, the breakfast was amazing and had something different each day, had complimentary wine in the evening, and lastly the cleaning staff was amazing especially since I was doing field work and my room would get kind of muddy, but they did awesome to make sure it was clean every day! I would definitely recommend staying here anytime.

Enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was really good. Staff was very nice and my children enjoyed the room and amenities.

Everything was satisfactory. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was decent. One bad thing was kids running in the halls outside our room. Very annoying. Plus they have one particular woman at the front desk that makes you wait till 3pm to get your room. The lobby is full of people waiting. But she doesn't care. It's like a power trip for her.

We sometimes need to place our valued tenants in a temporary housing situation while repairs are being done to a home. We ALWAYS put them up in the Hampton due to the consistent service and quality. We cant always control repairs on homes, but we can control where we place our tenants.

Horrible hotel. Room service tried to come in when I had a no disturb sign. The hotel staff will not be silent for at least five minutes. They keep getting distracted.
