This place has large, well laid-out rooms that have plenty of storage for hanging and folded clothes. However, the storage is mostly open faced. The kitchenette is reasonably well stocked, even for food prep. The fridge is full sized, but not huge. The salt water pool is very nice.

Can't wait to go back! New, clear, relaxing hotel. Free breakfast too!

This was the perfect place for our family to land for the night after relocating from the East Coast. The rooms are extremely spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great!

This is a new hotel by Hilton. The room is a suite with a kitchenette, small living room with a roll away dining table that fits under a built in desk. There are 2 desks, lots of cabinets and shelves, and plenty of counter space. Very clean! The swimming pool is heated. No jacuzzi.

The room was clean the staff was extremely nice and housekeeping I couldn't say enough about them service was excellent.

A newish property that has been tastefully created in the category giving it a distinct advantage over other similar hotels. Rooms are well designed and offer a home away from home. It's easy to access but in a sparse neighborhood. Plenty of parking as well.

Went to stay at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The entire place was clean, the shower was lovely (and for a tall girl with thick hair that's important), it had a pull out desk that you could easily move around the room. I really enjoyed the interior. The best part of my stay though was Steven, who worked the front desk. When the printer wasn't working for us he found an alternative way to make sure we could print out what we needed. He was very well informed and was able to answer all of our questions while making me laugh in the process. He also was able to extend our stay an additional night when we asked. I would for sure stay here again.

Hi, so far after one night. The front desk called to tell us we were making noise. We had just walked in the room at 6. Pm. Me, my wife and my 5 year old daughter. The front desk clerk named Mian called to tell us how much noise we were making 15 minutes in the room. Maybe this hotel isn't for kids and family? Or maybe 6.00pm in the afternoon is now called the quiet time. I would have moved last night but with my family and all I can't. I planned two weeks here but never again I travel for work by myself, this time family came along. That's all for now. I will stay here until Saturday and then move on to a different place.

With contemporary style and bright colors everywhere, this new property seems well managed. Breakfast is a bit different — guests microwave their own hot items, which actually turned out better than expected. There was plenty of yogurt and bread and fresh fruit, too. Lots of places, inside and out, for small groups to get together.

Staff were fantastic and the hotel was quiet, very clean and felt new throughout. Free breakfast was good, but no on site restaurant or bar and there aren't really any you can walk to — expect to drive to dinner. Facilities were good with laundry room, gym and pool all well maintained — you can also get an induction heater free from reception if you need more than the microwave. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic amenities; full-size fridge and dishwasher in the rooms! Fantastic value, too. Probably one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had!

Great staff, always smiling and happy to help. Lovely suite and cleaning is top notch. Kids loved the pool. Good kitchenette which we needed and laundry facilities too. Will book again in the future.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Home2Suites last week while visiting our granddaughter. I can't remember a nicer week in a hotel. The room was absolutely perfect. The kitchen had useful utensils, sharp knives with a cutting board plates, glasses, mugs, a coffeemaker and toaster. Even storage containers for leftover food. It allowed us to easily fix lunch and dinner. The room is designed for comfort and function with ample desk and floor space. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful as is the gym and laundry area. Breakfast offered a range of choices from toast and cereal to eggs and fresh waffles. The hotel is clean and well kept. Best of all the staff is outstanding. I had packed extra pillows, kitchen supplies and a yoga mat because I've needed them at other extended stay hotels. I won't need to pack them the next time we travel to Livermore because Home2Suites has it all. I look forward to a return visit.

Let me start off this review by saying that I love Home2 Suites properties. I think they have the best room layouts in their class with consistently solid amenities. That said, this is not the best Home2 I have been to. Sound isolation from other rooms isn't great. That said, the big problem on this front is sound isolation from the outdoors. I (unintentionally) got a room near the fire pit and, night after night, listen to people talking and laughing loudly from my second story room. I have to assume the pool side has a similar issue. If I was booking this hotel again, I'd want to be as close to the back of the building as possible. Aside from the noise issues though, I don't have many gripes. Rooms are great, beds are great, staff has been superb, and the breakfast isn't bad.

Reserved a room online with a rollaway bed upon check in was informed they do not have rollaways it was passed a cancellation deadline they made no effort to correct thier mistake told us to book another room at full price no discount staff was very unhelpful.

Very nice, the lamps have a plug for charging all our cells & stuff. Large rooms, walking closet, fridge, flat screen…

The room was good. Staff not so. When breakfast supplies run out they don't re stack promptly. After we checked out we were waiting for our ride at the lobby. When we asked the person at the front desk to put the TV on while waiting — she refuses because her boss doesn't like the TV being on after breakfast. Bunch of nut job running the place.

There was a very strong body oder smell in the room. We asked to be moved to a new room but they only had smaller smoking rooms. (we do not smoke) I had to ask the front desk clerk for some fabreeze to spray in the room but that didn't make the smell go away. No fan in the bathrooms for when you shower. Rugs stained. Eating and common area of the lobby had stains all over the furniture. Strong smell in the lobby area that leads you to think the garbage cans need to be changed. No elevators to the 2nd floor. House keeping knocked on door at 8:30 AM Pictures look good on the internet but the reality is not the same. Will not be staying here again and will not recommend it.
