Manager went out of his was to see that I was comfortable. {Pleasant surroundings… great cafe next door open 630a to 10p. This was a short stop on a long road trip, I would stay here again, clean, quiet, affordable.

My brakes went out when I had a non-refundable reservation through AAA and was delayed. AAA were HORRIBLE and insulting. I called the motel and they were so kind and inderstanding and said I could be there the next night and not lose my money. Room was clean and smelled great. Shower was warm and great water pressure. Customer service was UNBELIEVABLE and O was so i. Pressed. Highly recommend it. Humble and real quality.

It is one of the best motels in that area and the reasonable price to stay. The manager treats all people good and very friendly. He understands the customers and make them happy with his best. They have all facilities like double bed option, refrigerator, microwave and parking space. He speaks all Indian languages and one of the best oldest manager of his age. Many people don't treat their customers with smile, I face it with some people but he is very Good.

Friendly and accommodating manager when you ask for late check-out. Basic room amenities and 5 mins drive to Gilroy Premium Outlet. Next door has nice but alittle pricey local restaurant.

Really nice staff who deserve 5 stars for their service; however, I can't give the motel 5 stars because, despite the free Wi-Fi & flat screen televisions, 1) it's very a "dated" establishment in regards to decor, etc (mid-late 80's) &, while it's fairly quiet during the day, the whistle that blows by the passing train in the early morning hours is a bit loud due to the very thin walls.

Very clean place and friendly service. Centrally located in Gilroy and Downtown is literally a block away. Close to the outlets and drive time to Morgan Hill is 10 mins. Will definitely recommend to friends and family for stay.

Inexpensive, clean rooms, well lit, and half the price of other hotels and motels in the area.

My husband stayed here and it was a good thing it was not a family trip. He was perplexed as to why a non-smoking hotel would have 4 ashtrays in his room. Yes, FOUR ASHTRAYS in a NON-smoking room! He said the room smelled like stale smoke as well. Being the parent of an asthmatic child, this would have had serious consequences. Non-smoking should be non-smoking all the time, not just when nobody is smoking.

Very Clean and friendly. Service from the owner is top notch. I would defiantly stay again. Highly recommended and it's close to everything.

Just know what you're getting into, it's the most affordable place in Gilroy for a reason. Room is clean, smells clean, no bugs. It is small but no big deal if you aren't planning on spending time in the room outside of sleeping. Don't be spoked by the other reviews, the place isn't bad. Friendly staff to boot.

Very nice place to stay and the staff is very friendly we had 5 room for Saturday and the customer service was amazing and we were very satisfied with this motel will definitely use again. Thank you.

Rooms are tiny and smell like disinfectant. The sheets were dirty. Also it's by train tracks and the trains honk all night. Nasty place. Just avoid. The only reason we stayed was for the garlic festival.

These mattresses made to be listen to quarters more close when they have sex, and also the goalkeeper it is asleep, but there in was all good.

Clean, Quiet enough and provided a sense of a safe environment.

CLEAN: was in room 102 (but that's next to the road and ice machine, and his office phone rings LOUDLY right outside the room. Great updates and cleanliness, but bring your own blanket… newer bed but not newer bed cover. Awesome mini fridge and provided soaps and towels. Shower head sucks but I can live with that for the price. No bugs to my knowledge. Didn't see ANY with the accept of one water bug outside parking lot. NOISIER then HELL that night… Bring earplugs or another fan cuz the room fan WON'T consistently run EVEN in the ON position. Fair TV size, ok cable. Owner? People misunderstand him cuz he talks LOUD and fast, just NORMAL for him. He's not trying to be a jerk. He was nice enough to me EVEN when I arrived super late, and checked out SUPER LATE. He was VERY accommodating. You catch more bee's with honey!

We paid little and the hotel is suitable for a night ride. Quiet place.

Rooms were very clean, secure, and hotel staff were very friendly. For the rate you pay, this is a great place to pull over and grab some sleep at.
