Our room was very clean, staff is super friendly.
we paid for a suite, and our room was small (for a suite) — I went up top front desk, complained, and wad told that ALL the rooms ate same size. Their suites are just a regular room, with a couch in the room.
would definatly stay again, but would never pay to upgrade to a suite.

You cant even have water by the pool. Exercise room is clean on the surface. Mgt pretty much told me to bad when I askef for water at the pool. Nothing social about this hotel. I will never stay here again… 2 x Diamond Member.

Quiet and felt so lovely about room. Coffee, microwave, etc that's why it's called comfort inn.

Very nice, staff helpful, room was clean and had everything I needed, I spent 2 nights slept very well, nice and quiet, the breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs and sausage along with waffles and the standard line up, would have given it 5 stars, but they made a mistake on my bill and still after a week hasn't been fixed!

We stayed here for three nights. It's a nice hotel, across the street from an aquatic center. The staff is nice and the breakfast is pretty good. However, if you plan on going to eat or shop by foot, it's a 30 minute walk. I recommend driving around to save the effort. Overall, it's one of the better hotels in this city. Would recommend.

They cancelled my reservation while I was on a business trip in the area, forcing me to scramble to find a place. All the good hotels were booked and I was forced to stay at a roach motel. They didn't discuss the cancellation with me, they just went ahead and did it. Despite intending to charge me for the day, when I showed up at 2-3pm they told me my room wasn't ready yet and that I'd have to be back after 5pm. When I came back later is when they informed me I no longer had a room. When I wrote in to complain, the manager initially dodged me questions and now is ignoring me. Stay away.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was pretty good. Service was prompt and the staff was cordial.

Easy access off the freeway, parking lot is rather small. Limited Truck parking on the strertWithin a mile of multiple restaurants, many choices. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast is decent, usual items, eggs and sausage patties, along with more common staples.

This is a very well-oiled machine, run by the most qualified management and staff. I've stayed here the last two consecutive years and surely I've considered it my home away from home. GM Sunit Doshi is very personable and treats all guests very well. He makes triply sure that our stay is one that we won't soon forget, and that it'll make us return in the future. His great management style is reflective of his staff — friendly, accommodating, pays close attention to details and most helpful!

Not the worst I’ve stayed in but definitely not the best. For a budget hotel it was meh. It took 30 minutes to check in with me being 5th in line out of 10. The room is dated with crusty curtains & coffee pot, dust everywhere and furniture falling apart. The room walls are thin. I could hear my neighbor laughing at 6am. I didn’t drink the coffee or stop for breakfast. Honestly I couldn’t leave fast enough.

My company put me up here while I was working closeby. I usually stay at Marriott when I travel for personal. So I didn't have high expectations. The manager was great upon check in, even allowed me to check in 4 hours early. Room was clean. The lady at the front desk who works sat and sun mornings was so nice. I was starving after traveling all day and looking for a snack and she offered me a yogurt and croissant. My only complaints about the room are the fan in bathrooom is on a sensor and it goes off thoughout the night and woke me up the first couple of nights and the pillows are terrible. There was a billing error but the manager took care of it right away and apologized for the error.

The staff here has been around a while. Keep things running smoothly and with great service. Clean well kept building and a great breakfast start.

Cool little spot right of the 101fwy. Prices may vary slightly depending on what's going on in the bay area. Wi-Fi is decent. It's right across the way from a water park which is great during the summertime. Food just down the street.

Absolute 5 * hotel. One of the cleanest I have stayed in for years. The staff is super friendly. Excellent fitness center, free hot breakfast (real eggs waffles), etc, etc. Free newspapers, did I mention CLEAN! And if you like Harley Davidson Motorcycles, House of Thunder Harley is next door~!

The management was awesome. Clean, quiet good breakfast. Many amenities. Definitely recommend staying. General manager (the BOSS) was more than " over the top" he was so very kind and helpful Thanks for making garlic festival a great memory!

The rooms are good much better than I expected. The pool is very small and out of order during my stay. I tried to work out but the gym equipment is broken as well.

Concierge was very courteous. Housekeeping was attentive and thorough. Breakfast was boring, but typical of Comfort Inns. One of the better hotels on our trip.

The room was a very good size and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice as well as the complimentary breakfast. The gym equipment was a little outdated but I still got a good workout in regardless. All in all good stay.

Quiet, have everything I want. If the water foundation near the main lobby can be fixed it would be perfect. There is another one near swinging pool. I didn't find it until the last day.

This place and the amazing staff was a Godsend during the Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Collectively the experience of my stay was such that you all shared the ability to create a home away from home for so many during a time of turmoil and tragedy.

Dirty, worn out rooms! Black mold on curtains and windows. Ugh.

Comfortable bed and amazing pillows. The hot tub was down so they upgraded us to a suite with a jacuzzi tub.

This is a middle of the road hotel. Not as good as the Hampton Inn, but better than many other nearby places. Usually has affordable rates.

Rooms for freshly renovated, breakfast area has plenty of a selection for a hot breakfast. I have stayed almost a full week, and I'm politely greeted every time I walk in. Definitely stay here again if or when back in town.

Horrible Experience! Do not rent the conference room! It was dirty, their were peanuts on the floor when I arrived. They told me it would fit thirty people. They lied. I had 17 people, including elderly women who could not get our of their seats because it was so cramped. It is the same size as a small hotel room. Then the AC was broken! So during a business meeting they had to open the small window and bring in a fan. The owner/manager was awful. When I called to complain he hung up on me. He lied when he said the room would fit 30 people! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Don't book here.

Horrible experience. Bed's are uncomfortable and I woke up with bites. Also, once we got home, we looked back at our credit card statement and the staff charged us for supposedly having a pet — when our pet was in our car all night. The additional charge was $56. When I called to get it reversed, the staff was difficult. We stay at hotels all over California throughout the year; we will never stay at this hotel again.

One of the nicest Comfort Inn's I have stayed at. Would come again. They actually have weights in the gym and not just a treadmill. Very nice.

It is strongly felt that the hotel slowly but which is in a State of need of renovation. Everything is clean (towels, bed linen, etc. But especially in the bathroom, you can see the age. (The door frame is swollen up full of rust, the wooden door. ) The very musty smell when entering the room was uncomfortable, unfortunately this impression is intensified when opening the refrigerator. It smelled truly disgusting!
The greatest shortcoming, however, is the breakfast! Of course, a continental breakfast in America is not to Ver oak gel with a hotel breakfast in Germany. In this hotel bechränkt you are really on the bare. Is in principle also not bad, can you live in the United States. Ugly is however if choosing already scarce an hour before breakfast time nothing more is added and you must be satisfied with the sparse remains, or Upon request, the musty staff (which sits solitaire playing behind the reception) only just added is that it is höchstpeziell. )
Conclusion: The hotel offers at the time still a clean Ünernachtungsmöglichkeit at a great price, don't expect but more. The chain has definitely better homes.
